        압력에 안정한 3분할 FFS 모드의 화소 설계에 관한 연구

        We studied the external pressure-stable advanced frnge field switching (FFS) pixel design with 3 slit sructue. In this mode, a patterned pixel slit is partitioned into 3 areas, namely, two edges and a center, where the edge slit angle is larger than the center slit angle. Thus the reverse twist region in the pixel edge is reduced comparing to the conventional FFS mode so that the LC dynamics in this region becomes very stable. And also, when the external pressure is applied to the panel at the high voltage, the disclination lines (DLs) were barely intruded into active area. Therefore, the structure is use for the pen based system such as the tablet personal computer (PC), personal digital asistant (PDA).

        TN 모드와 FFS 모드에서 Pretilt Angle이 전기 광학 특성 및 동력학 안정성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        We studied on the electro-optic characteristics and dynamic stability according to an undesirably defined pretilt angle induced in high step coverage of pixel area for the Twisted Nematic (TN) / Fringe-Field Switching (FFS) mode. In case of the TN mode, LC directors twist reversely near the edges of thin-film-transistor and black matrix where the pretilt angle of the LC is not well defined. Therefore, the voltage-dependent dynamics of the LC in TN mode is unstable and shows the bad electro-optic characteristics. On the other hand, in case of the FFS mode, the LCs are twisted parallel to the bottom substrate by fringe electric field and the electro-optic characteristic is not influenced by the pretilt angle of the LC which is not well defined.

        FFS 모드에서 러빙 방향에 따른 Reverse Twist 변화에 대한 연구

        We studied on the reverse twist near the pixel edge depending on the rubbing direction for the fringe field switching (FFS) mode. Liquid crystal (LC) dynamic and the transmittance near the pixel edge, where the various field directions are generated, depend on the initial rubbing direction because the position of reverse twist is decided by the angle between the electric direction and the LC director at a bias voltage. For example, when the rubbing angle is $7^{\circ}$, the reverse twist appears on the bottom position of the right sharp comer of the pixel edge so that the reverse region exists far away from main active region. But, when the rubbing angle is $-7^{\circ}$, the reverse twist appears on the top position of the right sharp comer of the pixel edge, resulting that the region becomes more close to the main active area and the unstable disclination lines (DLs) easily intrude into the active region. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the reverse twist region far from the active region and it is possible by controlling the rubbing direction in the design of a pixel electrode.

        FFS 모드에서 Reverse Twist가 구동전압에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        We have studied on the effect of the operation voltage according to the reverse twist for the different fringe field switching (FFS) structure. The FFS structure with a vertically patterned edge of the pixel electrode (VPP) has lower operation voltage comparing to the one with a horizontally patterned edge of the pixel electrode (HPP). The reason is like that the number of the pattern of the pixel edge for the VPP structure is one third comparing with the HPP structure and thus, there is small reverse twist area for the VPP structure. Actually, the reverse twist disturbs the twist of LC near adjacent active area, result that LCs near there have the unstable dynamics. That is, the operation voltage increases as the reverse twist area increases. Therefore, it is very important to design pixel electrode with a small reverse twist region for the FFS mode.

        한국 여성노동력의 성격변화와 노동정책: 1960-2000

        본 연구의 일차적 목적은 지난 40년간 일어난 초고속 경제성장의 경험에 유념하면서 한국 여성노동력의 성격변화와 그 대응양식으로서 노동(관련)정책을 해당 정권별(박정희-전두환-노태우-김영삼-김대중)로 구분하여 살펴보는 것에 있다. 60년대 초반 산업화 도입기부터 역대 정권은 각기 다른 모습으로 여성노동력을 저임금-단순-미숙련-산업인력으로 주변화시켜 왔음을 관련자료를 통해서 확인할 수 있었다. 구체적으로 60년대 산업화 초기에는 노동집약적 산업에 저임금 산업인력으로, 70년대 중화학공업 육성기에는 저임금을 특징으로 하는 전통적 여성직종에 집중배치되었다. 80년대 들어서는 의류 전자 신발 등의 업종으로부터 집단해고 또는 대량감원의 대상으로 전락하였다. IMF 경제위기 전후 90년대는 비정규직 노동의 확산과 고용불안정 혹은 실업이 한국 여성노동의 현실에 충격을 주어 여전히 그 영향력에서 벗어나지 못한 상태에 놓여있다고 하겠다. 한편 정부 측의 다양한 대응양식으로서 노동(관련) 정책이 제안되고 있으나, 불합리한 노동 현실의 근본적인 대안으로 평가되기에는 역부족이라고 말할 수 있을 것이다. This paper tries to explore the overall profile of Korean female labor force over the period of 1960-2000. A particular emphasis is put on portraying major over-time characteristics of female labor force, following five different political regimes--that of Park, J.H .(1960 and 1970s), of Chon D.H. (early and late 1980s), of Roh T.W. (late 1980-early 1990s), of Kim,Y.S. (early 1990-late 1990s), and of Kim. D. J. (late 1990-early 2000s), respectively. Discussions have centered around: 1) utilization of young single girls from rural areas during the early industrialization process of 1960-1985; 2) the beginning of married women's entry into labor market and issues of the so-called "M-curve" thesis in Korean experiences since 1990s; 3) the emergence and enlargement of non-regular workers; and 4) the launching of labor related legal measures such as the Equal Employment Act of 1988 and its successive revisions, the Maternity Leave Acts, the On-the-Job Childcare Centers, and the prohibition of sexual harassments on the job setting, and so on. All in all, although it is undeniable that the Korean female labor force has experienced much progress over the period of time in terms of "equality and protection" issues, overall industrial reality we are facing with has not been so prosperous in the sense that most women workers have become the victims of industrial polarization, as time goes by.

