        조현병 환자들의 일상적 의사결정 과정에서 무쾌감증 및 자아존중감의 영향

        Objectives Decision-making in patients with schizophrenia has been known to be inefficient in both cognitive and affective aspects. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of anhedonia and self-esteem on the decision-making process in schizophrenia. Methods Twenty patients with schizophrenia and 21 healthy controls performed the 'apparel purchase decision-making task', during which they were asked to respond to the preference, fitness, and price suitability, before making the final purchase decision. Generalized estimating equation and correlation analysis were conducted to explore for the difference of decision making patterns and influential factors between the two groups. Results The patients showed lower odds ratio (OR) of the fitness on the apparel purchase decision than the controls [OR 0.190 ; 95% confidence interval (CI) 0.047-0.762, p = 0.019). In the patient group, there was no correlation between the number of purchased trials and the severity of anhedonia, but the number of purchased trials was negatively correlated with the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale score at a trend level (R = -0.436, p = 0.055). Conclusions Patients with schizophrenia considered the fitness of clothes less than healthy controls on apparel purchasing decisions. Schizophrenia patients with lower self-esteem were intended to buy more clothes.

        우리나라 재배지역별 야콘 생산성 및 기능성 프락토올리고당 평가

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of envrionmental factors on the ecological responses, yield, and quality properties and physicochemical characteristics of yacon cultivated in various regions of Korea. Experiments were carried out in eight regions from 2010 to 2013. The temperature range in Jinbu, Bonghwa, Cheolwon, and Gangneung during the growth period of yacon cultivation was $17.5-24.6^{\circ}C$. The total yield and marketable yield of tuberous root in Jinbu were 4,065 and 3,196 kg/10a, respectively. The sugar content of yacon tuberous roots comprised 0.11-0.20% fructose, 0.11-0.37% glucose, 0.39-0.68% sucrose, 0.07-0.37% reducing sugar, and 7.03-9.62% fructo-oligosaccharides. The content of fructo-oligosaccharides, which is a functional substance, was the highest in yacon cultivated in Jinbu. Based on the productivity and functional fructo-oligosaccharides, the optimum areas to cultivate yacon are Jinbu and Bonghwa, which are located in the middle-highland zone (500-560 m) and have a suitable growth temperature of $18-25^{\circ}C$. The results of the present study indicate that temperature could be the factor with the greatest influence on the root growth of yacon.

        멸치볶음 저작·연하 용이 노인식 개발

        Failure of the functions involved in ingestion leads to, not only loss of enjoyment of eating, but also protein-energy malnutrition. Dysmasesis and difficulty of swallowing occurs in various diseases, but aging is a major cause. In the aging society, the proportion of elderly people with dysmasesis and difficulty of swallowing is expected to increase rapidly. Developing foods for the elderly that are easy to chew and swallow is thus required. This study was conducted to develop easily chewable and swallowable foods for the elderly who can crush foods and ingest with their own tongues, but occasionally have difficulty in drinking fluids such as water and tea. Various foods for the elderly with chewing and swallowing difficulties were used for sensory assessment. The sensory panel consisted of 10 dietitians (10 women) in nursing care facilities. The sensory optimal composite recipes were determined by central composite design (CCD). The sensory measurements were significantly different in saltiness (p<0.05), sweetness (p<0.05), and overall quality (p<0.05). The optimum formulation of stir fried anchovy calculated by numerical and graphical methods was 3.74 g of soy sauces and 30.17 g of oligo-saccharides. Stir fried anchovy had a moisture content, hardness and adhesiveness of 76.52%, 2.10, and -1.57, respectively.

