        소셜 빅데이터를 활용한 도시공원 인식 비교 분석 연구: 양재시민의숲과 서서울호수공원을 대상으로

        이 연구는 온라인에서 발생하는 소셜 빅데이터 분석을 위해 유사한 주거지역에 위치한 두 개의 공원을 사례 대상으로 선정하여 비교분석 하였다. 이를 위해 도시공원에 대한 인식을 분석하고 개별공원의 특성과 이용상의 차이를 확인하는 방법으로써 소셜 네트워크 분석의 적용 가능성을 확인하고자 한다. 분석은 빅데이터를 근거로 하며, 연구의 핵심이 키워드 분석임에 따라 저자가 특허 등록한 ‘감성정보 분석 방법’의 일부를 활용하였다. 분석결과, 양재시민의 숲과 서서울호수공원은 계절을 체험하고, 느낄 수 있는 산책 공간으로 이용하고 있는 것으로 판단된다. 서서울호수공원은 주로 가족 단위로 공원의 시설과 공원 콘텐츠를 이용하는 반면에 양재시민의 숲은 가족 뿐만 아니라 친구 등 이용대상이 상대적으로 폭넓고 공원 시설 외에 양재천, 둘레길, 맛집 등 주변 환경과 연계된 이용 양상을 보이는 것으로 해석된다. 이러한 연구 결과는 도시공원 운영 및 관리에 있어 공원 이용객의 특성, 이용시간 등을 고려하여 프로그램을 개발하고 운영할 필요가 있음을 시사한다. In this study, two parks located in similar residential areas were selected as case subjects for the analysis of social big data analysis occurring online. For this purpose, the applicability of social network analysis is to be checked as a method of analyzing the perception of urban parks and identifying differences in characteristics and use of individual parks. The analysis is based on big data, and as the core of the study is keyword analysis, a part of the ‘emotional information analysis method’ registered by the author in the patent was used. As a result of the analysis, it is judged that Yangjae Citizen"s Forest and West Seoul Lake Park are being used as walking spaces where you can experience and feel the seasons. West Seoul Lake Park mainly uses the park"s facilities and park contents on a family basis. On the other hand, Yangjae Citizen"s Forest is interpreted as showing a relatively wide range of use for not only family but also friends, and it is used in connection with the surrounding environment such as Yangjaecheon Stream, Dullegil, and restaurants in addition to park facilities. These research results suggest that it is necessary to develop and operate programs in consideration of the characteristics and hours of use of park users in the operation and management of urban parks.

        This study is concerned with air-conditioning system in use of thermoelectric device. It is introduced that the well designed structures for better cooling & heating performance with high efficiency. And also it is performed that the system performance test of four types trial products for the use of hybrid commercial vehicle. System performance is affected by many component parts, especially heat sink design & power control method. It is applied that dual extrusive fin tube with buffer zone for the effective radiating of circulating liquid in tube. And also it is applied that power supply method with constant-current system. It is attained that system cooling capacity is 1.2kW, COP is 0.95.

        TCD를 이용한 두개강내 동맥류의 예후 예측 가능한 New Scale(NS) Score System

        Objective : By conducing a review of clinical outcomes for patients with aneurysm treated using current microneurosurgical techniques and intensive care unit management, we speculated that grading systems based only on clinical condition or CT finding after admission failed to provide a significant stratification of outcome between individual grades of patients, because these systems did not include the factor for postoperative vasospasm. We hypothesized that postoperative blood flow velocity could have a significant impact on outcome prediction for patients surgically treated for intracranial aneurysms. Methods : We conducted a analysis on patient- and lesion-specific factors that might have been associated with outcome in a series of 55 aneurysm operations performed with measurements of blood-flow velocity with transcranial Doppler ultrasonography(TCD). In the new scale(NS) score system, 1 point is assigned additionally for the case with Hunt and Hess(H-H)/World Federation of Neurological Surgeons(WFNS) Grade IV or V, Fisher Scale(FS) score 3 or 4, aneurysm size greater than 10mm, patient age older than 60 years, blood-flow velocity higher than 120cm/sec, and posterior circulation lesion. By adding the total points, a 6-point scale score(score 0-6) is obtained. Results : Age of patient, size of aneurysm, clinical condition(H-H grade and WFNS), FS score, and blood flow velocity(TCD 1day after operation) were independently and strongly associated with long-term outcome. When NS scores were applied to 55 patients with at least 6 months follow-up, the correlation of individual scores with outcome was strongly validated the retrospective findings. Conclusion : It was speculated that TCD could be used to assess postoperative vasospasm and to monitor noninvasively the patients with aneurysmal SAH. This NS score system is easy to apply, divide patients into groups with different outcome, and is comprehensive, allowing for more accurate prediction of surgical outcome.

