As the most common nutrition deficiency, iron deficiency not only causes anemia but also influences the central nervous system development. Its pathogenesis is supposed to be the alteration of neurometabolism and neurotransmission in major brain structures, and the disruption of myelination. The first two years after birth is a crucial period for cognitive, behavior, and emotional development with fast brain growth. If iron deficiency occurs in this period, cognitive and psychomotor function cannot be restored in spite of adequate iron supplementation. Thus, iron deficiency in infancy should be considered as a serious disease.

수술실 간호사의 언어폭력경험이 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 사회적 지지, 대처의 조절효과를 중심으로

Purpose: This descriptive correlation study explored the moderating effect of social support and coping in the correlation between experiences of verbal violence and turnover intention among operating room nurses. Methods: The data collection for this study was conducted from July 22 to August 2, 2019, covering 213 operating room nurses working at six general hospitals. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. Results: The mean scores on the experiences of verbal violence by doctors and nurses, social support, coping and turnover intention were 2.52, 2.33, 3.42, 2.61 and 3.90, respectively. Experiences of verbal violence by doctors (r=.21, p=.002) and nurses (r=.25, p<.001) showed a statistically significant positive correlation with turnover intention. In the relationship between the experiences of verbal violence and turnover intention, social support from coworkers (β=.80, p=.018) and coping (β=-.87, p=.005) had a moderating effect. Conclusion: The experience of verbal violence among operating room nurses affects turnover intention; therefore, there is a need to reduce verbal violence at medical sites, support programs to encourage social support from coworkers, and an effective system to cope with verbal violence.

학점은행제 성인학습자의 내적 외적 동기와 실습만족도가 전문직 정체성에 미치는 영향 연구

This study empirically verified whether the intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and practice satisfaction of adult learners who took social welfare field training courses at a lifelong learning institution under the Credit Bank System affect their professional identity. A quantitative survey was conducted using a structured questionnaire targeting 146 adult learners in K Metropolitan City and J Province who were completing social welfare field training courses under the credit bank system. The collected data was subjected to descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and hierarchical regression analysis through IBM SPSS Statistics 26. As a result of the analysis, among the factors according to demographic characteristics, only the average difference in intrinsic motivation according to age was significant. The older the age, the higher the average value of intrinsic motivation. Most of the correlations between major variables were statically significant, but compensation among extrinsic motivations was not significant with other variables. This shows the importance of internal motivation in improving professional identity. The results of the hierarchical regression analysis showed that intrinsic motivation and practice satisfaction had a significant impact on professional identity, while extrinsic motivation was not significant. Therefore, this study concluded that in order to increase the social welfare professional identity of adult learners who study social welfare field training subjects at lifelong learning institutions, their internal motivation must be improved and their satisfaction with practice must be increased. As a practical measure for this, this study emphasized that practical guidance should be provided in which the feedback system actively functions by improving the quality of social welfare field training subjects and identifying individual learning levels, internal motivation levels, and orientations of adult learners. In addition, it suggested the need to develop a standard practice manual for adult learners and to further systematize supervisor continuing education for supervisors who are mainly responsible for adult learners.

광주 시립미술관 문화상품 개발에 관한 연구

문화는 일종의 생활양식으로 사회 구성원에 의해 공유되는 지식,신념,행위의 총체로서 도구의 사용과 더불어 인류의 고유한 특성으로 언어,신앙,관습,관념,기술,예술,의례 등을 표현한다. 그동안 우리의 문화개념은 경제부분에서 축적되는 재화를 소비하는 영역으로만 생각하여 왔으며 문화상품이 국민 경제에 어떠한 비중을 차지하는지, 산업발전에 어떠한 동기를 부여할 수 있는지에 대해서는 인식이 부족하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 자치단체 중 여느 지역보다 전통문화에 대한 자긍심이 높고 예향·의향·미향이라 불리울 정도로 유무형의 다양한 잠재요소를 확보하고 있는 도시로서 광주를 선정하여 상품 가치가 높은 미술관 문화상품 개발의 모델을 제시하였다. 구체적인 연구방법으로 지역의 정서와 이미 지를 화폭에 담아내고 있는 몇몇 작가를 선정하여 작품의 이미지를 재구성히고 넥타이에 응용함으로서 문화상품으로서의 가치를 높일 수 있도록 연구하였다. In a concrete way, We chose some artists who draw the city's image and feeling on the pictures. Then reorganized and applied them to neckties so that they can be av ailable for the culture goods.

소아와 청소년기에 발생하는 대장의 악성 종양은 매우 드물고 예후가 불량하다. 저자들은 내원 3개월 전부터의 식욕 부진, 체중 증가 지연과 내원 6일 전부터의 설사, 복통, 복부 종괴 촉지를 주소로 내원한 12세 남아에서 복부 초음파 촬영, 복부 전산화 단층 촬영, 바륨대장 조영술, 대장 내시경 검사 및 조직 검사 소견으로 진단된 S상 결장에 발생한 점액 선암종 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Colorectal carcinomas occur primarily in elderly people and are rare in children. Unlike adult colorectal carcinomas, the overall prognosis is very poor because of the usual delay in diagnosis and advanced stages at presentation or initial diagnosis, and a high incidence of aggressive tumor pathology such as mucinous adenocarcinoma. Colon cancer should not be excluded in children only based on age or barium enema results. Therefore, colonoscopy should be performed in pediatric patients with unexplained rectal bleeding and abdominal pain. We report a rare case of a child with a mucinous adenocarcinoma of the sigmoid colon in a 12-year-old boy, who presented with an abdominal mass and abdominal pain and review the medical literature.

