        연소시험을 통한 실내마감재의 유해성 및 화재위험성에 관한 연구

        In normal building fires, the main risk of combustion expansion is not only the combustibles materials in a building but also the risk to the spread of surface combustion of the interior finishing materials. Therefore, it is important to regulate the methods and standards for testing the performance of flame retardant in fire law and building ordinances. In this study, the fire characteristics of interior finishing materials are analyzed through the cone-calorimeter test, the flame retardant performance test and the VSR measuring test of building material. First, the results of the cone-calorimeter test confirmed that the ignition and flame combustion were started as soon as the radiant heat shield was removed, which could be a rapid propagation factor of the flame in the event of fire. Second, the results of the VSR measuring test showed that harmful gases for human body were released from the interior finishing materials. As observed from the result of examination, the interior finishing materials(five species including form blocks) should be used not only in the multi-use facilities occupied by unspecified majority but also in residences because of the sudden increase of the combustion in case of fire. Hence, it is urgent to limit the combustion characteristics of materials based on the use of interior finishing materials, the maximum thermal discharge rate and the emission of harmful gases.

        폐유기용제의 화재 위험성에 관한 연구

        Waste organic solvents are designated waste discharged after use at workplaces, and about 90% are generated by manufacturing, followed by sewage, waste treatment, raw material regeneration and environmental restoration, transportation, and professional, science, and technology services, and the generation and recycling rate of waste organic solvents are increasing every year. As a result, the number of fires and accidents at recycling companies for waste organic solvents is also increasing, and fires are occurring due to various causes such as carelessness (welding and cutting operations) and chemical factors (natural ignition, horn ignition, etc.). In addition, if a fire occurs, it may lead to a large fire accompanied by an explosion, and it is a great threat to the safety and health of citizens because it generates a large amount of harmful chemicals harmful to the human body. Therefore, this study was conducted to contribute to the prevention of fire and explosion accidents caused by waste oil solvents and to suggest ways to improve fire-related identification techniques and systems through the risk study and fire cases

        화재시뮬레이션 프로그램을 통한 화재조사 적합성 평가에 대한 연구

        Fire investigation is an important activity that investigates the cause and process of fire occurrence and develops prevention and response measures. However, it takes effort and time to conduct actual fire investigation and reproduction experiments and verification is difficult. Therefore, in this study, we intend to test the reliability of fire investigation results using a fire simulation program that simulates an actual fire. As a result of comparative analysis of domestic actual fire investigation results and fire simulation simulation results, the suitability of the fire investigation to the objective investigation results was evaluated and after a verification process, the reliability of the fire investigation could be confirmed in advance and a conclusion could be drawn, so the accuracy of the fire investigation played a major role in raising the Through this study, The accuracy and efficiency of fire investigations will be improved and provide useful guidelines and system improvement data to experts and government agencies related to fire prevention and policy.

        빛의 반사와 삼각함수를 이용한 발화지점 추정에 관한 연구

        When point of origin was not directly photographed by the CCTV camera, but reflection image reflected on a reflector was photographed, a formula for estimating point of origin using the reflection law of light and the trigonometric function was derived. At this time, three data to be collected are basically required: CCTV camera height(H), height of reflective image(h), and horizontal distance between the CCTV camera and reflective image(d). In addition, the horizontal distance between point of origin and reflective image(d') and the height of point of origin(h') are also required, but if we know one of these two, we can know the other through the formula. In other words, if we know the horizontal distance between point of origin and reflective image(d′), we can know the height of point of origin(h′) through Formula 2, and if we know the height of point of origin(h′), we can know the horizontal distance between point of origin and reflective image(d′) through Formula 3. The significance of this formula is an indicator of the direction of where point of origin is. In addition, it can also be used as a tool to verify whether the location presumed to be point of origin is correct.

        휴대용부탄연소기의 화재 위험성 연구 : 실험을 통한 위험성 검증

        There are not a few fire accidents occurring around us, and fire types are also occurring in various ways. Among the various fire accidents, this study tried to find out about fire accidents related to portable butane gas. Portable butane gas, which is most commonly used by many people around (home, general restaurant, outdoor, etc.), has established itself as an essential cooking utensil in Korea. Because of the high frequency of use, it is not uncommon for accidents to occur. So, in this study, I became interested in the safety of the portable butane gas burner, which has been firmly established as a cooking utensil, and at the same time reached the stage of confirming its danger through empirical experiments. Therefore, we investigated what factors could cause a fire accident when using a portable butane gas cooker, such as using an excessive fire plate, and conducted a numerical analysis of the risk through a verification experiment tailored to it. As a result, it was found that the risk of explosion of butane gas due to negligence in use still exists.

