        The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of cardiorespiratory function of archers on the scores of archery game. 12male and 13female who took part in 81th National Athletic Game as representative archery players of Busan city were selected for this study. They were performed maximal exercise load test for analysis of cardiorespiratory function. The scores analyzed and the records of archery game were used for calculating the coefficient of correlation. Major results of this study were as follows: 1. The variables of anaerobic exercise capacity did not affect on 30m distance shooting record in archery game. 2. The breath holding, VO^2 of 5min at recovery phase, RQ at static state affected on hooting record of 50m distance in archery game of male as well. and VO^2 ml/kg/min of all-out phase and that of 5min at recovery phase, O^2pulse of 5min at recovery phase affected on shooting record of 50m distance in archery game of female respectively. 3. BF of all-out phase affected on shooting record of 60m distance in archery game of female. 4. RQ at static state, BF of all-out phase, BF of 5min at recovery phase, O^2pulse at static state affected on shooting record of 70m distance in archery game of male as well. VO^2 of all-out phase, VCO^2 of 5min at all-out phase, VO^2㎖/㎏/min of all-out phase, and O^2pulse of all-out phase affected on shooting record of 70m distance in archery game of female respectively. 5. The breath holding, HR at all-out phase, VE at static state, RQ at static state, BF at all-out phase, BF of 5min at recovery phase. and O^2pulse at static state affected on shooting record of 90m distance in archery game of male as well. 6. The breath holding, HR at all-out phase, VO^2 of 5min at recovery phase, RQ at static state, BF value of all-out phase, and O^2pulse at static state affected on total score of archery game in male as well. BF value of all-out phase, VO^2 ㎖/㎏/min value of all-out phase, and O^2pulse a all-out phase affected on total score of archery game in female respectively.

      • 기존 조직과 비교를 통한 가상조직의 특성에 관한 연구

        요즘 사회에서 정보는 현대 경영 환경에서 가장 중요한 자원이 되었다. 컴퓨터를 사용하는 정보기술은 조직구조를 조직하부로부터 재조직하고 있다. 이러한 상황은 ″가상기업″이라는 새로운 개념을 만들어 내게 되었다. 본 논문의 목적은 정보화 사회에 기업의 경쟁력을 극대화할 것으로 예상되는 가상기업의 모델을 제시하고 그 특징을 조직론적 입장에서 연구하는데 있다. 가상기업의 모델 제시와 조직적 우수성을 입증하려는 이유는 가상기업의 도입으로 기업이 현재와 미래에 효과적이고 효율적으로 경영을 할 수 있는 조직을 구성하게 됨을 보이는 것이다. 제2장은 아직 초기 단계의 개념인 가상기업의 개념 정립을 하였다. 먼저 인터넷 자료와 문헌 연구를 통하여 가상기업에 대한 모델을 제시하였고 모델에서는 기존 연구들을 종합하여 가상기업의 정의를 내리고 정의를 중심으로 특징과 단점을 제시하였다. 제3장은 가상기업의 사례를 조사하여 분석하였다. 제조업체 2개사와 서비스업체 1개사를 조사하였다. 이를 통해 가상기업의 특징으로 제시한 부분을입증하였다. 제 4장에서는 가상기업이 이루는 조직이 기존의 조직보다 우수성을 가짐을 Galbraith가 제시한 조직을 설계하는 요소들을 현대적인 입장에서 다시 구성하여 이를 기준으로 Minzberg가 분류한 조직의 유형들과 비교하여 분석하였다. 제 5장은 결론으로 전체내용의 요약과 본 논문의 공헌과 약점 그리고 앞으로의 연구방향을 기술하였다. Nowadays, information is the most important resource in modern management environments. Information technology using computer reorganizes the organization structure from the bottom. This situation makes new concept ″Virtual Corporation″ . The purpose of this paper is to present the model of Virtual Corporation which will have competitive advantages in information society and account organizational efficiency and show how to build the Virtual Conporation In chapter two. We synthesize existing researches and present model of Virtual Corporation and characteristics. Also I present the risk of virtual corporation to show week points of Virtual Corporation. In chapter three analysis three Virtual Corporation cases and shows organizational effectiveness and efficiency of Virtual Corporation. The factors of organization design, given by Dr. Galbraith, are restructured by our point of view and compared with other organizational structures that are given by Dr. Minzberg. In chapter five, the conclusion is summarized. Also we present this research′s contributions, weak points and future study.

