        부산지역의 정보통신벤처기업 인적자원관리의 실태와 개선방안에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 부산지역 정보통신벤처기업의 인적자원관리의 개선방안을 모색한다는 목적을 가지고 이를 달성하기 위하여 이론적 검토로서 벤처기업 인적자원관리의 경향과 부산지역 벤처기업의 동향을 살펴보고 부산지역의 정보통신벤처기업의 인적자원관리의 실태를 조사하여 과제와 개선방안을 모색하여 제시하였다. 부산지역 정보통신벤처기업의 인적자원관리는 관계지향형과 거래지향형이 혼합되어 있으며 직원들의 불만족도와 이직의도가 높았다. 이에 따라 인적자원관리상의 과제와 개선방안으로는 인적자원관리의 공식화 향상, 연고채용을 줄이고 공개채용 비중을 늘림, 교육훈련 특히 개인주도의 교육훈련의 실시 강화, 다양한 보상제도의 도입 등에 의한 보상수준의 향상, 전망제시의 강화, 집단적 협의체제의 활성화가 요구됨을 제시하였다. 또한 이상과 같은 인적자원관리의 개선을 위해 경영자의 인식과 실시의지가 중요하며 이러한 점에서 경영자에 대한 인적자원관리교육의 필요성을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 한계와 시사점을 제시하였다. A goal of this study is to explore the improvement scheme of IT venture company's Human Resource Management (hereafter called HRM) in Busan. In order to achieve this goal, this study examined the peculiar trend of venture company's HRM and the trend of IT venture company in Busan and analyzed the reality of IT venture company's HRM in Busan by the survey method. As a result, this study found that IT venture company's HRM in Busan is mix of relation-oriented and transaction-oriented type and the level of dissatisfaction and intention of separation are relatively high. Therefore this study suggested that there is need to carry out improvement scheme such as the more formalization of HRM, the enlargement of a public employment, the enlargement of the individual based education and training opportunity, the improvement of the reward through the introduction of a various reward system, the increasing of presentation of vision and the activating of a joint labor-management council. Also this study suggested that in order to improve HRM the education system for top managers of venture company is needed. Lastly, limitations of this study and suggestions for the study were suggested.

      • 콩에서 발생하는 강낭콩일반모자이크바이러스(BCMV)와 땅콩위축바이러스(PSV)의 저항성 평가

        It has been reported several viral diseases in soybean. The occurrence of Bean common mosaic virus and Peanut stunt virus are able to induce severe problem because the main breeding target for viral disease was focused on Soybean mosaic virus. BCMV is a spcies of the genus Potyvirus of the family Potyviridae. BCMV reduces yield by as much as 80% and also adversely affects seed quality in common bean. BCMV has a worldwide distribution because of its high rates 35% of transmission via seeds produced by plants systemically infected prior to bloom. PSV is a species of the genus Cucumovirus of the family Bromoviridae. PSV has been reported to be economically damaging on beans worldwide. Although the virus is reportedly seed transmissible at very low rates, infected plants rarely produce pods with normal viable seeds. The most satisfactory management method of viral diseases such as BCMV and PSV is the use of resistant cultivars and healthy seed. For the overcome of genetic resistance by new virus such as BCMV and PSV, virus diseases monitoring and researches need to study deeply and continually. In this study, we conducted the resistance screen on BCMV and PSV for selection of resistance cultivars. We inoculated on 128 cultivars with PSV and BCMV respectively. These cultivars were classified through pathogenic response such as resistance, necrosis and susceptibility. In addition, 99 and 66 resistant cultivars were confirmed against PSV and BCMV respectively.

      • Oil Contents and Fatty Acid Composition of Korean Perilla (Perilla ocimoides L.) Collections

        This study was carried out to obtain informations on the variations of oil content and fatty acid composition among 90 Korean perilla collections. Average oil content of 90 perilla collections was 44.2% with a range from 29.7% to 61.9%. Perilla collections with late-maturing, super-large seed and gray seed coat showed higher oil content than other types in general. Average saturated fatty acid content in perilla oil was 9.0% with a range from 8.2% to 10.7%, while average unsaturated fatty acid content varied from 89.3% to 91.8% with a mean of 91.0%. Contents of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids were not related to maturity. There were no differences in the contents of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids according to maturity. Linoleic acid and linolenic acid contents were the highest in the super large-sized group(15.5%) and in the large-sized seed group(61.4%), respectively, while contents of fatty acids among the perilla collections were variable with different seed coat colors. Most of the traits studied were not significantly correlated with oil content, but linoleic acid($\omega$ 수식 이미지-6) content was negatively correlated (r=-0.217*) with linolenic acid(ω-3) content.

      • RT-LAMP를 이용한 콩황화일반모자이크바이러스의 진단

        Soybean yellow common mosaic virus (SYCMV) has been recently reported, it has been occurred a lot with Soybean mosaic virus (SMV) and Soybean yellow mottle mosaic virus (SYMMV) in soybean field. SYCMV belongs to genus of Sobemovirus and induced viral symptoms with yellowing, mottle and mosaic. A reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP) method allowed one-step detection of gene amplification by simple procedure and needed only a simple incubator for isothermal template. This RT-LAMP method allowed direct detection of RNA from virus-infected plants without thermal cycling and gel electrophoresis. In this study, we designed RT-LAMP primers named SYCML-F3/B3/FIP/BIP from coat protein gene sequence of SYCMV. After the reaction of RTLAMP, products were identified by electrophoresis and with the detective fluorescent dye, SYBR Green I. under daylight and UV light. Optimal reaction condition was at 63 for 60min and the primers of RTLAMP showed the specificity for only SYCMV tested in this study.

