        원발성 피부 CD30 양성/ALK 음성 퇴형성 대세포 림프종 1예

        Primary cutaneous CD3O(Ki-1) Positive anaplastic large cell Iymphoma(ALCL) is a rare subset of cutaneous Iymphoma. with a much better prognosis. ALCL is a heterogeneous process that may have a T-cell, B-cell, or indeterminant(null) phenotype and which may or may not express the anaplastic Iymphoma kinase(ALK) oncoprotein. We report a case of ALCL in a 72 year old man. About 4 months ago, multiple erythematous firm ulcerative mass and satellite nodules developed on the right lower leg. The skin lesions rapidly increased in number and size. Some lesions became painful and centrally ulcered. The histologic findings showed a diffuse infiltrate of large Iymphocytes with large nuclei, prominent and multiple nucleoli, and ample cytoplasm. Immunohistochemical stainings for CD3O, CD5 were positive but stainings for LCA, CD3, CD45RO, CD2O, cytokeratin, EMA, and ALK were negative. Therefore, we diagnosed our case as CD+/30ALK- ALCL (Korean J Dermatol 2003;41(5) : 666~669)

      • 아산시 신정호소의 수질오염 현황 및 부영양화 저감 방안

        This study was conducted to estimate the amount of water pollution load, water quantity and quality of inflow stream, status of water pollution and reduction of eutrophication in the Sinjung lake in Asan city. Inflow of branch to Sinjung lake have two streams, one is Cho-sa stream which are Ki-san bridge and Cho-sa bridge and the other is Hwang-san stream. Number of sampling points for water quality are 23 in the Sinjung lake and it's sediment of bottom from March to July, 1997. Water quality had been tested pH, dissolved oxygen(DO), chemical oxygen demand(COD), suspended solid(SS), total nitrogen(T-N), total phosphorus(T-P), E.coli group, and spring out test for sediment are total nitrogen, total phosphorus and heavy metals(Fe, Pb, Cd). The results were as follows; Amounts of pollution load were highest at Cho-sa stream. The ratio of livestock wastewater was occupied with the above 90% of total water pollution load. Mean daily inflow of Cho-sa stream and Hwang-san stream were 34,092㎥ and 25,524㎥, respectively. In mean level of inflow water quality, COD, SS, T-N, T-P and E. coli group were 16.96㎎/ℓ, 50.3㎎/ℓ, 5.85㎎/ℓ, 0.51㎎/ℓ and 4,096/100㎖, respectively. Water quality of inflow was worst at the point of Ki-san bridge in Cho-sa stream. Mean level of DO, COD, SS, T-N, T-P and E. coli group were 6.43㎎/ℓ, 17.11㎎/ℓ, 194.0㎎/ℓ, 5.96㎎/ℓ, 0.56㎎/ℓ and 2,191/100㎖, respectively at Sinjung lake. These are higher than class V by environmental water quality standards for lake. Spring out level of T-N, T-P, Fe and Pb in sediment of Sinjung lake were 326.6ppm, 17.9ppm, 624.2ppm and 2.65ppm, respectively.

        Try to find a scheme for activation to College Physical Education, this Report informs the various kinds of Survey and process those were projected for improvement of management methods on Cultural Physical Education in Kang Weon National University. From experimentally carried out "Sports events Choosing System" not as usual be inforced "Total practical Skill System", Following Positive effects and sujestions were Presented; 1. "Sports events choosing system" gave birth to more students' interesting and more voluntary participation to the sports events they chose, and sports skill and instruction level was elevated due to charge of expert according to each sports events. This system would be managed continuously hereafter for it related to life sports. 2. This System needs to closed cooperations between College and Community, for the facilities of community are utilized by college. 3. To complete the plan for activation of college Physical Education, additionally, the successional study ; namely "autonomous extracurricular sports activity" should be excuted hereafter.

