        Heating Evaluation of Lumbar Stand-Alone Cage Via Radio Frequency in MRI Coil and In-Vivo Pyrogen Test

        Most of passive implants belong to medical device are consist of metallic and nonmetallic materials. According to the sort of components, it makes more influence into the human body. In this study, we performed induced-RF (Induced-Radio Frequency) heating evaluation which is part of MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) compatibility and safety test and in-vivo pyrogen test with lumbar stand-alone cage. RF from 3T MRI coil was radiated on medical device, and provided heat nearby stand-alone cage. Thermal change detected areas are distinguished by metallic and nonmetallic part. As followed detection areas, febrility was shown and metallic part was slightly higher than control area, nonmetallic part. Furthermore, stand-alone cage was performed in accordance with in-vivo pyrogen test, and solution injected rabbits had no fever for test period. Through physically and biologically evaluated stand-alone cage, exothemic reaction was observed and we predicted the effect when it would be inserted in patient.

      • 신입사원의 조직몰입에 미치는 메타버스형 비대면 기업 교육훈련의 효과성 연구

        코로나19로 대면교육이 어려워진 기업들은 비대면 화상회의 방식으로 교육을 진행했다. 이러한 비대면 교육방법은 코로나19로 인한 공간상 제약이라는 대응에는 어느 정도 효과를 거두었지만, 교육생의 집중력 저하와 적극적 참여에는 한계가 있을 수밖에 없다. 특히 기업에서 신입사원을 대상으로 하는 입문교육의 경우 교육생들은 처음 만나 바로 교육을 받기 때문에, 교육을 받고는 있지만 소극적일 수밖에 없는 등 교육효과가 떨어지는 실정이다. 이에 따라 기업들은 최근 비대면 교육이 갖는 기본적인 제약을 극복하기 위한 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있으며, 이러한 노력은 코로나19가 수그러들고 일상으로 복귀된다 하더라도 그 기조가 유지될 것으로 전망된다. 본 연구에서는 비대면 기업 교육훈련의 특성을 파악하고, 선행연구 고찰을 통해 검증된 신기술 수용 이론에 근거하여 메타버스를 활용한 비대면 기업 교육훈련이 신입사원의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석한다. 이를 위해 통합기술수용이론을 기반으로 메타버스를 활용한 비대면 기업 교육훈련의 특성을 고려한 연구모형을 설정하고, 연구모형을 기반으로 온라인 및 오프라인 설문조사를 실시한다. Companies that had difficulty in face-to-face education due to COVID-19 conducted training through untact video conferencing. This untact education method has had some effect on the response of spatial constraints caused by COVID-19, but there are bound to be limitations in reducing the concentration of trainees and active participation. In particular, in the case of introductory education for new employees at companies, since trainees meet for the first time and receive education immediately, the educational effect is poor, such as being educated but being passive. Accordingly, companies are making various efforts to overcome the basic limitations of untact education recently, and these efforts are expected to maintain their stance even if COVID-19 subsides and returns to daily life. This study identifies the characteristics of untact corporate education and training, and empirically analyzes the impact of untact corporate education and training using metaverse on organizational commitment of new employees based on the theory of acceptance of new technologies. To this end, based on the theory of integrated technology acceptance, a research model that considers the characteristics of untact corporate education and training using metaverse is established, and online and offline surveys are conducted based on the research model.

        부동산감정평가에 있어서의 피드백 영향

        1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study aims to evaluate how much an appraiser is psychologically and behaviorally influenced by another appraiser in the process of an appraisal. A quasi-experimental design was employed in this study. First, we presented data on two commercial real estate properties in Seoul and requested appraisal from 120 appraisers to measure the behavioral and psychological variation. After one month we requested re-appraisal for the same real estate. We asked the appraisers to rate weather they thought their appraisal for the two properties was low, high, average relative to the other appraisers. And divided the appraisers into 3 groups classifying low(or high) valuation feedback group the feedback which was 30% lower(or higher) than primary appraisal expected average price, and also did not present any feedback to non valuation feedback group but requested re-appraisal. (2) RESEARCH METHOD quasi-experimental design (3) RESEARCH RESULTS As a result of the re-appraisal, 18.8% of the 80 appraisers who rather then appraisers as high or low adjusted their appraisal. We analyzed if the appraisers had been influenced psychologically and behaviorally. There were no changes in factors influencing the real estate price. So, it can be estimated that the appraisers were influenced psychologically and behaviorally, not by other environmental effects. It was also revealed that there were no statistical differences between before and after modification. Therefore, the appraisers who modified their original prices were influenced by the price that the other appraisers made, but the price difference was very negligible. An interesting the point is that appraises who modifies their appraisal were generally younger and had been in their career a shorter time than those who did not modify their appraisers. 2. RESULTS It is estimated that appraisers can be given a certain amount of feedback about the market transaction price and the appraisal price of other appraisers in the process of an appraisal. However, the result of the quasi-experimental design show that the appraisers were seldom influenced psychologically or behaviorally by the price appraised by the other appraisers: we can conclude that most appraisers have confidence in their appraisal price.

