The perovskite-type compounds $La_{1-x}Ca_xCoO_3$ were synthesized, their thermochemical properties and the gaseous sensitivity were investigated in ethanol vapor. The maximum response for detecting gas corresponded with the exothermic peak of DTA experiment. In any case the substituent was increased, the responsive ratio for detecting gas was grown upon. However, the needed time for response was later, and the operating temperature was elevated. The mechanism of this electrical conductivity was explained by the oxygen ionic diffusion through oxygen vacancy produced by the substituent.
Langmuir-Blodgett(LB)법을 이용한 (N-docosyl pyridinium)-TCNQ(1:2) 착체의 초박막 제작

본 논문에서는 Langmuir-Blodgett법으로 유기초박막을 제작하기 위하여 시료인 (N-docosyl pyridinium)-TCNQ(1:2) 작제를 합성하고 이를 초박막으로 제작한 다음, U.V측정, capacitance측정, 그리고 기판과 수직한 방향의 도전율등을 측정하여 막이 잘 이루어지고 있음을 확인하였다. 한편, 하부 전극을 Al로 할 경우 전극표면에 생기는 자연 산화막(Al$_{2}$O$_{3}$)의 두께는 37.1.angs.정도이었으며 기관과 수직한 방향의 도전율은 약 $10^{-14}$S/cm로 양호한 절연성이었다.
Al-Cu-Li-Mg-Ag-Zr합금의 시효에 따른 전기화학적 분극 거동과 공식특성

In this paper, we studied on both electrochemical polarization behaviors and pitting characteristics of ultra high strength Al-Cu-Li-Mg-Ag-Zr alloys(named C1 and C2) and 2090 alloy according to their treatments in the deaerated 3.5% NaCl, using by the potentiodynamic and the potentiostatic method; SEM micrograph and surface roughness including depth of pitting attack. With the cyclic polarization curves, the hysteresis of the C1 and C2 alloys appeared more remarkably than that of the 2090 alloy, because of precipitation microstructural difference between C1, C2 alloys and 2090 alloy. In the pitting experiments, the correlations between pitting growth and aging conditions were analyzed with the SEM micrograph and measurement of the pit depth.
