This study was conducted to see the application effect of learning by ability in Mat exercise. 367 Male middle school students who were second grade were served as subjects. They were divided into control group and experimental group. Control group was hetrogeneous group and experimental group was organized group by ability. After 8 hours' learning of Mat exercise, their motor performance were compared. The following conclusions were obtained; 1. In teaching of Mat exercise in Male middle school, group-organization by ability was more effective than hetrogeneous group-organization. 2. In stepped and systematic teaching materials such as Mat exorcise , effective motor skill improvement is possible through leaching method of group - organization by ability. 3. Especially in the learning of difficult motor events and motor events which need repeated practice and which lack of pre-learning, application effect of learning by ability is big.

in recent times, central nervous system(CNS) tuberculosis has been rare and the prevalence of the focal form, the tuberculoma, varies from 1 per 200 to 1 per 1000. CNS tuberculosis occurs as a result of hematogenous spread from a primary focus. mostly pulmonary tuberculosis. It can be diffuse exudative leptomeningitis or a localized tuberculoma ; the former is more common. We report a case of miliary cerebral tuberculosis in a 24-year-old female who had been having headaches for 4 months. Magnetic resonance imaging showed numerous small round Gadolinium-enhanced supratentorial and infratentorial lesions scattered throughout the brain. Histologic examination confirmed well defined tuberculous granulomas with central caseous necrosis in open biopsy, containing several acid-fast bacilli, the patient was treated with isoniazid, rifampin, ethambutol, pyrazinamide in combination with prednisolone.

Hematological characteristics of the three populations in the olive flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus were analyzed. The sample fishes were collected from coastal sea areas around Korea (east and west coastal wild populations) and Japanese cultured population. Result researched into Hemoglobin, PCV, total protein, glucose, GOT and GPT in the three population were not significant (P>0.05). Abnormality of mating groups used east female were higher than Japanese female (P<0.05), but no significant differences were found in fertilization rate and hatching success (P>0.05). Japanese X east group showed highest percent and east X west group showed lowest percent in survival rate, significantly (P<0.05). East X east, Japanese X west and Japanese X Japanese groups showed higher growth rate in total length and body weight than the other groups, however, east X west group showed lower growth, significantly(P<0.05).

The purpose of this study was analyze children's Physical Fitness and basic rate by observing the change in the heart rate of the 1230 children of five of six years of age. Following conclusions were obtained The muscular strength was relatively low according to places. And the muscular strength of boys was higher than that of girls. The flexibility of girls was higher than that of boys according to places and sexes. The muscular endurance, power, balance and agility of boys were higher than those of girls according to places and sexes. Thus the development of physical fitness was improved with their ages, the physical fitness for physique seemed rather low. So the programs of physical plays for children's physical fitness ought to be developed and physical play showed to be done at kindergarten school.

Yongneup wetland protected area, the only high moor in Korea, is a core area to conserve biodiversity. Even though the Yongneup wetland protected area is relatively small, various plant species are distributed in the Yongneup wetland protected area because it includes various habitats showing different environmental gradients. Vascular plants distributed in the Yongneup wetland protected area were identified as a total of 376 taxa that is composed of 73 families, 217 genera, 322 species, 3 subspecies, 44 varieties and 7 forms. For endangered plants designated by the Ministry of Environment, 5 species including Trientalis europaea var. arctica, Lilium dauricum, Halenia corniculata, Lychnis wilfordii and Menyanthes trifoliata were found and 34 taxa were confirmed to be distributed only in the mountainous wetland habitats. Regarding naturalized plants, a total of 11 taxa were distributed, but most of them were distributed in the areas where artificial interference has occurred. And in areas inside the wetlands that are relatively well preserved, 2 species of Bidens frondosa and Erigeron annuus were observed. In this study, the occurrence and distribution of Pseudostellaria baekdusanensis M. Kim, which was recently found in Mt. Baekdu and reported as a new species, were identified in the Yongneup wetland protected area. A wetland is a very vulnerable area to drastic environmental changes and damages to its ecosystem could cause the extinction of rare plant species which are distributed only in the wetlands. Therefore, it is mandatory that current status of the Yongneup wetland protected area is evaluated and actions to prevent rapid environmental changes are taken. Fourteen separate investigations were conducted in 2013 and another four in 2014, to evaluate current status of the Yongneup wetland protected area. These investigations have provided us the basic information for future actions of conservation and restoration.