        재난 현장 통신중계기 드론의 유용성 연구

        In this study, we studied the application usefulness of a wired drone system capable of obtaining power and data and communication relay in order to prepare for release of control rights due to power cut off or damage to repeaters in disaster areas due to disasters or because there are no relays in mountainous areas or at an altitude of 150m or higher. In order to temporarily connect the repeater developed using the 800MHz band of LG U+ domestic telecommunications company to nearby available base stations and restore the communication network, it is mounted on a wired drone system that can take off at an altitude of 20m and fly for more than an hour to strengthen canceller characteristics and delay time. For the analysis, a wired drone system and a drone-mounted repeater were manufactured to maintain an altitude of 20m for more than an hour, and a small drone-mounted repeater secured stable communication quality around 500m. Shrinkage was tested. Therefore, as a follow-up study, the evaluation of securing the right to control by linking the wired communication repeater drone system with the disaster drone is proposed.

        수배전반 연기식 자동소화설비 성능향상에 관한 연구

        The electrical fire is one of the high rates among fire occurences. The electrical fire is reported as the highest rate with 23% of total fire occurence rate, and the industrial facility fire is known as the second highest rate with 17.3% of total fire rate. This study is focused on the development of more effective self triggered fire extinguishing system to protect the fire of high value facility and equipment such as electrical distributed system. The fire extinguishing raw material is the condensed aerosol which does not yield the corrosion and fault of fire equipments and facilities. The fire at the supply system of electricity such as electrical distributed system produce the large loss of not only the whole system but also the other fields relating to the distributed system. The electrical system therefore should be guaranteed for both safety and supply capacity together with the fire occurrence and earthquakes. It is accordingly to be triggered for fastest fire suppression and prepared for the minimum loss at the emergent situation. Based on these circumstances the fire extinguishing system of condensed aerosol has been known for the very effective measure particularly at the small size of enclosure. The self triggered system of condensed aerosol must however have the requirement of fast response capability. The heat type fire extinguishing system has not been enough to sense the total thermal value inside the enclosure. This paper is therefore to describe the advancement of self triggered smoke type extinguishing system of aerosol including more accurate and fast capability. The developed smoke type system provide the fast automatic suppression method with accurate test results for the electrical distributed system.

        EPS패널 강판의 물성 변화에 따른 화재조사기법 연구

        Finding a fire point at a fire site is the first and most important step in identifying the cause of the fire. Ignition point means the room or area where the fire started. This means the exact physical position in which heat sources and combustibles come into contact with each other and start the fire. Ignition point in fire investigation is a very important point of investigation in deducing the cause of fire and securing evidence. But the reality is that building such as sandwich panel, structural steel and concrete, when fully burned, are hard to find not only the ignition point but also the direction of combustion. The ignition point was estimated through elemental analysis of scientific building materials instead of the subjective identification method of individuals. The purpose of this study is to test the combustion characteristics of sandwich panels and to present the possibility of ignition point estimation by experimenting with burnt tissue of sandwich panels in several ways.

        온도차를 이용한 리튬 이온 배터리 화재진화에 관한 고찰

        Research was conducted to obtain a fire investigation database by observing the evolution of lithium ion batteries and debris according to each solvent. Hot water, room temperature water, water with ice, and water with dry ice are placed in each tank, a torch is used to activate a fully charged 18650 lithium-ion battery, then each tank is placed on fire. As a result of the study, the lower the temperature, the shorter the extinguishing time, the time taken for extinguishing, the temperature difference before and after the experiment, the percentage of residual value of lithium ion, the remaining battery after runaway, whether or not an explosion occurred during the fire, the duration of the explosion, and the residual value in the wreckage increased, and it was confirmed that the fire suppression time and the residual rate in ice water were high.

        가연성 식료품 분진의 발화 위험성 및 폭발하한에 관한 연구

        Looking at the fire statistics related to dust explosions, the number of fires is small, but the damage to life and property is large. Among the substances of such dust explosion, food is used in our daily life, so we do not recognize the danger and cause even greater damage. Previous research on foods dust explosion studied the ignition and explosive properties of flour, sugar, and corn flour, based on this, in this study, not only the above substances, but also soybean flour and potato starch were carried out in-house dust ignition test and lower explosive concentration test using a Hartman type dust explosion device. As a result of the experiment, flour, sugar, and corn flour were ignited by the flame during the dust ignition test, and in the lower explosive limit(LEL) test, the LEL concentration(explosion probability) was 1.67g/L(33.3%) for flour, 4.17g/L(33.3%) for sugar, and 4.17g/L(66.6%) for cornstarch, respectively. However, in the case of soybean flour and potato starch, no explosion occurred even at a maximum of 10g.
