        수입개방 확대에 따른 한국의 수입 와인에 대한 소비자 태도 변화에 관한 연구

        As the wine import market is showing explosive growth as the number of wine lovers increases, research on consumers' perceptions and attitudes is not being actively conducted. Therefore, the survey was conducted with the purpose of finding out consumer attitudes toward imported wine. The research was conducted through surveys. The results of the study showed that the benefits perceived by consumers regarding imported wine had a positive effect on brand attitude and repurchase intention, and the moderating effect of country of origin image perception also had a positive effect. It is believed that the establishment of STP strategies for each level of wine-related consumers is required in line with the increasing demand for high-end wine and the improving level of expert knowledge about wine in the future.

      • 이차 시그모이드 신경망 등화기

        본 논문에서는 기존의 신경망 등화기의 비트 오류 확률 관점에서의 성능 향상을 위해 이차 시그모이드 함수를 활성 함수로 이용한 이차 시그모의 신경망 등화기를 제안한다. 비선형 왜곡을 보정하기 위해 사용되어온 기존의 신경망 등화기들은 일반적으로 활성 함수로서 시그모이드 함수를 이용한다. 기존의 시그모이드 함수를 이용한 신경망 등화기의 경우 하나의 뉴론은 한 개의 선형적인 경계 면을 형성한다. 따라서 복잡한 경계 면을 형성하기 위해 많은 수의 뉴론이 필요하게 된다. 하지만 제안하는 신경망을 등화기에서는 한 뉴론이 평행한 두 개의 직선을 가지고 평면 영역을 분할하기 때문에 보다 간단한 구조로 비트 오류 확률 관점에서 우수한 성능을 얻을 수 있다. 제안한 이차 시그모이드 신경망 결정궤한 등화기를 통신 환경 및 디지털 자기기록 시스템에 적용하였을 때, 기존의 결정궤환 등화기와 신경망 결정궤한 등화기에 비해 같은 비트 오류 확률 관점에서 신호 대 잡음비가 1.5dB~8.3dB 정도의 성능향상을 보인다. 특히 심벌간의 간섭이 심하거나, 비선형성이 강한 환경에서 기존의 일반적인 결정궤한 등화기와 신경망 결정궤한 등화기에 비하여 비트 오류 확률 관점에서 두드러진 신호 대 잡음비의 성능 이득을 보인다. In this paper, a quadratic sigmoid neural equalizer(QSNE) is proposed to improve the performance of conventional neural equalizer in terms of bit error probability by using a quadratic sigmoid function as the activation function of neural networks. Conventional neural equalizers which have been used to compensate for nonlinear distortions adopt the sigmoid function. In the case of sigmoid neural equalizer, each neuron has one linear decision boundary. So many neurons are required when the neural equalizer has to separate complicated structure. But in case of the proposed QSNF and quadratic sigmoid neural decision feedback equalizer(QSNDFE), each neuron separates decision region with two parallel lines. Therefore, QSNE and QSNDFE have better performance and simpler structure than the conventional neural equalizers in terms of bit error probability. When the proposed QSNDFE is applied to communication systems and digital magnetic recording systems, it is an improvement of approximately 1.5dB~8.3dB in signal to moise ratio(SNR) over the conventional decision feedback equalizer(DEF) and neural decision feedback equalizer(NDFE). As intersymbol interference(ISI) and nonlinear distortions become severer, QSNDFE shows astounding SNR shows astounding SNR performance gain over the conventional equalizers in the same bit error probability.

        외식업체 선택속성이 지각된 가치와 행동의도에 미치는 영향

        This study attempts to identify empirical causality on the effect of restaurant selection attributes on perceived values ​and behavioral intentions. The relationship between the perceived value and the behavioral intention of the food service company was systematically studied based on precedent research. We surveyed adult customers who visited restaurants in Seoul and the metropolitan area for 15 days from June 1, 2019 to June 15, 2019, and conducted questionnaires and online surveys. The results of this study are as follows: First, the choice of Food Service restaurant and the perceived value were all influenced by human service. Second, the choice of Food Service restaurant and reuse intention had a significant effect on physical environment and convenience. The recommendation intention was related to physical environment and convenience. Third, the perceived value and intention to reuse restaurant companies had a significant influence on price value, emotional value, and social value. Recommendation intention had a significant relationship with price value, quality value, emotional value and social value. Restaurants should develop differentiated service quality. Also, employee service training should continue.

        호텔종사원의 직업소명의식이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine how job consciousness of hotel employees affects customer orientation. In addition, the study was conducted to find out how it affects the recognition of tissue sponsorship. The survey was conducted from July 01, 2019 to July 15, 2019. A total of 282 valid questionnaires were used as the final analysis data. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the job calling consciousness and customer orientation of hotel employees are instinct consciousness ( β = .602, P <001), work value (β = 270, P <.001), contribution and commitment (β = .367, P < .001) had a significant positive effect on customer orientation, the dependent variable. Second, the effect of emotional perception between hotel employees 'occupational vocation and customer orientation is significant. The effect of emotional adjustment on hotel employees' individual consciousness is significant ( β = 110, P <.05). There was a positive influence. Third, the moderating perception of the hotel employees' job calling and customer orientation had a significant positive influence on work value and emotional perception (β = 123, P <.05). 본 연구는 호텔 종사원의 직업소명의식이 고객지향성에 대해 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고, 또한 조직후원인식에 대해 조절효과를 두어 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위하여 연구 진행했다. 본 연구의 설문 조사는 2019년 07월 01일부터 07월 15일까지 시행하였으며 총 282부의 유효한 설문지를 최종적인 분석 자료로 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 호텔 종사원의 직업소명의식과 고객지향성은 천직의식(β= .602, P<001), 일가치감(β= 270, P<.001), 기여·헌신(β=.367, P<.001)이 종속변수인 고객지향성에 대하여 유의한 정(+)의 영향관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 정서적 인식이 호텔 종사원들의 직업소명의식과 고객지향성 간에 조절효과는 호텔 종사원의 직업소명의식의 개별적인 조절효과를 보면 일가치감⁕정서적 인식(β=110, P<.05),은 유의적인 정(+)의 영향력이 있었다. 셋째, 수단적 인식이 호텔 종사원들의 직업소명의식과 고객지향성 간에 조절효과는 일가치감⁕정서적 인식(β=123, P<.05),은 유의적인 정(+)의 영향력이 있었다.

        Searches for the Dark Photon at Fixed Target Experiments

        Recent astrophysical observations provided indirect evidences for sub-GeV, light, dark-matter (DM). A new gauge particle in this mass range could exist as an extra $U(1)$ gauge particle, called the dark photon. The dark photon can mix weakly with a ordinary photon and can mediate interactions of DM. If the dark photon is massive enough, it can decay into a pair of standard-model (SM) particles or DM particles. Light dark-matter particles in the MeV to GeV mass range, as well as in other mass ranges, have not been the subjects of intensive experimental researches. Large statistics is needed to search for dark-photon-mediated interactions. Therefore, high-power accelerators can be used to look for the dark photon. In this article, we review the current status of the experimental searches at various fixed-target experiments and the experiments planned in the near term future.

        과형성 위용종의 자연 관해 1예

        Although gastric hyperplastic polyps are recognized as benign lesions, there is concern regarding carcinomatous changes in the polyps, depending on their size. If the polyp size is larger than 1.0∼2.0 cm, endoscopic resection is usually recommended. Gastric hyperplastic polyps easily undergo changes in their shape and size over time. However, spontaneous regression of hyperplastic polyps is very rare. We present a recent case wherein gastric hyperplastic polyps disappeared spontaneously.
