        A-site Vacancy가 0.97Bi<sub>0.5+x</sub>(Na<sub>0.78</sub>K<sub>0.22</sub>)<sub>0.5-3x</sub>TiO<sub>3</sub>-0.03LaFeO<sub>3</sub> 무연압전 세라믹스의 압전특성에 미치는 영향

        $0.97Bi_{0.5+x}(Na_{0.78}K_{0.22})_{0.5-3x}TiO_3-0.03LaFeO_3$ lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were fabricated by a solid state reaction method. $LaFeO_3$ additives were added to $Bi_{0.5}(Na_{0.78}K_{0.22})_{0.5}TiO_3$ for volatile compensation of bismuth and sodium ions in the sintering process. To create A-site vacancies, the mole ratio and charge valence of A-site ions ($Bi^{3+}$, $Na^+$ and $K^+$) were controlled. The improved piezoelectric properties were observed by addition of $LaFeO_3$ and control of A-site vacancies. In particular, a $d_{33}^*(S_{max}/E_{max})$ value of 614pm/V and an electric field induced strain of 0.33% was observed in $0.97Bi_{0.505}(Na_{0.78}K_{0.22})_{0.485}TiO_3-0.03LaFeO_3$ ceramic.

        지진발생 대응을 위한 상하수도시설 관리 및 기술 현황에 대한 고찰

        The proper operation and safety management of water and wastewater treatment systems are essential for providing stable water service to the public. However, various natural disasters including floods, large storms, volcano eruptions and earthquakes threaten public water services by causing serious damage to water and wastewater treatment plants and pipeline systems. Korea is known as a country that is relatively safe from earthquakes, but the recent increase in the frequency of earthquakes has increased the need for a proper earthquake management system. Interest in research and the establishment of legal regulations has increased, especially since the large earthquake in Gyeongju in 2016. Currently, earthquakes in Korea are managed by legal regulations and guidelines integrated with other disasters such as floods and large storms. The legal system has long been controlled and relatively well managed, but technical research has made limited progress since it was considered in the past that Korea is safe from earthquake damage. Various technologies, including seismic design and earthquake forecasting, are required to minimize possible damages from earthquakes, so proper research is essential. This paper reviews the current state of technology development and legal management systems to prevent damages and restore water and wastewater treatment systems after earthquakes in Korea and other countries. High technologies such as unmanned aerial vehicles, wireless networks and real-time monitoring systems are already being applied to water and wastewater treatment processes, and to further establish the optimal system for earthquake response in water and wastewater treatment facilities, continuous research in connection with the Fourth Industrial Revolution, including information and communications technologies, is essential.

        유기수은의 신경독성에 대한 셀레늄의 보상작용

        This study was conducted to investigate the mechanism of protective effect by sodium selenite in methylmercuric chloride neurotoxicity, increasing intracellular $Ca^{2+}$concentration of the neuron. Methylmercuric chloride of 3mg/kg of body weight was administered simultaneously with sodium selenite of 5mg/kg and pretreatment of sodium selenite via intraperitoneal injection to rats. Also, effect of methylmercuric chloride($25{\mu}M,\;50{\mu}M,\;100{\mu}M$) and sodium selenite($200{\mu}M$) on free intrasynaptosomal $Ca^{2+}$ concentration were studied using the fluorescent $Ca^{2+}$ indicator fura -2 in vitro. After the treatment, at 6, 24, and 48 hours later, mercury in the cerebral cortex, liver and kidney tissues, succlnic dehydrogenase activities, adenosin-5'-triphosphate concentration, acetylcholinesterase activities, and intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ concentration in the cerebral cortex were determined in vivo. Cerebral synaptosomes of rats were incubated with methylmercuric chloride and sodium selenite in Hepes buffer for 10 minutes and free intrasynaptosomal $Ca^{2+}$ concentration were measured with fura-2 in vitro. The results were summarized as follows ; 1. The combined administration of $CH_3HgCl$ and $Na_2SeO_3$ and pretreatment of $Na_2SeO_3$ according to time significantly more increased in the cerebral cortex and decreased in the liver, kidney mercury concentrations compared to the administration of $CH_3HgCl$ only. 2. The combined administration of $CH_3HgCl$ and $Na_2SeO_3$ and pretreatment of $Na_2SeO_3$ increased more succinic dehydrogenase and acetylcholinesterase activities compared to the administration of $CH_3HgCl$ only. Particularly pretreatment of $Na_2SeO_3$ significantly more compared to the administration of $CH_3HgCl$ only. The concentration of adenosine-5'-triphosphate in $Na_2SeO_3$ treatment groups revealed a favourable effect compared to the administration of $CH_3HgCl$ only. 3. Intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ concentration in administration of $CH_3HgCl$ only was increased significantly more than control group in all test hours but was increased significantly more at 48 hours only after treatment in combined administration of $CH_3HgCl$ and $Na_2SeO_3$ and pretreatment of $Na_2SeO_3$ according to time interval more decreased significantly intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ concentration compared to the administration of $CH_3HgCl$ only. 4. Free intrasynaptosomal $Ca^{2+}$ concentration in the combined administration of $CH_3HgCl$ and $Na_2SeO_3$ was decreased ($24%{\sim}40%$) significantly more than the administration of $CH_3HgCl$ only. From the above results, the specific dosage of $Na_2SeO_3$ decreased increment of intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ concentration induced by administration of $CH_3HgCl$. These findings suggest the protective mechanism of $Na_2SeO_3$ on the neurotoxicity of $CH_3HgCl$.

