        윤석열 정부 출범 이후 미래지향적 통일교육 방안 연구

        한국의 통일 문제에 대한 정책은 다양한 남북 화해와 협력을 전개하며 동시에 남북 대치 국면에서 국가 안보의 길을 가야 한다. 한국 사회는 통일을 위한 남북평화를 추구하고 있다고 한다. 그러나 동시에 남북한 정치, 경제, 군사, 안보, 문화, 사회적 인식의 대립이 심각하게 이루어져 있어, 남북의 갈등 양상은 예측하기 어렵다. 이에 대북 관계 개선내지는 안보적 태세를 위해서라도 우리 사회는 평화적 논의와 안보적 대비를 장기적인 전략으로 전개되어야 한다. 따라서 평화통일을 지향하는 통일교육은 군사적으로 벌어지는 문제에 대한 확실한 국민적 공감을 얻는 내용을 견지해야 하며, 동시에 국내외 사회와 함께 하는 대북 교류와 협력을 반드시 전개하는 이유를 밝혀야 한다. 또한 통일교육은 남남갈등의 문제에 있어서도 보수와 진보 세력들의 갈등 완화를 관여하면서 상호 이해의 폭을 확대하여야 한다. 막연히 종북 논리나 친미 논리, 친일 논리에 편승하거나 낙인찍는 입장으로는 한국의 통일교육이 제대로 성장할 수 없다. 따라서 남북한의 통일 미래는 무엇보다 우선 한국 내부의 화해와 토론의 문화가 지속가능하게 확보되는 통일교육을 강화해야 만들어질 수 있을 것이다. South Korea’s policy on the unification issue should develop various inter-Korean reconciliation and cooperation, and at the same time go the way of national security in the face of inter-Korean confrontation. Even for the sake of improving relations with North Korea or security posture, our society must develop peaceful discussions and security preparations as a long-term strategy. Therefore, unification education aimed at peaceful unification must adhere to the contents of gaining public sympathy for military issues, and at the same time, it must clarify the reasons for exchange and cooperation with North Korea with domestic and foreign society. In addition, unification education should expand the breadth of mutual understanding while involved in mitigating conflicts between conservatives and progressives in the issue of south-south conflicts. South Korea’s unification education cannot grow properly with a position that vaguely jumps on the logic of pro-North Korea, pro-US, or pro-Japanese logic or stigmatizes it. Therefore, the future of unification between the two Koreas can only be created by strengthening unification education that sustainably secures a culture of reconciliation and discussion within South Korea.

      • 폐결핵 환자 혈청에서 수용성 Interleukin 2 수용체 및 Adenosine Deaminase 활성도에 관한 연구

        Interleukin-2 (IL-2) induces T cell proliferation in an autocrine manner and provides a means by which antigen triggered T cells can be clonally expanded in vitro. During the following activation, the activity of IL-2 is mediated by specific high affinity IL-2 binding membrane receptors which are expressed shortly after activation. In this process, a 42 KD-fragment (soluble IL-2R) is continuously cleaved off and circulates as a soluble marker of T lymphocyte activation. Elevated level of soluble IL-2R has been identified in the serum of patients with malignant autoimmune and allergic disorders, systemic parasitic infection, undergoing graft versus host disease, acute or chronic lymphocytic leukemia and HIV-infection. ADA (adenosine deaminase) completes the process of differentiation of T cell and is essential for progression of T cell maturation. Therefore level of ADA is to correlated with magnitude of T cell immune response. The fact that expression of sIL-2R and ADA activity increases in peripheral blood T-lymphocytes of patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis suggests that T cell activation might have a major role in the pathogenesis of pulmonary tuberculosis. In order to evaluate the T cell immune response in pulmonary tuberculosis, we measured the serum concentration of sIL-2R and ADA activity in 17 patients with current pulmonary tuberculosis, 10 chronic inactive pulmonary tuberculosis, 10 as normal controls. (1) Current pulmonary tuberculosis had significantly higher levels of sIL-2R (237.24±95.47)when compared with those of inactive tuberculosis (78.6±11.06). and the control (68.17±15.4) group. (2) ADA activity in current pulmonary tuberculosis was significantly increased (34.41±20.63) when compared with those of inactive tuberculosis (24.7±14.36) and control (17.65± 5.94) group. (3) There was good correlation between sIL-2R concentration and ADA activity in serum in current pulmonary tuberculosis group. (4) sIL-2R concentration and ADA activity was decreased significantly 6 months after anti-tuberculosis drug medication. In conclusion, sIL-2R concentration and ADA activity in serum in current pulmonary tuberculosis group was increased when compared with those of inactive pulmonary tuberculosis and the control group. By the way, T cell mediated immune response was enhanced in current pulmonary tuberculosis, but in inactive chronic pulmonary tuberculosis who had treated by antituberculosis drug medication, the concentration of sIL-2R and ADA activity was nearly normal.

