This study focused on the developmental stae of Chinese state-owned enterprises. The five stages identified are : 1) product supplier; 2) manufacturing enterises ; 3) collectives ; 4) manufacturers of semi-manufactured ; 5) privately owned enterprises(In this research an chinese state-owned enterprises, the newly privately owned enterprises are considered as part of the state-owned chinese business environment, given the political and legal realities in China). The study identified two important shifts in the Chinese business environment. First, from 1996 to 1997 the share of GDP for the privately owned sector of the economy grew from 17% to 25.1%. Secondly, the growth experienced during that period by the privately owned sector was realized from the creation of business groups, especially in the financial commodities sector of the economy.
스퍼터링으로 성장된 AlOx 박막의 가역적 저항변화 특성연구

We demonstrate unipolar resistance switching characteristics in an AlOx film grown on a Pt/SiO2/Si substrate by using magnetron sputtering. We found that the initial resistance of the film represented a low-resistance On state and that reversible resistance switching occurred without the forming process which is generally observed in resistance-switching binary oxide films. By measuring the temperature dependences of the On and the Off states, we found that the On and the Off states were governed by metallic transport and thermionic emission, respectively. We also investigated the basic switching properties, such as retention and endurance, which are essential for applications of non-volatile memory devices. 본 연구에서는 마그네트론 스퍼터링을 이용하여 Pt/SiO2/Si 기판 위에 AlOx 산화막을 성장하고 가역적 저항 변화 특성을 연구하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 AlOx 박막의 경우 기존에 보고된 이성분계 산화막과는 달리 초기 저항 상태가 저저항 On 상태였으며 forming 과정 없이 전압을 인가함에 따라 저저항 On 상태와 고저항 Off 상태의 가역적 저항 변화 특성을 보였다. 저항 변화의 온도 의존성 측정을 통해 저저항 On 상태는 금속성 수송 현상을 고저항 Off 상태는 thermionic emission 특성을 보임을 확인하였다. 절연체 Off 상태에서 온도가 내려감에 따라 저항은 지수함수적으로 증가하였으며 이때 온도에 따른 열적 활성화 에너지는 47 meV였다. 또한 AlOx 산화막의 비휘발성 메모리 특성을 확인하기 위해 On/Off 저항 비율 endurance, retention 측정을 수행하였다.

A successful therapy of community-acquired pneumonia requires appropriate empirical antimicrobial therapy. Etiology and antimicrobial susceptibility of major pathogens of pneumonia can differ by country. Therefore, an ideal treatment guideline of community-acquired pneumonia should be based on the studies performed in each country. We developed a treatment guideline for community-acquired pneumonia in immunocompetent adults in Korea. This guideline was developed by the joint committee of the Korean Society for Chemotherapy, the Korean Society of Infectious Diseases, and the Korean Academy of Tuberculosis and Respiratory diseases.
