Experiments is roughness for sampling length determine of measuring length is 15mm. maximum peak to valley roughness height is Sr increased with most suitable cutting condition at 0.5% and SiC increased with most suitable cutting condition at 10%. The third point height is Sr increased with most suitable cutting condition at 0.5% and SiC increased with most suitable cutting condition at 10%. ten-point hight is Sr increased with most suitable cutting condition constant at 0.5% and SiC increased with most suitable cutting condition at 10%

Moulding sand was assorted to the mesh of #40,#50,#100#140 by ro-tap sieve shaker and the assorted moulding sand was put into the mesh in common moulding sand Each moulding sand has different percent of assorted moulding sand. The testing results are summerized as follows; 1) Testing moulding sand D has good percent of mesh and secondary permeability. The permeability is considered relative to mesh. 2) The testing moulding sand that has many particles (#140-pan) has not so good strength and permeability.

딸기쨈의 색깔과 물성에 관한 연구

In order to observe the strawberry as the raw materials and to compare the color of strawberry's products, Hunter L, a, b tristimulate color values were measured physically by color difference meter. Food textural properties of strawberry were measured by Rheo textural meter for rheological properties of strawberry jam. According to results obtained, it showed that Hunter L, a, b tristimulus color values were affected by ripening time of strawberry and Hunter color values changed regularly on different pH. Deformation of red color pigment Hunter color values changed linearlly on different pH, therefore red color pigment of elderberry showed to be used as a food color agent. The first peak of strawberry in TPA curve was high as cherry, grape and pineapple Strawberry jam showed pseudoplastic characteristic and time dependence.

The machine tool with development of a manufacturing machine industry has a important role. moreover the heigh frequency in use of milling machine has been increased. A new method for requiring of various manufactured article share and a precision has beed studied. In this paper, I used a machine structural carbon steel SM 17C by covered electrode materials using cemented carfide face cutler in order to rise heigher efficiency of the milling machine working I studied by a comparative investigation to make a change cutting condition of covered electrode materials working resistance, cutting speed, feed and depth of cutling in order to investigate a prinary factor, in affecting at sliding guide way of the finishing face. In addition, I had a comparative study relation with cutting speed measuring cutting resistance.

음향분석을 이용한 발음학습용 CAI 설계 및 구현

Speech is convenience of usage and is superior to another interface of natural. and yet there are many people that pronunciation is not correct, and pronunciation learning tools is not popularization. In this paper, we designed CAI(Computer Assistance Instruction) for pronunciation learning using acoustic analysis. This CAI consist of wave form, spectrographic, oral map, instruction message and command parts. This CAI is implemented by using the Access 2.0, Visual Basic 5.0 and multimedia techniques. This CAI menu are vowel pronunciation, word pronunciation, dictation, statistical report and exit. This CAI is compatible, flexible and powerful. Therefore this can be used to the teaching tools of pronunciation in primary school, preschool, special classes for the education of mentally handicaped children.

In this paper, I have studied on the measurement for roundness, parallelism and surface illuminace according to feed velocity by gun drill under the foundation for the elementary course of theory when it was work brass that was not heat treatment. 1. The more feed quality was increased the more error value of parallelism climbed from inlet to outlet. The reason is result from influence by turning motion. 2. It happened that the roundness hole became a half moon by translation motion when it is slowly moved cutting velocity. 3. the surface illuminance appears very good when it downs the feed velocity slowly, but the cutting efficiency lowers a demerit.

From the experimental study on the 3-axis cutting work of Mild steel, the characteristics such as spindle speed and feed for the third point height, average spacing of roughness peaks, bearing ratio. Experiments is roughness for sampling length determine of measuring length of cutting feed 200, 400, 600, 800mm/min and spindle speed 800, 1000, 1200, 1400rpm. Third point height is spindle speed with most suitable cutting condition 1000rpm at 200, 400, 600mm/min third point height to minimum decreased. Third point height is feed with most suitable cutting condition 400mm/min at 1000, 1200, 1400rpm third point height to minimum decreased. Average spacing of roughness peaks are spindle speed with most suitable cutting condition feed increased to average spacing of roughness peaks are increased. spindle speed increased to average spacing of roughness peaks are decreased. Bearing ratio is spindle speed with feed increased to bearing ratio decreased.

강벌주의 입법과 형사정책 경향에 대한 연구

The prevailing tendency in today's society as a whole, is to ultimately resort to criminal punishment. There has been a public opinion that severe punishment should be imposed on the offender whenever an antisocial incident occurs, and criminal policy conscious of that pubic opinion has been directed toward imposing severe punishment on the offender. However, there are many criticisms on whether such violent punishment theory actually contributes to the re-socialization of criminals and the safety of society. Considering that criminal punishment has an attribute of harm and is also the most powerful means that the state can impose on individuals, it is self-evident that it must conform to the principle of proportionality. It is also necessary to look back on whether the criminal policy has been successful in an effective sense. Crime must be deterred, and it cannot be denied that one of the purposes of punishment is to retaliate against the perpetrator, and that there is a recovery of harm that can be achieved through this. The effect of Threats(menace) given by the severe punishment is also self-evident. However, the criminal punishment should be commensurate with the responsibility of the offender and should not proceed towards a totalitarian criminal law that loses human dignity. The history of mankind, regardless of East and West, has already experienced totalitarian criminal law, and in the midst of it, the substantive truth has been ignored and many innocent people have been executed. Since the right of punishment, which can infringe on a person's life, body, or property, is a very serious power, it must be strictly controlled by the principle of the rule of law and must not be used in a direction contrary to important basic principles such as the principle of responsibility and the principle of proportionality. Punitivism is viewed as a tendency that emerged based on hostile criminal law thinking and to strengthen the sense of security based on exaggerated and distorted facts. Judging from a traditional punishment theory standpoint, the aforementioned punitive legislation and criminal policies are against human dignity, the principle of responsibility and proportionality, and run the risk of moving toward totalitarian criminal law. The extension of punishment and the strengthening of punishment may only have the effect of relieving the immediate legal sentiment, rather than being the fundamental solution in terms of social prevention. In the end, there is a high possibility that it will merely end up as ‘Threats(menace) for Threats’, even if we look at the cases of other countries. Therefore, punishment should not be determined based on vague criteria such as public opinion or legal sentiment. Moreover, criminal legislation should be implemented through a detailed review in line with the teleological aspects of general prevention and special prevention that conform to the principle of thorough accountability and proportionality. In this paper, we will examine the trend of punitivism widely spreading in recent criminal policies and the corresponding punishment theory.
