안와골절의 외과적 접근에 대한 증례보고

The Orbital fracture which is often combined with midface fracture can cause decreased visual acuity, limitation of eyeball movement, diplopia, enophthalmos, etc. Traumatic orbital fracture causes change of orbital volume, results in diplopia and enophthalmos thus, accurate repositioning of displaced bone and reconstruction of orbital defect with autogenous materials(cranial, rib, iliac bone, cartilage and fascia lata) or alloplastic materials(gelatin film, polyglactin mesh, methylmethacrylate, Teflon, silicone, Supermid, hydroxyapatite and metal). The key point of reconstruction of orbit is accurate repositioning of displaced orbital floor, lateral, medial orbital wall and sufficient bonegraft in anatomical defect. As this cases, we obtained good results through transconjunctival and coronal approach who were required orbital reconstruction. Also, we accurately diagnosed orbital fracture with C.T., 3D model and good result for orbital reconstruction with sufficient parietal block bone graft during average 16.8 months follow-up.

자기공명영상용 라디오주파수 코일의 제작에 있어서 동조 및 매칭에 영향을 미치는 전기 용량 값들의 실험적 측정

Radio frequency coil which is capable of transmit and receive the signal has been used for image production in magnetic resonance imaging(MRI). Tuning and matching characteristic of radio frequency coil is major factor determining the image quality. In experiment the used coil was called a staircase type coil which is simplified the birdcage coil and referred to a simple LC resonant circuit. Because the inductance values of the coils are fixed coil performance was examined by changing of the capacitance values. In this study capacitance values were experimentally determined to increase of-tuning and matching effect in junction of the coil between coil endring and BNC cable to obtain the high quality of image.

젊은 성인에서 신체 만족도에 따른 문제해결양식, 대인관계문제와 우울증상과 자살사고와의 관련성

Objectives:The aim of this study was to evaluate that problem solving styles, interpersonal problems, depression and suicidal ideation according to body image satisfaction. Methods:One hundred and nineteen young healthy normal subjects filled out administered the Body Dysmorphic Disorder Examination-Self Report (Korean version of BDDE-SR K-BDDE-SR), Problem Solving Style Scale(Korean version PSS), Korean Inventory of Interpersonal Problem(KIIP), Korean version of the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale(KDASS-21), Korean version of Beck Scale for Suicidal Ideation(Korean version SSI) and Korean version of Reynolds Suicidal Ideation Questionnaire(Korean version SIQ) for a month. Results:Out of the 119 subjects, 39%(N=46) was male and 61%(N=73) was female. In high K-BDDE-SR group (higher than 67), helplessness was significantly higher than low K-BDDE-SR group(lower than 67), and problem-solving confidence, creative style, approach style were significantly lower than low K-BDDE-SR group. Also, Higher level of all KIIP factors in High K-BDDE-SR group was significantly differ than low K-BDDE-SR group. In High K-BDDE-SR group, K-DASS-21, SSI, and SIQ were significantly higher than low K-BDDE-SR group. Using multiple regression analysis contributing variance toward the total factor score of K-BDDE-SR of participants were K-DASS-21 and SIQ. Conclusion:Our results indicates that high tendency of dissatisfied body images have differences in helplessness, problem-solving confidence, approach style, interpersonal problems, depression and suicidal ideation compared to low tendency of dissatisfied body images. It is necessary to study body dysmorphic disorder patients group in the future.