The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of R-(-)-2,10,11-trihydroxy-N-propylnoraporphine [R-(-)-TNPA], a selective agonist of dopaminergic $D_2$ receptor and S(-)-raclopride, a selective antagonist of dopaminergic $D_2$ receptor, on the secretion of catecholamines (CA) evoked by cholinergic stimulation and membrane-depolarization in the isolated perfused model of the rat adrenal gland, and also to establish its mechanism of action. R-(-)-TNPA $(10{\sim}100\;{\mu}M)$ perfused into an adrenal vein for 60 min produced dose- and time-dependent inhibition in CA secretory responses evoked by ACh (5.32 mM), high $K^+$ (56 mM), DMPP $(100\;{\mu}M)$ and McN-A-343 $(100\;{\mu}M)$. R-(-)-TNPA itself did also fail to affect basal CA output. Also, in adrenal glands loaded with R-(-)-TNPA $(30\;{\mu}M)$, the CA secretory responses evoked by Bay-K-8644 $(10\;{\mu}M)$, an activator of L-type $Ca^2+$ channels and cyclopiazonic acid $(10\;{\mu}M)$, an inhibitor of cytoplasmic $Ca^{2+}-ATPase$ were also inhibited. However, S(-)-raclopride $(1{\sim}10\;{\mu}M)$, given into an adrenal vein for 60 min, enhanced the CA secretory responses evoked by ACh, high $K^+$, DMPP and McN-A-343 only for the first period (4 min), although it alone has weak effect on CA secretion. Moreover, S(-)-raclopride $(3.0\;{\mu}M)$ in to an adrenal vein for 60 min also augmented the CA release evoked by BAY-K-8644 and cyclopiazonic acid only for the first period (4 min). However, after simultaneous perfusion of R-(-)-TNP A $(30\;{\mu}M)$ and S(-)-raclopride $(3.0\;{\mu}M)$, the inhibitory responses of R(-)-TNPA $(30\;{\mu}M)$ on the CA secretion evoked by ACh, high $K^+$, DMPP, McN-A-343, Bay-K-8644, and cyclopiazonic acid were significantly reduced. Taken together, these experimental results suggest that R-(-)-TNPA greatly inhibits the CA secretion from the perfused rat adrenal medulla evoked by cholinergic stimulation (both nicotininc and muscarinic receptors) and membrane depolarization, but S(-)-raclopride rather enhances the CA release by them. It seems that this inhibitory of R-(-)-TNPA may be mediated by stimulation of inhibitory dopaminergic $D_2$ receptors located on the rat adrenomedullary chromaffin cells, while the facilitatory effect of S(-)-raclopride is due to the blockade of dopaminergic $D_2$ receptors, which are relevant to extra- and intracellular calcium mobilization. Therefore, it is thought that dopaminergic $D_2$ receptors may be involved in regulation of CA release in the rat adrenal medulla.

Precolumn orthophthaldehyde (OPA) labeling method of sphingoid bases, sphingosine and sphinganine, was investigated to obtain high fluorescent detectability. In order to improve the fluorescent yield, we investigated the optimal solubility of sphingoid bases for five pre-incubation solvents by incorporating the heating procedure before OPA derivatization. The pre-incubation in ethanol prominently increased the fluorescent peak height of OPA derivative for each sphingoid bases in high performance liquid chromatography. About tenfold increase of detectability was archived by pre-incubating lipid extracts pellets in ethanol at $60^{\circ}C$ for 30 min. Optimal derivatization was performed in 30 min at ambient temperature and the fluorescent intensity of OPA derivative was stable for two weeks at $4^{\circ}C$. The detection limit of sphingosine was 0.1 pmol as injected amount. This method was applied to the determination of cellular sphingosine and sphinganine in various human lung cancer cells. This OPA procedure was prospective to be useful for quantitating the amount of sphingoid bases in other cancer cells.
