        백서 심근경색모델에서 시간경과와 경색의 크기에 따른 심자도의 변화

        N/A Background: Magnetocardiogram (MCG), which records the changes of magnetic fields generated by the heart`s electrical activity, theoritically can provide unique data for clinical application. To date, MCG has been investigated only at a single time point after myocardial infarction (MI) with severe left ventricular dysfunction in rats. The purpose of the present study was to investigate sequential changes of MCG after MI and to evaluate effects of infarct size on MCG. Methods: Acute MI were induced by the permanent ligation of left coronary artery in 22 rats. Magnetic fields were recorded just above a rat with Nb Superconducting Quantum Interference Device (SQUID) gradiometer inside a magnetically shielded room. MCG was measured before and immediately after surgery and it was subsequently recorded at the time points of 1, 4 and 6 hours post operatively. MCG was also measured at 1, 3, 7 and 21 days after surgery. Results: Elevation of ST segment and appearance of pathological Q wave on the MCG were evident immediately after the ligation of coronary artery and persisted to 6 hours after MI. On MCG, ST segment was depressed and T wave was inverted from 1 day after MI. In rats with small-and moderate- sized MI (infarct size〈30%), ST depression returned to near the isoelectric level and Q wave disappeared from 7 days after MI. However, ST depression and Q wave were still present in rats with larger infarct (infarct size≥30%). Conclusion: Evolutional changes of MCG were well-recognized up to 21 days after MI. Furthermore, the infarct size can be expressed by the extent of Q wave and ST segment depression on MCG. Taken together, these data indicate that MCG is a helpful modality for the diagnosis, evaluation of infarct size and follow up after MI.(Korean J Med 62:42-48, 2002)

        『잊혀진 구두 왕 Olvidado Rey Gudu』의 환상성

        Ana Mari´a Matute es una de los escritores que han construi´do un mundo auto´nomo con su atmo´sfera propia y reconocible en sus novelas y en sus cuentos. Por eso, ella es considerada una´nimamente por los investigadores y cri´ticos como una escritora de difi´cil clasificacio´n. Asi´, el cara´cter muy peculiar y homoge´neo de su produccio´n se define con frecuencia como `otro mundo literario`. Lo que aleja a Matute de `los escritores del medio siglo` es su modo de escribir, distinto del tipo de narrativa basada en realismo social, realismo objetivo o literatura testimonial. Frente a ella, la obra de Matute adquiere dimensiones mi´ticas y simbo´licas a trave´s de su exacerbado lirismo subjetivo, es decir, la fantasi´a. Y la continua repeticio´n de temas y personajes da a su mundo de ficcio´n una unidad y un acento personales. Su reciente novela, Olvidado Rey Gudu´(1996), ha sido clasificada como una novela fanta´stica, pero en mi opinio´n, ma´s que eso, es una novela con mucha fantasi´a donde se reflejan casi todas sus obras anteriores, otras literaturas y cuentos de hadas. Olvidado Rey Gudu´ es la obra cumbre de Ana Mari´a Matute, en la que ella ha trabajado gran parte de su vida, segu´n sus propias palabras. Se trata de un libro ambientado en la Edad Media, que tiene un gran componente de fabulacio´n y fantasi´a, y narra la creacio´n y expansio´n del Reino Olar. Pero no es u´nicamente una novela de aventuras, sino esta´ plagada de simbologi´a, que todo parece tener una segunda lectura, desde los personajes hasta el propio paisaje. Todo remite a una gran meta´fora sobre el hombre, su vida y su memoria.

        In this study, physiological responses and subjective sensations were investigated depending on various high school girls' lower cloth uniform in winter. Four healthy young women were selected, and they wore same underwear and jacket. The types of lower cloth were tight skirt+stocking, flared skirt+stocking, tight skirt+legings+socks, flared skirt+legings+socks, and slacks+socks. The results were as follows: 1) The effect of the type of lower cloth in winter on the skin temperature, humidity inside clothing and subjective sensations were significant. 2) It is desirable for high school girls to wear slacks in winter, Since physiological responses and subjective sensations of slacks are superior to those of skirts. 3) It is desirable for high school girls to wear flared skirt, legings, socks in winter, Since insulation and subjective sensations of flared skirts are superior to those of tight skirts.

