Young-ga-mu-do is a kind of mindfulness sing-a-song dancing by chanting, singing, dancing, and jumping. It has been Korean cultural wellness dance training in Korean history since Gojoseon. Oh-haeng(the Five Elements: water, fire, wood, metal, earth) concept is derived in the structure of it. And the typical trainers were Hang Kim, Young-tae Kim, Sang-wha Park, Ae-ju Lee, etc. There can be found four life-oriented characteristics in the melody and the movements of Young-ga-mu-do. The first characteristic is ‘0-3-6-9 structure’. It means emptiness-three-yin and yang concepts, as a combination of thought. The second, it is a hoop pattern structure by accent. The accent(musical emphasis) makes the sound rolling like a hoop roll, which contains the Korean unique musi- cal breathe and the three-count beat. The third characteristic is rhythm like a stac- cato and natural movement. Beating the body softly with fists show the expression of staccato rhythm that is a way of natural and healing movement. The fourth is the falling down gesture finally at mu-do chapter which means ‘emptiness’ and recre- ation. At that time the trainer or the performer usually be in the ecstatic condition. The powerful one of the contemporary cause of a sickness of human being is physical inactivity. Fortunately, it is now the common sense of our society that we have to be active for health and wellness. Young-ga-mu-do is original, novel and of vital importance for contemporary human wellness and wholeness of mind and body.

張大千(899-1983), 擧世聞名的近現代繪畵大師, 20世紀中國繪畵史上靈魂不滅的人才, 被隣國稱爲國寶. 21世紀的今天, 張大千的名聲在全世界的歡呼和狂歡節的烟花中如同夜空閃삭的明星. 從2013年12月起2014年12月此展爲兩岸四地博物館聯合主辦追慕張大千辭世30週年紀念展. 本稿將通過分析張大千逝世30周年紀念展示來了解藝術生涯的價値. 張大千的人生歷程來分析, 以1949年爲分隔點, 可以看出張大千前半生與後半生的分隔點, 則他在中國大陸的前半生是50年, 寄跡海外的後半生是35年分隔來看, 張大千生前開二個大展-張大千四十年回顧展ㆍ張大千六十年回顧展, 死後大展-張大千百年紀念大展ㆍ張大千辭世30週年紀念展示來分析理解張大千藝術人生的價値.21世紀在中國美術界被稱爲傳說人物的有名繪畵大師-張大千在繪畵ㆍ書畵等領域留下了許多巨作. 他的造詣極深, 藝術品位十分獨特, 他創造的藝術成果對世人來說一直是具有高度硏究價値的了寶庫. 2013年適逢張大千辭世30週年紀念展, 兩岸合作策辦兩岸四地;吉林省博物館ㆍ四川博物館ㆍ台北歷史博物館ㆍ深수博物館「萬里江山頻入夢」-兩岸張大千辭世30週年紀念展. 這今爲止, 兩岸四地博物館各地都有不同的收藏張大千古代和近現代書畵作品地成爲體現這一特色 而且目前沒有國內外擧行最大的張大千繪畵作品展, 具有重大藝術和硏究價値的經典繪畵展覽. 匯集了此4館博物館所藏的張大千繪畵精品105組件, 吉林省博物館所典藏1930年前後;早期文人書畵風格和敦煌面壁臨摹, 四川博物館所藏的是張大千於1940年開始;遠赴甘肅敦煌面壁考古, 臺北的國立歷史博物館所藏的是60年代以後, 成熟的大寫意風格和開創出潑墨潑彩畵風, 深수博物館所藏的是花卉作品;張大千創造荷花ㆍ牡丹ㆍ紫薇ㆍ梅花作品精美動人而明艶亮麗ㆍ高雅大方的氣質. 本論文將詳細地了解生前死後100年展示的張大千代表的傑作<盧山圖>的製作現況展示淮備過程, 艱難的時間和空間, 以及人爲的要素聚集在一起, 擧行超世紀的盛大活動. 此外, 2014年張大千逝世30年紀念展不僅開拓和强化化了4個博物館之間的交流, 而且提高了深수這座城市的魅力, 賦予了文化的活力, 這點具有深刻的意義. 大體上藝術本來屬於古人. 張大千說;‘大抵藝事,最初純有古人,繼則溶古人而有我,終乃古人與我俱亡,始臻化境’. 爲了細致地探求古代先人的內面世界, 不失現在的眉宇而努力, 融合古今, 蘊含自己的獨創思想, 創造融入昔日意義的屬於自己的唯美. 張大千逝世30周年紀念展史無前例地將各地畵家的優秀作品匯聚一堂. 優秀的書畵家張大千留下的100個遺墨流傳至海外, 將萬年的古風素朴之美融入畵中, 倂將東西洋書畵的精髓融入畵中. 筆者旨在通過張大千的藝術作品融合古今, 提高藝術的文化性, 象徵世界和平, 使全世界逐漸而爲一, 張大千的藝術世界將令萬路生輝, 且讓全世界合而爲一, 爲了緩解中國和台灣的威脅關系, 融入韓國ㆍ中國ㆍ台灣ㆍ世界各國共同進行展示交流, 開啓世界和平之路的夙愿.

