In this paper, we designed the RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) Emergency Medical Information System(REMIS). This REMIS offers the emergency patient's medical information using RFID and HL7(Health Level 7) to an emergency medical technician. In emergency situation as like coma, if the communication, from the patient's current location to the hospital, is possible, REMIS offer the medical information of the patient through REMIS server to an emergency medical technician. In the state of communication blocked, REMIS can offer the patient identification and the emergency information through RFID tag, which the patient wear, to an emergency medical technician. When this system was designed, the protection of the patient's medical information and their privacy was considered, and the HL7 was used to be compatible with another medical systems. Therefore, in this paper, REMIS was designed that it is always possible to offer the emergency patient's information to an emergency medical technician regardless of any communication status and to improve the emergency rescue process, effectively.
촉매 금속을 이용한 열화학 기상 증착법에서 탄소 나노튜브의 수직배향 합성에 대한 암모니아의 역할

열화학 기상 증착법을 이용하여 암모니아 처리에 따른 촉매 금속의 표면형태와 탄소 나노튜브의 성장을 조사하였다. 암모니아 처리의 열화학 과정의 조절에 의해 고르게 분산된 수직 성장된 탄소 나노튜브를 얻었다. 탄소 나노튜브 합성시 암모니아처리는 수직성장 및 고밀도 성장에 중요한 과정으로 그 역할에 대해 알아보았다. 고밀도의 수직 배향된 탄소나노튜브의 구조와 형태는 주사전자 현미경과 투과전자 현미경, 라만을 이용하여 관찰하였다. Effects of ammonia treatment on the morphologies of the catalytic metal films and carbon nanotubes subsequently synthesized via a thermal chemical vapor deposition method were investigated. An optimally controlled thermo-chemical process of ammonia treatment gave rise to a morphology of a dense distribution of vertically aligned carbon nanotubes. $NH_3$ treatment is a crucial key process to obtain vertically aligned carbon nanotubes. However, it was realized by a simple $NH_3$ treatment during synthesis at temperatures of $800-900^{\circ}C$ without any extra process. The structure and morphology of carbon nanotubes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and Raman spectroscopy.
네트워크 약리학을 이용한 소양증을 동반한 피부 염증에 대한 蒼朮 및 厚朴의 잠재적 치료기전 탐색

Objectives : To investigate the active compounds and therapeutic mechanisms of Atractylodes Lancea(Thunb.) D.C. and Magnolia Officinalis Rehder et Wilson in the treatment of dermatitis accompanied by pruritus, as well as their potential to complement or replace standard drugs. Methods : We conducted the network pharmacological analysis. We selected effective ingredients among the active compounds of research target herbs. Then we explore pathway/terms of the common target proteins among research target herbs, fexofenadine and disease. Results : We selected 9 active compounds are selected from Atractylodes lancea and identified 231 target proteins. Among them, 74 proteins are associated with inflammatory skin diseases that cause pruritus. These proteins are involved in various pathways including, ‘Nitric-oxide synthase regulator activity’, ‘Hydroperoxy icosatetraenoate dehydratase activity, Aromatase activity’, ‘RNA-directed DNA polymerase activity’, ‘Arachidonic acid metabolism’, ‘Peptide hormone processing’, ‘Chemokine binding’ and ‘Sterol biosynthetic process’. Additionally, coregenes are involved in ‘IL-17 signaling pathway’. Similarly, we selected 2 active compounds from Magnolia officinalis and identified 133 target proteins. Among them, 33 proteins are related to inflammatory skin diseases that cause pruritus. These proteins are primarily involved in ‘Vascular associated smooth muscle cell proliferation’ and ‘Arachidonic acid metabolism’. There is no significant difference between the pathways in which coregenes are involved. Conclusions : It is expected that Atractylodes Lancea will be able to show direct or indirect anti-pruritus and anti-inflammatory effects on skin inflammation accompanied pruritus through suppressing inflammation and protecting skin barrier. Meanwhile, it is expected that Magnolia Officinalis will only be able to show indirect anti-inflammation effects. Therefore, Atractylodes Lancea and fexofenadine are believed to complement each other, whereas Magnolia Officialinalis is expected to provide supplementary support on skin disease.
2018-2022년 경희대학교 한방병원 한방 피부과 외래환자에 대한 통계적 분석

Objectives : The objective of this study is to identify the characteristics of outpatients and the frequently diagnosed diseases in dermatology of Korean medicine through periodic research and comparison with previous studies. Methods : We analyzed medical records of new outpatients who visited department of dermatology at Kyung Hee university Korean medicine hospital between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2022. We analyzed the patient demographic characteristics and the frequency of diagnosed diseases. Then we compared these results with previous studies in 2000, 2007 and 2016. Results : 1. Average number of patients and proportion of male patients have increased from 1996 to 2022. 2. From 1996 to 2022, there was a decrease in the proportion of patients aged 0-39 and an increase in the proportion of patients aged over 40. 3. The distribution proportions of eczema, atopic dermatitis, and rosacea during 2018-2022 have increased compared to those during 2011-2015. 4. The distribution of diseases according to age appears to vary based on the epidemiological characteristics of the diseases. 5. The distribution of diseases according to gender also appears to vary based on the epidemiological characteristics of the diseases, as well as cosmetic issues related to the affected areas. Conclusions : Considering the sustained trend of a high proportion of non-infectious inflammatory diseases since 1996, it is important to enhance treatment capacity through continuous research.
Analyses of physiological wrist tremor with increased muscle activity during bench press exercise

[Purpose] To date, there have been no studies on the response of wrist tremor to increased muscle activity during exercise. This study aimed to evaluate the wrist tremor response with increasing muscle activity during bench press exercise. [Methods] Triceps muscle activity and wrist tremor response were measured by electromyography and an accelerometer, respectively, during bench press exercise in 11 healthy men without weight-training experience. Subjects performed bench press at 30% repetition maximum (RM), and the rating of perceived exertion (RPE) and lactate concentration were measured before and after exercise. One week later, an equivalent number of bench presses at 30% RM was performed without weight load as a control trial (CT). [Results] RPEs and lactate concentrations significantly increased after resistance exercise (30% RM) from 7.4 to 14.3 and 1.7 to 4.9, respectively (P<.01), but no such difference was observed in the CT. Muscle activity linearly increased during the 30% RM exercise, and wrist tremors were shown to linearly decrease. A strong negative correlation was observed between the two variables (r=−0.88, P<.001). [Conclusion] We found that wrist tremors during resistance exercise, as measured using an accelerometer, can be used to predict muscle activity.
