It might be considered as difficult process to apply current researching technology to the fields of agriculture. Before the 80’s, distributing brochures and pamphlet and direct visits to farmers were the only means used for research. But as society evolved, so did the methods. Media began to its place in the process. This study’s main objective was to identify how farmers solve the problem on farming itself and also on how they improve customersatisfaction. The Service Consultation Center of Rural Development Administration totaled up 19,666 cases of farmers’s inquiries on 2010 by internet surveys,phone-calls and by post. Customer satisfaction scored highest on horticulture (39.5%), being followed by rice(23.2%) and other crops.
광학위성 영상품질요건에 따른 시스템 미소진동 분석 및 할당

고해상도 지구관측위성에 사용되는 반작용 휠 및 안테나 지향장치와 같은 구동기에서 유발하는 미소진동은 광학 초점면간 상대운동을 발생시켜, 위성 영향품질 저하를 초래하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 지구관측 위성의 영상품질요건을 기준으로 시스템 수준 미소진동 요건을 정의하는 방법과 세부요건할당, 시스템 미소진동 해석 및 검증을 위한 일반적인 절차를 소개하고자 한다. The image motion at the focal plane due to micro-excitation from driving devices such as RWA and Antenna Pointing Mechanism, can deteriorate the image quality especially for the high resolution imaging satellite. In the paper, we describe how to establish system micro-vibration requirements based on image quality requirement of Earth Observation Satellite and how to break down properly system requirements to each micro-vibration sources. And then the general procedure of system micro-vibration analysis and verification is presented.

Forage barley was developed for decreasing the import of forages, and increasing the farmer’ income about ten years ago. Nevertheless of higher of farmer’ income, the forage barley’ area is slowly increased because of lacking of barely seeds. In order to suggest the plan of the urgent spreading on forage barley, the seed-gathering of forage barley was cultivated on 14-provinces and 291ha on 2009. The cultivation area of kyeungnam, kyeungbuk and chunnam province was more than other provence. The youngyang cultivar was cultivated more than orher cultivar. Seed-gathering amount of Youngyang, Uhoo and Yooyun cultiva was 364,213 and 303MT respectively. There were several problems for seed-gathering of forage barley which were the delay of seeding time and the more seeding amount, and the higher seed drying temperature than that of standard manual.