심리적 관점에서 본 동물 신부 설화의 상징적 의미

In transmogrification tales, animal brides who change the lives of men symbolize the inner nature of norm­oriented humans who have been ignorant of their potential inner drives. Humans who have pursued their desires only under restricted social orders must come to terms with their inner impulses; the true forms of the animal brides, hidden in the appearance of human beings, represent these impulses. The male characters experience transcendence and personal growth by accepting the unfamiliar identities of their animal brides. This process implies that human self-realization is achieved when inner impulses are accepted beyond categories of conventional life. The enjoyment of tales contributes to human self-realization as an opportunity to explore the prototype of the spirit. As such, transmogrification tales of animal brides can be interpreted as symbold of the mental growth that take place when one pursues harmony between desire and impulse. Humans need animal brides to achieve mental growth, and the animal brides realize themselves by unification with humans. The complementary relationship between human characters and animal brides reveals that the essence of self-realization is combining and harmonizing the contradictions between norms and deviations, stability and adventure, and desire and impulse. Impulsive drives can erupt meaninglessly and destroy life, However, these drives can also act as creative forces for humans who faithfully experience life within the normative order and become aware of its limitations. As seen from un-humanized animal characters, such as the tiger bride's brothers and the snake competing with the centipede bride, one should be wary of the power of impulse when not combined with the normative order of human society. Transmogrification tales of animal brides prompt humans to consider how one may control these threats and find a way to convert inner impulses into creative direction. 분석심리학적 관점에서 볼 때, 동물 신부 설화에서 남성의 삶을 변화시키는 동물 신부는 규범 지향적인 인간의 자아가 의식하지 못하는 내면의 그림자를 상징한다. 남성은 인간의 외형 속에 숨어 있는 동물 신부와의 관계가 위기에 처한 뒤에야 동물 신부의 낯선 본 모습을 발견하고 수용하게 되는데, 이는 사회적 질서의 범주 내에서 욕망을 추구하던 인간이 자아의 위기 상황에서 비로소 자신의 그림자를 직면하게 됨을 나타낸다. 남성 인물이 동물 신부의 낯선 정체를 받아들임으로써 그의 초월적 능력을 경험하고 성장의 계기를 맞이하는 것은 관습화된 삶의 범주 속에서 살아가던 자아가 내면의 그림자를 탐색하며 자기실현을 이루는 과정을 상징적으로 표상한다. 설화의 향유가 정신의 원형을 탐구하는 계기로서 수용자의 자기 발견에 기여한다고 볼 때, 동물 신부 설화는 그림자의 탐색과 수용을 통한 자기실현의 원리를 투사와 상징의 방법으로 보여주는 이야기로서 가치를 지닌다. 인간이 동물 신부의 실체를 발견하고 수용하여 삶의 질적 성장을 이루는 이야기를 통해 의식과 무의식, 규범과 일탈, 욕망과 충동 간의 모순을 결합하고 화합하는 것이 자기실현의 본질임을 알 수 있다. 한편 정신분석학적 관점에서 보면 동물 신부 설화는 상징계 내의 욕망이 실현 불가능해진 상황에서 일탈적 충동으로 전환되는 양상을 보여주기도 한다. 충동은 무분별하게 분출될 경우 삶을 파괴할 수 있으나, 규범적 질서 내에서 욕망을 추구하며 그 한계를 자각한 인간에게는 창조적인 힘으로 작용할 수 있다. 동물 신부 설화는 욕망에 대한 반성을 통해 충동을 창조적 방향으로 전환할 수 있는 길을 제시하는 의미 또한 내포하고 있다.

