        한국판 DIT를 통한 청각장애아동과 가청아동 간의 도덕성 발달 특성 비교

        This research applies the Defining Issues Test (DIT) fit for Korea to identify characteristics of improving morality for children with a hearing impairment. The subjects of this study were 131 children with a hearing impairment who were integrated into general schools and deaf and hearing-impaired schools in the 4th, 5th, 6th grade, and the first year of middle school, and 118 children (without a hearing impairment) attending general schools. This research does not include students who have severe and multiple disabilities. Chi-Square statistics, T-test, and the ANOVA test were used to compare two groups in choice of action and moral judgment abilities. The results of the study are as follows. First, children with a hearing impairment also showed variability in the direction of behavioral choices for conflict situations between the two groups. Second, there was a difference in the moral developmental comparisons according to the moral judgment power of the two groups. In this study, hearing impaired children, except for “patients’ begging”, suggested reasons for choosing behavior opposite to that of the auditory child. Further, it suggests implications for the deactivation of language schemes for children with a hearing impairment, the lack of literacy, and the lack of experience with various environments for DIT using the schema theory. 이 연구는 청각장애아동과 가청아동 간의 도덕성 발달 특성을 알아보기 위해 한국판 DIT (Defining Issues Test)를 적용하여 실시되었다. 연구대상은 청각장애학교와 일반학교에 통합 중인초등학교 4, 5, 6학년과 중학교 1학년의 청각장애아동으로 부가장애가 없는 131명과 일반학교에 재학 중인 동일 연령의 가청아동 118명이다. 두 집단 간 행동선택과 도덕판단력 비교는 카이제곱검증과 독립표본 t검증 및 일변량 분산분석으로 통계처리 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 두 집단 간 갈등상황에 대한 행동선택에서 청각장애아동과 가청아동 모두 행동선택의 방향이 일치되지않는 변이성이 나타났다. 둘째, 두 집단의 도덕판단력에 따른 도덕성 발달 비교에서 차이가 나타났다. 이 연구에서는 청각장애아동에게도 변이성이 나타나지만 ‘환자의 애원’을 제외하고 가청아동과상반된 행동선택을 보이는 원인에 대해 제시하였다. 또한 두 집단 간 차이가 나타나는 이유로 도식이론을 활용한 DIT에 대한 청각장애아동의 언어 도식 비활성화의 문제, 문해력 부족, 그리고 다양한 환경에 대한 경험의 부재에 관한 시사점을 제안하고 있다.

        $Telazol^{\circledR}$ 투여가 임신 Rat의 생식에 미치는 영향

        The reproductive effect of $Telazol^{\circledR}$ was studied in pregnant rats. Two different doses (20 or 40 mg/kg/day) were injected on days one of 3, 5 or 8 of pregnancy and 3 consecutive days of 3~5 or 5~7 in pregnant rats. On days 8 or 21, the rats were anesthetized, the cesarean section was performed, the uterus was carefully examined, and the numbers of corpora lutea, implantation sites and viable fetuses, fetal and placental weights and pre-and post-implantation losses in rats were surveyed. Simultaneously the concentrations of sodium and potassium of the plasma, uterine and amniotic fluids were determined. And gestation period in pregnant rats, postnatal offspring survival and body weight gains were evaluated. Administration of $Telazol^{\circledR}$ did not exert a bad influence upon body weight gains in pregnant rats. Reproductive indices were normal. The concentrations of sodium and potassium of the plasma, uterine and amniotic fluids in pregnant rats remained unchanged. Gestation period of rats, postnatal offspring survival and body weight gains were normal. It is concluded that $Telazol^{\circledR}$ is devoided of significant adverse reproductive effects in pregnant rats.

        청각장애아동의 배경변인별에 따른 도덕성 발달 특성

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the moral developmental characteristics of children with hearing impairment according to their gender, grade, general school experience, and disability point of view by applying DIT(Defining Issues Test) fit for Korea. The subjects of this study were 131 children with a hearing impairment who were integrated into general school and deaf and hearing-impaired schools in the 4th, 5th, 6th grade, and the first year of middle school. This research does not include students who have severe and multiple disabilities. Behavioral selection and moral judgment according to background variables of hearing - impaired children were analyzed by Chi - Square test, T - test, and one - way ANOVA. The results of the study are as follows. First, behavioral selection characteristics of background variables on the conflict situation of hearing impaired children as the age of the grade increases, as the disability identity is established, the obligation to obey the law and obey the norms of the society becomes more stronger. In addition, general school experience shows difference in the development of cogitation post conventional. Second, there was no significant difference in gender and disability perspectives on the background developmental moral judgment developmental characteristics of children with hearing impairment. However, grade and general school experience were significant. Stage 3 developed in grade 6, and experience in general school showed particularity in stage 3. This suggests that general school experience has an impact on moral judgment. 이 연구는 한국판 DIT (Defining Issues Test)를 적용하여 청각장애아동의 성별, 학년별, 일반학교 경험별, 본인에 대한 장애관점별에 따른 도덕성 발달 특성을 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 이 연구의 대상은 청각장애학교와 일반학교에 통합 중인 초등 4, 5, 6학년과 중학교 1학년의 부가장애가 없는 청각장애아동 131명이다. 청각장애아동의 배경변인에 따른 행동선택 및 도덕판단력은 카이제곱검증과 독립표본 t검증, 일원배치 분산분석을 실시하여 통계처리 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청각장애아동의 갈등상황에 대한 배경변인별 행동선택 특성에서 남학생이 더 직관적이며, 학년별에서는 연령이 증가할수록, 본인에 대한 장애관점별 에서는 장애정체성이 확립될수록 법을 준수하고 사회의 규범을 따라야 한다는 의무감이 더 강해지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 일반학교 경험은 인습 이후의 사고 발달에 차별성을 나타낸다. 둘째, 청각장애아동의 배경변인별 도덕판단력 발달 특성에서는 성별과 본인에 대한 장애관점은 유의미한 차이가 없으나 학년과 일반학교 경험은 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 단계 3은 6학년에 발달되며 일반학교 경험은 특히 단계 3에 차별성이 나타났다. 이로서 일반학교 경험이 도덕판단력 발달에 영향을 준다는 시사점을 제공한다.

        호흡기약물 복용상담의 효과에 대한 평가

        Respiratory Disease has increased incidence as a result of more industralization, air pollutions and it is representative one of which management demand closely patient education. Since 1997, we have conducted and counseled the asthma and COPD patients for out patient education. At this time, we evaluate current understanding of disease and compliance of them. We asked 30 ambulatory patients among those who had taken patient education and counseling at the Respiratory Clinic in Eulji General hospital between Jan. 20th and Mar. 17th, 1999. The survey showed that 85% of referred patients had benefited from the medication counseling. In addition, an evaluation focused on the patient's usage of inhaler revealed that the counseling produce a dramatic improving in accuracy both MDI and DPI. This result indicates that patient education and counseling have a significant influence on the practice of pharmaceutical care for patient of respiratory clinics. The pharmacist's activities shall be enlarged from now on to other various field more than filling prescriptions of which patient education will be an important one. Patient education and counseling is pharmacist's important task to improve safety of medication, cost benefit effect, and so on which contribute to the better medical service. More effective approaches to satisfy this requirements need to be investigated.
