힌두권의 소규모 비즈니스 선교(BAM) 다수 사례 연구

비즈니스 선교의 용어와 개념이 세상에 소개된 지 20년이 되었고, 한국 선교계에 소개된 지 12년이 지났다. 새로운 선교 환경의 패러다임 에 적절히 대응할 수 있는 선교적 접근으로 비즈니스 선교를 구체적으로 고려할 때가 되었다. 이 연구는 다수 사례 연구로서, 힌두권의 한 도시에서 행해진 비즈니스 선교 사례들을 정리하고 분석했다. 이 연구 의 사례들은 모두 소규모의 비즈니스 선교 사례들이다. 이 연구의 사례들에서 발견한 점들은 다음과 같다. 초기 수년의 기간을 사업에 집중했을 때 사업의 매출 증대 뿐 아니라 안정화에 크게 도움을 주었다. 생존기에 시장과 고객에 신속히 적응하려고 노력하면 기업의 생존 가능성이 높아진다. 모든 사례들이 현지인을 주 고객으로 삼았다. 비즈니스 선교사들이 자신의 사역에 대해 전문 지식 없이 막연한 기대를 가지고 있었지만 유사한 지식이나 경험을 가졌고 전문가와 후원자들의 도움을 적극 받아들였다. 선교사들의 비즈니스 선교에 대한 이해에 따라 이들의 사역이 달랐고 사업의 성장도 다르게 나타났다. It has been 20 years since the concept of Business as Mission (BAM) was first introduced. BAM may be a good approach for the new context of cross-cultural missions today. This is a multiple case study, looking at 5 BAMs in a city in the Hindu world. Here are some findings. Concentrating on business in the early stage helped establish the business better. In the survival stage, paying attention to the needs of the market and customers provided more chance for survival. All BAMers in the study catered to the locals. The BAMers in the study did not have expertise in their business, but they sought and received help from experts and supporters. BAMers’ understanding of BAM was closely related to their ministry and the growth of their business.
SW교육 평가 방법의 적합성 및 현장 유용성에 대한 초등교사 인식 분석

본 연구의 목적은 SW교육에서 활용되고 있는 다양한 평가 방법들에 대한 교사의 인식을 분석하여 현장 유용성을 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 것에 있다. 이를 위해 SW교육 평가 관련 교육을 받은 교사들을 대상으로 설문하였다. 연구 결과, SW교육 수업에서 산출물, 포트폴리오, 관찰 평가를 사용하는 것은 CT를 평가하기에 적절하며 현장에 적용하기 유용하다는 인식이 컸다. 반면, 지필평가와 자기평가는 현장에 적용하기에 유용하나, CT를 평가하기에는 상대적으로 부족하며, 포트폴리오, 디자인, 그리고 인터뷰 평가는 CT를 측정하기에는 적합하나 현장 적용은 어렵다고 응답했다. 또한, 평가 기준, 평가 요소, 그리고 전략 등에 대해서는 적용의 어려움이 있음이 나타났다. 이에 SW교육 평가방법에 대해 더욱 효과적으로 적용하기 위해 필요한 방안들에 대해 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the teachers' perceptions about the various evaluation methods used in SW education and to find ways to improve the usefulness of the field. To do this, we surveyed the teachers who were educated about SW education evaluation. As a result of the study, it was recognized that the use of output, portfolio, and observation evaluation in SW education class is suitable for evaluating CT and useful for field application. On the other hand, paper and self-evaluation are useful for field application, but they are relatively inadequate to evaluate CT. Portfolio, design, and interview evaluations are good for measuring CT, but they are difficult to apply to the field. Also, evaluation criteria, evaluation factors, and strategies were found to be difficult to apply. Therefore, we suggest the necessary measures to apply SW education evaluation method more effectively.
Development of a 4-DOF Industrial Robot System

In this work, a 4-DOF industrial robot system with three translational and one rotational motions which is widely used in palletizing applications is developed. In order for small robot manufacturing companies to develop their own robot systems for CNC machining and/or general automations, the analysis and design methods of a 4-DOF robot manipulator are presented and the development of a PC-based robot controller with EtherCAT are introduced. It is noted that the robot controller is developed by using Simulink Real-Time, which can provide an integrated environment of easier control algorithm development and data logging. Through position control and accuracy/repeatability measurement results, the developed robot prototype has comparable performances with commercial counterparts. In the future works, the advanced functions of industrial robots such as kinematic calibration, vibration suppression control, computed torque control, etc. will be investigated.
Electrical spin transport in a GaAs (110) channel

A homoepitaxial GaAs (110) channel gives a great interest in the field of semiconductor spintronics due to the longer spin diffusion. By utilizing optimal temperature process and V/III flux ratio control, the GaAs layer is grown without a serious defect. In a ferromagnet/semiconductor hybrid device, Tb20Fe62Co18/Ru/Co40Fe40B20 films are deposited on the GaAs (110) channel as a spin source to investigate the spin transport in (110)-oriented channel. To measure the Hanle signal, an in-plane magnetic field is applied to the perpendicularly polarized spins which are injected from the Tb20Fe62Co18 layer. From the experimental results, the spin diffusion length in a GaAs (110) is longer than that in a GaAs (100) by up to 25%. The proper selection of crystalline growth direction for the spin transport channel is a viable solution for an efficient spin transport.
SRF Linac for Future Extension of the PEFP

A study on the superconducting RF linac is underway in order to increase the beam energy up to 1 GeV by extending theProton Engineering Frontier Project (PEFP) 100-MeV linac. The operating frequency of the PEFP superconducting linac(SCL) is 700 MHz, which is determined by the fact that the frequency of the existing normal conducting linac is 350 MHz. Apreliminary study on the beam dynamics showed that two types of cavities with geometrical betas of 0.50 and 0.74 couldcover the entire energy range from 100 MeV to 1 GeV. An inductive output tube (IOT) based RF system is underconsideration as a high-power RF source for the SCL due to its low operating voltage and high efficiency. As a prototypingactivity for a reduced beta cavity, a five-cell cavity with a geometrical beta of 0.42 was designed and fabricated. A vertical testof the prototype cavity at low temperatures was performed to check the performance of the cavity. The design study and theprototyping activity for the PEFP SCL will be presented in this paper.
코로나19 이후 중학생의 초기 사회자본이 학업성취의 변화에 미치는 영향 분석

This study was conducted to identify the changes in academic achievement from the 1st to 3rd grades of middle school students, who experienced pandemic situation due to COVID19. And this study also tried to explore whether students’ social capital(peer relationship, teacher relationship, and parent relationship) and family background (household income) could affect on their academic achievement. This study was conducted via ‘Latent Growth Model’ method using the three-year middle school student panel of 2018 Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey(KYCPS). As a result of examining the change in academic achievement over time, a linear change with a continuously decreasing trend was found. Also, analysis on the factors influencing the change pattern revealed that peer relationship, teacher relationship, parent relationship and household income had a positive effect on the initial value of academic achievement. On the other hand, only the teacher relationship had a statistically significant negative effect on the rate of change in academic achievement. The value of this study lies in which it examined the changes in middle school students' academic achievement in the special situation of COVID19 pandemic, which kept adolescents away from social relationships. And this study also verified the impact of social capital to academic achievement by including family-level background variable. This study suggests that various efforts of school and teacher in order to form students’ social capital in school are needed while schools pursue normal life, and also insists that further discussions on relationship between social capital and academic achievement in the context of changed school environment after pandemic are necessary.