Statin Inhibits TGF-β1-induced Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition in Lung Cancer Cell Line

Purpose: Statins, HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors have been shown to inhibit Rho-GTPase signaling, intracellluar signaling molecules involved in epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). Therefore, we investigated whether pravastatin inhibited transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1-induced epithelial-mesenchymal transition in lung cancer cell line. Methods: Cultured adenocarcinomic human alveolar basal epithelial cells (A549 cells) were pretreated with or without 10 uM pravastatin for 24 hours and then were stimulated with TGF-β1, 5 ng/ml for 36 hours. The effect of pravastatin on ex-pression of epithelial phenotypic markers, E-cadherin and mesenchymal phenotypic markers, vimentin was determined by Western blot. Results: Our study confirmed that TGF-β1 induced EMT of A549 cells characterized by cells morphological changes and decrease of expression of E-cadherin, concomitant with increase of vimentin. Inhibition of EMT in A549 cells with pravastatin resulted in preservation of the expression of E-cadherin and in a decrease in vimentin expression. Conclusion: This study shows that pravastatin inhibits the TGF-β-induced EMT of cultured A549 cells. Further studies are needed to elucidate signaling pathway of statins in inhibiting EMT.

인터뷰콘텐츠의 콘텐츠 품질요인이 몰입과 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

현대의 방송, 디지털 미디어 변화와 발달 속에서 인터뷰콘텐츠는 다양한 콘텐츠를 기반으로 이용자의 관심과 인기를 끌고 있다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 콘텐츠 품질요인에 대해 살펴보았고, 인터뷰콘텐츠에서콘텐츠 품질요인이 몰입과 지속이용의도에 어떤 요인이 영향을 미치는지에 대해 연구해 보았다. 또한 몰입이 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는지에 대해 살펴보았다. 콘텐츠 품질요인으로 정확성(accuracy), 다양성(diversity), 유용성(informativeness), 적시성(timeliness), 유희성(playful) 독립요인을 도출하여 연구하였다. 검증결과, 인터뷰콘텐츠는 콘텐츠 품질요인인 정확성(accuracy), 유용성(informativeness), 적시성(timeliness), 유희성(playful) 4가지 요인이 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며, 다양성(diversity)은 영향을 미치지 않는 요인으로 나타났다. 지속이용의도는 정확성(accuracy), 다양성(diversity), 유용성(informativeness), 적시성(timeliness), 유희성(playful) 요인이 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 몰입은 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 인터뷰콘텐츠를 이용할 때 중요하게 영향을 미치는 콘텐츠 품질요인에 관한 학문적인 연구의 의의와 인터뷰콘텐츠뿐만 아니라 다양한 콘텐츠의 기획과 제작 차원에서 실무적인 시사점이 되기를 기대한다.

