      • 과학수업에서 ICT 활용을 위한 내용 분석 모형 개발

        이 연구에서는 ICT 활용이 다른 어떤 교과보다도 과학교과의 교수-학습을 촉진시키는데 다양한 도움을 줄 수 있다는 것을 탐구영역 별로 확인하고, ICT 활용 내용 분석 모형을 제안하였다. 과학수업에서 ICT를 수업전략과 연계시킬 때, 본문에서 제시한 ICT 활용 내용 분석 모형 기준을 적용하면 도움을 받을 수 있을 것이다. 또한 분석 모형 기준을 적용할 때. 연구자가 조사한 물리개념을 중심으로 한 인터넷 사이트를 적절히 구조화시켜 융합시키면 과학탐구활동을 촉진시킬 수 있을 것이다. 과학교사가 이러한 분석모형적용을 숙달시킴으로써 과학 교수-학습에서 ICT 활용이 언제 효과적이고, 효과적이지 않은지 또는 유익한지 유익하지 않은지 판단할 수 있을 것이다.

      • 선택침전법을 통한 오산화바나듐의 정제에 관한 연구

        As a first step to obtain a high purity vanadium, the purification procedure of commercial grade vanadium pentaoxide has been studied. The V₂O? has been converted to V(OH)₂F₃by fusing with NH4F·HF at 160℃. To eliminate insoluble impurities, the product has been leached out with hot water. The precipitation of NH₄VO₃from filtered leaching solution is carried out by adjusting pH with NH₄OH. Redissolving the precipitate and stabilizing Si as a complex by adding NH₄F·HF are found to be effective to reduce the Si content. However, the rate of second precipitation is extremely slow. To improve the rate, the effect of seed and alcohol has been investigated. The addition of C₂H?OH as a catalyst not only accelerates the rate of ppt but improves recovery up to 98%. All the products have been examined by optical microscope, SEM, X-ray diffraction and ICP to clarify the structure and contents of impurities.

It is properly affirmative that enterprise announces good news and bad news as well. Therefore this thesis analyses the effect on enterprise. Managers announces bad news, and it takes advantage of contrary use. In other words. the advantage results from investement decision about Manager's Announcement. The purpose of this study is that, disclosure method of enterprise has advantage.

        The purposes of this study was subjected a scheme to improve technical highschcol “2+lsystem” curriculum. The method of the study for carrying out the study is as follows. First, the realities of management were analyzed through the preceding study related with technical highschool “2+lsystem” and the plan of school education of technical highschool “2+1 system” management school. Second, the conference of the teacher in charge of technical highschool management school and the person in charge of the department related with Education City and Province Hall was held. Third, the question search was practiced to all school subjects in the whole country through the electronic document with the help of ministry of education & human resources development (N=930). The effect of the study is as follows. First, the thing which is formed in the schools and industries of technical highschool “2+lsystem” curriculum formation must be made to manage according to the seventh curriculum. Second, the field practice of the present type must be made to carry out in technical highschool as well during the third grade (mid term, final term). Third, the curriculum formation by system improvement and the completed unit (216 unit) are drawn up according to the seventh curriculum.