      • Characterization of a Constitutive β-Lactamase from a Pseudomonas aeruginosa

        Objective : We analyzed some physicochermical chracteristics of a constitutive β-lactamase from a clinical isolate of a Pseudomonas aeruginosa which resistant to various β-lactams except imipenem and susceptible to aminoglycosides the proportion of its contribution to such resistance profile. Method : 1. Antimicrobial susceptibility test was done by the broth dilution method. 2. In hibition profile was done using EDTA, HgCl₂ and p-chloromercuribenzoate (pCMB). We also measured 50% inhibitory concentration(IC??) using β-lactamase inhibitors, such as clavulanic acid, sulbactam. 3. Kinetics study for substrate profile was performed by spectrophotometric assay using crude extracts and various antimicrobial agents. Relative hydropysis rates were determined. 4. The isoelectric point(pI) was determined by isoelectric focusing. The molecular weight was estimated by SDS-polycrylamide gel electrophoresis. Results : 1. The strain was resistant to ceftriaxone, sulperazon, piperacillin, ceftazidime, and aztreonam, while it was susceptible to gontamicin, tobramycin, amikacin and imipenem. 2. The β-lactamase was not inhibited by EDTA, and pCMB, whereas it was inhibited by HgCI₂. The IC?? of clavulanic acid was over 100μM and that of sulbactam was 22μM. 3. The relative maximal hydrolysis rate was calculated by setting V_(max) for cephaloridine at 100. The enzyme hydrolyzed cephalosporins more rapidly than penicillins. 4. The pI was 9.3 by isoelectric focusing. The molecular weight was estimated to be 40kDa. Conclusion : According to its substrate profile, pI and molecular weight, the β-lactamase from a clinical isolate of P. aeruginosa was a cephalosporinase belonging to group 1 in the Bush-Jacoby-Medeiros classification scheme.

        보조공학기기 이용실태 및 서비스 희망에 대한 심층면접

        목적 : 구직장애인, 장애인공무원과 지원을 많이 받아보지 않은 사업주를 대상으로 심층면접을 통해 보조공학기기 이용실태 및 서비스 희망을 조사하고, 이를 통하여 앞으로 보조공학서비스 서비스 방향을 제안하고자 조사하였다 연구방법 : 심층면접의 대상자는 장애인공무원, 구직장애인, 사업주로 분류하여 반구조화된 가이드라인 설문을 구성하였다. 면접 대상은 설문조사를 위한 모집단 중 무작위로 추출하여 면담 조사에 협조를 약속한 대상자 사업주 7명, 구직장애인 7명, 장애인공무원 5명을 대상으로 총 19명이 응답에 참여하였다. 결과 : 수집된 자료는 질적 분석 절차를 통해 보조공학기기의 사용경험, 보조공학기기 신청경험 또는 개인적 구입경험, 장애유형에 관련된 보조공학기기의 사용경험여부 및 인식조사, 보조공학서비스에 대한 인식정도 및 이용경험과 보조공학서비스 방향과 추가로 제공을 희망하는 서비스 내용 5가지의 주제가 도출되었다. 결론 : 보조공학서비스의 보다 효율적인 운영방식을 고려해야 할 것이며, 보조공학서비스를 할 때 구입이나 사후 관리도 보다 사용자 중심에서 서비스 제공이 필요할 것이다. Objective : The purpose of this study was to provide the information about the actual demand and use of assistive technology among people with disabilities who not received assistive technology service. Methods : In-depth interview subjects were government officials with disable, disabled job seekers, and employers hiring workers with disabilities. We made up the semi-structure guidelines question with group into three classes. We asked for an interview with subjects that choose samples at random. Results : These results show five themes related to use and application experience in assistive technology, the awareness of assistive technology service, and the demand to make of assistive technology service. Conclusion : In conclusion, we suggests that they want to be included assistive technology services target and replied use of those assistive devices will help them to get a job or to improve work efficiency and capacity.

        화학물질 누출에 의한 대량재해 : Methyl Isocyanate 누출을 중심으로

        Background: We are in the edge of some human made disasters such as hazardous materials and air pollution, for example, the world news reported that the city of Bhopal, India had serious victims related with a leaking out of the chemical materials, Methyl Isocyanate and many people in India were killed by. These situations many people who live in this world are world are worrying about are not others, but just ours and people consider about that kind of the disasters are the possible situation to happen to all the people. Therefore, we performed this basic study to recognize the risk of Methyl Isocyanate leak accident and to prepare local disaster plan with EMS system. Method : Trace 8.0, a simulation software made by the U.S. company Safer System was used as a tool to estimate the diffusion distance, area and its victims at the concentrations of 0.02ppm, 0.2ppm 5ppm respectively for an assumed B-city of 2 hundred thousands population count in which was presumed 500kg Methyl Isocyanate gas to leak out. Results : 1. During 1 hour, maximum diffusion distances of 0.02ppm 0.2ppm and 5ppm were 5.41km, 1.61km and 0.29km respectively on the plume impact. 2. Maximum population counts influenced by Methyl Isocyanate gas at the concentrations of 0.02ppm 0.2ppm and 5ppm were 40838, 4346 and 222 on the plume impact, while those were 138238, 17261 and 1588 on the vulnerability impact, respectively. 3. Therefore, 17261 persons must put on respiratory device and 138283 persons must be evacuated to safety place within 1 hour. Conclusions : Only small amount leak of Methyl Isocyanate may cause tremendous chemical disaster in urban area so its disaster plan must be prepared with an accident simulation program and Material Safety Data Sheets(MSDS). Especially, nearby emergency center of an industrial complex must have a strong position about preparation of chemical disaster plan and perform a disaster dill of hazardous material accident annually.