        대구시 북구지역의 식용얼음에서 세균 분포 및 동정

        식용얼음은 식품의 제조 가공 조리 등에 직접 사용하거나 그대로 먹기 위해 먹는 물을 얼린 얼음을 뜻하며 얼음의 제조 및 판매 과정에서 미생물이 교차 오염되면 식중독 및 장염을 유발한다. 또한 식용얼음 뿐만 아니라 상수계통, 약수물, 상수와 냉온수기의 정수된 물에서도 여러 가지 원인에 의해서 세균이 증식하는 것으로 나타났다. 이런 이유로 대구시 북구지역에서 생산되는 식용얼음의 위생 상태를 살펴보고자 무작위로 15곳을 선정하여 Brain Heart Infusion 배지에서 세균을 배양한 결과 1곳을 제외한 14곳의 검체에서 균이 증식 되었고 그람염색 결과, 그람음성간균이 80% 차지하였고 그람양성구균 17% 그리고 그람음성구균 3%의 분포를 나타냈다. 그람음성간균의 잠정적인 동정방법으로 API 20E kit와 API 20NE kit를 이용한 결과 Enterobacter cloacae, Chryseomonas luteola, Pantoea spp., Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii, Acinetobacter calcoaceticus, Providencia rettgeri 등이 검출 되었다. 5곳에서 분리된 그람양성구균을 API Staph kit를 이용한 잠정적 동정결과 L업소에서 분리된 균은 식중독을 일으키는 병원성이 강한 Staphylococcus aureus로 동정되었다. 본 연구에서는 대구시 북구 지역의 식용 얼음류에 존재하는 일반세균 및 병원성 세균의 분포를 조사함으로 식용얼음의 위생 상태에 대한 주의를 부각시키고 나아가 대구시 타지역의 식용얼음에 대한 세균분포 조사 및 위생상태 점검에 대한 필요성을 시사한다. The definition of edible ice is frozen water for the use of food manufacturing, processing, or cooking, as well as for the direct eating. It has been reported that in the process of ice manufacturing and its selling, edible ice is contaminated with some microorganisms, which causes food poisoning and gastroenteritis. It was shown that besides in the edible ice, germ growth caused by various reasons occurred in the mineral water, tap water, water filtering system, and water purifier. With public awareness, in order to examine the sanitary conditions of edible ice in the Northern area of Daegu metropolitan city, 15 places were randomly selected. As a result, 14 places were found to be contaminated with microorganisms. After incubating on the Brain Heart Infusion (BHI) agar plate, 80% of Gram-negative bacilli, 17% of Gram-positive cocci, and 3% of Gram-negative cocci were cultured. Enterobacter cloacae, Chryseomonas luteola, Pantoea spp., Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii, Acinetobacter calcoaceticus or Providencia rettgeri were detected. Gram-positive cocci cultured in BHI agar plate from 5 specimens were identified as Staphylococcus aureus or Staphylococcus xylosus, which is well known bacteria causing strong food poisoning. This present paper raises questions on the importance and awareness of sanitary conditions of edible ice and the identification of pathogenic microorganisms living in the edible ice in relation to their distribution. The examination of sanitary conditions of edible ice in other areas in Daegu seems to be also needed to find out if there are similar cases.

      • 영어의 비강세 약모음 schwa /e/의 음성실현

        The present study examines the phonetic realizations of the unstressed weak vowel /e/ in English words produced by native and Korean ESL speakers. Traditionally, the stressed elements in utterance are considered to be prominent. In this sense, the unstressed weak vowel /e/ is predicted to be shorter in length, lower in pitch and intensity than the stressed vowels. The experiment shows that native English speakers correlate the unstressed weak vowel /e/ with both shorter duration and lower pitch; Korean ESL speakers correlate it with lower pitch only. We cannot find any significant statistical difference in intensity between /e/ and the stressed vowels in both cases. This study suggests it is important to acquire and produce the correct prosodic correlates of the unstressed weak vowel /e/ for Korean ESL speakers to command more natural English intonation, since /e/ is the most common vowel in English speech and consists of the English foot rhythm along with stressed vowels.

