In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.

While the origin of the Olympic Games is not known exactly, the traditionally the first celebration of the ancient gammes was in 776 B.C. They were abolished in 393 A.D. by the Roman emperor, Thesdosius I after Greece had lost its independance. The Olympic Game swere revived through the efforts of Baron Pierre de Coubertin(1986-1937), a brilliant educator and scholar. The first Olympiad of the modern cycle were held under the royal patronage of the King of Greece in 1896 in Athenes. The Purpose of the Olympic Games is to foster physica culture. When the athletes of all countries of the world are brought together once every four years on the friendly fields of amateur of all kinds, they are expected to forget jealousies, differences of all kinds with all considerations of politics, race, religion, wealth, and social status eliminated. As put in the address to the uouth of the world by the world by the President of the International Olympic committee in the closing ceremony, the Olympic spirits lies in carrying on with ever greater eagerness, courage, and honor for the good of humanity throughout the ages. Many contries, however, have participated in the Olympic Games for the purpose of exhibiting their national prestige. They seem to think it does not matter how much money are put for the prepration for the Games, beliveing an opportuity of participating in the international games will furnish hopeful ideals for the exchange of technology, the friendship among the countries, and the progressive spirts for the national sports activities. It is in this respect that a hisotrial examination of the Olumpic Games, expecially with reference to the achievements of Baran Coubertin, their various regulatin, and their relation to Korea seems worthwhille.

And through this study I researched the conclusion as followings ; 1) Characterized education should be considered firstly in the field of education. 2) Must provide the way possible to keep them in safety from any trouble expected to be happen. 3) Must give enough courage and brightness to over come their inferiority or shame to others by themselves. 4) Encourage then lest they should fail to stand themselves of themselves. 5) Aid them widely for their growth and development in the view of physical culture.

全北 地域 學生의 身長 및 體重에 關한 硏究

Orthodontists pay attention to treat malocclusion patients in childhood. Maxillofacial growth is similar to the general physical growth and development were influenced by environmental and congenital factors. It is important in orthodontics to evaluate the amounts of growth but to predict the direction of growth. The author studied the body height and weight of students living in Jeon-Buk province. 370 females and 510 males were examined. 1. The annual increment curve of body height reveals the peak value of 12 years old in females and 14 years old in male. 2. The annual increment curve of body weight reveals the peak value of 13 years old in female and 16 years old in male. 3. There is little body height change after 16 years old in female and 17 years old in male. 4. The growth curves of the male and female crossed each other, It shows sex difference of growth curve. 5. The body weight and height growth curves of Jeon-Buk province shows some pattern in comparison with those of Korean students standard.

동적계획법과 적응 비용 변환을 이용한 영상 모자이크의 seam-line 결정

영상 모자이크 작업에서 두 영상 간의 경계선이 보이지 않는 최적의 seam-line을 구하기 위해 화소값 차이 변환과 동적계획법 이용 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 영상 간의 경계선은 두 영상의 화소값 차이가 적은 화소를 따라 형성되는 것이 시각적 부담이 적다. 이 화소들을 연결하는 것은 최적경로를 찾는 알고리즘을 이용할 수 있다. 최적 경로 결정에 효과적인 동적계획법을 seam-line 결정에 직접 적용하면 화소값의 차이뿐만 아니라, seam-line의 길이에 따라 영향을 받는 거리영향문제가 발생한다. 이 논문에서는 적응적 변환함수를 사용하여 비용 변환을 수행하고, 변환된 비용공간 상에서 동적계획법을 적용하여 거리영향이 억제된 최적 seam-line을 구할 수 있는 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 또한 결정된 seam-line을 평가하기 위해 일정한 개수의 상위 화소값의 차이를 누적한 값(SFBPD)을 척도로 제시하였다. 제안한 seam-line 결정방법을 다양한 종류의 영상에 대해 적용 실험하였으며, 시각적 및 SBPD 값에 의한 수치적 결과를 제시하였다. A seam-line determination algorithm is proposed to determine image border-line in mosaicing using the transformation of gray value differences and dynamic programming. Since visually good border-line is the one along which pixel differences are as small as possible, it can be determined in association with an optimal path finding algorithm. A well-known effective optimal path finding algorithm is the Dynamic Programming (DP) . Direct application of the dynamic programming to the seam-line determination causes the distance effect, in which seam-line is affected by its length as well as the gray value difference. In this paper, an adaptive cost transform algorithm with which the distance effect is suppressed is proposed in order to utilize the dynamic programming on the transformed pixel difference space. Also, a figure of merit which is the summation of fixed number of the biggest pixel difference on the seam-line (SFBPD) is suggested as an evaluation measure of seamlines. The performance of the proposed algorithm has been tested in both quantitively and visually on various kinds of images.

Results : In 1997. 99 strains of N. gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 45(45.5%) were PPNG. Conclusion : The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 45.5% in 1997.

To find out the effects or Chungsangboha-tang on allergic asthma. We had checked change of respiratory pattern, frequency ratio of abnormal respiratory rate, change of eosinophilic infiltration in tracheal mucosa in experimental animal which was evoked allergic asthma then got the following results. 1. There was no significant difference in individual respiratory pattern between sample group which was treated with Chungsangboha-tang and control group. 2. To compare with control group, statistically sample group was showed significant decrease(p<0.05) frequency ratio of abnormal repiratory rate which was mean of expiratory respiration difficulty. 3. To compare with control group, statistically sample group, which was treated with Chungsangboha-tang, showed significant decrease(p<0.05) eosinophilic infiltration in tracheal mucosa.

성공적인 SCM을 위한 공급사슬 파트너십의 구조적 관계 모형에 관한 연구

Supply Chain Management(SCM) is one of the key issues, trands and needs in the current business environment. The concept of SCM emphasises collaboration among the firms within a given supply chain. Many executives are developing supply chain partnership in an attempt to reduce costs, improve service and gain competitive adveatage. The objective of this paper is to proposes a conceptual framework for empirical investigation that shows how and to what supply chain partnership can occur in SCM environment. For this purpose, the paper conceptualizes supply chain partnership in terms of sentimental components(relationship commitment and trust) and behavioral components(flexible adaptation and collaboration). And the conceptual framework identifies strategic fit, relationship interdependence, compatibility, and communication as determinants of sentimental components and behavioral components. Furthermore, the model includes expected performance consequences of supply chain partnerships.
