        시뮬레이션 기반 의사소통 교육이 간호대학생의 문제해결과정, 의사소통 자기효능감 및 의사소통능력에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: This study verified the effects of simulation-based communication education on the problem-solving process, communication self-efficacy, and communication ability of nursing college students. Methods: As an experimental study of single-group pre- and post-design, data were collected from April 12 to June 18, 2021, using a self-report questionnaire from 55 Year 4 nursing college students in city D. The collected data were analyzed in terms of frequency, paired t-test, and Pearson's correlation coefficients using the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. Results: Our findings indicated that there were significant differences between the problem-solving process (t=-20.54, p<.001), communication self-efficacy (t=-15.31, p<.001), and communication ability (t=-3.62, p=.001) in communication before and after simulation-based communication education. Following simulation-based communication education, the communication ability of nursing students was evaluated through the problem-solving process (r=.46, p<.01), self-efficacy in communication (r=.37, p<.01), and problem-solving process by a doctor. Furthermore, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation with communication self-efficacy (r=.16, p<.01). Conclusion: It can be expected that the simulation -based communication education will improve nursing students’ problem-solving process, communication self-efficacy, and communication ability and thus contribute to high-quality nursing in related clinical situations. In addition, for a more effective communication education, research that could develop various scenarios in the clinical field and verify the effectiveness is required.

        간호대학생 대상 시뮬레이션 기반 재난 간호 교육 프로그램: 체계적 문헌고찰

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify trends in disaster nursing education and conduct a systematic review of the characteristics of simulation-based disaster education programs for nursing students. Method: In May 2020, 12 electronic databases were used to conduct a literature search using Korean and English keywords. Simulation, disaster, nursing, and education were among the search keywords. Fourteen studies were selected. The risk of bias assessment tool for non-randomized studies was used to assess study quality. Results: A total of 14 non-randomized studies were selected. Simulation was mainly conducted using high-fidelity simulators and virtual reality simulations. Disaster scenarios included situations such as a bus crash, earthquake, tornado, and toxic chemical exposure in mass casualty incident nursing or disaster drills. There were differences in the methods of simulation interventions, and we found that disaster related nursing competencies such as disaster knowledge, disaster preparedness, disaster performance, confidence, self-efficacy, and ethical reasoning improved in nursing students after the intervention. Conclusion: Disaster nursing education aims to improve nursing students’ disaster competencies. Future research should examine significant risk of bias control for confounding variables, attrition bias, and outcome evaluation.

        유도무기의 비행 시나리오 설계 및 유도조종 성능분석을 위한 모듈화 기반 시뮬레이션 환경 개발

        This paper describes the development of a modular simulation environment to analyze the performance of guided weapons. For the reusability of the simulation environment, components of the guided weapon simulation are modularized based on MATLAB Simulink. And the module management system is implemented based on Excel and MATLAB GUI for simulation interface and module management. In addition, a method of integration for modules with different interface and a method to set up the guidance and control phase for designing a guided flight scenario are suggested. Finally, to verify the performance of the implemented simulation environment, it was compared with the existing simulation results. 본 논문에서는 유도무기 성능분석을 위한 모듈화 기반 시뮬레이션 환경 개발에 관한 내용을 기술한다. 시뮬레이션 환경의 재사용성을 위하여 유도무기의 시뮬레이션 구성 요소들을 MATLAB Simulink를 기반으로 모듈화하였다. 그리고 시뮬레이션 인터페이스 및 모듈 관리를 위하여 Excel 및 MATLAB GUI 기반의 모듈 관리체계를 구현하였다. 또한 동일하지 않은 인터페이스로 설계된 모듈들을 통합하는 방안과 유도비행 시나리오 설계를 위해 유도/조종 단계를 구성하는 방안을 제시하였다. 최종적으로, 구현한 시뮬레이션 환경의 성능검증을 위하여 기존 시뮬레이션 결과와 비교하였다.