        최소 제곱 무요소법을 이용한 적응 기법에 관한 연구

        An h-adaptive scheme of first-order least-squares meshfree method is presented. A posteriori error estimates, which can be readily computed from the residual, are also presented. For elliptic problem the error indicators are further improved by applying the Aubin-Nitsche method. In the proposed refinement scheme, Voronoi cells are utilized to insert nodes at appropriate positions. Through numerical examples, it is demonstrated that the error indicators reveal good correlations with the actual errors and the adaptive first-order least-squares meshfree method is effectively applied to the localized problems such as the shock formation in fluid dynamics.

        전도체 형성 방법에 따른 유무기 복합재료 안테나의 고주파 특성

        Antennas were fabricated by physical(adhesive) and chemical(deposition+plating) method on organic-inorganic composite material. And antennas were measured dielectric constant and gain. Dielectric constant of antennas were fabricated by physical method was decreased with increase of adhesive tape thickness and number of conduction material composition. But antennas were fabricated by chemical method was reached to 90 % of dielectric material. Gain of antennas were fabricated by physical method was decreased with increase of adhesive tape thickness. But they were unrelated with conduction material composition. The other side antennas were fabricated by chemical method excelled more 0.8 dBic than antennas were fabricated by physical method in gain of antenna. Finally, chemical method can expect excellent product process because it can produce smaller size, higher gain and elimination of many handworks.

        Epidemiology of Legionella and Climatic Variables in Seoul, Korea

        Legionella species are abundant in the built environment and are increasingly recognized as a cause of Legionnaires’ disease (LD). As the number of cases of Legionnaires’ disease acquired by local communities in the Seoul metropolitan area in Korea has been increased, there was concern that changes in environmental factors could affect disease outbreaks. We described the association between climatic variables and occurrence of legionellosis in Korea and Legionella detection rate in Seoul area. A total of 418 cases of legionellosis were reported between 2014 and 2017. There was a seasonal peak in summer. LD continuously occurred from early spring to winter every year and rapidly increased in summer. In the regression analysis, the primary variables of interest- PM2.5 (g/m3), NO2 (ppb), and a number of the date of issue O3 warning were not significant except for average temperature (R2=0.8075). The Legionella detection rate in Seoul, Korea showed a trend similar to precipitation (P=0.708, ANOVA). A relatively high proportion of Legionella detection rate was shown, especially cooling tower (17.7%) and public bath (19.3%). This finding is in line with current understanding of the ecological profile of this pathogen and supports the assertion that legionellosis occurs through contamination of water sources.

        구조물의 토폴로지 최적화에 관한 연구

        The problem of structural topology optimization can be relaxed and converted into the optimal density distribution problem. The optimal density distribution must be post-processed to get the real shape of the structure. The extracted shape can then be used for the next process, which is usually shape optmization based on the boundary movement method. In the practical point of view, it is very important to get the optimal density distribution from which the corresponding shape can easily be extracted. Among many other factors, the presence of checker-board patterns is a powerful barrier for the shape extraction job. The nature of checker-board patterns seems to be a numerical locking. In this paper, an efficient algorithm is presented to suppress the checker-board patterns. At each iteration, density is re-distributed after it is updated according to the optimization rule. The algorithm also results in the optimal density distribution whose corresponding shape has smooth boundary. Some examples are presented to show the performance of the density re-distribution algorithm. Checker-board patterns are successfully suppressed and the resulting shapes are considered very satisfactory.