        Purpose. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of massage program on muscle strength (MMT), range of motion (ROM) and activities of daily living (ADL) in children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods. The child welfare center of J city were measurement goniometer by range of motion and evaluation of activities of daily living scale and muscle strength scale. The massage program was applicated with 40 min, 2 times per a week and total 8 weeks. Massage program constituted surface of effleurage, petrisage, deep part of effleurage, friction in regular sequence. Result. For muscle strengths were significantly differenced after 8 weeks. For range of motion were dose dependent increased different two groups. And activities of daily living scale were significantly difference between massage group and non-massage group. Conclusion. In this study, the therapeutic massage program showed a positive effect for muscle strength, range of motion and activities of daily living in spastic cerebral palsy.

      • 열차화장실 내의 응급상황 감지시스템 설계에 관한 연구

        If an urgent situation ,such as a stroke, faint, heart attack, happens in a lavatory, it is hard to recognize and perform an immediate emergency treatment unless the patient inside of the lavatory calls for help. If a system that can detect an emergency in a lavatory and report to the relevant personnel is developed, it would be an excellent installation case demonstrating how a train is nicely designed to take care passenger's safety. In this paper, we showed a design of lavatory emergency detection system (LEDS) that detects an urgent situation in a lavatory by using sensors and timers and reports to proper personnel. This system can be installed not only on a train but also in a building where visual monitoring is not possible.

        철도차량 내부에서는 기계로 인한 소음과 음성으로 인한 소음 등 다양한 소음이 존재한다. 객실 내에 커다란 음성소음이 발생하여도 개인적 제재가 곤란한 경우가 있으며 이로 인해 열차를 이용하는 승객은 열차여행 내내 불쾌감을 느끼게 된다. 본 과제에서는 객실 내의 음성 소음을 측정하여 기계적 제어를 시도함으로써 승무원의 개입은 최소화하면서 소음을 줄이고 승객에게는 쾌적한 여행을 제공하고자 한다. Various noise from a machine and from a voice exists inside the vehicle of a train. Objection is difficult when ‘noise from a voice’ - loud-voice occurred in a passenger car. For that reason, passengers are displeased during all the trip through a train. In this work, we tried machine control by measuring loud-voice in a passenger car. We shall decrease loud-voice with minimum of intervention of a train crew and provide a pleasant train trip for passengers.

        A system would be needed in the future train to enhance the passenger healthcare in the lavatory. When an emergency situation suddenly befell a passenger in a train lavatory, prompt detection of a such emergency situation is quite useful to take care of the passenger. In this paper, an array of sensors, instead of CCTV, was used to detect the emergency situation. CCTV is considered better, however it shall not be used in a lavatory due to the passenger privacy. Based on two scenarios, such as measuring inactive time intervals and sensing passenger motion, the Lavatory Emergency Detection System(LEDS) was developed and tested according to the test plans. The test results showed the operability of the LEDS under a controlled situation. The LEDS will be tested in a lavatory on a moving train to find its adaptability.

        본 연구는 ITS(: Intelligent Tutoring System)기반의 전문가모델과 학습모델에 기반하여 자격증 취득 모의 프로그램을 설계하고, 버기모델(Buggy Model)을 통하여 학습자의 수준에 적합한 문제를 제공하는 시스템이다. 사용자의 요구 조사를 통하여 편의성, 효과성, 확장성, 신뢰성이 요구되었으며, 이를 반영하기 위하여 다양한 문제개발과 문제유형분석, 난이도 조절, 학생성적 및 수준관리 등을 반영한 문제개발이 이루어졌다. 자격증 취득 시험을 준비하는 사용자들은 개발 시스템을 사용하여 본인의 수준에 맞는 문제의 풀이와 다양한 형태의 문제들을 실전과 같은 환경에서 학습하여 자격증 취득 준비기간을 대폭 단축할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study is a system that provides a suitable level of the problem, designing the learner certification simulation program based on the ITS(: Intelligent Tutoring System) based on the model and the learning expert model, the model through a buggy (Buggy Model). In the demand survey that reflects the needs of users, convenience, effectiveness, scalability, and reliability were required. In order to reflect this, various problems were developed, problem type analysis, difficulty control, student grades and level management. Users who are preparing for the certification test are expected to use the development system to solve the problems according to their own level and to solve various types of problems in a practical environment to greatly shorten the preparation period for certification.
