      • 확률론적 해석법에 의한 연직배수 영향인자 민감도 분석

        A probabilistic analysis model, one of reliability analysis methods introducing the concept of probabilistic variables, was developed to investigate the uncertainty of dominant factors influencing the degree of consolidation in the radial consolidation theories. Based on the developed probabilistic analysis model, sensitivity study of those factors was performed to find their trends of affecting the degree of consolidation in the vertical drain method. Various radial consolidation theories, Proposed by Barron(1948), Hansbo(1979), Yoshikuni(1979) and 0noue(1988), were used for this parametric study with the influencing factors such as size of smear zone, reduction ratio of permeability in the smear zone, discharge capacity, permeability for horizontal flow and coefficient of consolidation for horizontal flow. As results of this sensitivity study, for the given consolidation theory, contribution of each factor to the degree of consolidation was figure out and compared to each other. For the given value of each factor, the sensitivity to the degree of consolidation in the various theories was evaluated and their applicability and limitations were assessed.

      • B.G.I 지반보강 공법에 관한 연구

        This paper is to investigate effect of B.G.I (Best Grouting Innovation) method on reinforcing ground. In this thesis, extensive literature review was performed to summarize theoretical backgrounds of grouting and to compare the applicability of different grouting methods. Unconfined compression test with specimen prepared by injecting different grouts of B.G.I, S.G.R and L.W methods and by changing the curing time were carried out to figure out characteristics of initial unconfined compression strength mobilized in the early stage. As results of test, the compression strength increases with curing times and specimen prepared with grouts of B.G.I method show greater values than others. On the other hands, the measured values of pH are in the range of 7-10 during tests. In field, preliminary construction to main construction at several sites were performed to confirm the effect of reinforcing the ground by application of B.G.I method. From the results of permeability test in field, SPT test and phenol reaction test, it was found that N values after grouting are greater than those before grouting and values of permeability in grouted ground is reduced significantly.

      • 연약지반 위에 시공되는 교대의 측방유동에 대한 안정성 평가

        In this paper stability about lateral soil movement of bridge abutment constructed on the soft ground, reinforced with the sand compaction pile (SCP) and the preconsolidaton methods, was evaluated by using the centrifuge testing facility which stress conditions in field could be reconstructed in the laboratory. The layouts of model such as ground condition, sand compaction piles and abutment was determined on the basis of similitude law with the reduced scale of 1/200. Construction sequences of installing SCP, preparing reclaimed ground, preconsolidating ground and building the piled bridge abutment were reconstructed during centrifuge modelling and measurements of movement were followed in each sequence. From analyzing the results of measuring movements of the model abutment and the ground, measured lateral movement of model abutment was found to be within the allowable value so that stability of abutment against lateral sliding was secured.

      • Penfluridol 투여후 추체외로증상의 출현빈도에 대한 연구

        In order to evaluate the frequency of extrapyramidal symptoms induced by long-acting oral antipsychotics, Penfluridal, 48 chronic schizophrenics were subjected in this study. Schizophrenic patients were divided into group A(N=26, 1 week neuroleptics washout periord) and group B (N-22, neuroleptics nonwashout period). Penfluridol of 20 to 100㎎ was administered, racing of exfrapyramidal symptoms was measured by the Rating Scale for Extrapyramidal Symptoms designed by Chien and Dimascio at the interval of 1,2,3,4,5, and 6 week. The results are as follows. 1. Dropout rate due to severe extrapyramidal symptoms was noticed in 6 out of the 48 cases(12.5%). 2. Most common period of occurence of extrapyramidal symptoms in group A is revealed at the 6th week(33.3%) and that in group B is noted at the 3rd week(40.9%) 3. To control extrapyramidal symptoms, when benztropine mesylate was administered orally, the mean days of administration in group A were 21.22±8.45 and those in group B were 11.63±2.50. This difference of mean days between group A and B was highly significant(P < 0.005). In. conclusion, to minimize extrapyramidal symptoms, it is recommended to start the regimen with drug washout period in converting previous antipsychotics medication into penfluridol.

      • 안벽구조물에 대한 Centrifuge 모형실험과 수치해석

        In this paper centrifuge model tests and numerical analysis on the coastal structure on the marine deposits of sand were performed to investigate the behavior of structure and foundation under the condition of wave action in field. In centrifuge model experiments, construction sequence of coastal structure such as preparation of sand deposit, excavation replacement, rubble mound with crushed stones and installment of coastal structure was reconstructed and the behavior of ground settlement during stage of construction was observed during tests. For the final stage of simulating the horizontal movement of coastal structure due to wave force, horizontal load was applied by horizontal loading apparatus being specially designed so that horizontal displacement of structure could be observed. Numerical analysis were also carried out and its results were compared with test results to assess the property of centrifuge mode experiments with respect to the behavior of structure as well as ground.