        18세기 초 강원도 울진현령 오적의 마애비와 덕구온천 - 현령 오적 마애비 발견보고를 겸하여 -

        18세기 초 강원도 울진현령 오적의 마애비가 2019년 4월 13일 장기영과 진호 부자에 의해 울진 응봉산 내 덕구온천 원탕에서 발견되었다. 이 글은 덕구온천 원탕에서 발견된 오적 마애비의 발견 경위를 소개하고 명문 판독을 시도하여 덕구온천의 역사와 유래를 살펴본 것이다. 발견된 마애비는 오적이 울진현령으로 있을 때 조여용과 함께 1716년 8월 하순 병을 치료하기 위해 덕구온천 원탕까지 등산하여 온천욕한 것을 기념하여 새긴 것이다. 전설에 의하면 덕구온천은 고려 말∼조선 초에 온천으로서의 역할을 하고 있는데, 이는 검토결과 문헌사료와 일치함을 보여준다. 또 덕구온천의 유래는 다섯 가지로 다양하게 나타나며, 우리나라 온천의 일반전인 발견 사례와 마찬가지로 사슴, 멧돼지 또는 노루를 사냥하다 발견하였다는 동물의 발견에서 덕구온천도 시작됨을 알 수 있었다. 이번에 발견된 1716년의 울진현령 오적 마애비는 울진 덕구온천의 유구한 역사를 증명하는 귀중한 사료로 그동안의 문헌기록을 입증해주는 중요한 금석문이라 하겠다. The Rock-carved Monument for Oh Jeok, a former Governor of Uljin-hyeon, Gangwon-do in the early 18th Century, was discovered by Jang Ki-young and his son, Jang Jin-ho, in 2019 at Eungbongsan Mountain in Uljin-gun. The Rock-carved Monument was carved in commemoration of Oh Jeok climbing up Eungbongsan Mountain and bathing in the Weontang pool at Deokgu Hot Spring in late-August 1716 with Jo Yeo-yong to treat his illness while serving as Governor. According to legend, the Deokgu was a popular hot spring between the late-Goryeo Dynasty and early-Joseon Dynasty, which is also consistent with historical records. Deokgu Hot Spring also has five origin stories. Some of its origin stories refer to a hunter discovering the hot spring while hunting for wild game such as deer, wild boar or roe deer, which was a typical way our ancestors discovered hot springs.

        Nakdong Estuary is complex water system, where salt and fresh water meet each other. The circulation in Nakdong Estuary is affected by the factors such as the mixing of salt and fresh water, the amount of river discharge, wind, bottom topography, waves and Coriolis force. The flow pattern and mixing processes are analysed using the data obtained from the surveys in which the river plume is tracked using drogue, salinities are measured along the section from Dadae-Dong to Gaduk Island and serial time series measurements of current are conducted. Several features in physical oceanographic environments are found which seems to be caused by the management of the Nakdong River barrier. Nakdong River plume is not continuous but patch-like because river water is discharged intermittently from the barrier according to the tidal cycle. The effect of the river plume on the flow pattern near the Nakdong River barrier is somewhat stonger than the tidal current.

        Zum Schluβ seien hier noch einige Ergebnisse aus den Kapiteln 1~3 zusammenfassend wiedergegeben. 1) zu den phonetischen u. phonologischen Ebenen : Durch die Aufnahme der ungespannten Langvokale 77 : und oe : wird cime Asymmetrie im System der deutschen Langvokale aufgehoben. Die gespannten Kurzvokale schien von morphologischen und Akzentbedingugen abzuha¨ngen, die selten im ine´igen Wortschatz, dagegen ha¨ufiger im Fremdwortschatz auftreren. Mehrfach begegnete uns gleichsam eine Wiederkehr von elementen und Regeln aus a¨lteren Sprachstufen. Damit in die ju¨ngeren Lautgeschichte verlorengegangen waren. 2) zu den graphematischen Ebenen : Es gibt im Deutschen keine einheitliche orthographische Behandlung weder von Fremdwo¨rtern im allgemeinen noch von frz. und eng. Entlehnungen. Integration und Transferenz stehen nebeneinander, wobei graphematische Integration den hohen Integrationsgrad eines Wortes anzeigt. Gerade bei frz. Fremdwo¨rtern im Deutschen zeigen sich diese "angebahnten Entwicklungen" in einem Nebeneinander von Transferenz und Integration, so daβ hier die Mo¨glichkeit zu weiteren analogen Angleichung besteht. 3) zu den morphologischen Ebenen : Substantive werden meist in ihrer Nominativ - Singular-From u¨bernommen. Die Deklination folgt im Deutschen mehr dem synthetischen Prinzip, wa¨hrend sie im Franzo¨sischen analytischen Charakter hat. Die Pluralbildungen mit-s sind dabei mit Abstand die ha¨ufigsten, diese Klasse ist vor allem Fremdwo¨rtern im Dcutschen vorbehalten, und die Eingliederung in sie gilt ha¨ufig als ein Zeichen geringer Integration. Einige Wo¨rter nehmmen das Genus ihrer na¨chsten lexikalischen Entsprechungen im Deutschen an, aber keineswegs alle. Morphologische Faktoren bestimmen das Genus des entlehnten Wortes in anderen Fa¨llen. Aber einige Wo¨rter folgen keinen Prinzipien dieser Art, und ihre Genuszuordnung scheint willku¨rlich zu sein. Dabei kann man davon ausgehen, daβ es dort in sta¨rkerem Umfang zu Integratier kommt, als dies bei der Untersuchung der normierten Standardsnrache der Fall ist. die oft gegen den Sprachgebrauch am ausla¨ndischen Vorbild festha¨lt. Jene Integrationen werden sich in den Einzelergebnissen unterscheiden, jedoch die Mechanismen, die dazu fu¨hren, werden dieselben sein. Auch die Beru¨cksichtigung auβersprachlicher Faktoren, wei das Ansehen der Quellsprache in der Empfa¨ngersprache, ko¨nnen weitere Aufschlu¨sse u¨ber den Kontaktbereich geben.

