        The deposition amounts of Ferric that are naturally originated elements from earth crust. The rate was 14,993㎎/㎡ day at the rang yellow sand season, which was 20 times higher than at the ordinary times. Artifical earth crust element Cr were lower than the amount yellow sand an increase. Naturally originated elements origination, movment channel and mutual be close the correlations of elements each other and were lower than in artificially originated elements. Deposition amount of chang were higher before yellow sand, lower before yellow sand of origination, time were inverse proportion. The average concentration of liquefactive metals high, compare heavy matal and numerous of deposition amount. A1so gain liquefactive matal were rescattering numerous on account of little mass deduction.

      • 榮山江의 水質汚染에 관한 연구

        Water quality of Yeong San River was examined for 3 months from October 1. 1980 to December 1. 1980. For checking the water quality, 6 sampling positions were selected. The results we obtained are as follows. 1. The average for Yeong San River was 6.9∼7.6 of pH, 0.2∼7.3 ppm of Biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), 9∼236 ppm of Suspended solid (SS), 3.04∼1.59.26. ppm of Total Phosphate, 0.7∼24.62 ppm of Total. Nitrogen. 2. The phytoplankton identification in this survey period showed Cyanophyceae is 7 genera 9 species, Bacillariophyceae 14 genera 25 species and Chlorphyceae 21 genera 26 species: total 42 genera 60 species. 3. The results of biological water analysis were as follows: st. 1 was α msosaprobic and st.2 seemed to be oligosaprobic. St.3 was from α-mesosaprobicto β-mesosaprobic and st. 4 seemed to be β-mesosaprobic. St.5 was from β-mesosaprobic to oligosaprobic and st.6 seemed to be β-mesosaprobic. 4. To appear dominat algea there were Microcyctis, oscillatoria, Anabaena, Melosira, Nitzschia and Synedra.

        디지탈 이미지프로세싱을 이용한 자동외관검사장치 개발

        Basically, the idea underlying most edge-detection technique is the computation of a local derivative operator used for edge detection in gray level image. This concept can be easily illustrated with the aid of object which shows an image of a simple light on a dark background. Using the gray level profile along a horizontal scan line of the image, the first and second derivatives of it were acquired. This study is to develop an automatic measuring system based on the digital image processing which can be applied to the real time measurement of he characteristics of the ultra-thin thickness. The experimental results indicate tat the developed automatic inspection can be applied in real situation.

        The wide spread of multimedia sysrem deands a large viewing display device which can inform a message to many peoples in open area. This paper is about the design and simulating of a large viewing digital multi-wision control ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit). In this paper. the digital multi-vision ASIC has one channel of imput cideo signal wihich is compliance with CCIR-656 specification and four channels of output video signal which are compliance with CCIR-601 specificarion. It has 2 operating mode. The one is the pass-thro;ugh mode. input vido signal goes to output video signal without any change, and the another one is the expension mode, input video signal is expended by from 2 to 16 times into output video signal. In expension mode. awindow could be programmed and only the input video signal in the window is expended. The 0.6 micron CMOS sEA OF Gate is used to design the ASIC in amount of about 23,000 gates, and it is simulated at 48MHz.

      • 참돌꽃 근경의 항산화작용

        The purpose of this study was to determine the antioxidative effects of Rhodiola sachalinensis Rhodiola methanol extract was fractionated sequentially with dichloromethane and butanol. Each Rhodiola fraction (water, MeOH, BuOH and CH_2Cl_2 fractions) showed the potent superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, and had inhibitory effets on peroxide value of linoleic acid (40~57%) and lipid peroxidation (47~70%) in FE^2+/ascorbate system-induced rat liver microsome. Rhodiola methanol extract also recovered carbon tetrachloride-induced decrease in SOD by 42% and catalase activities by 50%, and had inhibitory effects (54%) on carbon tetrachloride-induced lipid peroxidation in rat liver microsome. These results suggest that Rhodiola sachalinensis has the antioxidative effects.

      • 광주천 본천상의 N-hexane 추출물에 관한 조사 연구

        Waste-water pollution of Kwangju river was examined for six months from May, 1983 to Oct, 1983. For checking the waste-water pollution, 5 sampling positions were selected from main river. The obtained results were as followings. 1) The concentration of N-hexane extraction matter in Kwangju river were increased gradually from 31.9ppm in July. 2) The average concentration of N-hexane extraction matter in mid-stream (sampling position in Kwangju bridge, Yangdong bridge and Kwangcheon bridge) was 12.4∼17.7ppm and in down stream(sampling position in Yuduck dong) was 23.6ppm. 3) In the relationship between N-hexane extraction matter and COD a strong and significant correlation coefficient(r=0.65) was calculated and the frequency distribute very closely along- the straight line equation, y=23.39x- 325.44. 4) From above facts the author found out that as the N-hexane extraction matter concentration in general river water coexist closely with other pollutant it is likely to be considered as new water pollution index.