        노인 스트레스 반응에 관한 연구

        The main objectives of this study were to analyse the stress response and so as to provide basic data to develop stress managing nursing intervention program for elderly. The subjects were 350 elders over 65 years old who lives in Seoul. Kwang-Ju. Yang-Ju Gun Kyung-ki Do, Ui-Jung Bu, and Young-Am Kun, Jeun-Ra Nam Do. And the data of 331 elders(94%) were analyzed. Symptoms of stress(SOS) scale which used to measure the stress response for elderly and cronbach's α of the scale is .9495 on this study. Data were collected between January and March in 1996 and analyzed using the SPSS Win 8.o. The result are as follows: 1. The total mean of the stress response for elderly was 1.04 which is higher than other adult groups. The range of means on 10 subscales of stress response were .77-.1.45, which the subscale of central nervous system was the highest and peripheral symptoms was the lowest 2. There was significant difference in the stress response among sex, age, pocket money, living with spouse or son, disease or not, perceived health status. The above findings indicated the stress response in higher tan adult group and plausibility of the adopting stress managing nursing intervention for elderly. There should be further studies developing the stress response scale according to characteristics of stress for elderly. In addition, considering results of this study family is very important factor as managing of stress response, so it is needed to consider family in implementary nursing intervention program to manage stress response.

      • 임팩트시 테니스 라켓 재질의 차이에 따른 근전도 분석

        The purpose of this paper is to select 7 male athletes and female athletes of high school, and to compare their active potential differences of upper arm muscles according to characteristic of a racket. the results obtained are as follows: 1. According to the accumulative distribution rate of racket material, graphite and wood material show better efficiency in case of brachio radialis muscle of male athletes, but the racket material shows no constant efficiency in brachii radialis muscle of female athletes. In case of flexor carpi radialis muscle, wood material provides better efficiency only for male athletes. In case of triceps brachii muscle, wood material gives better efficiency to males athletes and steel material gives better efficiency to females athletes. Especially in case of biceps brachii muscle, neither male nor female athletes are influenced by racket materials at impact. 2. In the muscle load rate according to racket material, wood has the highest muscle active potential and graphite has the lowest active potential. Therefore, graphite is thoght to be better in the efficiency of muscle load rate.

      • Clinical Significance of Tissue Levels of Matrix Metalloproteinases and Tissue Inhibitors of Metalloproteinases in Gastric Cancer

        목적: 본 연구는 암의 침윤과 전이에 필수적인 기질단백분해효소(matrix metalloproteinases, MMPs)와 억제인자(tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase, TIMPs)의 발현정도를 위암의 생검조직에서 확인하고 임상적, 병리학적 소견과의 상관관계를 분석하여 임상적 유용성을 평가하고자 하였다. 방법: 2003년 8월부터 2004년 7월까지 본원에서 위암으로 진단되어 근치적 치료를 받은 30명의 환자를 대상으로 하였다. 조직은 위내시경 검사시 정상 점막 및 암으로 진단한 병변에서 생검겸자를 이용하여 얻었다. 역전사중합효소연쇄반응(RT-PCR)을 이용하여, 정상조직을 기준으로 암조직에서의 MMP-W, MMP-9, MT1-MMP, TIMP-1, TIMP-2의 발현정도를 반정량법으로 비교하였다. 결과: MT1-MMP의 발현정도는 위암의 분화도, 림프혈관계 침윤, 림프절 전이 및 암의 병기와 유의한 상관관계가 있었다.(p<0.05). 그 외의 MMP-2, MMP-9, TIMP-1,TIMP-2의 발현은 임상적 소견과 유의한 관계를 보이지않았다. 결론: 반정량적 역전사중합효소연쇄반응을 이용하여 MT1-MMP의 발현 증가 유무를 확인하는 것은 위암의 공격적 특성을 예측하는데 유용할 것으로 생각되며, 이러한 검사는 수술 전에 얻어진 생검조직을 이용하여 가능하므로 암의 공격성에대한 정보를 수술 전에제공할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
