Many studies have reported that housework done using household appliances may affect biomechanical characteristics of the musculoskeletal system. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of housework done using a pulsator washing machine on joints and muscles. We calculated joint torques and muscle strengths on the basis of an experimental/virtual three-dimensional motion analysis for six healthy females using the pulsator washing machine at different heights (H) and depths (D) of the inside drum (H (mm){\times}D (mm), Trial1: $962.5{\times}609.4$, Trial2: $962.5{\times}624.4$, Trial3: $982.5{\times}644.4$, Trial4: $995.5{\times}642.4$, Trial5: $1015.5{\times}677.4$). The joint torques and muscle strengths tended to be considerably different during torso flexion in the sagittal plane for all the trials. The maximum joint torques for the thoracic vertebra, left ankle, and right shoulder measured in Trial4 were significantly higher than those measured in the other trials (p < 0.05); in addition, those for the thoracic vertebra and both ankles measured in Trial5 were significantly higher than those measured in the other trials (p < 0.05). The maximum muscle strengths for the left trapezius muscle and both tibialis anterior muscles measured in Trial5 were significantly higher than those measured in the other trials (p < 0.05). These results indicate that housework done using a pulsator washing machine may affect joint torques and muscle strengths, and these effects are dependent on the height and/or depth of the inside drum of the pulsator washing machine.

Canine brucellosis is the zoonosis in worldwide and Brucella (B.) canis is a facultative intracellular pathogen that has a very limited host. MLVA-16 (Multilocus VNTR analysis) is a efficient method for genotyping of Brucella species. Various methods have been established for genotyping of Brucella species, but most of analytical method is lack reproducibility and limited capability to differentiate them. B. canis isolates (n=73) from 7 farms in Gyeongbuk province in 2003∼2010 were analyzed using 16 VNTR loci. Automatic electro-phoresis system was utilized for more high throughput and rapid simple discrimination. Thirty two genotypes were identified from 73 B. canis isolates. MLVA could contribute to molecular typing for epidemiological evaluation of canine brucellosis.

This study should focus on the goal of leaving the dog accompanied. Dog Friendly Bed and Breakfast with the purpose of Pensions shall provide for ease of use by placing the facility to place the relevant articles of dogs and dog training facilities. Spatial characteristics for dogs accompanied Pensions were classified as safety, play castle, professionalism, accessibility, scalability, ease. To complement the gaps should help increase the professionalism. Visitors should be communication between the space to each other, share information exchange arrangement. If communication space is arranged passengers must be to one another and to share the information that he knows, acquire specialized knowledge.

유기질비료와 돈분 등 가축분 퇴비 시용으로 인한 작물 생육 효과와 토양 특성 변화에 관한 연구는 많이 수행되었으나 미생물을 이용한 음식물 부숙화 퇴비의 시용으로 인한 작물 생육 효과와 토양 특성 변화에 관한 연구는 매우 미미한 실정이다. 따라서 국내 음식물 쓰레기를 분해할 수 있는 미생물을 이용하여 음식물 쓰레기를 토양에 처리함으로서 토양의 건전성과 작물의 생육을 증진시킬 수 있는 기술 개발이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 음식물 쓰레기를 분해하는 우수미생물을 선발하고자 하였다. 탄소원 분해 미생물을 선발하기 위하여 전주시 인근과 경기도 화성인근 지역의 목질 분해가 심한 시료 11점을 채취하여 시료 1 g과 물 50 mL의 비율로 제조한 후30℃ 120 rpm에서 배양하였다. 탄소원(cellulase) 생산 확인용 배지는 LB(Luria-Burtani)로 배지 성분에 기질로서 1%의 CM-cellulose와 Beechwood xylan을 첨가한 고체 배지 (+1.5% agar) 이며,균주 유래 효소에 의해 기질의 분해를 활성환 형태로 확인하기 위하여 trypan blue 염색시약을 0.02% 농도로 첨가하였다. 목재 부패 시료들로부터 분리한 미생물 중 시료 1 g과 물 50 mL에서 생육하는 미생물은 전주 인근에서 2점, 화성 인근에서 2점으로 나타났으며 cellulase 생성 확인용배지를 이용하여 확인하였다.