저자들은 불규칙한 발열은 주소로 내원한 5개월 된 어린 영아에서 유전자 검사를 통하여 선천성 신성 요붕증을 조기 확진하였으며 thiazide 치료에 반응을 보였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Nephrogenic diabetes insipidus(NBI) is characterized by an inability to concentrate urine despite normal or elevated plasma concentrations of the antidiuretic hormone; arginine vasopressin(AVP). Polyuria with hyposthenuria, and polydipsia are the cardinal clinical manifestations of the disease. Ninety percent of congenital nephrogenic diabetes insipidus patients are males with the X-linked recessive form of the disease; the mutation is in the AVP receptor 2 gene(AVPR2), which is located in chromosomal region Xq28. We report a case of NDI who suffered from unexplained fever and failure to thrive, which has been recognized since about ,3 months after birth. 어린이집 원장의 보육교사 실습지도에 대한 인식과 개선방안 연구

본 연구는 어린이집 원장의 보육실습지도에 대한 인식과 개선방안을 알아보기 위해 2018년부터 2020년까지 보육실습생을 지도한 23명의 원장을 대상으로 면담유형을 도출하고 8명과 심층 면담을 진행하고 분석하였다. 이를 위해 도출된 항목은 예비보육교사에게 요구되는 영역, 보육실습 지침서 관계영역, 보육실습지도 의미영역, 보육실습 개선방안 영역으로 분류되었고 면담준거를 설정하여 반구조화 된 면담지를 개발하였고 4명씩 2그룹으로 나누어 심층면담을 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 전사하여 자료의 해석, 코딩, 분류 등의 유기적 데이터 분석을 하였고 파랑새 2.0를 이용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 예비보육교사에게 요구되는 영역에서 열정적 태도, 긍정적 자아개념, 인·적성을 갖춘 전문적인 교사 자질의 필요성을 인식하였다. 둘째, 보육실습 지침서 관계영역에서 개정교육과정에 맞는 수정, 보완 후 현장적용의 필요성과 서류와 일지의 일원화, 간소화의 필요성을 인식하였다. 셋째, 보육실습지도 의미영역에서 짧은 교육과정을 이수한 보육실습생의 전문적 자질 부족과 실습지도의 어려움으로 자격과정을 3년제 이상으로 확대하여야 함과 복수전공 자격취득제도 철회의 필요성을 인식하였다. 넷째, 보육실습 개선방안 영역에서는 인·적성 검사도입, 예비보육교사 자격 강화, 보육실습 기준안 마련, 면접시스템 도입, 보육실습 지도교사의 처우개선, 보육실습 지침서의 활용도 있는 개정의 지원이라는 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다. In this study, in order to find out how the daycare center directors perceived childcare practice guidance and how to improve it, interview types were derived from 23 directors who taught childcare interns from 2018 to 2020, and conducted and analyzed in-depth interviews with 8 people. The items derived for this were classified into areas required for pre-service nursery teachers, related areas for childcare practice guidelines, meaning areas for childcare practice guidance, and areas for improvement measures for childcare practice, and developed semi-structured interview sheets by setting the interview criteria. The in-depth interview was divided into two. The collected data was transcribed to analyze organic data such as data interpretation, coding, and classification, and Bluebird 2.0 was used. As a result of the study, first, the need for professional teacher qualities with passionate attitude, positive self-concept, and personality and aptitude was recognized in the areas required for pre-service nursery teachers. Second, the need for field application after revision and supplementation in accordance with the revised curriculum in the related areas of the childcare practice guideline and the necessity of unifying and simplifying documents and journals were recognized. Third, in the field of childcare practice guidance, the need to withdraw the dual-major qualification acquisition system was recognized because of the lack of professional qualities and difficulty in training the childcare trainees who completed the short curriculum. Fourth, in the area of improvement measures for childcare practice, policy implications such as introduction of personality and aptitude tests, reinforcement of pre-service childcare teacher qualifications, preparation of childcare practice standards, introduction of an interview system, improvement of the treatment of childcare practice supervisors, and the use of childcare practice guidelines are supported. 소아 천식 환아에서 혈청 ECP 와 비점막 세척액 ECP 의 연령에 따른 비교