그리스 신화의 아동문학적 가치와 그 활용 방안 - 에코 신화를 소재로 한 어린이 도서를 중심으로 -

그리스 신화를 소재로 한 동화는 그간 독자의 지식 향상에 초점을 맞춰 온까닭에 신화의 내용을 어린이의 고유한 심리 문제와 연관 지어 해석하려는 노력은 상대적으로 소홀하였다. 이에 본고에서는 학령기 이후 어린이가 어른에대해 양면적 감정을 경험하게 된다는 점, 즉 어른의 보호와 인정을 바라면서도한편으로는 어른의 규범과 질서에 비판적 태도를 취하게 된다는 점에 주목하여이에 따른 어린이의 심리적 갈등을 해결하는 데 그리스 신화를 활용하는 방안을 모색하였다. 그리스 신화는 강한 신체적 힘과 권능을 발휘하는 신들이 그위상에 걸맞지 않은 도덕적 과오을 범하거나 충동적으로 행동하는 모습을 묘사한다는 점에서 어린이로 하여금 어른과의 힘의 우열 관계에서 비롯되는 좌절감을 해소하도록 도울 수 있다. 이에 본고에서는 에코 신화를 활용하여, 어린이가자신의 상황을 신화에 투사하여 어른과의 관계에서 경험하는 부정적 감정을 해소할 수 있게 하는 방안을 모색하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 에코 신화를 개작한 그림 동화의 두 가지 판본을 비교하여 어린이의 심리 표현과 수용을 도울 수 있는 효과적인 개작의 방향을 탐색하였으며, 이어서 현재 유통 중인 개작본에 대한 어린이 독자들의 실제 반응을 조사하여 에코 신화의 아동문학적 함의를 확인하였다. Since the picture books based on Greek mythology have focused only on improving readers’ knowledge, they have neglected to interpret the contents of the myths in connection with the children’s distinctive psychological problems. In this regard, this study focuses on the fact that children experience contradictory emotions about adults after school age, that is, they want to protect and recognize adults, but also take a critical attitude toward adults’ norms and order. Greek mythology might be utilized to solve such psychological conflicts of children. Greek mythology describes gods as exerting strong physical power, and also depicts the gods as making mistakes and acting impulsively. The contradictory features of gods help children relieve the tensions that arise from the dominance of power of adults. In this study, Echo mythology, which is a story of nymph Echo being affected by the conflict between Zeus and Hera, is interpreted as a story relieving the frustration of children who are negatively affected in their formation of self-identity due to the conflict of their parents. In addition, two different versions of the picture books from Echo myth were compared to suggest a more effective direction of adaptation for children. Lastly, the value of the Echo myth as children’s literature was confirmed by investigating the actual reaction of children to one of the versions.

Clinical Effects of Gemifloxacin on the Delay of Tuberculosis Treatment

Although gemifloxacin has low in vitro activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis, the effect of gemifloxacin on the delay of tuberculosis (TB) treatment has not been validated in a clinical setting. The study group included patients with culture-confirmed pulmonary TB who initially received gemifloxacin for suspected community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). Two control groups contained patients treated with other fluoroquinolones or nonfluoroquinolone antibiotics. Sixteen cases were treated with gemifloxacin for suspected CAP before TB diagnosis. Sixteen and 32 patients were treated with other fluoroquinolones and nonfluoroquinolones, respectively. The median period from the initiation of antibiotics to the administration of anti-TB medication was nine days in the gemifloxacin group,which was significantly different from the other fluoroquinolones group (35 days). The median times for the nonfluoroquinolone group and the gemifloxacin group were not significantly different. There were no significant differences between the gemifloxacin and other fluoroquinolone group in terms of symptomatic and radiographic improvements. However, the frequency of radiographic improvement in the other fluoroquinolones group tended to be higher than in the gemifloxacin group. Gemifloxacin might be the preferred fluoroquinolone for treating CAP, to alleviate any concerns about delaying TB treatment.

