        동측 대퇴골 간부 골절과 동반된 슬관절 골절 및 인대 손상 : 수상기전 및 발생 부위를 중심으로 Mechanism of Injury, Site of the Knee Fracture and Ligament Injury

        Purpose: To establish the incidence and type of knee fractures, injury of knee ligament associated with ipsilateral femoral shaft fractures. What is the most common mechanism of these combined injuries? Materials and Methods: From March 1995 to February 1999, evaluation of one hundred and twenty consecutive patients with fracture of the femoral shaft showed fractures and injuries of the ligaments of the ipsilateral knee in thirty-five(29%) of them. Of those thirty-five, nineteen patients had injured their knees and femoral shaft fractures by the dashboard injury. Twelve injuries were caused in a motor cycle accident, and two patients occurred in pedestrians struck by cars. Two injuries were caused by falls. Results: There were twenty fractures of the knee and fifteen injuries of the ligament. Seventeen of the twenty fractures were in the patella, two in the bicondyle of the proximal tibia and one in the lateral condyle of the proximal tibia. Eleven of seventeen fractures of the patella were open fractures. Of fifteen injuries of the ligament, there were six posterior cruciate ligament tears(including 2 partial tears and 1 avulsion fracture), three posterior cruciate ligament tears with medial or lateral collateral ligament disruption, three anterior cruciate ligament tears(2 tibial spine fractures and 1 partial tear), two lateral collateral ligament disruptions and one medial collateral ligament tear. The locations of femoral shaft fracture were proximal in four patients, middle in thirty, and distal in one patient. Conclusion: We conclude that there is a high incidence of ipsilateral fracture of the patella and posterior cruciate ligament tears in patients with femoral shaft fractures. The dashboard injury is the most common mechanism of the ipsilateral knee fractures and ligament tears with femoral shaft fractures.

        태양광발전원 계층별 전기적 특성에 대한 위해성 영향 연구

        The photovoltaic(PV) system is a representative renewable energy source, and the share of power generation is increasing. The power generation is based on the power converter for linking with commertial power system. So the DC and the AC coexist in the PV system. In the DC section, the DC leakage current was measured and it can be caused by the parallel resistance among the parasitic resistances that occur due to the limitation of uniform doping of the PN junction of the semiconductor. And it is directly affected by the irradiation. In the AC section, the AC leakage current was measured and it can be caused by the leakage path through the stray capacitance. And it is affected by the output power and the module temperature which limits to increase the output power and AC leakage current. Based on these electrical characteristics, the risk was demonstrated in the 50 kW PV system.

        Optical Properties of a NiO/Al-based Reflector for High-power Ultraviolet Light-emitting Diodes

        We report the optical properties of a nickel oxide (NiO)/Al-based p-type reflector for verticaltype ultra-violet (UV) light-emitting diodes. The NiO film, a p-type transparent conductive oxide material, has been used as p-type Ohmic materials for wide bandgap materials; however, its optical properties have not yet been optimized for applications in the UV range. In this work, we first deposited a 10-nm-thick NiO films on AlGaN epilayers and then annealed them at temperature from 500 ℃ to 900 ℃ by using a rapid thermal process for 1 min ∼ 30 min to optimize the transmittance; then, the Al reflector with an optimized transmittance was deposited on indium-tinoxide films. Finally, we obtained an 84% transmittance from the NiO film and a 51% reflectance from the NiO/Al reflector at 365 nm after annealing at 800 ℃ for 20 min in an oxygen ambient.

      • 연골 모세포종에 속발한 동맥류성 골 낭종 : 2 Cases Report

        Chondroblastoma is a rare, benign primary bone tumor usually involving the epiphysis of long bone in the second decade of life. The lesion is characterized by a relatively high recurrence rate despite surgical treatment. Aneurysmal bone cyst is a bone tumor-like lesion which consists of 1% of the primary bone tumor and characterized by rapid growth and destruction of the surrounding bone tissue. Aneurysmal bone cyst occurs as a primary lesion in the 70% of cases. But in the remaining 30% of cases exists in association with some other type of bone lesion. The most common of these associated lesions are giant cell tumor, chondroblastoma, osteoblastoma, and chondromyxoid fibroma. These combined cases have been reported more invasive propensity and higher recurrence rate after treatment. We present two cases of aneurysmal bone cyst secondary to chondroblastoma on the talus and the calcaneus with clinical details. 연골 모세포종은 발생 빈도가 드물며 주로 10대의 장관골 골단부에 호발하는 양성 골종양으로서 수술적 치료후에도 재발율이 높으며, 드물게 전이하거나 악성 변화를 초래하여 임상적 관심이 높다. 동맥류성 골 낭종은 원발성 골 종양의 1%정도를 차지하며 빠른 성장과 골 파괴가 특징인 양성 골 종양 유사 질환이다. 동맥류성 골 낭종의 약 70%는 원발성으로 발생하나 30%는 다른 병변과 연관되어 발생한다고 한다. 속발성 동맥류성 골 낭종은 거대 세포종, 연골 모세포종, 골 모세포종 및 연골 유점액 섬유종 등과 관련되어 발생하며 이 경우 보다 침습적이며 치료후 재발율도 높다고 알려져 있다. 본 동국대학교 정형외과학교실에서는 거골과 종골에 동맥류성 골 낭종을 포함한 연골모세포종을 각각 치험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

