ISD 모델에 기초한 농업인 안전교육 프로그램 개발

이 연구의 목적은 ISD 모델에 기초하여 농업인 안전교육 프로그램을 개발하는데 있으며,이를 위해 분석-설계-개발-실행-평가의 다섯 단계로 구성된 개발모형을 설정하였다. 구체적인 프로그램 내용을 개발하기 위해 환경분석,학습자분석,과제분석을 실시하였고,그 결과를 반영하여 ‘안전의식 함양’,‘근골격계질환’,‘농약중독예방’,‘농기계 안전 사용’의 4개 모듈과 10개의 레슨을 설계하였다. 요구분석 및 설계 결과를 바탕으로 농업인 안전교육 프로그램의 교재/보조 자료/매체를 개발하였다. 교재의 경우,학습자용과 강사용을 구분하여 개발하였다. 개발된 프로그램 및 운영체제에 대한 검토 및 보완을 위한 전문가 협의회를 개최하여 프로그램 시연회를 실시한 후 교육프로그램을 수정,보완하였다. 그 후,농작업안전시범마을의 농업인을 대상으로 농업인 안전교육 프로그램을 시험 운영하였고,그 결과를 반영하여 농업인 안전교육 프로그램을 완성하였다. 또한 이상의 프로그램 개발 과정을 통해 나타난 논점을 토대로 향후 교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 시사점을 제공하였다. The purpose of this study was to develop a agricultural safety and health training program based on ISD Model. We set up 5step(Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model for developing the program. After analyzing environment, learner and task, four modules(① Safety and Health Mindset, ② Musculoskeletal System Disorders, ③ Agrichemical Poisoning Prevention, and ③ Using Farm Machines Safely) and 10 lessons were designed. We developed teaching materials and supplement materials for the Agricultural Safety and Health Training Program based on need analysis and program design. Teaching materials consisted of the learner's and instructor's. The developed program was examined by expert groups and the weak points were revised through professional workshop. Finally, we tested the Agricultural Safety and Health Training Program at agricultural safety and health model village and fixed the program by reflecting the test results.

Bupivacaine과 ropivacaine이 Xenopus oocyte에 발현된 HERG 전류에 미치는 영향

Bupivacaine is an amide-type local anesthetic widely used for regional anesthesia. Ropivacaine is developed as a less cardiotoxic alternatives to bupivacaine. In the present study, we have analyzed the effects of bupivacaine and ropivacaine on HERG currents expressed in Xenopus oocytes. Bupivacaine and ropivacaine(3∼1,000μM) blocked HERG currents in a concentration dependent manner. EC_(50) was 26.1±3.1μM(n_(R) 0.65±0.04) and 43.5±7.9μM(n_(H) 0.99±0.13) in bupivacaine and ropivacaine, respectively. Bupivacaine and ropivacaine did not affect the activation and deactivation kinetics of HERG channels. However, the drugs decreased the slope conductance measured from fully activated current-voltage relationship curves. These results suggest that bupivacaine and ropivacaine have a similarinhibitory effect on HERG channels, which could be a possible cellular mechanism of LQT or ventricular arrythmia by the drugs.

After the world war Ⅱ, an international society has been concerned about the outside region of national jurisdiction(Deep seabed, Outer Space, Moon, South Pole etc), and the development and conservation of its resources. As a result, Antarctic Treaty(1959), Outer Space Treaty(1967), the Moon Treaty(1979), and UNCLOS(1982) were concluded. Above all, through the treaties common Heritage of Mankind(CHM) was induced expressly or analogically as a new approach for the development and conservation of International Common Spaces. However, the question at issue is that the concept, character , extent, and regulations of CHM which was induced by the treaties have been interpreted and applied according to each treaty or standpoint of each nation. This lead to denunciation on the status of the CHM in international law. By the way, the core cause of this denunciation could be that there's no right legal definition on the terms of the CHM. It means that a prior question on the status of the CHM from the point of the international law is to analyze and examine closely the terms of this concept and define the legal implication. Therefore, I am willing to describe the appearance and development of the concept of CHM, analyze the legal significance on each term of the concept and evaluate generally the legal position of it through this study.

PECVD법으로 증착된 전자소자용 thiophene 박막의 전기화학적 신뢰성에 관한 연구

The corrosion failure of electronic devices has been a major reliability concern lately. This failure is an ongoing concern because of miniaturization of integrated circuits(IC) and the increased use of polymers in electronic packaging. In this paper plasma-polymerized thiophene films were considered as a possible candidate for an interlayer dielectric for multilever metallization of ultra large scale integrated (ULSI) semiconductor devices. The protective ability of above films as a function RF power in an 3.5 wt.% NaCl solution was examined by electrochemical methods and contact angle measurement. The protective efficiency of the film increased with increasing RF power, which induced the higher degree of cross-linking and hydrophobicity of the films.

