마이크로 압전 엑츄에이터용 Sol-Gel PZT 박막의 두께 변화에 따른 특성

Pb가 10% 과잉되고 Zr : Ti = 52 : 48 조성을 갖는 PZT sol이Pt(3500A˚)/Ti(400A˚)/SiO2(3000A˚)/Si(525㎛)기판 위에 스핀 코팅법으로 반복 코팅된 후, 450℃에서 10분, 650℃에서 2분간 반복 열처리되었다.이와 같이 다양한 두께로 적층된 박막은 각 시편에 대해 최종적으로 650℃ 30분 동안 어닐링 처리되었다.제조된 PZT 박막의 두께는 4100A*에서 1.75㎛사이의 4종이었다.이어서 스퍼터링법으로 Pt전극이 PZT 막 위에 증착되었다.제조된 PZT 박막의 결정 구조 조사를 위해 XRD, 그리고 미세 구조 및 전기적 특성을 알아보기 위해 FESEM과 P-E 이력 곡선이 각각 관찰되었다.4100A˚에서 1.75㎛까지 두께 중가에 따른 장비상의 포화 이력 한계로 잔류 분극(Pr)값이 25A˚u C/㎠에서 다소 감소되었다.측정된 X선 회절 결과에서 최초 4회 코팅시 perovskite 결정 구조로 성장한 결정립은 (111)배향이 우세하였으나, 두께가 증가됨에 따라 (111)/(110)값이 감소되었으며, 이를 통해 두께 증가에 따른 (111)배향성이 다소 감소됨을 알 수 있었다.이상의 결과로부터 제조된 PZT 박막은 큰 힘과 높은 내전압 특성을 갖는 마이크로 압전 액츄에이터에 적용될 수 있을 것으로 생각되었다.
정신분열병 환자를 위한 인지재활훈련 프로그램의 개발 : Korean-Cognitive Differentiation Program 한국형 인지분화훈련 프로그램

연구배경 : 정신분열병 환자들은 인지장애를 보이는바, 저자들은 이들을 대상으로 한국형 인지분화훈련 프로그램을 개발하여 정신분열병 환자들을 대상으로 인지재활훈련을 실시한 후 환자들의 인지기능, 정신병리 및 문제해결기술에 미치는 효과를 조사하였다. 방 법 : 28명의 정신분열병 환자를 훈련군(n=14)과 대조군(n=14)으로 나누어 훈련군에게 한국형 인지분화훈련 프로그램을 1회 60분씩, 주당 2회씩, 11주간 총 22회를 실시하였다. 환자들의 인지기능은 K-WAIS의 산수, 빠진곳찾기, 어휘, 공통점찾기 소검사로 측정하였고 정신병리는 양성 및 음성증상 척도로 측정하였으며 문제해결기술은 사회문제해결척도로 평가하였다. 인지재활훈련의 효과를 평가하기 위해 훈련 전후의 인지기능, 정신병리 및 문제해결기술의 변화를 종속변수로 하고 훈련 유무를 독립변수로 하여 반복측정에 의한 변량분석으로 자료를 분석하였다. 결 과 : 한국형 인지분화훈련이 시간에 따른 인지기능검사 중 산수 소검사, 문제해결기술 중 시회문제해결척도의 전체 점수와 문제해결기술 소척도의 점수의 변화에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 시각적 주의력, 개념화 능력 및 정신병리의 점수의 변화에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 결 론 : 한국형 인지분화훈련 프로그램은 정신분열병 환자에서 청각적 주의력 및 문제해결기술의 호전을 꾀할 가능성이 있음을 시사한다. Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of cognitive differentiation training program- Korean version(a training program of attention and conceptual abilities) on cognitive function, psychopathology and problem solving skills in patients with schizophrenia. Methods : A total of patients diagnosed as schizophrenia using DSM-Ⅳ were randomly assigned to 2 groups. The training group went through a total of 22 sessions of cognitive differentiation training(60 min/ session×2 sessions/wk×11 wks). The attention-placebo control group received psychoeducation program during the same period. Arithmetic, vocabulary, similarities, picture completion of Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-Korean version, Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale, and Social Problem Solving Scales were administered to all patients, both before and after the training program. Results : In the arithmetic scores(F=6.35, af=1, p=0.018) of Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-Korean version, and total scores(F=6.35, af=1, p=0.018) and problem solving skill scale scores(F=4.88, af=1, p=0.036) of social problem solving scale, interaction effects of training was significant. Conclusion : Our findings suggest that cognitive differentiation training program-Korean version is effective on improving auditory attention and problem solving skills in patients with schizophrenia.

