        스프렌딜 지속정(펠로디핀 5㎎)에 대한 스타핀 지속정의 생물학적동등성

        Felodipine is a calcium antagonist that lowers blood pressure by reducing peripheral resistance by means of a direct, selective action on smooth muscle in arterial resistance vessels. Furthermore, it have been approved for the effective in angina pectoris and cardiac failure. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two felodipine extended release (ER) tablets, Splendil (YuHan Corporation) and Stapin (Hana Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). THe felodipine release from the two felodipine formulations in vitro was tested using KP Ⅷ Apparatus Ⅱ method at pH 6.5 buffer solution. Twenty six healthy male subjects, 22.73±1.78 years in age and 66.66±7.28 ㎏ in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After two tablets containing 5 ㎎ as felodipine were orally administered, blood sample was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentrations of felodipine in serum were determined using column-switching HPLC method with UV detector. The dissolution profiles of two formulations were similar at pH 6.5 buffer solution. Besides, the pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUG_(t), C_(max) and T_(max) were calculated and ANOVA test was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters using logarithmically transformed AUC_(t) and C_(max) and untransformed T_(max). The results showed that the differences between two formulations based on the Splendil were 2.53%, 1.32% and 18.32% for AUC_(t), C_(max) and T_(mzx), respectively. There were no sequence effects between two formulations in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals using logarithmically transformed data were within the acceptance range of log(0.8) to log(1.25) (e.g., log(0.86)∼log(1.20) and long(0.89)∼long(1.23) for AUC_(t) and C_(max), respectively). Thus, the criteria of the KFDA guidelines for the bioequivalence was satisfied, indicating Stapin ER tablet and Splendil ER tablet are bioequivalent.

        한우, 칡소 및 제주 흑우 Calpain-Calpastatin 유전자 다양성

        The aim of study was to investigate genetic diversity for the calpain/calpastatin gene in three Hanwoo breeds [(Brown (n=62), Brindle (n=81) and Jeju Black (n=30)]. Random samples from three breeds of Hanwoo were selected and genotyped for the 7 SNPs of calpain/calpastatin using TaqMan method. Allele frequencies were investigated for CAPN1/CAST gene. Allele frequency of CAST2 SNP was 0.75, 0.59 and 0.22 for Brown, Brindle and Jeju black, respectively. The CAST3 revealed allele frequency of 0.59 and 0.57 in Brown and Jeju Black, while it showed very low allele frequency (0.07) in Brindle. In particular, favorable allele (G allele) for the CAPN1-2 SNP which was shown a strong association with tenderness in Taurine and Indicine cattle revealed 16% and 17% higher allele frequency in Brown Hanwoo (0.82) comparing Brindle (0.66) and Jeju Black Hanwoo (0.65). AMOVA demonstrated that among population variance occupied only 10% of total variance and among individual variance was 0%, while within individual variance was 90% of total variance. This result showed that population effect contributed very small portion of genetic to these three Hanwoo breeds, while within individual variance contributed large portion of genetic diversity within these Hanwoo breeds. In conclusion, three Hanwoo breeds (Brown, Brindle and Jeju black) showed a genetically homogeneous based on the 7 SNPs of CAPN1/CAST gene and it came from same ancestor to form modern Hanwoo breed.

        급성세균성전립선염의 임상적 특징 및 치료 결과

        Background : Acute bacterial prostatitis is an uncommon male urinary tract infection that is the result of severe prostatic infection mainly by gram-negative bacteria. We conducted a retrospective study to report clinical outcomes of patients with acute bacterial prostatitis. Materials and Methods : The clinical records of 49 patients diagnosed with acute bacterial prostatitis were reviewed retrospectively and patients' symptoms, investigations, and treatments were analyzed. Results : All patients presented with fever and voiding symptoms. Some patients (22.4%) had a history of prior manipulation of the lower urinary tract including transrectal prostate biopsy. Urine cultures were positive for 51% of the patients. The most common pathogen was Escherichia coli (60%), followed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa (20%) and Staphylococcus aureus (12%). The ciprofloxacin susceptibility against E. coli was 80%. All patients were treated with parenteral antibiotics in the hospital followed by oral antibiotics for average of three weeks. The major drugs used for empirical treatment were cephalosporins, aminoglycosides, and fluoroquinolones. Prostatic abscess was found in two (4.1%) Patients and chronic pelvic pain syndrome developed in six (12.2%) patients during follow-up. Conclusion : The currently used empirical antibiotics were mostly effective in the treatment of acute bacterial prostatitis. Continuous monitoring on antimicrobial susceptibility of acute bacterial prostatitis was necessary for providing proper treatment guideline.