        C-reactive protein accelerates DRP1-mediated mitochondrial fission by modulating ERK1/2-YAP signaling in cardiomyocytes

        C-reactive protein (CRP) is an inflammatory marker and risk factor for atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases. However, the mechanism through which CRP induces myocardial damage remains unclear. This study aimed to determine how CRP damages cardiomyocytes via the change of mitochondrial dynamics and whether survivin, an anti-apoptotic protein, exerts a cardioprotective effect in this process. We treated H9c2 cardiomyocytes with CRP and found increased intracellular ROS production and shortened mitochondrial length. CRP treatment phosphorylated ERK1/2 and promoted increased expression, phosphorylation, and translocation of DRP1, a mitochondrial fission-related protein, from the cytoplasm to the mitochondria. The expression of mitophagy proteins PINK1 and PARK2 was also increased by CRP. YAP, a transcriptional regulator of PINK1 and PARK2, was also increased by CRP. Knockdown of YAP prevented CRP-induced increases in DRP1, PINK1, and PARK2. Furthermore, CRP-induced changes in the expression of DRP1 and increases in YAP, PINK1, and PARK2 were inhibited by ERK1/2 inhibition, suggesting that ERK1/2 signaling is involved in CRP-induced mitochondrial fission. We treated H9c2 cardiomyocytes with a recombinant TAT-survivin protein before CRP treatment, which reduced CRP-induced ROS accumulation and reduced mitochondrial fission. CRP-induced activation of ERK1/2 and increases in the expression and activity of YAP and its downstream mitochondrial proteins were inhibited by TAT-survivin. This study shows that mitochondrial fission occurs during CRPinduced cardiomyocyte damage and that the ERK1/2-YAP axis is involved in this process, and identifies that survivin alters these mechanisms to prevent CRP-induced mitochondrial damage.         By managing not only geographical information but also various kinds of attribute date, GIS presents useful information for decision-makings Most of decision-making problems using GIS can be formulated into network-optimization problems in this study, we deal with the implementation of network optimization system that extracts data from the database in GIS, solves a network optimization problems, and present optimal solutions through GIS' graphical user interface We design a network optimization system, and present some implementation techniques by showing a prototype of the network optimization system Our network optimization system consists of three components the interface module for user and GIS, the basic network optimization program module, the advanced network optimization program module To handle large-scale networks, the program module including various techniques for large sparse networks is also considered For the implementation of the network optimization system, we consider two approaches the method using script languages supported by GIS, and the method using client tools of GIS Finally, some execution results displayed by the prototype version of network optimization system are given