Phytoplankton community in the coastal waters off the northeastern Korean Peninsula were characterized from May 2002 to August 2003. Taxonomic composition, abundance and biomass were determined at two water depths at 10 sample sites. A total of 153 phytoplankton species including 121 diatoms, 28 dinoflagellates, 7 green algae and 7 other species were identified. The mean abundance of phytoplankton varied from 15 to 430 cells mL–1 in the surface layer and from 11 to 545 cells mL–1 in the bottom layer, respectively. Phytoplankton was more abundant in coastal stations relative to those in more open ocean. The most dominant species were marine diatoms such as Thalassionema nitzschioides, Licmorphora abbreviata, Chaetoceros affinis and Chaetoceros socialis. In addition, a few limnotic diatoms including Fragilaria capucina v. rumpens, the green alga Scenedesmus dimorphus, some marine dinoflagellates and Cryptomonas sp. appeared as dominant species. Mean concentration of total chlorophyll-a varied from 0.22 to 7.87 μg chl-a L–1 and from 0.45 to 6.79 μg chl-a L–1 in the surface and bottom layers, respectively. The contribution of phytoplankton each size-fractionated varied highly with season. The contribution of microphytoplankton to total biomass of phytoplankton in the surface and bottom layer was high in February and August 2003, and that of nano-phytoplankton was high in May 2002 in both surface and bottom layers.

There are a variety of factors influencing aging, free radical, wear, genetic unbalance, autoimmune, mutation, accumulation and programmed cell death etc. It was studied that many method are able to delay for aging such as biochemical anti-oxidant, food restriction. Finally, restriction of aging process is important role to improve quality of life for extending human life.

Local irritation of YHB6211, a recombinant human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor, was assessed in male New Zealand White (NZW) rabbits by dermal and ocular application. In the skin irritation test, 0.5 ml of 0.03% YHB6211 aqueous solution was applied to the back skin of rabbits for 24 hours, and subsequent observation was performed. The solution did not induce any response after the treatment, and the primary irritation index (P.I.I.) of the compound was 0. In the eye irritation test, 0.1 ml of the same solution was instilled into the conjunctiva of the eye. No treatment related reactions were observed at the cornea, iris, and conjunctiva. Based on these results, 0.03% (w/v) YHB6211 solution could be considered as a non-irritating material.
In vitro Antibacterial Effect of Orthodontic Adhesives Mixed with Silver Nanoparticles

Purpose: To examine the antibacterial effectiveness of silver nanoparticles (SNP) mixed with commercial orthodontic adhesives. Materials and Methods: SNP was prepared by dissolving silver perchlorate in an organic solvent and reducing it with ultraviolet radiation. SNP was then mixed with four commercial orthodontic adhesives (Light Bond, Blugloo, Transbond XT, and Fuji Ortho LC) (0.05 wt %), which were then formed into disc-shape specimens ($8.0mm{\times}3.0mm$). Commercial orthodontic adhesives containing no SNP were used as the control groups. Specimens of the four experimental and four control groups were incubated with streptococcus mutans and the medium turbidity was assessed at 3, 6, 9, 12, and 24 hours after incubation. The agar diffusion test was also performed to examine the growth inhibition zone of these groups. The data were statistically analyzed using a Wilcoxon rank sum test and t-test with a Bonferroni's correction (P<0.05). Result: The SNP containing groups had a superior antibacterial effect compared to the control groups. In the agar diffusion test, the control groups without SNP did not produce an inhibition zone, whereas the SNP containing groups showed inhibition zone of 10~13 mm. Conclusion: The incorporation of SNP into orthodontic adhesives can inhibit cariogenic bacterial growth.

<P>In this investigation, we evaluated diagnoses of a defect concerning coating of land-base gas turbine using infrared thermography camera. In this camera method has a strong point which is able to save time and costs compared with former method. Because it can be long field acquire temperature distribution by using non-contact method. But it has a week point that method applies thermal load about inspection sample. Presently, Method used widely in detection of crack is ultrasonic inspection. But this method, There is problem in application in place that uneven surface. In order to check cracks on a blade coating of a gas turbine, a part with cracks in a waste blade disposed after having been used in the field was extracted to produce a sample. So we apply the method by a infrared thermography camera to the produced sample, the sample was heated by means of a halogen lamp. In this paper, we want to describe production of land-base turbine sample, a method of applying thermal load at produced sample, infrared thermography camera technique, an analysis technique of thermography, a defect analysis of coating of land-base gas turbine blades.</P>
