원위 대퇴골의 고립성 골연골종에서 발생한 속발성 연골 육종 1례 보고

연골육종은 비교적 서서히 자라며 늦게 전이하는 악성 연골 종양으로 알려져 있다. 골 연골종에서 발생한 속발성 연골육종은 발생빈도는 드물며 타부위로의 전이가 적고 악성도가 낮은 경우가 많아 적합한 수술적 치료로서 좋은 예후를 보이는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 본 동국대학교 정형외과학 교실에서는 우측 대퇴골 원위부 골간단부에 생긴 고립성 골 연골종에서 이차적으로 발생한 연골육종을 치험한 바 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Secondary chondrosarcomas arising from a solitary osteocartilaginous exostosis are rare and those have a better prognosis than other chondrosarcomas, and they rarely metastasize. We present our experience with a case of secondary chondrpsarcoma arising in solitary osteochondroma of distal metaphysis of right femur with clinical details.

Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALC), an endogenous component of the L-carnitine family, is naturally occurring molecule synthesized from L-carnitine (LC) by carnitine acetyl transferase. ALC has been shown to improve the cognitive performance of patients suffering from dementia of the Alzheimer's type and proposed for treating Alzheimer's disease in pharmacological doses. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two ALC tablets, Nicetile^(TM) (Dong-A pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and Neurocetil^(TM) (Kyung-Dong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration. Twenty six normal male volunteers, 22.80±2.76 year in age and 63.07±7.98 ㎏ in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized 2 × 2 cross-over study was employed. After one tablet containing 500 ㎎ of ALC was orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentrations of ALC in serum were determined using HPLC with fluorescence detector. Because of the presence of endogenous ALC, the calibration was performed using dialyzed serum. Pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC_t, C_(max) and T_(max) were calculated and ANOVA was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters. The results showed that the differences in AUC_t, C_(max) and T_(max) between two tablets were 2.72%, -0.65% and -8.42%, respectively, when calculated against the Nicetile^(TM) tablet. The powers (1-β) for AUC_t and C_(max) were 94.87% and 87.17%, respectively. Minimum detectable differences (△) at α=0.05 and 1-β=0.8 were less than 20% (e.g., 15.58% and 19.16% AUC_t and C_(max), respectively). The 90% confidence intervals were within ±20% (e.g., -11.84∼6.41 and -10.57∼11.88 for AUC_t and C_(max), respectively). Two parameters met the criteria of KFDA for bioequivalence, indicating that Neurocetil^(TM) tablet is bioequivalent to Nicetile^(TM) tablet.

Ⅰ In general, in order to rasise the enterprise funds thereare two ways which one is a meant of internal funds and the other external funds. Then the principal way raising the enterprise funds is depend upon external funds, the way of which are also two ways through capital and financial market. But under the economic circumstance which the level of interest rates of banks are low, it can be considered to raise through the financial market as favorable method. In our real considered, the terms of borrowing are not only complicated but also it is impossible to raise a huge amount of funds all at once. So most enterprises are issuing the company bounds by means of raising a huge amount of funds at a tine, and goverment also is endevouring to promote issuing the bonds so as to improve financial structure and stabilize the raise of the bonds as well. Ⅱ 1. In Korea, the debenture issue is limited to three kind of bonds that is a guaranteed bond, a mortgage bond and convertible bond. 2. In case of floatation terms, long-term bonds are scarcely issuednand most of them short-term bonds which are due in 2 or 3years. 3. According to the current marketing system, stack exchange takes charge of it concentrically, andalso the organization an over-the-counter market isn't entirely formed. Ⅲ In these the rehause to organize and devleope the Korean deventure market will be summarized at: 1, Diversing of the bonds kind: The factors of investment inducement will be incfeased and moreover absorption of the bonds can be achieved smoothly as well as aromate the bond market and negotiability. 2. Flexibility and classification of the floatation terms Flexibility of the floatation terms harmonizes the bonds interests with the market interests and also fixation of the rate of interest, credit and profit of the issuer can be settled by the classification of the bonds. 3. Strengthening of an accepted function and the expansion of a security's size; Asorption of the bunds is dull in present situation. In order to solve this problem and prmote the bonds issue, establishment of an acceptance system must be settled first. Expansion of tile company related security and expanded supply of an accepting finance are required. 4. Development and organization of an over-the counter market; Smoothues of the bond circulation can be achieved by a stick exchange must take exclusive chrage of only a price formative function and a dispersive function assign to an over-the-counter market. To do this purpose the developnent and organization of an over-the-counter market must precede rapidly. 5. Reduction of taxation to bond interest; An appropriate tax reduction measure must taken for the absorption of the bonds and fromotion of negotiability.

