          창의성 신장을 위한 교육용 프로그래밍 언어 교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용에 관한 연구 “LOGO와 Scratch를 중심으로”

          미래를 준비하는 학생들에게 정보통신기술의 발달은 지식의 암기를 넘어 정보의 탐색 및 활용을 통해 효과적으로 문제를 해결해나가는 창의적인 능력이 요구되어진다. 컴퓨터 교육에 있어 프로그래밍 교육은 프로그래밍을 하는 과정에서 여러 문제를 접하게 되고, 해결 방안을 탐색하는 과정에서 유연한 사고를 통해 학생의 창의력을 키워준다는 여러 연구가 발표되었다. 특히 초등학생들에게 있어 학습에 용이한 EPL의 활용을 통한 프로그래밍 교육은 프로그래밍 교육을 처음 받는 학생들이 느끼는 프로그래밍 언어 자체를 익힘으로서의 어려움을 감소시켜주어 학생이 더욱 사고에 집중할 수 있도록 해준다. 이에 본 연구는 초등학생들을 대상으로 한 EPL 교육 자료 초안을 제작, 적용하여 학생들의 창의적 요소의 신장을 살펴보았다. 또한 초안 적용을 통해 도출된 개선점을 수정, 보완하여 현장에서 바로 사용할 수 있은 교육 자료(학습지, 교수학습 과정안)를 제작하였다. 이는 프로그래밍을 처음 접하는 모든 학생들에게 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

          The flow meter detects the vortex made by the bluff body which is inside of the pipe that has flowing fluids and calculate the velocity of the fluid. The sensor was manufactured using sensor body and piezo ceramics as the result of the creative design in engineering. The preexistence was analyzed and considered manufacture process and experiment. The sensor body was made after modifying sensor housing and transmitter. Using an elastic tape, copper foil and electric wire, first experiment was conducted. After holding with a vise, impulse was given to the transmitter and signal was captured. Scale is the 100㎳/dev for horizontal direction, 100㎷/dev for vertical direction. And the signal of the preexistence and proto-type was similar with its amplitude and period. Also, through frequency analysis, piezo ceramics’ thickness was selected and it can reduce the cost and error from development step. The experiments include impulse and periodic impulse test.

          The most popular devices in next-generation computer memory technology are the phase change RAM (PRAM), nano-floating gate memory (NFGM), resistance RAM (ReRAM), polymer RAM (PoRAM), magnetic RAM (MRAM), and molecular electronic devices. Amongst these, ReRAM is the most-researched candidate for nonvolatile memory technologies due to its simple metal-insulator-metal (MIM) structure and excellent operational characteristics. However, it faces obstacles such as high production costs and insufficient uniformity. This study aims to tackle the latter problem by spin-coating Ag nanoparticles on the upper electrode to improve the uniformity characteristics.

          Scale is generated by foreign matter stuck to the inner wall of the pipe by various phenomena arising from the water pipe. These scales, it is solidified after a long time, causing to narrow the flow path of the pipe. Various techniques associated with the foreign substance removal inside these pipes have been proposed, but had no effect. Just be generated only leak, the need for cleaning of the other methods have been requested. In this study, the present invention relates to new technology is a high-pressure nitrogen in the cleaning system is on the inside of the pipe at the time of the cleaning effect of chemistry and high-pressure washing of water piping. Safety, impact pressure, cleaning efficiency such as a result of the experiment, high pressure nitrogen(3.0MPa(35   ) is hight by disruption and the point type when introduced into the pipe, rust, cleaning effect of the chemical action of the sludge are rapid freezing phenomenon XL, PB pipe 96 %, copper 90%, steel pipe 85%. Although air leakage occurs at approximately 1.0 MPa, nitrogen safety no leakage occurs even 3.5 MPa was demonstrated. In addition, the effect of the pressure of the length of the pipe cleaning is on, the pressure is transmitted to the first and last part, was a very effective system for high pressure cleaning.

          The recent unemployment problem among young and middle-aged people has led to an intergenerational conflict for jobs, and a decline in business competitiveness, thereby raising the cost of social welfare. It is time to strengthen competitiveness for the future by setting up a dual system early for a merit-oriented society This study examined the current status of operations and the direction of development through cases of dual communal training centers. To enhance project effectiveness, the role of dual communal training centers is important throughout the entire process, ranging from selection of businesses to program development, from education to internal and external assessment. Businesses should be discovered through cooperation and linked to business performance using the industrial engineering technique.

          The chip conveyor belt parts consist of progressively curled conveyor plates. Realizing the proper shape using progressive curling is difficult because bending and forming simultaneously are challenging. Therefore, this study aims to obtain the optimized design by performing progressive curling design through forming analysis in advance. The study examines the possibility of encountering sheet metal SM35C defects during progressive curling using forming analysis and reviews the damage value, distributions of the plastic effective strain, and residual effective stress. Moreover, the results set and applied the process number taken from the curling process of the chip conveyor belt parts are optimized by the sheet-metal forming analysis for an actual manufacturing process.

          In English Pronunciation Education, the most common way of teaching students has been ‘Listen and Repeat’ method. This has been the traditional strategy of learning one s mother tongue. However when it comes to the acquisition of a foreign language, the situation is quite different. In this study, I ventured a new way to supplementing the Listen and Repeat method. With the listen and repeat method students have to go through unnecessary amount of trials and errors, In their struggle to acquiring a new pronunciation of the segmental (eg. consonants and vowels) and suprasegmental (eg. accent, stress, rhythm and intonation) of the foreign language out of his or her pronouncing strategies of the mother tongue, Many students give up half way through the process. Unfortunately this has been the most prevailing situation in learning any foreign pronunciation. I devised a new manual of English text written not in the normal spelling system. With this material, students can drill themselves by reading aloud the phonetic symbols, which proved very helpful to acquire English pronunciations. This method can be called ‘See and Read aloud’ method, which is supplementary but very productive in proficiency. After a contrastive experiment of two classes, this new method proved very productive, though it needs further studies.

          The purpose of this thesis is to examine a way of improvement of college English program at Korea Polytechnic College. While the Korea Polytechnic College English curriculum focuses on the four skills, this study emphasizes the curriculum, instructional methods, financial support. The finding of the study first indicated that class time allocation be an important factor affecting students’ learning of English: Students who attended daytime classes are more willing to learn and were more satisfied with their learning process than students who attended at night. Second, small size classes with grouped students did much better in learning process than other department students.

          Industralization has brought various fields of life changed, but there are also harmful things in our surroundings. One of those is an abusing of lubricant; however, lubrication is necessary to processing a metal material. The role of lubricant, especially it s used in manufacturing tasks, such as milling, turning, punching and drilling have a important function to reducing frictional forces and tool s temperature. Also, it causes a environmental problem, environmentalists have traditionally blamed a lubricant in general for pollution and other environmental problems. But it is entirely within the realm of human technology and ability to correct even the worst environmental problems. So this paper aims at focusing the MQL equipment in metal processing.