활자본 고소설 <이진사전>에 나타난 첩에 대한 서술시각의 양면성과 그 시대적 의미

In most of Korean classical novels, there is a rigid hierarchy between concubines and legal wives. In Leejinsajeon, however, the convention is not applied, since the concubine takes higher status that the legal wife. Although Kim Kyungpae, Lee Okrin's concubine is a humble gisaeng, the close bond of affection between them is further beyond that of Lee Okrin and his legal wife. The story is mostly allocated to depicting the matchless love story between Lee Okrin and Kim Kyungpae. The concubine, Kim Kyungpae takes the lawful status as Lee Okrin's wife through official wedding ceremony, which is the unique part of Leejinsajeon. Moreover, they develop their relation through constant ordeal till it matures enough to be established as that of a real married couple. On the other hand, Kim Kyungpae's feature includes some contradiction. The story not only focuses on the love story between the couple, but also emphasizes the fact that Kyungpae causes severe crisis in the whole family of Lee Okrin. As his ancestors did, Lee Okrin also faces crisis due to men who envy his having Kyungpae as wife. It made him leave the family and wander about for three years. His mother and the original wife also suffers from Lee Okrin's missing. In the mid 1920's when this text was published, a marriage based on free love was supported and yearned for by many people. Especially, free love with modern women was one of the most interesting issues. At the same time, free love of modern women also began to be blamed for hindering nationalism, since it was thought to make young people concentrate only on the private side of their lives and keep them from being aware of the reality of the nation. In brief, in the mid 1920's, the marriage based on free love was located in an ambivalent position. It can be thought as the main cause of the contradiction in the feature of Kim Kyungpae, a concubine who has the most close bond of affection with Lee Okrin. 고전소설에서 처첩 간에는 대개 확고한 위계관계가 설정되나, <이진사전>은 이러한 암묵적 규칙에서 벗어나 첩의 위상을 본처 이상으로 높인 작품이다. 이옥린의 첩 김경패는 남편과의 애정 관계에 있어서 본처인 서 씨를 능가하며, 서사 전개에서도 훨씬 더 중요한 역할을 한다. 특히 김경패는 첩이면서도 남주인공과 정식 혼례를 올린 배우자로 그려지며, 시련을 통해 두 남녀의 관계가 감정적 연애 관계를 넘어서 현실성 있는 부부 관계로 변화해 간다는 점이 이전 소설과는 다르다. 그런데 <이진사전>에서 첩인 경패의 형상에는 모순된 측면이 있다. 경패를 첩으로 들임으로 인해 벌어지는 이옥린 가문의 위기와 혼란 또한 상술되기 때문이다. 경패가 들어온 뒤 집안에 갑자기 액운이 닥쳐, 이옥린은 죽을 고비를 넘기고 나머지 가족들도 수년간 고통을 겪는다. 이 작품이 발간된 1920년대에는 자유연애 결혼이 지지를 받고 있었으며, 특히 신여성과의 자유연애는 관심의 대상이었다. 그러나 1920년대 중반으로 접어들면서 신여성과 자유연애에 대한 사회적 인식은 변하기 시작하였다. 낭만주의적 풍토를 대신하여 사회주의 운동, 민족주의 운동이 확산되기 시작함에 따라 자유연애는 개인주의적이고 현실도피적이라는 비판을 받게 된 것이다. 아울러 일부일처제가 확립되는 과정에서 축첩제에 대한 비판이 거세지기도 하였다. <이진사전>에서 남주인공과 자유연애로 맺어진 첩인 경패가 긍정과 부정의 양면을 지닌 존재로 형상화되고, 김경패와 이옥린의 애정 서사가 한편으로는 부부 관계의 성숙을 보여주면서도 동시에 가족 전체가 위기를 겪는 과정으로 그려지기도 하는 것은 이러한 1920년대의 시대적 분위기를 반영한 것이라 볼 수 있다.
