최근 국내에서 가스절연송전선(GIL : Gas Insulated Transmission Line)의 실계통 도입을 위하여 345㎸급 GIL의 개발 및 적용을 위한 연구 및 검토가 수행되고 있다. 가공선로의 일부구간을 GIL로 대치하는 데 있어서, 변전소측이 원거리일 경우에는 변전소 내부의 차단기나 단로기 등 개폐 써지에 의한 과전압의 영향은 감쇄효과로 인하여 그다지 크지 않지만, 현재 설치 예정선로와 같이 변전소 측과의 거리가 약 2.6[㎞]로 짧을 경우 차단기 동작에 의한 개폐써지의 영향을 무시할 수 없게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 GIL 시스템이 가공송전선로와 연계된 경우 근접한 변전소단에서 개폐를 가정하였을 때, GIL 시스템과 가공송전선로에서 발생할 수 있는 개폐과전압에 대하여 과도해석 프로그램인 EMTP를 이용하여 검토하였다.

This study was conducted to determine the volume of pig slurry productinn and the characteristics from 4 swine farms. For the composition of pig slurry produced, contents of N, $P_2O_5$ and $K_2O$, were 0.13, 0.25 and 0.13% in slurry, respectively. Water pollutant concentration in slurry of swine farms, $BOD_5$, $COD_MN$, SS, T-N and T-P, was $24,047mg/{\ell}$, $30,232mg/{\ell}$, $36,833mg/{\ell}$, $2,805mg/{\ell}$, $465mg/{\ell}$, respectively. The average volume of pig slurry was 6.30 ${\ell}/head/day$ and 6.32 ${\ell}$ in spring, 6.69 ${\ell}$ in summer, 6.09 ${\ell}$ in autumn, and 6.12 ${\ell}$ in winter. The average moisture content of slurry was 95.8%. The composition of slurry produced by pig farms.

This study was conducted to collect basic data about the effects of ventilation types on the interior environment of the enclosed farrowing-nursery pig house in Anseong, Icheon and Jeungpyong. Surveyed ventilation types in the enclosed farrowing-nursery pig house are classified in to 4 types. In V1 type, air enters through a planar slot inlet placed on the juncture of the entering wall and exit through the chimney fan outlet; in V2 type, air enters through a perforated ceiling inlet and exits chimney fan outlet(V2); in V3 type, air enters through a circular duct inlet and exit chimney fan outlet(V3); in V4 type, enters through a circular duct inlet and exits side wall exhaust fan outlet(V4). Temperature, relative humidity, air velocity and ammonia concentration($NH_3$) were measured in the interior of swine building in the summer. Interior temperature was not remarkably different in all ventilation types in this study. However, temperature of the V4 was somewhat lower than that of the other types. Air velocity of the V4 was higher and $NH_3$ concentration of the V4 was lower than those of other ventilation types. It is suggested that the V4 ventilation type be applicable in the enclosed farrowing-nursery pig house in Korea.

This study was conducted to determine the effects of pig manure composting on emission of dinitrogen oxide ($N_2O$) that is greenhouse gas. Fresh pig manure was mixed with sawdust as bulking agent and moisture content of mixed compost was adjusted by 61.9%. After mixing bulking agent with pig manure that was left to compost with aeration in composting chamber for an initial period of 30 days. At the end of this period, that was decomposed and a second period of composting was conducted without aeration for 60 days. Temperature during the initial composting period was above $55^{\circ}C$ for 7 days. Moisture reduction rate by composting pig manure was 36.7%. $N_2O$ Produced during composting was 0.043g/T-Ng.

The Information Committee of the Korean Gastric Cancer Association sent questionnaires to 31 laparoscopic gastric surgeons about their personal experiences with laparoscopic gastric surgery from 2001 to 2003. Twenty-four surgeons responded to the questionnaires (response rate: $77.4\%$).The number of laparoscopic gastric surgeries from 2001 to 2003 was 1,130 and increased from 209 in 2001 to 593 in 2003. The number of operations for a gastric adenocarcinoma also increased from 87 cases in 2001 to 403 cases in 2003. Laparoscopic radical procedures, such as a laparoscopyassisted distal gastrectomy or total gastrectomy (LADG or LATG), have increased rapidly during this period. (55 cases in 2001, 150 cases in 2002, and 364 cases in 2003). Laparoscopic function-preserving gastrectomies were not performed until 2003, during which year one pylorus- preserving gastrectomy and six proximal gastrectomies were performed laparoscopically. A wedge resection for a gastric submucosal tumor was performed in 71 cases in 2001, 82 in 2002, and 103 in 2003. Hand-assisted laparoscopic surgery (HALS) was performed in 39 cases in 2001, 55 in 2002, and 49 in 2003. As for personal indications for a LADG, 14 surgeons performed a LADG only for a T1 lesion, and 5 surgeons extended their indications to T2N0 lesions. In the near future, laparoscopic procedures for gastric cancer will be widely adopted in Korea if the medical-insurance obstacle is overcome and the long-term survival results are verified.

고온 초전도 전력케이블은 기존 케이블에 비해 많은 전력을 공급할 수 있기 때문에 대용량 신규부하 밀집지역이나 노후 전력케이블 교체시 대용량 송전을 가능하게 하는 대안으로 관심이 많아지고 있다. 그러나 고온 초전도 케이블은 전기적인 특성이나 냉각시스템을 필요로 하는 등 기존 케이블과 다른 많은 특성을 가지고 있기 때문에 실계통에 투입하기 이전에 초전도 케이블의 신뢰성 검증 및 평가가 새롭게 검토해야할 사안들로 받아들여주고 있다. 이를 위해서는 국내외적으로 진행된 많은 고온 초전도 전력케이블에 시험 데이터 및 경험을 근거로 실계통에 적합한 새로운 신뢰성 평가방법을 제시되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 국내외적으로 진행된 고온 초전도케이블의 신뢰성평가 방법을 검토하고 국내에서 개발중인 세계최고의 전압인 154㎸ 고온 초전도 전력케이블에 대한 신뢰성 평가방법을 제시하고자 한다.

In this experiment porous calcium silicate (PCS) powder prepared by using a 50 mesh sieve was spread on top of chick droppings to investigate the odor from the manure. Zeolite was used as a comparative purpose. Reduction in ammonia production from chick droppings shortly after the PCS and zeolite application was evident (P<0.05), but there were no difference among treatments afterwards. hydrogen sulfide level was significantly lowered by both PCS and zeolite treatment(P<0.05).
양돈 슬러리 퇴비화 방법의 수분증발율 및 경제성 분석에 관한 연구

To evaluate composting process of piggery slurry, we made $1m^3$ bench scale composting reactor, and investigated the input and output of mass, moisture evaporation, volatile solid degradation, and running cost. For 15 days experimentation the results was as followed, The quantity of sawdust used was 0.47ton(18,000won) per 1ton slurry. The amount of moisture evaporated was 16.8kg/kg VS degradated. Total evaporation and VS degradation were 24.8%, 5.7% respectably. To analysis the running cost of that, we included only two factors, sawdust cost and compost income. The compost price to sell was 63won/kg(50% of market price) it made 8,694won income to 756 won loss, but 25won/kg, it was $13,650{\sim}23,100won$ loss per 1 ton slurry in the current pig farmer's condition. This cost was $8.5{\sim}14.4%$ of pig production cost and damage strongly to pig farmers to treat it.