20년전과 비교한 한국청년의 미소 변화에 관한 연구

Purpose: Teeth are generally exposed when people smiling. Moreover, the exposed teeth and soft tissue when smiling becomes an important guideline for esthetically prosthetic restoration. This research is to compare and find out differences of Korean young men's smile living in presence and twenty years ago. Materials and methods: Subjects, 100 young men (50 male and 50 female), were required about several aspects; normally developed physical condition, no psychological or genetic disorders, a fine face with no loss of teeth, no experience in orthodontic or prosthetic treatment, relatively normal occlusion, aged between 20 - 29. The photos of the subject at rest position and front face when fully smiled were taken three times. 100 photos (50 male and 50 female) were chosen at random from the 240 university students' smile photos taken by Yoon and his colleagues in 1991. By Hulsey's method of measuring smile, several factors; the change of upper lip curvature, the change of the relation between the upper lip and teeth, parallelism between Mx. incisor and lower lip, contact relation between Mx. incisor and lower lip and teeth displayed in a smile, were measured and analyzed. Meanwhile, ten dentists assessed aesthetic evaluation about men and women's smile for twice and recorded and compared smile score. The -test (P<.05) was used to compare the measured value. The difference of smile score was analyzed by t-test (P<.05). Results: The smile score calculated in 2011 (60.22) was higher than that of 1991 (52.80). Among five measurement categories, the noticeable difference was distinguished from two factors; the change of upper lip curvature and contact relation between Mx. incisor and lower lip. Conclusion: The Korean young men's smile has been considerably improved for twenty years. And it is found that the change of upper lip curvature plays an important role, that is, the smile formed with an ascended labial commissure has been increased significantly. 연구 목적: 일반적으로 치아는 미소 지을 때 가장 많이 노출되며, 미소 시에 나타나는 치아와 연조직과의 관계 등은 심미적인 보철 수복에 있어서 중요한 지침이 된다. 본 연구는 20년 전 한국 청년들의 미소와 현재 한국 청년들의 미소를 비교하여 그 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 신체적인 발육 상태가 정상적이고 전신적 또는 유전적 질환이 없으며, 안모가 양호하고 치아의 결손이 없으며 교정 및 보철치료를 받은 경험이 없고, 교합상태가 비교적 정상적인 20 - 29세 사이의 청년 100명(남자 50명, 여자 50명)을 대상으로, Cephalometer에 사용되는 두부 고정 장치를 사용하여 피검자의 F-H plane이 지면에 평행하도록 한 후, 35 mm 카메라(400D. Cannon, Japan), 120 mm 렌즈 그리고 삼각대를 사용하여 피검자의 midsagittal plane에 카메라 렌즈의 중심을 맞추고 상악 중절치 절단과 렌즈와의 거리를 930 mm로 하여 안정위 및 full smile 시의 안모 정면 사진을 3회씩 촬영하였다. 1991년 윤 등이 촬영한 대학생 240명 중 무작위로 선택한 100명(남자 50명, 여 자 50명)의 미소사진과 함께 개인용 컴퓨터 및 V-ceph 6.0 프로그램을 이용하고 Hulsey의 미소 계측 방법을 참고로 하여, 상순의 형태, 상순과 치아와의 관계, 하순과 상악 전치 절단연과의 평행 관계, 하순과 상악 전치 절단연과의 접촉 관계, 미소시 나타나는 치아 등을 계측하고 분석하였다. 한편 치과의사 10인이 남,녀 각 2회씩 미소에 대한 미적 평가를 시행하여 미소평점을 기록하고 비교하였다. 결과: 지난 20년간 한국 청년의 미소가 크게 향상되었으며 이러한 변화는 주로 상순의 형태가 영향을 준 것을 알 수 있었다. 즉 입꼬리가 위로 올라가는 형태의 미소가 괄목할 만한 증가를 보인 반면 입 꼬리가 아래로 처지는 형태의 미소는 현저한 감소를 보였다. 결론: 지난 20년간 한국 청년의 미소가 크게 향상되었는데 이러한 변화는 주로 상순의 형태가 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다.

Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-1α의 浩血幹細胞 억제 작용에 관한 실험적 연구

The proliferation of bone marrow stem cell compartment is thought to be under both positive and negative controls by cytokines and colony stimulation factors. Macrophage inflammatory protein-1α(MIP-1α) has been assessed for its potential to protect hematopoietic stem cells from cytotoxic effects of a cycle-specific antineoplastic agents. We have tested the ability of MIP-1α to suppress the proliferation of stem cell line Du.528.101 in variety of active status by using [³H]-thymidine incorporation test. The results were as follows. 1. The effect of MIP-1α on steady-state Du.528.101 cell represented the cell growth suppression at the concentration of 10, 50, 100nM of MIP-1α(P<0.001). 2. MIP-α stimulated the proliferation of Du.528.101 cells previously treated with IL-1 at the concentration of 5, 50nM of MIP-1α(P<0.01) 3. The suppression effect of MIP-1 on Du.528.101 cells at the concentration of 5, 50nM was shown when cells were treated with MIP-1α before activation with IL-1β(P<0.01). 4. The growth rate of synchronized cells were slower than that of non-synchronized ones, and MIP-1α represented the similar suppression effect on both synchronized and non-synchronized cells.