        Phraseologische Vergleiche(=komparative Phraseologismen) bilden eine Subklasse der Phraseologie, die sich durch eigine spezifische Merkmale relativ leicht identifizieren und beschreiben lassen. Diese Merkmale sind ein relativ eindeutiges strukturelles Modell, relativ eindeutige syntaktische Funktionen und die semantisch transformierte(metaphorische) Bedeutung bestimmter Konstituenten der festgepragten Einheit. In Abhangigkeit von den sprachlichen Realisierungen dieses Schemas(d. h. Vergleichsobjekt-tertium comparations-Vergleichsmaβ) lassen sich folgende Typen phraseologischer Vergleiche(PV) unterscheiden: Adjektivische PV, verbale PV, nominale PV, Bei dieser Untersuchung kann eine Reihe morphosyntaktischer Beschrankungen ermittelt werden. Sie betreffen sowohl die Kategorien Tempus und Numerus der verbalen Komponente als auch Person und Numerus des Subjekts bzw. der phraseologischen Einheit abhangigen Objekte und sekundaren Satzglieder. Zweifellos beruht die besondere semntische Potenz und stilistische Leistung phraseologischer Vergleiche auf dem expliziten Charakter des Vergleichs, auf der Beziehung, die zwischen Vergleichsobjekt und -maβhergestellt wird. Es ist generell anerkannt, daβPV vielfach eine verstarkende Funktion haben und der Aussage ein hoheres Maβan Expressivitat verleihen. Das Phraseologische besteht darin, daβeine bestimmte Handlung, ein bestimmter Vorgang durch einen konventionalisierten, dadurch objektivierten Vergleich versprachlicht wird. Dabei unterliegen einige Komponenten einer semantischen Veranderung, aber ihre Bildhaftigkeit ist mit einer Symbolik verbunden, die im Bewuβtsein der jeweiligen Sprachgemeinschaft tief verwurzelt ist.

        문화의 정의와 특성에 기반한 문화교육의 내용과 방법

        국악강사풀제를 기점으로 국민의 문화예술 향유와 창조력 함양 그리고 국가의 문화역량 강화를 목적으로 문화관광부가 추진해온 문화정책-'문화예술교육'이 수행된 지 어언 7년이 지났다. 적잖은 정책의 순기능에도 불구하고 대다수의 국민은 문화예술교육의 개념이나 프로그램에 익숙하지 않다. '문화예술교육프로그램의 개념과 정체성, 그리고 그 실효성을 점검할 필요성이 있다'라는 관점에서 시작된 이 연구는 '문화예술교육'이라는 용어가 문화교육과 예술교육의 병렬적 연결로 이루어졌다는 가정 아래, 일차적으로 문화교육을 규명하려 하였다. 따라서 이 연구는 문화에 대한 정의를 배경으로 문화의 특성을 정리하였고, 특성과 정의에 기반 하여 문화교육의 정의와 문화의 교육적 당위성을 논하였다. 희귀성, 유용성, 신분성의 가치 기준의 관점에서 문화는 교육적 가치가 있다고 판단하였으며, 이에 문화교육에 대한 교육적 당위성과 교육내용 및 방법에 대한 지침을 제시하였다. 문화적 관점에서 문화예술교육은 보다 다양한 문화적 요소를 교육내용으로 포함해야하며, 기존 예술교육과의 차별성을 위한 정책의 철학적 기반에 대한 심도 있는 연구가 수반될 필요성이 있음을 지적하였다. Since 2003, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism (hereinafter MCT) in Korea has launched an arts education policy called 'culture and arts education' program. A diverse programs under the title of culture and arts education' were executed throughout Korea including schools, cultural centers, community centers and even in prisons and military bases. However, most Koreans do not understand the meaning of 'culture and arts education'. This paper was initiated on the belief of that the word- 'culture and arts education' is coined words of 'culture education' and 'arts education'. Thus, in order to understand the true meaning of 'culture and arts education', it is necessary procedure to delineate the meaning of 'culture education' and that of 'arts education' first. Thus, the main purpose of this paper is to delineate a meaning of cultural education and develop a guideline for contents and methods of cultural education based on the definition and characteristics of the word 'culture'. In order to attain the stated goals of this paper, this writer investigated related literature, government reports and research studies on culture and cultural education. Some definitions on culture which were drawn in dictionaries and by scholars in that field were introduced and discussed. Based on those definitions and characteristics of culture, a rationale for cultural education was developed. Eight suggestions for choosing contents of cultural education were made and the same number of principle was suggested for methods of teaching cultural contents in education.