순환 학습 이론에 근거한 과학 탐구 실험 전략의 개발 : 가설적 사고력 신장을 위한

이 연구에서는 교사 양성 기관인 사범 대학에서 예비 과학 교사들을 대상으로 이루어지는 일반 화학 실험이 제7차 교육 과정에서 강조하는 탐구 중심으로 이루어질 수 있도록, 실험 개발의 전략을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 첫 번째, 현재 사범대학에서 이루어지고 있는 전통적 일반화학 실험의 문제점을 분석하여 이에 대한 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 두 번째, 탐구 실험을 개발하는데 활용할 수 있도록 로슨의 순환 학습을 수정·발전시켜서 대학용 실험 개발에 활용할 수 있는 실험 전략을 제안하고 마지막으로 이를 9가지 모델로 구체화시켜 제시하였다. In this study, based on the learning cycle of Lawson, an experimental strategy which stresses an inquiry has been developed. The results of this study are as follows: first, In the first place, the disadvantages of general chemistry experiment now in use were carefully analyzed. Then ways which compensate for the weak points in the current experiment were suggested. second, An experimental strategy, improving the learning cycle of Lawson at the same time stressing inquiry was developed. finally Nine models, which are concrete forms of fore-mentioned experimental strategy were made. The conclusion of this study is as follows. Basing on the so-developed experiment strategy science, teachers can easily make various inquiry experiments that contribute to the ability of teachers to guide an inquiry.

근적외분광분석법을 이용한 우호아청심원액 중 사향 대체물질의정량

IThe near infrared spectroscopy(NIRs) was applied to develop the qualty control of the WooHwangChongShimWon which has been important herbal medicine. To develope the calibration method for ℓ-muscone in ethanol solution, concentration ranges of 4.15~29.07 mM ℓ-rnuscone was prepared. Partial least squares regression (PLSR) was used for developing a calibration model over the spectral range 833~2498 nm. The comparison of ethanol and air as a reference material was also performed for the proper spectral acquisition condition. Determination of ℓ-muscone in commercial WooHwangChongShimWon solution products was tried. The concentration of 5.9~51.9 ㎛ ℓ-muscone in ethanol and 6.4~48.9 ㎛ ℓ-muscone in WooHwangChongShimWon solution was considered. The PLSR model showed a good correlation R²=0.995 and SEP= 0.08 mM between NIR value and the absolute ℓ-muscone value. This study showed that the rapid classification of WooHwangChongShimWon solution was successfully performed by NIR spectroscopy.

Nylon6,6/Polyaniline 전도성 복합체의 제조 및 전기적 성질에 관한 연구

The conducting composite using polyaniline as a conducting polymer and nylon6,6 as a matrix by blending method was prepared. The m-cresol was used as a solvent in blending. The PANI was protonated using camphorsulfonic acid(CSA) or dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid (DBSA) such as alkylbenzenesulfonic acid. In the conducting composite, DBSA was found to be more superior dopant to CSA and the electrical conductivity was increased with the amount of PANI complex. Also, in the temperature range of -196℃ to 160℃, the electrical conductivity was measured. The temperature dependency for conducting composites varied with the content of PANI complex and followed variable range hopping model. The electric conductivity was increased up to 0.19 S/cm with the amount of PANI complex protonated with DBSA having long alkyl chain.

점포내 VMD요소가 SPA 브랜드 정체성에 미치는 영향

This study was to examine the effect of VMD factors on brand identity for SPA brands. As brand stimulus, four SPA brands(e.g., Basic House, Codes combine, Uniqlo, Zara) were selected by pretest. For collecting data, a self-administered questionnaire was developed based on the literatures and intercept survey was conducted. A total 508 usable responses were obtained from consumers who shopped at the selected brands' stores. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and regression analysis were used. As perceived by consumers, VMD consisted of seven factors: lightening, scent, color, layout, music, window display, and item presentation. The VMD factor was significantly related to brand identity for the SPA brands. Specifically, brand awareness was predicted by color, layout and item presentation; brand association strength was predicted by color, layout, and widow display; favorable brand association was predicted by item presentation; salience of brand association was predicted by color and music; and brand image association was predicted by color, layout, music, and item presentation. Thus, this study discussed a managerial implication for SPA retailers to develop a visual merchandising strategy in the competitive marketplace.
