특이혈청항체 IgG 분획(分劃)이 Streptococcus mutans의 평골면(平滑面) 부착(附着)에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

In order to demonstrate the effect of specific serum IgG antibody on the adherence of Streploco- zcus witarrs to smooth surface and the mechanism of effective adherince inbibition by IgG antibody, in the prepent study authors obtained purified 1'gG from different immunogen preparatiohs of S. mufans KCTC I04.49 (serotype c) and observed the effect of each IgG preparation on the adherence of each,S, virstans strain cultured in different conditions. In additiov, the presen( study was under- taken to observe the cross-reactivity of IgG and the eftect of sucrose concentration on the adherence of S. )eutpns in vitro non-growth conditian. The adherence of S. mutans to glass surface was effective]y inhibitecl by serum IgG antibody. At the same IgG concentrations, anti-2Fo fructose grown/1 N NaC1 washedI S. mutans NCTC lp449 cell showed greater a'dherence inJubitory effect to S. mutans strains .than anti 2Zo sccrose grown- .and anti-S. ruutans NCTC 10449 cell wall, and the greater inhibitory effects of Ig6 preparations were observed ia assay using 2z fructose grown S. mutans celI preparations tban using 0. These results suggest that the more effective adherenee inhibition by serum IgG antibody is due to the reaciion with S. mutans cell surface antigens rather $lt;bpn glucan and celI-associated gIucosyltransferase. The greatest adherence inhibitory effeci. Of IgG to S. mulans strains was observed on homologous NCTC 10449 strain ancl the inhibition crogs-reactivities were observed betweein serotype c, e, and f strains. This study was conducted to test the performance of the existing rotary blade for farming tractor. The tilling load of each rotary blade was measured, analyzed in accordance with working speed and plowing depth, respectively. The results of the study are summaried as follow: (1) The mean hardness of artificial soil bin was 3.18kgf/cm^(2) and (2) among the three makers' rotary blades, B maker's rotary blade showed the minimum tilling load, the measured minimum tilling load was 6.36∼10.02kg·m by working speed and plowing depth.

선기하학을 이용한 역기구학

본 논문에서는 선기하학을 이용하여 역기구학해를 구하는 방법에 대하여 연구하였다. Suh-Radciffe 행렬에 선기하학의 개념 도입하여 기존의 행렬을 선기하학적인 표현과 dual 변위 행렬로 유도하였다. 이 유도된 행렬을 이용하여 체계적으로 역기구학 문제의 해를 구하는 방법을 제시하였다. In this paper, a method to solve the inverse kinematic problem by using line geometry is researched. Introducing line geometry into Suh-Radcliffe displacement matrix, dual displacement matrix is derived. It is shown that the dual displacement matrix provides a systematic method to solve inverse kinematic problems.

직병렬 복합 로봇의 설계를 위한 기구학적 고찰

직병렬 복합구조의 요소로 사용되기에 적합한 병렬 로봇 모듈이 조사되었다. Branch당 하나의 구동 조인트를 갖는 3개의 직렬 branch로 구성된 3 자유도의 병렬 구조 모듈(3-3-1,1,1)이 기구설계와 성능 측면의 관점에서 가장 적합한 구조로 선택되었다. 각각의 직렬 branch는 선단에 spherical 조인트를 기저에 1 자유도를 갖는 구동 조인트를 그리고 하나의 1 자유도를 갖는 수동 조인트를 사용하는 것이 가장 적합한 선택임이 보여졌다. Parallel manipulator modules which are suitable to a component of a serial-parallel hybrid robot manipulator are examined. A parallel manipulator module structure of three degree-of-freedom, three serial branches with one active joint per branch (3-3-1,1,1), is chosen as most promising based on the kinematic design and performance considerations. It is shown that the most suitable choice of each serial branch is to use one spherical joint in the branch end, one base proximal joint with one degree-of-freedom, and one passive joint with one degree-of-freedom.