      • n-CdS_(0.46)Se_(0.54)/p-Cu_92-x)S_(0.46)Se_(0.54) 이종접합 태양전지의 제작과 그 특성에 관한 연구

        승화방법에 의해 CdS_0.46Se_0.54 단결정을 성장하여 결정구조를 조사하고, Van der Pauw 방법으로 Hall effect를 측정하여 carrier density의 온도 의존성과 mobility의 온도 의존성을 조사하였다. 성장된 CdS_0.46Se_0.54 단결정을 치환반응하여 n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 이종접합 태양전지를 제작하였다. Spectral response, 전류-전압특성 및 전력변환 효율을 조사하여 그 결과로부터 개방전압은 0.48V, 단락 전류 밀도는 21mA/㎠, fill factor와 전력변환효율은 각각 0.75와 9.5%를 얻었다. CdS_0.46Se_0.54 single crystal was grown by a sublimation method. The crystal structure and the temperature dependence of carrier density and mobility of CdS_0.46Se_0.54 single crystal were studied. Heterojunction solar cells on n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 were fabricated by the substitution reaction. The spectral response, the J-U characteristics and the conversion efficiency of the n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 heterojunction solar cells were studied. The open-cricuit voltage, short-circuit density, fill factor and conversion efficiency of n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 heterojunction solar cells under 80mW/㎠ illumination were found to be 0.48V, 21mA/㎠, 0.75 and 9.5%, respectively.

        전신성 홍반성 루프스에서 고용량 경정맥 당질코르티이드로 치료된 단백질 소실성 장질환 1예

        Generalizes edema and hypoalbuminemia are relatively common presenting manifestations in many clinical situations. The differential diagnosis of hypoalbuminemia include; Kwashiorkor, synthetic dysfunction of the liver, and excessive protein loss as in nephrotic syndrome. In systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), hypoalbuminemia and generalized edema are most commonly due to protein loss associated with lupus nephritis; gastrointestinal involvement is uncommon, and therefore protein loss through the gastrointestinal tract is quite rare. We report a case of a protein losing enteropathy (PLE) associated with SLE. The patient was referred to out hospital for generalized edema, arthralgia and facial rash. After clinical evaluation, the patient met the criteria for the SLE diagnosis; hypoalbuminemia with general edema was consistent with a protein losing enteropathy. After two weeks of therapy with parenteral high dose glucocorticoid, the patients was improved in laboratory findings as well as clinical symptoms.

      • Polyurethane foam coated with a multi-walled carbon nanotube/polyaniline nanocomposite for a skin-like stretchable array of multi-functional sensors

        <P>Body-attachable sensors can be applied to electronic skin (e-skin) as well as safety forewarning and health monitoring systems. However, achieving facile fabrication of high-performance, cost-effective sensors with mechanical stability in response to deformation due to body movement is challenging. Herein we report the material design, fabrication and characteristics of a skin-like stretchable array of multi-functional (MF) sensors based on a single sensing material of polyurethane foam coated with multi-walled carbon nanotube/polyaniline nanocomposite, which enables simultaneous detection of body temperature, wrist pulse and ammonia gas. These sensors exhibit high sensitivity, fast response and excellent durability. Furthermore, the fabricated sensor array shows stable performance under biaxial stretching up to 50% and attachment to skin owing to the use of direct-printed Galinstan liquid metal interconnections. This work proposes a facile method for fabrication of high-performance, stretchable MF sensors via appropriate selection of sensor design and functional materials that are applicable to e-skin and health monitoring systems.</P>

        Background: Statins, Hydroxymethylglutaryl-coenzyme inhibitor, have been reported to have anti-infiammatory and/or immunomodulatory effects and prophylactic and therapeutic effects in collagen-induced arthritis, an experimental model of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). IL-1ß and thapsigargin (TG)-induced endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress modulate the receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa-B ligand (RANKL)-mediated osteoclastogenesis. This study was investigated to defi ne the effects of atorvastatin on IL-1ß and ER stress-induced, RANKL-mediated osteoclastogenesis and its mechanisms. Methods: Bone marrow cells (BMCs) were obtained from 5-week-old male ICR mice and cultured to be differentiated into osteoclasts with M-CSF and RANKL in the presence or absence of IL-1ß, TG, or atorvastatin. The formation of osteoclasts was evaluated by tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) staining and resorption pit assay with dentine slice. The molecular mechanisms of the above effects of atorvastatin on osteoclastogenesis were investigated by using RT-PCR and immunoblotting for osteoclast specifi c and ER stress signaling molecules, including PERK, IRE1, GRP78, eIF2a, c-Fos and NFATc1. Results: IL-1ß and TG-induced ER stress increased the formation of osteoclasts by up-regulating the osteoclast specifi c signals (c-Fos, NFATc1) and ER stress-associated signaling pathways (PERK, IRE1, GRP78, and eIF2a). Atorvastatin signifi cantly inhibited IL-1ß and ER stress-induced, RANKL-mediated osteoclastogenesis by down-regulating above signal pathways, dose-dependently. Conclusions: Atorvastatin inhibited IL-1 and ER stress-induced, RANKL-mediated osteoclastogenesis by inhibiting intracellular signaling pathways, including PERK, IRE1, GRP78, c-Fos and NFATc1. These results suggest that atorvastatin might have disease modifying effects by inhibition of infi ammation and ER stress-induced osteoclastogenesis in the infi ammatory joint diseases, such as RA.