목 적 . 천식은 호산구를 비롯한 여러 염증 세포들의 기관지내 침윤 및 기관지 과민반웅의 증가를 특징으로 하며, 이러한 기관지 과민반응은 활성화된 호산구에서 유리된 MBP, ECP 등의 독성 과립단백에 의한 기도 상피세포의 손상에 의한다. 최근 알레르기 반응시 비점막 조직 소견이 하기도의 염증 반웅과 유사하다는 여러 학자들의 보고가 있다^1, 2). 이에 저자들은 천식 환아의 혈청 및 비점막 세척액에서 ECP를 측정하여 연령에 따른 변화를 비교하고 소아기 전 연령에서 호산구 역할을 알고저 본 연구를 실시하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 1995년 6월부터 1996년 5월까지 급성 천식 발작으로 본원 소아 병실에 입원한 생후 6개월에서 14세 사이의 환아 62명을 대상으로 2세 미만은 A군, 2-4세는 B군, 5-14세는 C군으로 구분하였고 천식의 과거력이나 호흡기 중상이 없는 입원 환아를 대조군으로 하여 각 군에서 혈청 ECP와 비점막 세척액 ECP를 측정 대조군과 비교하였고 각 연령군에서 혈청 ECP, 호산구수, 혈청 총 IgE, 입원 당시 폐기능과의 관계를 비교하였다. 결 과: 1) 혈청 ECP는 A군 16.5±7.1 ㎍/l, B군 28.9±18.7㎍/1, C군 45.9±34.8㎍/1로 연령이 높을수록 높게 측정되었고 각 연령군에서 공히 대조군에 비해 의미있게 높았다. 2) 비점막 세척액 ECP 역시 A군 11.3±7.1 ㎍/1, B군 21.3±15.2㎍/1, C군 30.2±18.2㎍/1로 연령이 높을수록 높게 측정되었고 각 연령군에서 대조군에 비해 의미있게 높았다. 3) 혈청 ECP와 비점막 세척액 ECP 및 혈중 호산구수는 A군을 제외한 B, C 연령군에서 상관 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 4) 혈청 ECP와 혈청 총 IgE와는 상관 관계가 없었다. 결 론 : 천식 급성 발작시 혈청 ECf와 비점막 세척액 ECP는 소아의 전 연령군에서 대조군에 비해 의미있게 높았으며 영아기를 포함한 소아기 전 연령에서 흐산추에 의한 기도염증이 천식 발작에서 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 사료된다. Purpose : Asthma features not only infiltration of various inflammatory cells including eosinophils into bronchus but increased bronchial hyperresponsiveness which comes from bronchial epithelial cells damaged by toxic granular protein like MBP and ECP released from the activated eosinophils. Recently, several authors have reported that nasal mucosa histologic findings are similar to an inflammatory change of lower airway in respiratory allergic diseases. Based on the latter, we performed this study to compare serum ECP with nasal wash fluid ECP by their ages and to find out contribution of eosinophils in infants and children with wheezing. Methods : The 62 patients in age from 6 months to 14 years who were admitted due to acute asthma from June 1995 to May 1996 were divided into 3 groups by their ages as follows : group A for less than 2 years old, group B for 2-4 years old and group C for 5-14 years old. The 32 children with no previous history of wheezing or no respiratory symptoms on admission were enrolled as control subject. Serum ECP & nasal wash fluid ECP from each age group with asthma were measured and compared with control, and the relationship between serum ECP and atopic findings were studied. Results : 1) The geometric mean level of serum ECP were significantly higher in wheezing children than in control in all three age group as follows : 16.5±7.1 ㎍/l for group A, 28.9 18.7 ㎍/l for group B, 45.9±34.8 ㎍/1 for group C. 2) The geometric mean level of nasal wash fluid ECP were significantly higher in wheezing children than in control in all age group as follows: 11.3±7.1 ㎍/1 for group A, 21.3±15.2㎍/1 for group B, and 30.2 18.2㎍/l for group C. 3) Serum ECP had correlation with nasal wash fluid ECP & blood eosinophils in group B and C, except group A. Conclusion : On acute asthma attack, the mean ECP level of serum & nasal wash fluid from all children including infancy were significantly higher than control and this suggests that the role of eosinophils to airway inflammation in many wheezing infants may be the same as that in older children with asthma.

발마사지가 항암화학요법을 받는 암환자의 오심구토, 불안, 수면 및 피로에 미치는 효과

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of foot massage on the degree of nausea/vomiting, anxiety, sleep satisfaction and fatigue during chemotherapy.<br/> Method: Total 36 subjects who were admitted to C university hospital in G city during 3 days and 2 nights for chemotherapy were selected from January to June, 2003. Seventeen of these subjects were assigned to control group and the rest were assigned to experimental group. Tools were Index of Nausea, Vomiting & Retching(INVR), Spielberger's state anxiety, sleep satisfaction, & fatigue VAS. Data were collected at both pre-test and post-test.<br/> Results: Difference of pre-test and post-test was not significant between control group and experimental group on the degree of nausea/vomiting, anxiety and sleep satisfaction. However, the effect of foot massage on the fatigue was significant. Conclusion: Further studies need to identify the immediate effect of foot massage on either nausea and vomiting or anxiety and to develop strategies for lengthening and strengthening the short-term effect of foot massage.<br/>