        대추과육 분말의 특성과 이를 이용한 약밥, 약편, 대추죽의 조리법 연구

        This study aimed to enhance the applications of dates as a food material that can be utilized and stored easily by improving the inefficient process of the traditional cooking procedure. To this end, this study investigated the physico-chemical and nutritional properties of jujube pulp powder, and compared the traditional and newly developed methods of making yakbap, yakpyon, and jujube porridge. According to the analysis of physical and chemical properties, the jujube pulp powder contained 5.4% moisture, 2.6% crude ash, 6.6% crude protein, 0.35% crude fat, and 4.7% crude fiber. The water activity was 0.95% in jujube pulp while it was 0.24% in jujube pulp powder. In addition, the jujube pulp powder had a total sugar content of 70.4% and reducing sugar content of 6.3%. The vitamin C was content was estimated to be 68.5 mg/100 g in the jujube pulp powder and the jujube pulp contained 6.2 g/100 g of dietary fiber. Major minerals were K, Mg, and Ca. After appointing jujube pulp powder (new method) to a test group and jujube pulp (traditional method) to a control group, the sensory evaluation and acceptance testing were conducted for yakbap, yakpyon, and jujube porridge. As a result, there was no significant difference in any sensory factors tested (p<0.05). It was found that making and storing jujube pulp powder by drying jujube pulp is a useful way of utilizing jujube because Yakbab, Yakpyun and jujube porridge were found to have a relatively good appearance, color, flavor, taste, texture and overall acceptance.

        가상화 서비스의 QoS 보장을 위한 네트워크 적응적인 전송 구조 설계

        Virtualization service processes all operation including the data creation, storing, and disposal in a server and transmits processed data as the streaming media form. Therefore, client can use the same environment as the traditional desktop environment without considering the type of device. Virtualization service should consider not only the video quality but also the delay bounds and continuity of video playback for improving the user perceived Quality of Service(QoS) of streaming service. In this paper, we propose a network-adaptive transmission architecture that focuses on guaranteeing QoS requirements for virtualization service. In order to provide those, the proposed architecture have the transmission rate adaptation function based on available bandwidth and the content bit-rate control function based on sender buffer state. Through each function, proposed architecture guarantee the delay bounds and continuity of virtualization contents playback. The simulation results show that proposed network-adaptive transmission architecture provides a improve performance of throughput and transmission delay. 가상화 서비스는 데이터의 생성, 저장, 폐기 등의 모든 과정과 연산을 서버에서 처리하며, 클라이언트에게 스트리밍 미디어 형태로 전송한다. 따라서, 클라이언트는 단말의 타입에 구애받지 않고 기존 데스크톱 환경과 동일한 환경을 이용할 수 있다. 이러한 가상화 서비스의 사용자 체감 품질을 만족시키기 위해서는 영상 품질 이외에도 재생연속성과 재생지연한계를 고려해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 가상화 서비스의 QoS를 보장하기 위한 네트워크 상황에 적응적인 가상화 콘텐츠 전송 구조를 제안한다. 제안하는 가상화 콘텐츠 전송 구조는 네트워크의 가용 대역폭을 고려한 전송률 조절 기능과 송신 버퍼 상태를 고려한 콘텐츠 비트율 조절 기능이 있으며, 각 기능을 통해 가상화 콘텐츠의 재생지연한계와 가상화 콘텐츠의 재생 연속성을 보장한다. 실험을 통해 제안하는 가상화 콘텐츠 전송 구조가 패킷 손실률과 전송 지연 등의 측면에서 성능이 향상되는 것을 확인하였다.

        면직물에의 아크릴산 에스테르의 그라프트중합

        Graft copolymerization of three acrylic acid ester, methyl acrylate(MA), ethyl acrylate (EA) and butyl acrylate(BA), onto cotton fabrics has been carried out in aqueous emulsion medium which contains ceria ammonium nitrate as an initiator. The factors that affect the graft yield and the graft efficiency such as the kinds of monomer(MA, EA, BA) , initiator concentration, grafting time, grafting temperature and monomer concentration were investigated. And some physical properties of acrylic acid esters grafted cotton fabric were tested. The results are as follows. There is an optimum range giving the maximum graft yield for the concentration of initiator and for the grafting temperature. The ranges were 0.01~0.02mol(conc. of initiator) and 30~45$^{\circ}C$ (grafting temperature). The graftlyields were increased with grafting time, and monomer concentration. Among the three monomers used in this experiment, MA was grafted more easily than the others. This result seemed to be due to the fact that MA has the smallest side chain. Roughly, the graft efficiency was inversely proportional to the graft yield. The thickness of acrylic acid ester grafted cotton fabric was increased, but moisture regain and tensile sirengh were decreased with the increase of graft yield.