        교양무용 참여 대학생을 위한 우울증 및 대인관계(성격장애) 척도개발

        The research hypothesis set to achieve the objectives of this research are as follows. Hypothesis : The depression and interpersonal relationship factors of university students participating in liberal dance education will show differences from KDS-30 and KIIP factors. In order to verify such research hypothesis, the Korean Depression Scale (KDS-30) and Korean Inventory of Interpersonal Problem (KIIP) were utilized to collect and analyze data on 144 male and female subjects having participated in liberal dance education in Seoul and regional areas. The results of such analysis are as follows. 1. Development of measurement scale 1) There were a total of 3 factors (18 questions) in the depression measurement scale for university students participating in liberal dance education. In other words, it comprised of factor 1 (negative thoughts : 9 questions), factor 2 (physical concerns and anxiety: 4 questions) and factor 3 (depressive emotions : 5 questions). As a result, it showed differences with the 6 factors of 30 questions as used by KDS-30. In addition, the Kwon's Depression Scale for University students participating in liberal dance education has been initialized as KDSUS. 2) There were a total of 4 factors (26 questions) in the measurement scale for interpersonal relationships for university students participating m liberal dance education. In other words, the scale comprised of factor 1 (social irritation : 11 questions), factor 2 (lack of sociability, 8 questions), factor 3 (aggressiveness : 5 questions), and factor 4 (interpersonal irritation: 2 questions). As a result, it showed differences with the 5 factors of 47 questions as used by KIIP. In addition, the Kwon Inventory of Interpersonal Problems for University students participating in liberal dance education has been initialized as KIIPUS.

        유치원 교사의 변인에 따른 음악적 개념 인식 및 이해수준과 음악적 개념에 대한 자기인식과 실제이해의 차이

        본 연구는 유치원 교사의 변인에 따른 음악적 개념에 대한 자기 인식과 실제 이해를 살펴보고 자기 인식과 실제 이해의 차이를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 서울시 소재의 유치원 교사 302명이며, Kim, Lee, Kwon과 Park(2011)의 유아교사 음악적 개념 실제 이해 측정 도구를 사용하여 자료를 수집 하였다. 첫째, 유치원 교사의 개인적 변인에 따라 음악적 개념에 대한 자기인식 정도에 차이가 있는가 를 살펴본 결과, 경력이 4년 이상 8년 미만이고, 교육정도가 대학원 이상이며, 음악관련 현직교육을 수 강한 경험이 있고, 양성과정에서 음악관련 수업을 들었고, 음악을 매우 즐기고, 악기교육을 4년 이상 받 은 경험이 있는 경우 자신이 음악적 개념에 대해 잘 알고 있다고 인식하는 정도가 높았다. 둘째, 유치 원 교사의 개인적 변인에 따라 음악적 개념에 대한 실제이해 정도에 차이가 있는가를 살펴본 결과, 경 력이 8년 이상이고, 교육정도가 대학원 이상이며, 근무기관이 국․공립 유치원이고, 음악관련 현직교육 을 수강한 경험이 있으며, 양성과정에서 음악관련 수업을 들었고, 악기교육을 4년 이상 받은 경험이 있 는 경우에 음악적 개념에 대한 실제이해가 높았다. 셋째, 유치원 교사의 음악적 개념에 대한 자기인식 과 실제이해에는 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 자신이 알고 있다고 생각하는 것과 실제로 아는 것은 다르다는 것을 의미한다. The purpose of this study was to examine the level of kindergarten teachers’ self-perception and actual understanding of the musical concepts according to six variables and to compare their self-perception with their actual understanding. The participants of this study were 302 kindergarten teachers in Seoul, and the data was collected using a measurement developed by Kim, Lee, Kwon & Park(2011). The results show, first, in terms of the teachers’ self-perception of the musical concepts related to the variables, significant differences were found in all the variables except for the types of kindergarten. In general, the teachers who had longer teaching career (4-8 years), higher educational level (graduate school or above), took music education related course(s) during pre-service education years, had taken music-related course(s) through in-service education programs, the more enjoyed music, had higher understanding about the musical concepts. Also, the teachers who had more learning experiences in musical instrument (over 4 years) had higher understanding about the musical concepts. Second, in terms of the teachers’ content knowledge of the musical concepts depending on the variables, statistically significant differences were shown in all of the variables except for the level of enjoying music. In other words, in general, the teachers who had longer teaching career (over 8 years), higher educational level (graduate school or above), worked in national public kindergarten, took music education course(s) during pre-service and in-service education programs, and had more learning experiences in musical instrument (over 4 years) showed higher understanding level about the musical concepts. Third, the level of kindergarten teachers’ perceived knowledge in the musical concepts was significantly higher than the level of their actual knowledge.; there was a considerable gap between perceived knowledge and actual knowledge of musical concepts.