        식도암의 수술 후 방사선 치료: 실패 양상 분석

        목적 : 국소 제어율과 생존율, 여러 예후인자 및 국소실패의 원인을 분석하므로 식도암의 수술 후 방사선 치료에 기본 자료로 활용하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 : 1988년 1월부터 1995년 12월까지 본원에서 수술을 시행 후 40Gy 이상의 방사선 치료를 받은 국소적으로 진행된 식도암 환자 82명을 대상으로 후향적 분석을 하였다. 수술 후 병기는 II가 26례, IIB가 4례, III가 52례 였으며 수술후 병리학 소견으로 편평상피암 77례, Adenosquamous 3례, 선암 2례였다. 수술 후 외부 방사선 치료로 41Gy에서 64.8Gy(중간값 50.4Gy)를 조사하였다. 5례에서 PFC 항암화학요법을 시행하였다. 결과 : 총 환자의 2년 생존율 및 2년 국소제어율은 각각 36.8$\%$ 및 30.4$\%$이며 5년 생존율 및 5년 국소제어율은 각각 9.3$\%$ 및 26.3$\%$이다. 수술 후 병기에 따른 2년 생존율은 IIA가 50.2$\%$, IIB가 0$\%$, III가 23.3$\%$이었다(p=0.004). 2년 국소제어율은 IIA가 49.2$\%$, IIB가 66.6$\%$, III가 24.7$\%$(p=0.01) 이었다. 추적기간중 전체환자의 73.2$\%$인 60례에서 재발이 관찰되었다. 이중 원발병소인 식도에서 재발이 3례, 주위임파절 재발이 23례, 원발병소와 임파절에 함께 재발된 경우가 4례, 원발 병소재발 및 원격전이 재발이 1례, 주위임파절과 원격전이 재발이 9례, 원격전이 재발이 17례였다. 3례에서 재발 부위를 알수 없었다. 생존율에 관련된 예후인자로 흡연유무(p=0.02), 1 병기(p=0.0092), N병기(p=0.0045)가 통계적으로 의미있었다. 국소제어율에 관련된 예후인자로 T 병기(p=0.019), N 병기(p=0.047)가 통계학적으로 의미있었다. 결론 : 수술 후 방사선치료를 시행하여도 국소실패가 여전히 중요 실패 원인이었다. 국소 실패의 원인 중 식도 주위 임파절에 의한 실패가 원발 병소 실패보다 휠씬 높았다. 따라서 수술후 방사선치료에서 림프절에 대한 적절하고 적극적인 치료 전략이 필요하겠다. Purpose : This study evaluated the survival, local control, prognostic factor, and failure pattern of patients with esophageal cancer treated with operation and adjuvant radiation therapy to use as fundermental data of postoperative radiation therapy. Materials and Methods : A retrospective analysis was undertaken of 82 patients who had locally advanced esophageal cancer treated with operation and adjuvant radiation therapy from January 1988 to December 1995. According to AJCC staging, stage IIA were in 26 patients, stage IIB in 4 patients, and stage III in 52 patients. Squamous cell carcinoma were in 77 patients, adenosquamous carcinoma in 3 patients, and adenocarcinoma in 2 patients. The patients received radiation therapy ranging from 41.0 Gy to 64.8 Gy. Five patients received neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Results : Two-year survival and local control rates for all patients were 36.8$\%$ and 30.4$\%$ respectively. And they were 9.3$\%$ and 26.3$\%$ respectively at 5 years. According to stages, 2-year survival rates were 50.2$\%$ in IIA, 0$\%$ in IIB and 23.3$\%$ in III (p=0.004). Two-year local control rates were 49.2 $\%$ in IIA, 66.6$\%$ in IIB and 24.7$\%$ in III (p=0.01). Sixty patients developed recurrence, which were 3 tumor margin, 23 lymph node recurrence, 4 tumor margin and lymph node, 1 tumor margin and distant metastasis, 9 lymph node and distant metastasis, 17 distant metastasis and 3 unknown metastatic site. Prognostic factors affecting survival were smoking (p=0.02), T-staging (p=0.0092), N-staging (p=0.0045). Prognostic factors affecting local control were T-staging (p=0.019), N-staging (p=0.047). Conclusion : In spite of post-operative radiation therapy, predominant failure pattern was local failure. Especially regional lymph node failure was major cause of local failure. So strategy of aggresive adjuvant radiation therapy to regional lymph node area in post operative treatment should be proposed.