        혈관미주 신경성 실신 소아에서 기립경사 검사 동안에 뇌혈류 변화

        목 적 : 실신은 소아에서 가장 흔한 증상이지만 기전은 잘 알려져 있지 않다. 증가된 미주신경의 활동과 감소된 교감신경의 자극이 저혈압, 서맥을 일으키고 마침내는 의식 소실을 초래한다. 이 연구의 목적은 혈관미주 신경성 실신으로 진단된 소아에서 기립경사 검사를 하는 동안 뇌 도플러 초음파를 실시하여 실신 전후의 뇌혈류 속도와 혈압, 심박동수 변화를 측정하고자 하였다. 방 법 : 실신의 과거력을 갖고 있는 64명의 소아를 대상으로 혈압을 10분간 안정 후와 15분 동안 기립 후에 측정하였고, 기립 경사 검사는 $80^{\circ}$에서 45분간 시행하였다. $80^{\circ}$ 각도의 경사 테이블에서 소아를 5분 간격으로 45분 동안 혈압, 심박동수, 산소 포화도를 측정하였다. 기립경사 검사를 하는 동안 실신이나 실신 전 증상이 나타난 소아에서는 검사를 중단하였다. 12-유도 심전도, 뇌파 검사, 심장 초음파를 시행하였다. 기립경사 검사에서 양성으로 나온 10명의 소아에서 Acouson 128XP/10 model 초음파 기기를 이용하여 중 대뇌동맥 혈류 속도, pulsatility 지수, time velocity integral, 혈압, 심박동수, 산소포화도 등을 측정하였다. 결 과 : 기립경사 검사에서 31.3%(20/64)의 양성률을 보였다. 검사 동안에 혈압과 맥박은 감소되지 않았고 뇌혈류 속도와 integral은 유의하게 감소되었다. 결 론: 뇌혈류 속도는 혈압이나 심박동수가 감소하기 전에 미리 감소하므로 실신 전 증상을 미리 예측할 수 있다. 뇌혈류의 자율 조절의 장애가 혈관미주 신경성 실신의 병인론에 중요한 역할을 하리라 생각된다. Purpose : Syncope appears to be common. However, the mechanism of syncope is not clear. Increased vagal activity and withdrawal of sympathetic stimulation cause hypotension, bradycardia and finally loss of consciousness. The purpose of this study was to evaluate changes of cerebral blood flow velocity, blood pressure, and heart rate during tilt test in children with vasovagal syncope. Methods : Sixty four children with a past history of syncope were evaluated. The stand up test was performed for 15 minutes after a rest at supine position for 10 minutes, followed by an $80^{\circ}$ tilt test lasting 45 minutes. If presyncope(lightheadedness, nausea, blurred vision, or sweating) or syncope occurred, the study was discontinued. 12-lead electrocardiography, echocardiography, and electroencephalography were performed. Transcranial Doppler study was performed at the middle cerebral artery with 2 MHz continuous Doppler probe in 10 children with positive tilt test. Systolic, diastolic, mean cerebral blood flow velocity, integral, and pulsatility index were measured with blood pressure, heart rate, and $O_2$ saturation. Results : The positive rate of tilt test was 31.3%(20/64). Systolic, diastolic, and mean cerebral blood flow velocity decreased significantly in absence of hypotension or bradycardia during presyncope. Time velocity integral of cerebral artery also decreased significantly. Conclusion : Decreased cerebral blood flow velocity can predict the presyncope manifestation. Impairment of autoregulation of cerebral blood flow might play an important role in the pathophysiology of vasovagal syncope.
