국내 경영학 교육의 문제점 중에서 가장 두드러지는 문제는 바로 전임교수 부족 문제이다. 본 연구는 한국 경영학분야의 교수인력 수급에 대한 현황파악과 문제규명, 그리고 해결방안에 관련된 기초자료와 정책방안 마련에 기여하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 연구진들은 전국 4년제 대학 중 경영학사 학위를 수여하는 경영학과(부 또는 계열)가 개설된 대학을 대상으로 재학생 및 전임교수와 대학원 박사과정 및 수업에 대한 현황을 설문을 통해 조사 하였다. 연구결과 대학교 전체 전임교수 1인당 학생 수(교과부 통계자료, 2008)가 24.5명인데 반해 경영학과의 경우 44.2명에 달하고 있다. 경영학과 재학생의 증가율은 전체 대학생 증가율을 앞지르고 있으나, 경영학과 전임교수의 증가율은 이에 못 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 경영학교육 인증제도의 도입을 통해 인증을 받았거나 인증을 준비 중인 대학을 중심으로 전임교수 채용이 늘고 있어 인증제도의 도입이 경영학 교육의 질을 개선하는데 크게 기여하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 그러나 전임교수를 해외 박사학위 취득자에게 의존하는 상황에서 최근 해외박사학위 취득자의 국내유입이 급격히 감소하는 추세이다. 따라서 국내대학들이 박사과정에 집중하여 역량 있는 전임요원 육성시스템을 마련하는 것이 시급한 당면 과제임을 보여주고 있다. 경영학 교육의 질을 글로벌 수준으로 끌어올리기 위해 안정적인 교수 공급을 위한 학계 및 국가차원의 적극적인 지원과 정책 마련이 시급한 실정이다. Among the problems in business education in Korea, the lack of full-time professors is the most noticeable. This research aims to understand the current situation and identify the problems around the supply and demand of the business professors in Korea, and contribute to formulating policies relevant to the solutions. Through the survey, we investigated the current situation of 4-year colleges(universities), which have the department of business that offers a bachelor`s degree in business, about the students, full-time professors, doctoral programs, and curriculums. The result shows that the number of the students per a full time professor reached 44.2 in the department of business, while it was 24.5 in the extent of the whole university (Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, 2008). The increase rate of the students in the department of business surpassed the one of the whole university, but the increase rate of the full-time professors was lower than that. The employment of full-time professors was increasing mainly in the universities that were accredited or preparing for the business education accreditation, which clarified that the adoption of the accreditation system significantly contributed to the improvement of business education. On the other side, the influx of the people with doctoral degree from foreign universities into Korea was rapidly decreasing recently, but the supply of full-time professors have been dependent upon them. Thus, it is required for Korean universities to systematize the cultivation of competent full-time professors by concentrating on the doctoral program. To improve the business education to meet the global standard, the cultivation system for stable supply of full-time professors should be supported by the academia and the national government, in terms of finance and policies.
기능성 유기 초박막을 이용한 NO2 가스센서 개발을 위한 기초 연구

Ultra thin films of Tetra-3-hexadecylsulphamoylcopperphthalocyanine(HDSM-CuPc) were formed on various substrates by Langmuir-Blodgett method, where HDSM-CuPc was synthesized by attaching long-chain alkylamine(hexa-decylamine) to CuPc. The reaction product was identified with FT-IR, UV-visible absorption spectroscopies, elemental analysis and thin layer chromatography. The formation of Ultrathin Langmuir-Blodgett(LB) films of HDSM-CuPc was confirmed by FT-IR and UV-visible spectroscopies. A quartz piezoelectric crystal coated with LB films of HDSM-CuPc was examined as a gas sensor for NO_2 gas. HDSM-CuPc LB films were transferred to a quartz crystal microbalance(QCM) in the form of Z-type multilayers. Response characteristics of film-coated QCM to NO_2 gas concentrations over a range of 100~600ppm have been tested with a thickness of 5~20 layers of HDSM-CuPc. Changes in frequency by the response time was slow.