        의료기관 QI 담당자의 목표추구몰입에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this research is to provide the data base for the activation of Quality Improvement operation through investigating the status of Quality Improvement operation, and finding out factors influencing on the goal-orientation of QI performers in the medical centers of more than one hundred beds where are practicing Quality Improvement operation. In order to reach the purpose, document study was carried out grounded on the proceeding researches and formulated statistical data in relation with the status of Quality Improvement performers, and proof study was carried out through questionnaire survey. The subjects of the survey were the Quality Improvement performers working in seventy three medical centers in Pusan-Gyeongnam, Daegu-Gyeongbuk, and Ulsan. Among eighty three Quality Improvement performers, fifty, five were questionnaire surveyed, on the result of which Reliability Analysis, Factor Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis were made, using statistical program. The the results of the proof analysis on this research are as follows. First, in the factors influencing the devoting to goal pursuit of QI performers, organization-goal contribution(0.44) had significant positive effects, while organization conflict(-0.25) had significant negative effects. In other words, the higher the organization-goal contribution was, the higher the devoting to goal pursuit was, while the less the organization conflict was, the higher the devoting to goal pursuit was, which was statistically significant.(p<0.05). Second, in the aspect of goal performance types of QI performers, the process-centered type showed high level of the devoting to goal pursuit, which was statistically significant.(p<0.05). Third, in the aspect of QI performance degree, the higher the devoting to goal pursuit was, the higher the QI performance degree was, which was statistically significant.(p<0.05). In addition, the performers who perceived their workplaces organic structure showed much higher QI performance degree, which statistically significant.(p<0.05). Generalizing the results of this research, it is possible to offer a few suggestions as follows. First, as the competition among the medical centers is more severe recently owing to medical center evaluation system, medical centers are practicing various Quality Improvement operation in all of medical services such as clinical performance and management performance, to reach the purpose of both cost-cutting and medical quality improvement. Thus in order to practice Quality Improvement operation more efficiently in medical centers, it is essential to nuke use of problem-solving methods and statistical members. This as the willingness of chief executives and positive attitude and recognition of organization members. This requires the installation of divisions in charge and disposition of persons in charge, not to speak of persistent training of Quality Improvement. Second, the divisions in charge of QI carry out Quality Improvement operation at the medical center level, and take the role of generalizing and adjusting QI performances of various departments. Owing to this role, the division in charge of QI is considered indispensable organization in the QI operation of medical centers along with medical QI committee, while it contributes to the government's goal of reducing quality level gaps among medical centers. Therefore it is necessary for government and QI organizations to give institutional support and resources for the sake of QI operation of medical centers, besides to supply systematic trainning and informations to the divisions and persons in charge of QI. Third, it is certain that disposition of persons in charge should be determined in view of the scale and the scope of QI operation in medical centers.

        곡면에 부착 가능한 GPS/GLONASS 마이크로스트립 능동 안테나

        In this paper, dual-feed circularly polarized microstrip patch antenna for GPS L1, GPS L2, GLONASS L1 signal was fabricated by using stacked patch. It was fed by dual coaxial probe on the patch at 50ohm impedance, and was simulated to resonate at GPS L1, GPS L2, GLONASS L1. To realize characteristics of right hand circular polarization using dual-feed stacked patch antenna and hybrid coupler for $90^{\circ}$ phase difference. Output of hybrid coupler was contacted input of Low Noise Amplifier(LNA). The LNA using dual band pass filter was designed and fabricated. The measured results of the implemented antenna is VSWR < 1.5 : 1 and the gain of 32dB(Zenith) over at GPS L1, L2, GLONASS L1.
