보건의료조직에 있어서 CRM 마케팅과 QI 활동의 적용에 관한 연구

temp CRM의 장점은 원하는 고객에 대해서 마케팅 노력을 기울일 수 있고 그 결과로 마케팅 비용을 줄이고 효율을 높일 수 있는 것이다. 그리고 마케팅 전략 수립에 대한 방법의 변화와 그 수행방법의 변화가 CRM에 있기 때문에 여기에 따른 절차와 문화, 조직구조까지 변화 시킬 수 있다. 이를 방지하기 위하여 CRM교육이 필요하며, 그 중요성을 인식하고 실행하여야 한다. 그리고 경영환경에 적합한 마케팅 전략 수립이 필수적이다. CRM의 정확한 이해와 적합한 수행이 있어야만 병원경영의 목표달성에 도움이 된다. 그러나 CRM자체의 문제가 없는 것도 아니다. 무엇보다 전문 인력이 부족하면 시스템 구축과 마케팅이나 컨설팅 인력을 확보하여 프로젝트의 부실화를 방지하여야 한다. 다음은 실업자들의 업무패턴을 파악하고 사용자의 편의를 고려한 적용이 있어야 한다. 고가의 비용을 투입하여 CRM을 실행하였다 해도 사용자 교육의 미비가 생기면 효율이 감소될 것이다. 역시 CRM의 적용에 있어서 호환이 되지 않으면 통합비용으로 별도의 비용이 지출해야 하므로 비용의 증가를 감수하여야 한다. 환자의 의료의 질에 대한 만족은 환자의 주관적 개념으로 동일한 의료서비스에 대하여 환자들은 저마다 다르게 의료의 질을 평가하게 된다. 대부분의 환자들은 자신의 욕구와 의료의 질에 대한 기대를 가지고 병원을 방문하여, 그것을 의료제공자가 충족시키는 정도가 환자의 만족도를 결정하게 된다. 의료의 질은 의료서비스에 대한 만족과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 의료의 질과 만족은 강하게 연관이 있으면서도 양자는 분명히 다르다. 의료의 질에 대한 평가와 만족도는 매우 일치도가 높다고 볼 수 있다. 이것은 의료의 질적 수준이 높으면 환자만족도도 높다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 본 연구는 병원의 환자관리를 위한 CRM 마케팅의 전개를 실증적으로 역설하고 이의 도입을 통한 효과와 문제점, 이에 대한 대응방안을 제시하고, 모범적인 CRM운영 사례를 제시함과 동시에 효과적인 의료의 질 경영을 구현하고 이것이 환자의 의료서비스 만족도를 높이는 결과인 것을 모색하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify Health department students’ knowledge, attitude and good death awareness toward advance medical directives and factors influencing their attitude. Methods: The study was a descriptive survey, carried out on 128 students from three different Health majors. Students’ knowledge of and attitudes towards advance medical directives and good death awareness were measured using structured self-reporting questionnaires. Results: The influence factors emerged in order of importance good death awareness (ß=.37, p<.001), legal knowledge of advance medical directives (ß=-.24, p=.002), gender (ß=.15, p=.002), with an explanatory power of 25.3% (F=11.61, p<.001). Conclusions: The results of this study provide basic data the development of good death awareness of educational programs advance medical directives for university Health major students.
2007~2018 보건의료산업학회지 게재논문 분석 : 연구방법론 중심으로

Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the papers in the Korean Journal of Health Service Management (KJHSM) (2007-2018) in order to identify the research trends and aid the future development of healthcare-related research. Methods: Data collection was conducted from September 1-30, 2019. The KSHSM website and Lorea Citatin Index (KCI) electronic database provided 605 copies of original text. Results: Of these, 538 studies are original articles and 7 studies are review articles; 23.7% of the studies presented conceptual framework, 58.4% implemented convenience extraction, and 64.7% collected data using questionnaires. 29.3% of key words were included in the healthcare service, and 48.5% were excluded from the submission field. Conclusions: For the qualitative improvement and development of the journal, it is necessary to consider the relevance of refinement of the methodological approach, segmentation in the field of submission, and selection of keywords.
텍스트마이닝을 활용한 보건의료산업학회지의 토픽 모델링 및 토픽트렌드 분석