        Pediatric moyamoya disease: An analysis of 410 consecutive cases

        <B>Objective</B><P>Moyamoya disease (MMD) is a cerebrovascular occlusive disease of the bilateral internal carotid arteries that causes a compensatory abnormal vascular network at the base of brain. The rare incidence and various surgical techniques applied have limited the clinical research on MMD.</P><B>Methods</B><P>We conducted a retrospective analysis of the surgical outcome of 410 pediatric MMD patients. All patients were treated in a relatively uniform scheme at a single institution. The surgical procedures consisted of bilateral encephaloduroarteriosynangiosis augmented by bifrontal encephalogaleo-/periosteal synangiosis. Logistic regression analyses were applied to reveal the prognostic factors for surgical outcome.</P><B>Results</B><P>The overall clinical outcome was excellent in 66%, good in 15%, fair in 15%, and poor in 4% of the patients. Therefore, 81% of the patients had a favorable clinical outcome (excellent and good). Multivariate analyses revealed that infarction on presentation was associated with unfavorable clinical outcome (odds ratio [OR], 2.85; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.49–5.46; p < 0.01) and decreased vascular reserve only on single-photon emission computerized tomography (OR, 0.07; 95% CI, 0.01–0.52; p < 0.01), with favorable clinical outcome.</P><B>Interpretation</B><P>Our results indicate that an early diagnosis and active intervention before establishment of irreversible hemodynamic change are essential to achieve a favorable clinical outcome in children with MMD.         Fabrication of enzymatic biosensor based on the poly(3-thiophenecarboxylic acid-co-thiophene) polymer as electron-transfer materials

        We fabricated glucose oxidase (GOx)-modified biosensor for detection of glucose by physical immobilization of GOx after electrochemical polymerization of the conductive mixture monomers of the 3-thiophenecarboxylic acid (TCA) and thiophene (Th) onto ITO electrode in this study. We confirmed the successfully fabrication of GOx-modified biosensor via FT-IR spectroscopy, SEM, contact angle, and cyclic voltammetry. The fabricated biosensor has the detection limit of $0.1{\mu}M$, the linearity of 0.001-27 mM, and sensitivity of $38.75mAM^{-1}cm^{-2}$, respectively. The fabricated biosensor exhibits high interference effects to dopamine, ascorbic acid, and L-cysteine, respectively. From these results, the fabricated GOx-modified biosensor with long linearity and high sensitivity could be used as glucose sensor in human blood sample.

        심폐우회술시 Roller Pump 와 Centrifugal Pump 사용에 따른 혈액학적 차이

        Background: Prolonged extracorporeal circulation entails tremendous threats of red cell lysis, severe bleeding problems due to platelet injury and activation, and endothelial damages by sequestered leukocytes. In consideration of these problems, a new centrifugal pump was developed and tested clinically to evaluate its effectiveness. Methods : We compared the effects of a centrifugal pump with those of a roller pump on hematological responses during cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB) in 20 coronary artery bypass surgery patients. The patients were divided into two groups of 10 each. The studied parameters included WBC counts, platelet counts, plasma Hb and D-dimer. Blood samples were taken after sternotomy, at 60 min, 120 min and 180 min after CPB start, and at 2 hr after CPB stop. Results : No differences between the groups were found in bypass time, aortic cross clamp time, extracorporeal circulation flow and hematocrit. The centrifugal pump group demonstrated less platelet depletion(p<0.05), hemolysis(plasma Hb,p<0.05) and fibrinolysis(D-dimer, p<0.05). These differences were CPB time dependent and became statistically significant after 120 min bypass. Conclusions: We conclude that roller pump still can be safely used for standard cardiac procedures with bypass time less than 120 minutes and the centrifugal pump has significant potential to be safely applied to CPB for long ypass time in order to avoid postperfusion syndrome.         불량 기화기로 인한 할로탄의 과량 투여

        A Vaporizer should deliver a constant concentration of anesthetics under the varying conditions of gas flow, liquid volume, and ambient temperature. We had encountered 3 patients with arrhythmia and ST change on EKG monitoring and cardiovascular collapse which occurred immediately after turning on the halothane vaporizer (Drager Halothan Vapor 19.1 No. 24302). Sudden cardiovascular collapse during the induction of anesthesia in an otherwise healthy patient was suggestive of anesthetic overdose. Thus we checked this vaporizer with the Capnomac Datex and Drager Iris. The inspiratory concentration of the vaporizer was found to be much higher than that of the dial setting. Vaporizers are sensitive, accurate, and scientific instruments which are directly involved in critical life support. All vaporizers should be treated and tested with great care for performance after shipment, any major service repair, or equipment modification.
