        중대형 배터리의 형태에 따른 열화 패턴분석에 관한 연구

        리튬이온배터리는 상대적으로 높은 에너지 밀도와 장기 수명특성 등의 우수한 성능을 가지고 있어, 에너지저장장치(ESS, energy storage system)와 전기자동차(EV, electric vehicle) 등에 주로 사용되고 있다. 여기서, ESS와 EV 등에서 주로 적용되는 중대형 리튬이온배터리는 크게 파우치형과 각형으로 분류되며, 배터리 내부 및 외부 형태에 따라서로 다른 열화특성을 가지고 있다. 이에 따라 수백 사이클 단위의 충·방전 시험을 수행하는 경우, 시험 데이터는 배터리의 형태에 따라 분석 과정에서 시험 장비, 저장 방식에 의해 편차가 발생하여, 동일한 조건에서 배터리의 열화 특성을비교 및 분석하기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 상기의 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여, ESS와 EV 등에서 주로적용되는 중대형 리튬이온배터리의 형태에 따른 열화 특성을 제시하고, 배터리의 충·방전 Raw 데이터 모델링을 수행한다. 또한, 선형보간법을 바탕으로 수치해석 상용프로그램인 MATLAB S/W를 사용하여 중대형 배터리의 열화 특성을정확하게 평가할 수 있는 열화 평가 알고리즘을 제안한다. 상기의 모델링 및 알고리즘을 바탕으로 중대형 배터리의 열화특성을 평가한 결과, 배터리 열화율은 배터리의 형태에 따라 주변온도, 배터리의 내부구조, 열전도성 등의 다양한 요인에영향을 받을 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

        난소임신의 3예

        1) 육안 및 현미경 소견으로 Spiegelberg의 4규범을 만족케하는 원발성 난소임신의 3예를 보고한다. 2) 전자궁외임신에 대한 비율은 1.76%였고, 전임신에 대한 비율은 1:1,789였다. Primary ovarian pregnancy is comparatively rare condition. Three cases of ovarian pregnancy which we have experienced are reported and literature are briefly reviewed.

      • 鷄胎의 成長에 미치는 Nicotine의 影響에 關한 硏究

        In order to study the effects of the nicotine in each organs of the developing animal embryos, auther selected. the mated chick eggs which is very easy to treat many samples at same time and hatched in the incubator at the condition of the 38±0.5℃ and 75±5% relative humidities. In the 6th day of the hatching the hatched eggs were punctured by the needle, and physiological saline as a control and nicotine solutions of 0.412mg, 0.825mg, or 1.650mg diluted in avian physiological solution were injected into the chorioallantoic membrane of the hatched eggs which were punctured by the needle as a treated group. The control and each treated groups were broken in the hatched day of the 12th, 14th, 16th, and 18th. The weights of each brain, heart, lung, liver and kidney of each group were measured by the torsion balance reading to the second point below the zero gram. After then the arithmetical mean and its standard deviation were calculated in each organs of each steps with the measured organs. In order to get the theoretical growth quantities, author applied the growth formula and calculated the error between the arithmetical mean and theoretical growth quantities, the percentage of the error to the growth quantity, mean error percentage, initial grpwth quantities, initial growth velocity, growth power, ratio of growth quantity, growth rate, and specific growth rate. The obtained results were summarized as followings. 1. The mean errors were below 5% in all organs only except the kidney of 1. 650mg injected group which was about 10%. 2. The growth quantities of the each organs were decreased according to increasing the injected volume of nicotine. 3. The comparative indices between the ratio of the growth quantities in nicotine treated group to the control group were larger in the treated lung organ. 4. Growth rates of each organs in coincidences of time lapse were increased in the brain and heart of the control, and brain, heart and lung of the 1. 650mg injected group but decreased in all organs of each treated group except the former. 5. Specific growth rate were increased in the lung of the 1. 650mg injected group, and the lung of the control group, kidney of the 0. 412mg injected group, and lung and liver of the 0.825mg injected group 'were increased at first and decreased after that, but all other organs in each group except above cases were decreased.

        The auther intended to determine the effects of testosterone on the length. gagin of the vertebral column and various parts vertebrae of chick embryos from 13th day to 18th day of incubation Testosterone was injected into chorioallantoic membrane of each incubated egg on 8th day of incubation. Experimental group were divided into the control, testosterane 0.5㎎ injected group and 7.5㎎ injected group. each group A daily 10 treated eggs of were broken for mesuring the whole lengh of vertebral column, and 3 parts vertebra-cervical, thoracic, lumbar and coccygeal. The effects of doses of injection on growth were analyzed by the repeated two-way lay out method and determination of the significance in the levels of difference was made by the Tukey's Method, and the structures were analyzed by deviation probahlity measure and logical formula. The results obtained were as follows : (1) Growth of the vertebral column was retarded in the 7.5㎎ testosterone injected group whereas there was tendency to be promoted in the 0.5㎎ injected group. (2) By the analysis of deviation probavility Measure, growth of cervical vertebra was strongly inhibitted, Inhibiting effect was much more in early stage. (3) Inhibiting effect of organs was most in the [Ⅲ] type. (4) Effect of testosterone was different according to vertebral part.