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to analyze representative topics and topic trends of papers in Korean Society and Health Service Management(KSHSM) Journal. Methods : We collected English abstracts and key words of 516 papers in KSHSM Journal from 2007 to 2017. We utilized Python web scraping programs for collecting the papers from Korea Citation Index web site, and RStudio software for topic analysis based on latent Dirichlet allocation algorithm. Results : 9 topics were decided as the best number of topics by perplexity analysis and the resultant 9 topics for all the papers were extracted using Gibbs sampling method. We could refine 9 topics to 5 topics by deep consideration of meanings of each topics and analysis of intertopic distance map. In topic trends analysis from 2007 to 2017, we could verify ‘Health Management’ and ‘Hospital Service’ were two representative topics, and ‘Hospital Service’ was prevalent topic by 2011, but the ratio of the two topics became to be similar from 2012. Conclusions : We discovered 5 topics were the best number of topics and the topic trends reflected the main issues of KSHSM Journal, such as name revision of the society in 2012.

Objectives : This study was conducted to measure the effects of healthcare accreditation (HA) on the changes in infection control (IC). Methods : Questionnaires were e-mailed to 60 hospitals from 23 October to 23 December, 2011. Data were analyzed by SPSS 12.0. Results : Finally 50 hospitals (83.0%) were enrolled in the study: Seoul area (40.0%), tertiary (76.0%), and >500 beds (98.0%). Nine hospitals (18.0%) had a full time infection control nurse[ICN] with 300 beds. Among various factors, ICN (36.0%), hospital facilities (66.0%), instruments (32.0%) and supplies (88.0%) all improved. Hand hygiene increased (53.1% vs 83.2%, p<.001), but it was continued only in 34.1% of hospitals. Healthcare-associated infection (68.4%), multi drug resistant organisms (42.1%) and outbreaks (26.3%) decreased. Reasons for difficulties in satisfying the HA standards were inadequate support which included hospital facilities, instruments, budget, and a shortage of ICNs and healthcare workers (HCWs). Conclusions : HA had effects on the IC, but they were transient. Staffing in ICN and HCW staffing, hospital facilities, instruments, and supplies all need to be improved.
보건의료산업학회지의 지난 10년간 게재경향 및 향후 연구방향 : 병원관리분야를 중심으로

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to explore the developmental direction of the hospital management field that contributes to the academic and practical development of the health care industry and to establish its identity by using the Korean Journal of Health Service Management. Methods: A total of 156 papers were analyzed from April 2007 to December 2018. Frequency analysis and descriptive statistics were performed using SPSS 25.0. Results: The volume of articles published in the hospital management field was decreasing and the ratio was relatively low due to the nature of the journal. The disposition of the papers in the hospital management field excessively focused on the organizational behavior field, and research in the management field that was difficult to access was decreasing. In addition, about 83% of the participants were drawn from hospitals. Conclusions: It is necessary to present guidelines for publication of theses so that a managerial approach can be made rather than an approach to industrial psychological theory verification.
2007-2018년 보건의료산업학회지에 게재된 간호연구 동향 분석

Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the papers on nursing in the KJHSM (Korean Journal of Health Service Management) (2007-2018), to identify the research trends and to help the future development of nursing research. Methods: The data collection was carried out from September 1, 2019 to September 30, 2019. The 78 copies of the original text were provided by the KSHSM website, DBpia, and NDSL (National Digital Science Library) electronic database. Results: Forty-seven studies had a non-experimental design, with most having a descriptive research design (89.3%). The most common participants were nurses (55.7%) and nursing college students (26.1%). A questionnaire was the most commonly used research tools (96.2%) and data collection methods (95.0%). The major keywords were the terms included in the environmental domain among the meta-paradigms of nursing (43.6%). Conclusions: In order to expand the quantity and quality of nursing science in the KSHSM, efforts are needed to improve the quality of research participants, research tools, and sampling methods.