        지역사회 내 쓰레기 문제 해결을 위한 이산사건시스템 형식론 기반 모델링 및 시뮬레이션 환경

        현대사회의 도시화 추세가 지속됨에 따라 인구의 집중으로 주거환경에 대한 도시문제의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 다양한 도시문제 중에서 대표적인 문제 중 하나는 쓰레기 문제로 시민들의 주거환경 악화의 원인이 되며 시정 만족도에 대해 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 요인이다. 이와 같은 쓰레기 문제는 단순히 주거지역의 쓰레기 배출량에 대한 분석으로는 정확히 예측할 수 없으며 쓰레기의 주거지역에 분포하고 있는 거주민의 생활양식과 특징에 대한 분석이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 주거지역 내의 거주민의 분포에 따라 발생할 수 있는 쓰레기 문제와 이에 대한 만족도 분석을 수행하기 위하여 이산사건 시스템 형식론을 활용한 에이전트 기반 거주민 모델링과 시뮬레이션 환경을 제안한다. 제안하는 연구는 주거민의 시계열적인 특성을 표현하기 위하여 원자모델을 사용하였으며 시뮬레이션 모델의 재사용성을 증대시키기 위한 결합모델을 사용하여 다가구와 다가구 주택을 모의하였다. 또한, 본 연구는 다가구 주택지역에 대한 시뮬레이션 모델링을 진행하고, 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 연구결과로 다가구 주택지역의 시뮬레이션에서는 거주민의 특성을 고려한 결과와 그렇지 않은 결과 사이에 뚜렷한 차이점을 발견할 수 있었으며 지역 문화적 특성과 시간적 특성을 고려한 시뮬레이션이 필요함을 확인할 수 있었다.

        반도체 FAB의 자동화 물류 시스템을 위한 다중해상도 모델링 방법

        In this study, we propose a multi-resolution modeling method for the automated material handling system in semiconductor FABs. Discrete-event simulation is a crucial tool for experimenting and solving decision-making problems in the semiconductor industry. However, when both the production and logistics systems of semiconductor FABs are modeled together, simulation speed can become slow. To address this issue, we suggest a method that uses high-resolution and low-resolution models simultaneously to create a model of FAB’s automated material handling system. By inheriting the logistics system characteristics extracted from the high-resolution model into the low-resolution model, we can obtain an FAB automated material handling system model with high simulation speed and accuracy. We verified the efficiency of our proposed method through simulation case studies using SMT2020 and SMAT2022 testbeds. Our proposed multi-resolution modeling method is expected to make an important technical contribution to improving the efficiency and accuracy of semiconductor FAB simulation. 본 연구에서는 반도체 FAB의 자동화 물류 시스템에 대한 다중해상도 모델링 방법을 제안한다. 이산사건 시뮬레이션은 반도체 산업 분야에서 중요한 도구로 활용되고 있지만, 반도체 생산 시스템과 물류 시스템을 함께 모델링하면 시뮬레이션 속도가 느려지는 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해, 고해상도 모델과 저해상도 모델을 동시에 사용하여 FAB의 자동화 물류 시스템에 대한 모델을 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 고해상도 모델에서 추출된 FAB의 물류 시스템 특성을 저해상도 모델에 상속함으로써, 높은 시뮬레이션 속도와 높은 정합성을 갖는 FAB의 자동화 물류 시스템 모델을 획득할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 SMT2020, SMAT2022 테스트배드를 활용한 시뮬레이션 사례 연구를 통해 제안된 방법의 효율성을 입증하였다. 이를 통해 제안된 다중해상도 모델링 방법이 반도체 FAB 시뮬레이션의 효율성과 정확성을 향상할 수 있는 중요한 기술적 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