      • NATM 산악터널의 숏크리트 투입율에 관한 연구

        This study has analysed actual overbreak, shotcrete rebound and the ratio between the actual quantity of shotcrete to designed shotcrete measured during a NATM tunnel construction. The measured shotcrete rebound was about 7.2% in average which was about half the allowable rebound (15%), showing shotcrete spraying was performed well. Based on the measurement of excavated tunnel shape, average overbreak was about 28.5 cm after tunnel excavation by drill and blasting method. This was about 260% of allowable overbreak. In addition, due to the rebound and overbreak actual amount of shotcrete used in the tunnelling work was about 116.5 % of the designed value. According to the field measurement the ratio of actual shotcrete to designed value showed some relation with standard support pattern, but the size of overbreak did not show the correlation with standard support pattern. Hence current design specifications stating the size of overbreak based entirely on standard support pattern should perhaps be reestablished.         제대군인 취업지원 프로그램 구안

        이 연구의 목적은 중·장기복무를 마치고 제대하여 재취업하고자 하는 제대군인들의 원활한 전직을 돕기 위한 제대군인 취업지원 프로그램의 개발방향과 개발안을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 국내·외에서 이루어지고 있는 제대군인 취업지원 프로그램의 실태를 분석하였고, 제대군인 취업지원 프로그램에 대한제대예정군인 및 제대군인과 기업체의 요구를 분석하여 시사점을 도출하였다. 그리고 이를 기초로 제대군인 취업지원 프로그램의 기본방향과 전체 흐름도, 세부 프로그램 개발안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해서 활용된 연구의 방법은 문헌연구, 조사연구, 전문가협의회 등이다. 이 연구를 통해서 제시된 제대군인 취업지원 프로그램의 개발방향과 개발안을 토대로, 일관되고 지속적인 수요자 중심의 제대군인 취업지원 프로그램의 개발이 가능할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to suggest plans and directions for developing. job-seeking support program for military veterans. The study is conducted through literature review, survey and interview. The results of this study are as follows: ⒧ basic development directions and flowchart of job-seeking support program for military veterans are suggested; and ⑵ development plans for sub-programs are suggested.

      • 골다공증의 위험인자 : 아산시 지역 주민을 대상으로

        Objective : As the average lifespan of human increases, osteoporosis and osteoporosis-related fractures have become major health care problems. Despite recent advances in medical treatment, few studies have assessed the recognition of osteoporosis in general adults. This study examined the recognition of osteoporosis and analyzed the relating factors. Method : A population-based sample of 1086 adults in Asan-city, Korea was investigated with questionnaires and height, weight, Information regarding the general characteristics(gender, age, economic state), lifestylef exercise, smoking, alcohol),medical history(progestin, GH, steroid, calcitonin, PTH), demographic parameter, obesity, stress, and family history was collected through an interview using a structural questionnaire. The level of obesity was measured by the body mass index(BMI). BMD(Bone mineral density) at the lumbar spine and femoral neck was measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry. Osteoporosis was considered to be T-score below -2.5. Results : The prevalence of osteoporosis increased progressively with age, decreased with BMI and predominant in women by the result of x^(2) -test, T-test. Age, weight, BMI were significantly correlated with osteoporosis by the result of Pearson correlation ana1ysis(P<0.05). And age, gender, BMI, family history of osteoporosis were proved to be significant risk factors of osteoporosis by the result of multiple logistic regression(P<0.05). Conclusion : These results suggest that age, gender, BMI might be the most important risk factors of osteoporosis. And the history taking about family history of osteoporosis is helpful for diagnosing osteoporosis.

        효율적인 군 전직지원체제 정립 방안

        이 연구의 목적은 제대군인에 대한 효율적인 전직지원을 위해서 현행 전직지원 프로세스에 대한 개선 안과 이에 따른 국방부, 국가보훈처 등 제대군인 전직지원관련 기관 간의 역할분담 및 연계방안에 대해서 제안하는 것이다. 연구는 크게 세 가지 과정을 거쳤다. 첫째, 국내 군 전직지원 실태를 분석하여 문제점과 시사점을 도출하였다. 둘째, 이러한 문제점과 시사점, 군 전직지원 선행연구를 종합하여 효율적인 군 전직지원 프로세스 안을 제시하였다. 셋째, 구축한 군 전직지원 프로세스 안에 따라 주요 군 전직지원 관련 기관인 국방부, 국가보훈처의 역할 분담 안을 제안하였다. This study aims to suggest an improvement plan for the support process of effective occupation change for discharged soldiers and then role assignments among related institutions for supporting discharged soldiers such as Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, Ministry of Labor and the cooperation plan among the institutions. The study was made in three steps. First, after analyzing currents support facts and status for discharged soldiers, it induced its problems and implications. Second, integrating the findings of previous studies related to support plan on occupation changes for the discharged soldiers, Problems and implications mentioned above, it constructed effective occupation change process for discharged soldiers. Then, according to the established process, it suggested role assignments such as Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, Ministry of Labor.

        A successful therapy of community-acquired pneumonia requires appropriate empirical antimicrobial therapy. Etiology and antimicrobial susceptibility of major pathogens of pneumonia can differ by country. Therefore, an ideal treatment guideline of community-acquired pneumonia should be based on the studies performed in each country. We developed a treatment guideline for community-acquired pneumonia in immunocompetent adults in Korea. This guideline was developed by the joint committee of the Korean Society for Chemotherapy, the Korean Society of Infectious Diseases, and the Korean Academy of Tuberculosis and Respiratory diseases.