In the paper, we propose efficient article and scene change detection algorithms to make the index of sports news compressed in MPEG-2 domain. In the algorithm, the information in MPEG-2 compressed domain is directly used without decoding to save the computation time. The scene change detection algorithm is constructed in an hierarchical method so that the time for detection can be greatly reduced. Also, the algorithm can provide the robust detection against abrupt illuminance change because the luminance and chrominance components are simultaneously considered. Also, the scene change caused by special effect such as disslove and wipe can be detected in the compressed domain. In the article detection, the algorithm is constructed for robust detection of the anchor frame using the concept of CCV(Color Coherent Vector).

Measuring shear force is important for investigating the pathology and prevention of pressure ulcers. In this study, we introduced a bi-axial shear transducer as a new shear sensor. The sensor is consisted of aluminum and polyvinyl chloride plates placed between quadrangular aluminum plates. The shear force on the interface between the human body and a stand-up wheelchair was measured during sitting or standing movements. Shear forces on the sacrum and ischium were almost five times higher than those on other sites during experiments periods. In conclusion, the proposed shear sensor may be reliable and useful for measuring the shear force on human?machine interfaces.
유묘기 장기간 습해처리에 따른 옥수수의 생육 및 수량 특성 변화

본 연구는 사료용 옥수수의 내습성 검정을 위한 기초자료를 얻고자 자식 6계통을 3엽기에 30일간 습해 처리 후 옥수수의 생육 특성 및 수량 변화를 구명하고자 농촌진흥청 국립식량과학원 중부작물부 시험포장(온실)에서 수행한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 습해 처리 시 모든 자식 계통이 무처리에 비하여 초장, 완전전개엽수 및 엽색도(SPAD)는 모든 계통에서 유의적으로 감소하였으며 엽색도는 KS140 계통이 높았고 KS141 계통이 낮았다. 2. 지상부와 뿌리의 건물중은 습해처리 후 모든 계통이 유의적으로 감소하였으며 자식 계통들 간에는 KS140이 가장 많았고 KS163이 가장 적었다. 부정근의 건물중은 무처리와 유의적 차이는 없었으나 KS140 계통에서 높은 경향을 보였다. 3. 수확기 옥수수의 이삭길이와 두께 및 착립이삭길이, 개체당 종실수 모두 무처리에 비하여 유의적으로 감소하였다. 무처리에 비하여 이삭 길이와 두께는 KS141 계통이 착립 이삭길와 개체당 종실수에서는 KS164 계통이 가장 적게 감소하였다. 4. 옥수수 수량은 무처리에 비하여 습해 처리한 모든 계통에서 유의적으로 감소하였으나 습해 처리 계통들 간에는 KS164 계통만 유의적으로 수량이 높아 내습성인 것으로 판단하였다. 5. 옥수수 유묘기 30일간 습해처리시 초장, 엽색도(SPAD값), 완전전개엽수가 옥수수 수량과 상관이 높았다. Waterlogging strongly affects maize (Zea mays L.) growth. It is necessary to find the screening method of waterlogging tolerant maize lines. This study was to investigate the growth characters at V3 stage of maize, when is very sensitive to waterlogging. Six Korean maize inbred lines were subjected to waterlogging at V3 stage for 30 days. The 30 days waterlogging treatment significantly reduced plant height, number of expanded leaves, and SPAD value, compared with the control plants. SPAD values were significantly different among the six inbred lines, KS140 was the highest. The dry matter accumulation of aerial and root part were significantly decreased by 30 days waterlogging. KS140 was the weightiest among inbred lines. The dry matter of adventitious root showed same trend. Waterlogging treatment significantly reduced to ear length and thickness, grains filling length, grain number per ear, and maize grain. Plant height, SPAD value, and number of fully-expanded leave showed high correlation with maize grain yield, but number of senescent leaves, dry matter of adventitious root and TR ratio did not, suggesting that the former three traits may be good indicator for evaluating 30-day waterlogging tolerance of maize inbred lines. KS164 was the highest yield by increasing of grains filling length and grain number per ear of among waterlogging inbred lines. According to the results, evaluation of maize waterlogging should be consider both early growth characteristics and resilience in the later growth stages.