        찾아가는 한의사 주치의 사업 성과분석 연구

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness and satisfaction of visiting Korean Medicine doctor program. Method : The senior center visiting Korean Medicine doctor program was conducted in ten senior centers in Seongnam city from April 2016 to December 2016. Korean Medicine doctors were assigned senior center one by one. The program consisted of health lectures and health counseling. The health lectures embraces stroke, musculoskeletal disease, dementia, depression and self care for the elderly Results : A total of 194 elderly persons participated the program. The self-health awareness level were changed from $50.86{\pm}25.31$ to $57.17{\pm}24.62$ (p-value=0.003). The physical pain level was decreased from $5.33{\pm}2.99$ to $5.04{\pm}2.86$. The quality of life were changed from $0.791{\pm}0.155$ to $0.792{\pm}0.144$ (p-value=0.923). Overall satisfaction of visiting Korean Medicine doctor program was $9.36{\pm}2.11$. The need for sustainability for visiting Korean Medicine doctor program was $9.76{\pm}0.60$. Conclusions : The study demonstrated that visiting Korean Medicine doctor program had a positive effect on the health awareness level. The overall satisfaction and further need were high. Further program for senior center will be needed.

        한의사 교의 사업에 대한 학부모의 만족도 조사 연구

        Objectives The study aimed to examine satisfaction of elementary school students parents' on the program by school doctor of Korean medicine. Methods The program by school doctor of Korean medicine has been conducted in 22 schools in Seoul since June 2017. The program includes Korean medicine health care lecture for the students, the teachers, and the parents, the diet management advice, smoking/drinking cessation, and sex education. The program was varied by schools. This study investigated the parents' satisfaction of the program by school doctor of Korean medicine by a survey. Results A total of 92 elementary school parents participated in the survey, 92.4% of the respondents answered that the school doctor program showed positive effects on students' health. Most of them replied positive regarding the health education about smoking cessation (82.5%). Also, the respondents were satisfied about overall health education from the program (89.1%), and improvements of the students' learning ability through regular health checkups (59.8%). Conclusions Parents who were participated in the program by school doctor of Korean medicine positively evaluated about the program. They also shared their expectations to the role of the school doctor of Korean medicine in improving student's immune system and health counseling for the students and the school faculty.

        한의약 건강정보이해력 평가도구 개발을 위한 한의 진료 패턴 분석

        Objectives : Health literacy can affect medical results. This study aimed to detect to the modify point of health literacy assessment tools. Methods : The general Korean Medicine service procedure was recorded and categorized. The participants were in- or out-patient of Korean Medical hospital. Written informed consents were obtained. Results : A total of 20 patients participated, with nine males and eleven females. The chief complaints were pain, growth, cerebral infarction sequela, dyspepsia, diarrhea, feeling of helplessness, mental stress, postpartum symptoms, and menstrual disorder. The Korean Medicine service were categorized into collecting patient information, relationship building, and treatment. Terms used in the service embraced general medical terms and Korean Medical terms. Conclusions : The Korean-medical health literacy assessment tool should incorporate western-eastern combined treatment and Korean medical terms.

        축척법에 의한 화약 폭풍과 분석

        To analyze a blast effect of developed explosives, three different kinds of aluminized tastable explosives and melted cast explosive TNT were used. Conventional explosive TNT was used as a reference. Each tested explosive charge of 340mm diameter spherical type was initiated at the charge center with DXD-65(${\sim}750g$) booster and RP-87 EBW detonator. Thirteen piezo type pressure sensors were located at a range from 4 to 50m away from the charge. From the blast wave profiles, we calculated a peak blast pressure and impulse of the explosion. The calculated pressures and in pulses were converted to TNT Equivalent Weight(TEW) factor by the scaling ]aw method. The average TEW factors based on the blast pressure of TX-01, TX-02, TX-03, TX-04 were 1.298, 1.05, 1.266, 1.274 and the average TEW factors based on impulse were 1.504, 1.686, 1.640, 1.679. From the results, we concluded that TEW factors based on blast pressure and based on impulse of aluminized explosives were superior to TNT. This results are owing to the high contents of aluminum in formulations.

        Bi<sub>0.5</sub>(Na<sub>0.78</sub>K<sub>0.22</sub>)<sub>0.5</sub>TiO<sub>3</sub> 세라믹스의 강유전 특성에 미치는 나트륨 과잉 효과

        To investigate excess $Na^+$ effect, $Bi_{0.5}(Na_{0.78+x}K_{0.22})_{0.5}TiO_3$ ($0{\leq}x{\leq}0.05$) (BNKT) ceramics were prepared by using a conventional solid-state reaction method. The structure and ferroelectric properties of BNKT ceramics were characterized by XRD (X-ray diffraction) and polarization dependence by external electric field. Also, the temperature dependence of dielectric constant and loss were studied. From these results, it was found that appropriate excess $Na^+$ into BNKT ceramics compensate the volatility and induce dense ceramics. The enhanced piezoelectric coefficient (158 pC/N) and depolarization temperature ($202^{\circ}C$) were obtained for the x=0.01 composition.