      • 光州 同福水源池의 富營養化 현상과 Photoplankton의 계절적 발생에 관한 연구

        Eutrophication in the Lake Dongbock used as a source of water to Gwangju city was studied to examine the concentration of nutrients and distribution of phytoplanktons. Water sample was collected at 3 positions; surface water of influent area, lake center and pumping station from 18. May 1978 to 18. February 1980. A summary of the experimental results is shown as follows. (1) The phytoplankton identification in this investigation showed Cyanophyceae is 7 genera 8 species, Bacillariophyceae 16 genera 26 species and Chlorphyceae 16 genera 26 species; Total 39 genera 60 species. (2) To appear a dominated alge was Synedra, Melosira, Asterionella, Navicula, Gloecystis, Golenkia and Microcystis. (3) In the remarkly dominated specis of seasonal welfare s.p 1 and s.p 2, Synedra, Melosira, Asterionella and Gloecystis in spring- (May), and Microcystis, Aphanacapsa, Syrndra and Melosira in summer (Aug) occur the great deal of quantity, and is inclined to decrease in Autumn and Winter. (4) The concentration of nutrients for nitrogen and phosphorous was 1.124㎎/l and 0.775㎎/l. Because Melosira, Asterionella, Scenedesmus and Anabaena is occuring, it proved to be Eutrophic Lake. (5) As appearing indication of α and β mesosaprobic system; Anabaena, Microcystis, Oscillatoria, Melosira, Scnedesmus, Navicula and Antictrodesmus, the Lake Dong-bock continues to be a pollution.

        한국인 아동의 하악골 성장유형에 따른 안모변화에 관한 누년적 연구

        Vertical and horizontal growth occur in the craniofacial complex which ensues continuous changes in facial morphology, until the end of active growth period. Longitudinal study for individual is essential, in the research on growth and development, however, the difficulties in obtaining long term subjects in Korea, the research has been limited. The author analyzed the cephalometric roentgenogrems of 43 boys and 47 girls taken from the ages 6 to 10. The subjects were divided into 3 groups according to SN-MP angle and 2 groups according to gonial angle. In this longitudinal study, 21 variables were measured. The obtained results were as follows: 1. SN-MP angle and gonial angle had no significant changes in each group with age. 2. With age, facial convexity of hard tissue decreased in all groups, facial angle of hard tissue increased in low SN-MP angle group, but facial convexity of soft tissue had no significant changes in all groups with age. 3. In comparison of high SN-MP angle group and low SN-MP angle group, the former had greater facial convexity and smaller facial angle than the latter. 4. SN-MP angle and the ratio of posterior dental height to anterior dental height had reverse correlation in all groups. 5. High gonial angle group revealed larger SN-MP angle, anterior dental height, facial convexity, but smaller mandibular length, and the ratio of posterior dental height to anterior dental height compared with low gonial angle group.

      • 쪽거리 차원을 통한 다공질규소의 미세구조 분석

        p형 단결정 규소 웨이퍼를 불화수소 용액속에서 전류밀도와 양극반응 시간을 변화시켜 다공질규소를 제작하고, 그 질량을 측정한 후 이 값으로부터 다공도와 쪽거리(fractal)차원을 계산하였다. 그 결과 양극반응 시간이 일정한 경우 다공도는 전류밀도에 비례하였다. 그리고 전류밀도가 일정한 경우 여러 양극반응 시간의 데이터로부터 얻은 쪽거리 차원은 일정하였다. 또한 쪽거리 차원은 불화수소의 농도 증가에 따라 감소하였다. 이같은 실험 결과를 퍼짐한계침전(diffusion limited deposition) 모형으로 계산된 2차원 컴퓨터 시늉내기(simulation) 결과와 비교 분석하였다. 시늉내기 결과 다공도는 퍼짐거리에 비례하였으며, 쪽거리 차원은 퍼짐거리와 반비례하였다. 이때 퍼짐거리는 전류밀도에 비례하고 불화수소의 농도에 반비례하는 물리량이므로 정성적으로 실험 결과와 일치하였다. 그러나 쪽거리 차원이 증가함에 따라 다공도가 감소되는 결과는 실험결과와 상반되었다. Porous silicon layers were fabricated with various conditions of HF concentration and current density. And their masses were measured. From these data, the porosity and fractal dimension were estimated and analyzed. We found that the porosity was proportional to the current density when the anodic reaction time was fixed and the constant values of fractal dimension could be estimated from a series of data with fixed HF concentration. The values of fractal dimension were decreased with increasing HF concentration. The obtained porosity and fractal dimension were compared with the 2-dimensional computer simulation based on diffusion limited deposition model. According to the simulation, the porosity was proportional to the diffusion length and the fractal dimension was inversely proportional to the diffusion length. Since, the diffusion length is proportional to current density and inversely proportional to base concentration, our experimental data qualitatively agreed with the results from the simulation. The porosity obtained by experiments, however, was not consistent with the results by simulation.

      • 폐농양 및 복부농양을 일으킨 Eikenella corrodens 감염 2예 : Two Case Reports and Review

        Eikenella corrodens is a slowly growing, facultative anaerobic gram-negative bacillus. It is a normal inhabitant of the human upper respiratory tract, and it is recognized as an infrequent cause of invasive disease. To date, a few cases of E. corrodens infection were noted from all other organ. We report herein two cases of E. corrodens infection. In one case E. corrodens was isolated in the lung abscess and in the other case it was in the appendiceal abscess. The patients were treated empirically with penicillin G. The results of the bacterial culture and sensitivity test were available with it. The patients were discharged 15 days later with marked improvement after treatment. Our report clearly demonstrates that E. corrodens can be the pathogen of lung abscess and intraabdominal abscess. We reviewed descriptions from the literature of infections caused by E. corrodens.