        A Meta Analysis on Domestic Research Trends of Healthcare Design in Spatial Design Field

        (Background and Purpose) With increasing interest in healthy life, the aging modern society has paid attention to healthcare design in various fields, which was mainly researched in the spatial design field of a healthcare environment. The purpose of this study is to systematize research on healthcare spatial design to date by analyzing research trends on healthcare design centering on spaces to provide materials for current issues and to predict future research directions of healthcare spatial design. (Method) Meta analysis was conducted to analyze the trend of healthcare spatial design research by selecting 499 papers in total among the papers published in the Journal of National Research Foundation of Korea until November 2018, from keyword search, limited to journals, and 5 experts' judgement. In this study, (1) the healthcare space based on the significance of space in healthcare design was conceptualized to reveal the meaning of research on healthcare spatial design, (2) subject papers were extracted by the KCI system with keyword related to healthcare design, and (3) as the criteria for the analysis, the trend of healthcare spatial design research was analyzed by categorizing sub topics of spatial design such as time series, research methods, target space, key actors, and design elements. (Results) As a result of meta analysis, (1) the healthcare spatial design research has been continuously studied staring from 2002 with expanding healthcare spaces from a traditional healthcare design category focusing on hospital, the area of behavior of patients and medical professionals, to the elderly welfare center for the elderly, and even to everyday spaces for healthcare. (2) As research methods, empirical research methods such as case analysis, survey, experiment and evaluation were mainly carried out to suggest the direction of user-centered design results, and (3) the trend of research was found that suggests spatial design elements in complex rather than single to realize effective healthcare spaces, and Also, (4) the research trends was found that deal with users who demand to improve the quality of life based on mental and physical health not only in the space for direct medical care but also in other functional spaces. (Conclusions) This study, which meta analyzes the healthcare spatial design research, is a follow-up to the first study that analyzes the trend of overall healthcare design research, and is meaningful to find the direction of visual and perceptual results of the user's physical environment through healthcare design. By analyzing the trend in healthcare design research focusing on design other than spaces, it is expected that this study will be a useful material for enabling comprehensive design prediction for healthcare design in the future by comparing issues of healthcare design research in each design sector.

        Fluorescence change of Fusobacterium nucleatum due to Porphyromonas gingivalis

        The aim of this study was to measure changes in the fluorescence of Fusobacterium nucleatum interacting with Porphyromonas gingivalis for excitation with blue light at 405-nm. P. gingivalis was mono- and co-cultivated in close proximity with F. nucleatum. The fluorescence of the bacterial colonies was photographed using a QLF-D (Quantitative Light-induced Fluorescence-Digital) Biluminator camera system with a 405 nm light source and a specific filter. The red, green and blue intensities of fluorescence images were analyzed using the image analysis software. A fluorescence spectrometer was used to detect porphyrin synthesized by each bacterium. F. nucleatum, which emitted green fluorescence in single cultures, showed intense red fluorescence when it was grown in close proximity with P. gingivalis. F. nucleatum co-cultivated with P. gingivalis showed the same pattern of fluorescence peaks as for protoporphyrin IX in the red part of the spectrum. We conclude that the green fluorescence of F. nucleatum can change to red fluorescence in the presence of adjacent co-cultured with P. gingivalis, indicating that the fluorescence character of each bacterium might depend on the presence of other bacteria.

        Antifibrotic Activity of LCC, a Cerebroside of Lycium chinense Fruit, in Bile Duct-Ligated Rats

        We previously reported that a novel cerebroside, LCC, isolated from the fruits of Lycium chinense (Solanaceae), significantly exerted hepatoprotective activity against both the carbon tetrachloride-induced and galactosamine-induced toxicities in primary cultures of rat hepatocytes. In the present study, we further attempted to determine the effect of LCC on hepatic fibrosis in animal model. Hepatic fibrosis was induced in rats by bile duct ligation/scission (BDL) for a period of 5 weeks. Treatment of BDL rats with LCC significantly reduced collagen deposition and the activities of serum alkaline phosphatase and γ-glutamyl transpeptidase. In addition, the LCC treatment of BDL rats significantly preserved the decreased hepatic glutathione as well as the activities of glutathione reductase and catalase in BDL rats. From the results, it can be speculated that LCC might exert antifibrotic activity in rats with BDL, in part, through the preservation of antioxidant enzymes and hepatic glutathione.