        Simulation based Battle Experimentation is to examine the readiness for a battle using simulation technology. It heavily relies on the weapon systems modeling and simulation. To analyze the characteristics and complexity of the weapon systems in the experiment, the modeling & simulation environment has to be able to break down the system of systems into components and make the use of high fidelity components such as real hardware in simulation. In that sense, the modular and hierarchical structure of DEVS (Discrete EVent System Specification) framework provides potentials to meet the requirements of the battle experimentation environment. This paper describes the development of the DEVS integrated development environment for Simulation based Battle Experimentation. With the design principles of easy, flexible, and fast battle simulation, the newly developed battle experimentation tool mainly consists of 3 parts - model based graphical design tool for making DEVS models and linking them with external simulators easily through diagrams, the experiment plan tool for speeding up a statistic analysis, the standard components model libraries for lego-like building up a weapon system. This noble simulation environment is to provide a means to analyze complex simulation based experiments with different levels of models mixed in a simpler and more efficient way.

        컴파일방식 시뮬레이션 기법을 이용한 ASIP 어셈블리 시뮬레이터의 성능 향상

        This paper presents a retargetable compiled assembly simulation technique for fast ASIP(application specific instruction processor) simulation. Development of ASIP which satisfies design requirements in various fields of applications such as telecommunication, wireless network, etc. needs formal design methodology and high-performance relevant software environments such as compiler and simulator In this paper, we employ the architecture description language(ADL) named ${HiXR}^2$ to automatically synthesize an instruction-level compiled assembly simulator. A compiled simulation has benefit of time efficiency to interpretive one because it performs instruction fetching and decoding at compile time. Especially, in case of assembly simulation, instruction decoding is usually a time-consuming job(string operation), so the compiled simulation of assembly simulation is more efficient than that of binary simulation. Performance improvement of the compiled assembly simulation based on ${HiXR}^2$ is exemplified with an ARM9 architecture and a CalmRISC32 architecture. As a result, the compiled simulation is about 150 times faster than interpretive one.

        간호 대학생을 위한 시뮬레이션 기반 천식아동간호 교육이 지식과 임상수행능력에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate simulation-based asthma pediatric care among nursing students. Methods: One group post design was utilized. A total of 148 nursing students were recruited as participants. The data were collected from February 22to June10, 2016. Seven hours of simulation-based asthma pediatric care was conducted. Results: The total mean knowledge score for asthma pediatric care was 3.8, and simulation-based performance score was 8.0. In simulation-based performance, the highest mean score was 2.4 for “oxygenation” category and the lowest mean score was 1.5 for “nursing recording.” There was no statistically significant difference in the level of clinical performance using simulation for the upper, middle, and lower groups according to the theoretical knowledge level. Additionally, no statistically significant correlation was found between the theoretical knowledge score and simulation-based clinical performance score. Conclusion: The findings suggest that simulation-based care involving various scenarios and integrated evaluation tools for clinical nursing performance are required to improve asthma pediatric care among nursing students.

        Recent modeling and simulation technology is being used in various fields. Especially in the field of military, Simulation-Based Acquisition (SBA) is recognized as a essential policy. To effectively carry out SBA, modeling and simulation techniques should be applied in the whole life-cycle for the weapon system development, and simulation architecture framework which provides easily reusable and interoperability is needed. Through reusability and interoperability, the costs of constructing the integrated collaborate environment for simulation based acquisition can be minimized. In this study, we define requirements, issues for enhancing reusability and interoperability, and propose simulation framework as a solution of the problem including structural design. Proposing simulation framework provides common functions for producing simulator as reusable units and easily changeable structure on user's purpose. In addition, we provide the result for applying simulation framework to our project.

        시뮬레이션기반 교육과 최신학습이론

        Purpose: This review study aimed to provide an update and overview on the theoretical background to undertaking simulation based education and research for simulation based learning. Methods: This review includes papers and books in regarding to education and nursing education. This article was addressed general learning theories and simulation based teaching strategies based on current learning theories. Results: Simulation-based learning is based on the constructivist learning theory. Current learning theories such as experiential learning theory, transformative learning theory, and situational learning theory are rooted in constructivist learning theory. These theories emphasize the reflection for effective self-directed learning. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the critical reflection was the most important component in effective simulation based learning.