        ε-Ga<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> 박막 성장 및 MSM UV photodetector의 전기광학적 특성

        본 연구에서는 $Ga_2O_3$ 박막의 구조적 특성과 Ti/Au 전극을 증착하여 제작된 metal-semiconductor-metal (MSM) photodetector 소자의 광학적, 전기적 특성에 대해 연구하였다. 유기 금속 화학 증착법(metal organic chemical vapor deposition, MOCVD)을 이용해 서로 다른 온도에서 $Ga_2O_3$ 박막을 성장하였다. 성장온도에 따라 $Ga_2O_3$의 결정상이 ${\varepsilon}$-상에서 ${\beta}$-상으로 변화하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. X-선 회절 분석(X-ray diffraction, XRD) 결과로 ${\varepsilon}-Ga_2O_3$의 결정구조를 확인하였고, 주사 전자 현미경(scanning electron microscopy, SEM) 이미지로 결정구조의 형성 메커니즘에 대해 논의하였다. 음극선 발광(Cathode luminescence, CL) 측정으로 $Ga_2O_3$의 발광성 천이에 관여하는 에너지 준위의 형성 원인에 대해 논의하였다. 제작된 MSM photodetector 소자의 외부 광에 대한 전류-전압 특성과 시간 의존성 on/off 광 응답 특성을 통해 ${\varepsilon}-Ga_2O_3$로 제작한 photodetector는 가시광보다 266 nm UV 파장 영역에서 훨씬 뛰어난 광전류 특성을 보이는 것을 확인하였다. In this study, we investigated the structural properties of $Ga_2O_3$ thin films and the photo-electrical properties of metal-semiconductor-metal (MSM) photodetectors deposited by Ti/Au electrodes. $Ga_2O_3$ thin films were grown at different temperatures using metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). The crystal phase of $Ga_2O_3$ changed from ${\varepsilon}$-phase to ${\beta}$-phase depending on the growth temperature. The crystal structure of ${\varepsilon}-Ga_2O_3$ was confirmed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and the formation mechanism of crystal structure was discussed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images. From the results of current-voltage (I-V) and time-dependent photoresponse characteristics under the illumination of external lights, we confirmed that the MSM photodetector fabricated by ${\varepsilon}-Ga_2O_3$ showed much better photocurrent characteristics in the 266 nm UV range than in the visible range.

        최소 제곱 무요소법과 적분 오차

        Least-squares meshfree method is presented. Conventional meshfree methods based on the Galerkin formulation suffer from inaccurate numerical integration. Least-squares formulation exhibits rather different integration-related characteristics. It is demonstrated through numerical examples that least-squares formulation is much more robust to integration errors than the Galerkin's. Therefore efficient meshfree methods can be devised by combining very simple integration algorithms and least-squares formulation.

        신경망을 이용한 반도체 공정 시뮬레이터 : 포토공정 오버레이 사례연구

        The advancement in semiconductor technology is leading toward smaller critical dimension designs and larger wafer manufactures. Due to such phenomena, semiconductor industry is in need of an accurate control of the process. Photolithography is one of the key processes where the pattern of each layer is formed. In this process, precise superposition of the current layer to the previous layer is critical. Therefore overlay parameters of the semiconductor photolithography process is targeted for this research. The complex relationship among the input parameters and the output metrologies is difficult to understand and harder yet to model. Because of the superiority in modeling multi-nonlinear relationships, neural networks is used for the simulator modeling. For training the neural networks, conjugate gradient method is employed. An experiment is performed to evaluate the performance among the proposed neural network simulator, stepwise regression model, and the currently practiced prediction model from the test site.