      • 녹차추출물이 Aeromonas hydrophila의 생존에 미치는 영향

        천연물에서 보존료의 개발이 요구되고 있으며, 이에 따른 많은 연구들이 진행되어 왔다. 본연구는 천연물인 녹차로부터 식중독세균에 대한 항균활성으로 여러 가지 기능성을 검토함으로서 합성품으로서가 아닌 천연의 보존료를 얻고자 본 실험을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 녹차를 물과 70% 에탄올로 추출하여 식중독세균중 Aeromonas hydrophila에 대한 항균활성을 조사하였다. 녹차 추출물 혹은 합성보존료인 potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate를 tryptic soy broth(TSB)에 0∼2%(w/v)첨가하여 pH를 5.5∼7.0으로 조정한후 A. hydrophila를 ?∼? CFU/ml 되게 접종하여 35℃에서 48시간동안 배양하면서 생균수를 측정하였으며 녹차추출물에 의한 생육저해환의 크기를 측정하였다. 아울러 녹차추출물과 보존료의 생균수변화로부터 minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)와 minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)를 측정하여 항균활성을 비교하였다. A. hydrophila에 대한 녹차추출물의 항균활성은 pH가 높을수록 컸으나 보존료의 항균활성은 pH가 높을수록 감소하였다. pH 6.5와 7.0에서 A. hydrophila에 대한 녹차추출물의 MIC는 0.28∼0.35%였으며 MBC는 1.5∼2.0%였다. 보존류의 경우에는 pH 5.5∼6.5에서 1.5∼2.0%에서 억제되었으나 pH 7.0에서는 세균의 증식이 억제되지 않았다. 녹차 추출물의 A. hydrophila에 대한 항균활성은 합성보존료 보다 월등히 강하여 앞으로 식품에서 천연보존료로서의 이용가치가 있을 것으로 기대된다. Green tea water extract(GTW) and green tea ethanol(GTE) were prepared to investigate antibacterial activity on the pathogenic bacteria. The inhibitory effect of green tea extracts on the growth of Aeromonas hydropila was determined. Tryptic soy broth(TSB) containing 0∼2% (w/v) of green tea extracts adjusted to pH 5.5, 6.0, 6.5 and 7.0 was inoculated with ??CFU/ml of pathogenic bacteria and incubated at 35℃ for 24∼48 hours. The plate counting tecnique and clear zone test were used to test inhibitory effect of the extracts. Minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) was derived from the survival curves of A. hydrophila. Antibacterial activity of the green tea extracts were compared with those of preservatives. A. hydrophila was very resistant to preservatives but very sensitive to green tea extracts. Green tea extracts showed excellent growth inhibiting activities for A. hydrophila. Antibacterial activities of potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate were increased with decreasing pH while those of green tea extracts increased with increasing pH. Minuinum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and mininum bactericidal concentration(MBC) of green tea extracts and preservatives were determined at 35℃. A. hydrophila was completely inhibited at level of 0.28∼0.35% and bactrericidal at 1.5∼2.0% at pH 6.5∼7.0. A. hydrophila was inhibited at level of 0.5∼2.0% preservatives at pH 5.5∼6.5 and non inhibitory at pH 7.0. This result suggests that green tea extracts can be used as an effective natural antibacterial agent in food.

        초음파법을 이용한 콘크리트 역타시공 이음부 공극의 화상검출특성

        최근 역타시공법 등에 의한 콘크리트 구조물의 시공이 증가 추세에 있다. 이 경우, 자주 발생되는 신ㆍ구타설 콘크리트 시공이음부의 공극은 향후 구조물의 구조적인 특성과 내구성 등에 큰 영향을 미치게 된다. 그러나 현재 제안되고 있는 비파괴 검사법으로는 효과적으로 이음부 공극을 평가하기에 많은 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 시공이음부의 콘크리트 충전상태를 평가하기 위해 철골철근 콘크리트와 무근 콘크리트 시험체내에 공극을 모의제작한 후, 초음파속도 측정을 실시하고, 화상처리기법을 이용하여 비교적 용이하게 해석 가능한 방법에 대해 검토하였다.

        The joint and void treatment of concrete is one of the technical problems in construction. Joints and voids created with the construction result in serious weakness from the aspects of both structural and water-barrier function. Ultrasonic image processing technique was used for the inspection of construction joints of SRC(Steel-frame Reinforced Concrete) column and voids of concrete block in this study. The advantages and limitations of this technique for non-destructive inspection in construction joints and voids are investigated. As a result, it has been verified that the semi-direct measurement type is more effective than the other types for detecting the construction joints and voids using ultrasonic method.

      • Beam形 Load Cell의 FEM Simulation과 그 電氣的特性

        In this paper, we simulate and calculate the stress and output voltage of the beam structure load cells by using FEM as varing physical structure parameters and loading positions. It is proved that stress enhance as the increase of the notch pitch and radius of the load cell, but decrease as the increase of the notch thickness and beam width. The results are good matched for basic formulas of the single fixed beam, and are verified our simulation is correct. Also, it is found that the stress characteristics of the load cell is varied according to loading positions with structure parameters, and caculated output voltage of the load cell approximate to those of the real manufactured ones. As a result, this study will offer efficient design and analysis technique for making special and variety capacity of load cells.

        There is not an exact regulation and guidance on mechanical equipment space for the government building. It brings about financial loss because of design change and rework, and decrease building function. As MERS(mechanical equipment room size), MERH(mechanical equipment room height) and PSRS(pipe-shaft room size) cause many problems on cost and function during construction and maintenance phase, it is required to obtain the accurate data needed in design phase. This study collected data that are relevant to building mechanical equipment space of 35 government buildings, also suggested a linear regression model in order to estimate the building mechanical equipment space of government buildings.