        마이크로그리드 지락고장 발생시 보호 계전요소 효과 분석

        Microgrid is being reviewed in many power systems as a supplement that can compensate for the shortcomings of central power supply, such as a remote and an out-of-the-way power supply. Simulated verification is needed to establish an electrical protection cooperation system, such as protection of human/livestock and power facilities and prevention of ripple to nearby areas. In this paper, verification of the optimal protection cooperation system valid under all assumed on/off grid conditions was conducted by reviewing the possibility of the location of ground fault, installation location of protection device, and relay element.

        전기수송설비용 무선전력전송 시스템 전기안전 확보를 위한 접지환경 연구

        Recently, research on the application of wireless power transfer(WPT) technology to electric transportation equipment trough smart road networks has been actively conducted. In addition to research on capacity and efficiency in WPT, it is necessary to review the risks of losses transmission to nearby environment including conductive parts. The path of the electrical hazard to existing electrical equipment located at the transportation station becomes the grounding wire through the induction effect and the stray capacitance effect. Leakage current, one of the major electrical hazard, affects the existing electrical equipment enclosure along the ground wire, which can have a hazardous effect to human body and electrical equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the induction effect by securing a separation distance from the feeding cable and controlling the parallel section of the ground wire to the feeding cable. In addition, separating the ground wire so that the effect of stray capacitance generated in the power inverter does not affect the existing electrical equipment. For 10 kW WPT system, a feeding current of 60 kHz, 200 A was generated. As a result of the separating distance from the feeding cable, limiting the parallel section, and independent grounding, it was confirmed that the leakage current through the ground wire decreased from about 2.3 A to about 0.3 A.

      • 대퇴골 간부 골절에 교합성 골수강내 금속정 치료후 발생한 금속정 파절

        목 적 : 대퇴골의 골수강내 금속정 시행후 발생한 금속정 파절의 임상적 원인을 분석하고 그 예방법을알아보고자 한다.대상 및 방법 : 1993년 1월부터 2 0 0 1 년 2월까지 대퇴골 골절의 골수강내 금속정 고정술후 금속정 파절이발생한 1 2례를 대상으로 하였고 각 례에 대하여 사용된 금속정의 지름, 환자의 몸무게와 사용된 금속정,금속정 파손 발생까지의 기간, 불유합의 형태등에 대해 알아보았다. 그리고 수상당시 골절 부위를 근위1/3, 중위 1/3, 원위 1 / 3 로 분류하였으며 각 부위별로 수술후 골절부 간격과 골절편의 전이 정도, 금속정파절 발생위치 및 치료등에 대해 알아보고 금속정 파절의 원인을 분석하였다.결 과 : 금속정 파절까지의 기간은 평균 8 . 1개월이었고 원위 1 / 3 부위가 6례로 가장 많았으며 대부분Winquist-Hansen 제2형의분쇄골절이었다. 수술후 골절부 간격과 골절편의 전이는 중위 1 / 3 부위에서 대부분 관찰되었으며 금속정 파절 발생 위치는 중위 1 / 3 부위에서는 골절부위에서 발생하였고 특히 원위부 1 / 3 부위 골절에서는 대부분 원위 첫 번째 잠금나사 삽입 부위에서 금속정 파절이 발생하였다. 금속정 파절의 원인으로는 근위부 골절에서는 골수강내 협부에 적합하지 못한 작은 지름의 금속정 사용이원인이었으며 중위부 골절에서는 골절부의 정확한 정복이 이루어지지 못한 것과 원위부 골절에서는짧은 금속정의 사용과 부정확한 원위 잠금나사의 삽입으로 인한 금속정의 기계적 손상이 원인이었다.