      • 대학생의 노인에 대한 태도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to identify the perception, the future and images, and prejudice toward old people. And to examine difference the group of gerontological education (educated group) with the non-educated group. 189 students in K university were participated in this study. The educated group was composed 101 students who enrolled liberal arts course that learned this title. Data were collected from May to June, 2002. The results are as follows; 1) Many students perceived the elderly that was started 60~64 years. 2) The perception, the future and images, and prejudice of both groups were some positively. 3) Each variables were not significantly difference. But the mean level of the educated group were more higher. 4) The educated group was found significantly related to the perception and prejudice(r=.303, p=.002). The non-educated group was found significantly related to the perception and the future and image(r=.421, p=.000), the perception and prejudice(r=.321, p=.003), the future, image and prejudice(r=.272, p=.012).

        국가 음악과 교육과정에 기초한 초·중등학교 음악예술프로그램 적용

        In order to increase opportunities for students to enjoy the musical arts, it is necessary to develop musical arts programs that are based on students’ interests and the national (or provincial) curriculum, that can be systematically and effectively supported by teachers. In this regard, the purpose of this study was to develop those musical arts, carry out the programs in one elementary school and one middle school from October to December 2011, and analyze each implementation. For the analysis, lesson videos, students’ worksheets, in-depth interviews with students, teachers, and teaching artists, and lesson plans were collected. The conclusions and implications are as follows: 1) the role and meaning of musical arts programs based on national curriculum were more highlighted; 2) students could have great depth of aesthetic experience by the means of direct contact with professional musicians and concrete musical experience; 3) the role of music mediators and its importance was magnified; 4) there was a positive change in the musical preferences and attitudes of students with regard to the musical artsprograms. 본 연구는 학생들의 음악 예술 향수기회 확대를 위해 학생들의 흥미와 국가 교육과 정을 중심으로 하는 ‘현장성’, 교사들의 음악 교육을 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 ‘체계성’, 그리고 음악 예술 전문가들과 학교 사이에 꾸준히 실행될 수 있는 ‘지속성’을 갖춘 음악예술프로그램을 2010년 10월부터 12월까지 초등학교와 중학교에 적용하고 그 결과를 분석하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 수업 동영상, 학생 활동지, 학생과 교사 심층인터뷰, 강사 인터뷰, 수업안 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 첫째, 국가 교육과정을 반영한 음악 예술프로그램의 역할과 의미가 더욱 확장되었다. 둘째, 음악가들과의 직접적인 만남과 구체적인 예술적 체험을 통하여 학생들은 이전과 비교될 수 없는 ‘깊이 있는 미적 경험’을 하게 되었다. 셋째, 음악메디에이터의 역할이 부각되었다. 넷째, 음악예술프로그램을 통하여 학생들에게 음악에 대한 삶의 변화가 있었다.