        국내 신발산업(Foodwear Industry)은 주로 외국의 대형 바이어에 의존적인 형태로 생산하는 주문자 상표 부착 생산방식이 대부분을 차지하며, 신발 제조에서 인건비가 차지하는 비중이 절대적이어서 대형 바이어들이 중국, 베트남, 인도네시아 등의 저임금 국가로 신발 생산기지를 옮겨가고 있다. 이로 인해 국내 신발산업은 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 것이 사실이다. 또한 국내의 신발제조기업들도 상당수 해외에 생산공장을 운영하고 있으며, 국내 생산공장은 그 규모가 굉장히 축소되어 있거나 혹은 연구개발 및 부품 조달기지로서의 역할을 수행하고 있다. 이러한 신발산업의 환경에 변화에 대해 산업 차원에서 대응할 필요성이 있다. 앞으로 국내 신발산업이 성장하기 위해서는 전체 공급망의 협업체제를 갖추는 것이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 신발산업의 공급망 네트워크 구조를 분석하여 비효율적인 부분을 개선해야 하며, 기업간의 비즈니스 프로세스를 새롭게 정립하여 혁신해야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 신발산업의 공급망 네트워크 구조를 분석하여 개선 모델을 제시하였으며, 공급망에서 대부분을 차지하는 신발 완제품 제조기업과 부품 제조기업간의 비즈니스 프로세스를 분석하여 개선된 비즈니스 프로세스를 제시하였다.

        소비자 감성에 기반한 텍스타일디자인 예측시스템 개발(Ⅱ) : 텍스타일디자인 데이터베이스 구축 Database Construction for Textile Design

        The purposes of this study were to investigate and analyze the relationship between the elements of textile design and consumer emotion and to suggest effective design methods. In addition, the forecasting system for textile design based on the results of this study was developed. The database system of textile design was organized by installing Mysgl database server and tomcat servlet container on windows NT The user interface \ vas utilized using jsp on the web. This study findings can provide textile design samples which were suitable for each emotional factor, and an evaluation basis for each design element by the descriptive system of textile design. The forecasting system based on this study findings can also provide specific design methods for the effectiveness of consumer emotion and can be applied in a practical design process. This study based on the results of the quantitative analysis on consumer emotion has presented an objective and an efficient design method. This will be a useful expedient to improve the existing textile design process and for the consumer design.

      • ELASTIC BAND 운동과 스트레칭 운동이 노인 당뇨환자의 혈당, 중성지질 및 근지구력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study s to find the effects of elastic band exercise and stretching exercise on glucose level, triglyceride and muscle endurance in elderly patient with NDDM. The subjects consisted of elderly patient(n=20) with NlDDM dstributed into resstance training group(n=10) and stretching exercise group(n=10). Both groups participated in resstance training and stretching exercise program respectively, 3times per wear during 9weeks. Repeated measures ANOVA was used for statstical analysis. The results of this study are following. 1. Glucose level of both groups decreased significantly after 9 weeks training. There was significant differences between groups in FBS and no significant differences between groups in PP2 after training. There was significant differences in PP2 at time and no significant differences in FBS at times. 2. There was significant decreases in triglyceride level of both groups after 9 weeks training, however no significant differences showed between goups. There was no significant differences between groups at time. 3. Muscle endurance of both groups increased after 9weeks training, however no significant differences showed between groups. There was no significant differences between groups at time.

        아마릴 정(글리메피리드 2㎎)에 대한 글리메드 정의 생물학적 동등성

        The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two glimepiride tables, Amaryl^(?)(Handok/Aventis Pharm. Co., Ltd.) and Glimed (Kuhn Ⅱ Pharm. Co., Ltd.), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). The glimepiride release from the two glimepiride formulations in vitro was tested using KP Ⅷ Apparatus Ⅱ method with a variety of dissolution media (pH 1.2, 4.0, 6.8 buffer solution, water and blend of PSB 80 into each dissolution medium). Twenty six healthy male subjects, 22.65±2.19 years in age and 66.55±8.85 kg in body weight, were divided into two groups and randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After one tablet containing 2 ㎎ as glimepiride was orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentrations of glimepiride in serum were determined using HPLC method with UV detctor. The dissolution profiles of two formulations were similar at all dissolution media. Besides, the pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC_(t), C_(max) and untransformed T_(max). The results showed that the differences between two formulations based on the Amaryl were -3.70, -8.28 and 0.61% for AUC_(t), C_(max) and T_(max), respectively. There were no sequence effects between two formulations in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals using logarithmically transformed data were within the acceptance range of log(0.8) to log(1.25)(e.g., log(0.84)∼log(1.04) and log(0.82)∼log(1.03) for AUC_(t) and C_(max), respectively). Thus, the criteria of the KFDA guideline for the bioequivalence were satisfied, indicating Glimed tablet and Amaryl tablet were bioequivalent.

      • 농구선수와 일반학생의 성격특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to clarify the difference of personality between college basketball players and college students, 81 college basketball players and 120 college students answered a questionnaire which is consisted of 7 indices (kindness, stability, domination, mobility, boldness, forgiveness and toughness). 1) A comparison of personality between college basketball players and college students. There is no difference in kindness, mobility and forgiveness between the two. However, in cases of stability, domination, boldness and toughness, basketball players are significantly different from college students. Thus, it can be concluded that college basketball players are more stable, bold and tough than college students. 2) A comparison of personality among positions of basketball players (guard, forward and center forward). There is no difference in mobility and stability among positions of basketball players. Guards get more scores in boldness and dominance, Forwards get more scores in toughness and Center Forwards get more scores in kindness and forgiveness.
