The Flash Vacuum Pyrolysis of bis(trimethylsilylmethyl)methoxyphenylsilane at 780℃ gave 1-phenyl-1,3-disilacyclobuthane and 1,3-bis(trimethylsilylmethyl)-1,3-diphenyl-1,3-disilane by intermolecular cyclization and intramolecular rearrangement, respectively. Bis-(trimethylsilylmethyl)methoxyphenylsilane containg a methoxy group on the central silicon atom is a good precursor for 1,3-disilacyclobutanes upon pyrolyzation.
메탄올-물 혼합용매에서 o-,m-,p-치환된 벤조산들의 해리상수에 관한 연구

메탄올-물 혼합용매에서 o-, m-, p-methylbenzoic acid와 o-, m-, p-aminoben-zoic의 해리상수를 Ostwald equation에 의하여 구하였고, Hammett o-Values에 비교 검토하였다. o-, m-, p-methylbenzoic acid는 methanol 함량50 무게퍼센트에서, 그리고 o-, m-, p-aminobenzoic acid는 30 무게퍼센트에서 최대값을 가졌고, 그 이후 methanol rich한 쪽으로 갈수록 감소하였다. 수용액에서 각 산들의 pKa값의 순서는 o-CH₃; 4.03〈p-CH₃; 4.07〈m-CH₃;4.21, o-NH₂; 4.30〈m-NH₂; 4.78〈p-NH₂; 5.07이었다. The pKa values of o-,m- p-methylbenzoic acid and o-, m-, p-aminobenzoic acid determined by Ostwald equation in methanol-water mixtures at 25℃ and ploted vs. Hammett o values. The pKa values of every weak acids are in-creased with increasing weight percent of methanal weight content, but o-, m-, p-methylbenzoic acids have the highest value at 50 weight percent of methanol-content and o-, m-, p-aminobenzoic acids have the highest value at 30 weight percent of methanol content. The order of pKa values of methylbenzoic acid and aminobenzoic acid in water solution was o-CH₃; 4.03〈p-CH₃; 4.07〈m- CH₃; 4.21, o-NH₂; 4.30〈M-NH₂; 4.78 p-NH₂; 5.07.

The cause of congenital nasal pyriform aperture stenosis is unclear. The development of the facial skeleton occurs between the fifth and the eighth week of gestation. It is at this stage that the stenosis occurs due to overgrowth of the ossification of the maxilla. Infants are obligate nasal breathers. Incomplete and milder forms of nasal airway obstruction may be present with mild respiratory distress, cyanosis, respiratory failure, asphyxia and eventual death. The diagnosis is done by CT, which demonstrates marked narrowing of the nasal inlet. Mild stenosis can be managed conservatively with humidification and topical decongestants but if conservative treatment fails, surgical intervention is candidate. We report a case of congenital nasal pyriform aperture stenosis. The patient, a 2-day old male neonate, had cyanosis during feeding and noisy breathing relieved by crying. His symptoms and signs were improved with surgical intervention without development disturbances. 선천성 비이상구 협착은 비기도 폐쇄를 가지고 있는 환아에서 감별하야만 하며 그것은 독립된 기형이거나 혹은 다른 선천성 기형과 연관될 수도 있다. 만일 내분비기능이 살아있고 다른 선천성 기형이 없다면 환아들의 신경학적 발달은 정상이며, 발달 지체 현상이 있다면 뇌하수체의 기능부전일 수 있다.

The problem of strategic R&D investment is formulated as a differential game model and solved explicitly for a special case. It is shown that, at equilibrium, and increase in the intensity of market competition or a decrease in the role of technology transfer results in an increase in the initial rate of investment by competing firms. The increased initial investment rate may enhance the rat of technology development. This dynamic model can be used to propose non-cooperative R&D investment policies in technologically competitive situations.