體操 吊環競技에 있어서 十字懸垂時主動筋肉에 對한 트레이닌의 效果에 관한 硏究 : Fmphasized on Muscular Strength, Electromyogram

The purpose of the study was to find the effects of 12 weeks the straigth Body Cross on ring training program. The ten male subjects majored in gymnastics. The Criterion variable were muscular strength and electromyogram. The results are as following; 1. As for the stationary enduring time on ring, a growth was revealed from before training test M. 24.47+1.26 sec to 12 weeks training test M 3.63±1.09 sec. 2. During the stationary enduring time on ring, the mean values were 1.27±0.53 mv for the Teres, 1.14±0.34mv for the Triceps, 1.06±0.69mv for the Latissimuss, 1.02±0.43mv for the pectoralis, 0.02±0.58mv for the Biceps and 0.52±0.18 mv for the Trapezius. 3. The muscle of chiefly used in the straight Body Cross on ring were found out in the Teres, Triceps. 4. Stationary enduring time on ring was long according as it was increased of voltage for the muscle chiefly. 5. Arm strength flexion lefft right, Arm strength Extension left right, Grip strength left right and shoulder Arm strength were increased in training of 12 weeks. 6. The Correlation Coeffficient be tween stationary enduring time on ring and mucular strength per body weight were revealed as the certainly correlation.

Molecular orbital theoretical study on the stability of conformations and chemical reactivity of 0,0-diethyphenylphosphate derivatives were carried out by EHT and CNDO/2 molecular orbital calculation method. The results shown that the dipole moment(μ) and total energies of the θ=90° conformer were μ=3.185D & E_t=-162.6479(au) and also that of the θ=0° conformer were μ=5.596D & E_t=-162.4013(au), respectively. Therefore, the values of μ & E_t of the θ=90° conformer were much smaller than that of the θ=0° conformer. The form with angle of rotation θ=90° of phenyl ring was shown to be most stable and this was interpreted in terms of electrostatic and steric effect. O,O-diethylphenylphosphate derivatives are predicted to increase both charge and orbital controlled SN_2 reactivity of the electron withdrawing substituent reduces the HOMO & LUMO energy, while the electron withdrawing substituent due to increase in positive charge of phosphorus atom of phosphate molecule.

공공스포츠센타 참가 주부의 레저만족과 생활만족의 관계

The purpose of this study was to define the relationship between housewife's practical physical education activity, leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction. For achieving the purpose, an analysis was made over the impact of attendance at public sports center on leisure satisfaction, the influence of attendance at public sports center on life satisfaction, the relationship of leisure satisfaction to life satisfaction for those who joined public sports center, and the impact of an experience of taking part in public sports center on life satisfaction. The instruments used in this study were Beard and Ragheb(1980)'s Leisure Satisfaction Scale(LSS) and Diener, Emmoson, Larsen, and Griffin(1985)'s Satisfaction with Life Scale(SWLS) adapted for this study. The statistical technique employed to analysis of variance and multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study were as below: First, the housewives who attended public sports center was significantly different in leisure satisfaction from one another according to personal characteristics. A significantly better leisure satisfaction was expressed by the group that was less educated, was older, had less than 3,000 thousand won of family income, was in very good health, chose golf, or responded to seeking more meaningful life. For job, the unemployed group was slightly higher in leisure satisfaction than the employed. Second, the personal characteristics also made a significant difference to the life satisfaction of the housewives who attended public sports center. Especially, a significantly higher life satisfaction was shown by the group that was older, had less than 3,000 thousand won of family income, was in very good health, chose golf was a little higher in life satisfaction than the unemployed. But education level generated no significant difference. Third, there appeared a close relationship between the housewives' leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction and life satisfaction who attended public sports center. Fourth, when the experience of attending public sports center was considered, the housewives with more than 3-year experience, who weren't expected to drop out in the practical physical education program, expressed significantly higher leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction. As this study found that the group that had participated in practical physical education program in public sports center for more than 3 years expressed better life satisfaction, it can be concluded that practical physical education can serve to raise housewife's leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction who joins public sports center.