가야 고분 출토 귀걸이의 형태와 상징성

The hanging earrings, recently excavated from the Gaya’s ancient-tombs, were designated as treasures as they were recognized for their value as important historical materials that showed outstanding metalworking skills at the time. These earrings exhibit the characteristics of Thin Solid Earrings, and in the decoration of the bottom of the main ring, a specific fruit shape and heart-shaped decoration were identified in common. This decoration was defined as a Cape Jasmine-type, and was interpreted as a repetitive sculpture representing the era. This study discussed the origins of ornamental decorations defined as the Cape Jasmine-type (Sanchija-type) by considering the shape of the ornament, whether or not the Cape Jasmine (Gardenia jasminoides J. Ellis; Korean name Sanchija) was native to southern Korea, historical records, and the degree and importance of use in daily life. The authors reported that the Gaya earrings excavated from Gaya’s ancient-tombs recently have an obovate shape, a sharp trigonous shape with a triangular cross section, a spur shape at the tip of a triangular shape, a heart-shaped ornament, nationally cultivated domestication, an important food source, and firewood. In the characteristics of various historical and cultural records including Jacheongbijeon, and the symbolism of vitality and fertility, it was decide as Buckwheat-type rather than Cape Jesmine-type. This is a historical document that shows the importance of buckwheat, which was highly useful and closely related to the survival of the time, as well as the decorative function of earrings. Furthermore, it was inferred that the group that stably managed and maintained it played a role as the ruling class of the state. This type of the earring in Gaya influenced the decorative culture of neighboring countries such as Baekje, Silla, and Japan, and a common form is appearing. Therefore, it is expected that the correct regulation of the Gaya excavations, which has become the center of this type, can provide important meaning to the historical and cultural interpretation of the countries and regions of the relevant sphere of influence. In the future, for a clear interpretation of the shape and symbolism of the golden earrings excavated from the Gaya’s ancient tombs, the development process of royal power including the governance of Gaya, the history of agricultural development, comparison with related relics of Silla and Baekje, and comparative review of linguistic data Research is needed. 최근 가야 고분에서 출토된 수 점의 귀걸이들이 당시 뛰어난 금속세공 기술을 보여 주는 중요한 사료로서 가치를 인정받아 보물로 지정되었다. 이들 귀걸이는 세환 이식의 특성을 나타내며, 수하식장식에서 공통으로 특정의 열매 모양 및 심엽형 장식이 확인되었다. 이 장식은 산치자형으로 규정되었으며, 시대를 대표하는 반복적인 조형물로 해석되었다. 본 연구는 산치자형으로 규정된 수하식장식에 대하여 장식의 형태, 산치자의 자생 여부, 역사적 기록, 생활 속 활용 정도 및 중요성 등을 고려하여 장식의 기원에 대해 고찰하였다. 저자들은 가야 귀걸이들이 달걀 거꾸로 된 모양, 단면이 삼각형인 날카로운 삼릉형, 삼릉형 끝의 돌기 형태, 심엽형의 장식, 전국적 재배 작물화, 중요한 식량원 이자 땔감, 자청비전을 포함한 다양한 역사 문화적 기록, 생명성과 다산성의 상징성 등에 대한 특성에서 산치자가 아닌 메밀로 판단했다. 이는 귀걸이 장식이 단순히 화려한 꾸밈 기능만이 아닌 당시 시대에서 생존과 밀착되어 있으며, 활용성이 높았던 메밀의 중요성을 나타내는 사료이다. 나아가 이를 안정적으로 관리하고 유지하는 집단이 국가의 지배계급의 역할을 했을 것으로 추론되었다. 가야 귀걸이의 이러한 형태는 주변 국가인 백제와 신라, 일본의 장식 문화에까지 영향을 미쳐 공통적인 형태가 나타나고 있다. 따라서 이 형태의 중심이 된 가야 출토물에 대한 올바른 규정이 관련 영향권 국가와 지역에 대한 역사 문화적인 해석에 중요한 의미를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 앞으로 가야 고분에서 출토한 황금귀걸이의 형태와 상징성 등에 대한 명확한 해석을 위해서는 가야의 통치체제를 비롯한 왕권의 전개 과정, 농업 발달사, 신라와 백제의 관련 유물과 비교, 언어학적 자료의 비교검토 연구가 필요하다.

인테리어 디자인에 있어서 포스트모더니즘 유형에 관한 연구

모더니즘이 고전주의로부터 탈피함으로써 시작되었듯이 포스트모더니즘도 분명히 모더니즘에서 탈피하려는 성격을 띠게 되었다. 그리고 포스트모더니즘의 개념은 1960년대 이후부터 예술의 장르에서 나타났으며 디자인, 건축, 인테리어 분야에서는 국제주의 양식과 모더니즘 디자인의 반작용으로 나타나게 된다. 이러한 포스트모더니즘은 근대 건축과 인테리어 디자인이 등한시했던 형태표현의 문제 등을 장식성, 회화성, 은유성, 상징성 등의 의미를 부여하여 해결하려 하였으며 급변하는 사회 속에서 다양한 상황을 반영하고 고대에서 현대에 이르기까지 여러 양식을 접목시켜 어떠한 야식에도 구애됨이 없이 각자의 욕구에 의한 표현의 다양성을 제시해 주었다는데 의의가 있다. 이에 본 논문은 현재 인테리어 디자인에 표현되고 있는 포스트모던적 특징과 경향을 연구해 봄으로써, 급격히 변해가는 가치관과 다양한 표현 가능성 속에서 혼탁과 모방의 와중에 있는 현대 인테리어 디자인의 밑바탕이 되는 이론을 정립하고자 한다. As like Modernism was motivated in escaping from Classicalism, Post-Modernism Has been done from Modernism. Post-Modernism has came out in the genre of the art since 1960s, and expressed international aspects and reactions of modernism in the design, architecture and interior fields. Post-Modernism intended to sobs the problems about the expression which modem architecture and interior passed over decoration, painting, metaphor, and symbolization. It presented the various situations of the rapidly social changing parts. From the ancient to the modem times it representated independently feature and diversification of the individual needs without regard to the other styling. In this paper studied the post-modem characters and treats about reflective today Interior design expression. It arranges modern interior design of the foundation through the social valuation and expressibility.