Tracheobronchopathia osteoplastica is a rare disorder of unknown cause characterized by the projection of numerous bony or cartilaginous submucosal nodules into the tracheobronchial lumen with sparing of the posterior membranous portion of tracheobronchial tree. In the past, most of the cases were diagnosed as secondary finding at autopsy. Nowaday, the key component of the evaluation is flexible fiberoptic laryngoscopy and bronchoscopy, which typically demonstrates irregular spicules of subrnucosal bone and cartilage projecting into the tracheobronchial lumen and causing various degrees of airway obstruction. A 45 years old man was visited Sunchon St. Carollo hospital due to discomfort on throat. We saw several nodules just below vocal cord via laryngoscope. The computed tomography revealed multiple small calcified nqdules on trachea and both main bronchi. Pathologic finding of bronchoscopic biopsy showed abnormal proliferation of bony and cartilagious nodules in the tracheal submucosa. These fingdings were consistent with tracheobronchopathia osteoplastica. We report here on a case of tracheobronchopathia osteoplastica with review of literature.

The investment under uncertainty often gives rise to several types of risk. It is very important to provide investors or financial managers with tile accurate analysis of risk and the appropriate return on risk in order to help them make reasonable investment decisions. If the return on investment risk is revenue, it will be able to classify into two parts; one is that the expected rate of return on the riskless assets investment is a return on the investment period, the other is that the return on risky assets has the nature of return on investment period and risk. Therefore, in the investment decisions it is very important to compare and analize the mutual relation between expected return on investment and risk. To analize risk in this study, I explained the unfolding process of systematic risk, and examined closly theorical feasibility of Beta-coefficient as a criterion of risk laying stress on CAMP induced by capital market line. Also, through analizing the mutual relations between systematic risk and financial factors, I has grouped several schemes to provide the basic data that can be applied to the efficient use and management of financial factors for the purpose of the expected utility maximization and the risk minimization.

아세톤-물 혼합용매내에서 1_1 전해질의 전기전도도에 대한 연구

여러가지 조성의 아세톤-물 혼합용매중에서 LiC1, LiBr 및 Lil의 희박용액 전도도를 25℃에서 측정하였다. 그 결과 각 전해질들의 여러 농도에 따르는 당량전도도의 변화가 Fuoss-Onsager's semiem-pirical 식에 대해서 좋은 일치를 보여 주었다. 또한 아세톤-물 혼합용매의 몰 분율이 증가함에 따라 극한당량전도도??값이 LiC1, LiI는 0.3 몰 분율에서, LiBr는 0.2 몰 분율에서 가장 작은 값을 나타내었다. Walden Product??는 LiC1와 LiBr가 0.1 몰 분율에서, LiI는 0.0 몰 분율에서 최대치를 보여 주었고, 그 후로는 아세톤 몰 분율의 증가에 따라 계속 감소하였다. The equivalent conductance of LiC1, LiBr and LiI have been measured in Acetone-Water mixtures of various composition (0.0∼0.6 mole fraction) at 25℃. The value of equivalent conductance agreed well with the Fuoss-Onsager's semiempirical equation. The minimum limiting equivalent conductance was found in 0.3 mole fraction Acetone for LiC1, LiI and LiBr was found in 0.2 mole fraction Acetone. The maximum Limiting Walden Products?? of LiC1 and LiBr was found in 0.0 mole fraction Acetone, and LiI was found in 0.0 mole fraction Acetone. And also, after 0.1 mole fraction and 0.0 mole fraction, decreased with increasing of mole fraction Acetone.
