        달리기 動作의 生體力學的 分析

        This dissertation makes use of kinematic and kinetic method to analyze running movement with a 16mm high speed camera, a force platform, and E. M. G. system. The subjects for the research were 6 high school students, 2 of whom were skilled walking racers, 2 skilled runners, and 2 unskilled average persons of different sexes. The mechanism of running movement was measured by a motion analyzer, a force platform and E. M. G. system. After analyzing the data from those sources, the following conclusions were made: 1) The difference between the skilled and the unskilled could be presented by how high he or she could pick their heels up to the thigh level and how small an angle of the hip articulation he or she could make. So the runner needs to improve the flexion and extension ability of the hip, knee and ankle. 2) To flex the hip and knee articulation while running means to make rapid revolutions per minute of the lower part of the body through lessening the inertia of the revolutions (gravitation x radius). 3) The curve of G. R. F. seemed to be the average supporting time was 0.20 second. The shorter the supporting time the better it was proved to be. 4) The most desirable G. R. F. for long-distance runners was the rearfoot striking. The proceeding G. R. F. at the 50% latter part of supporting phase was analyzed as one of the most effective from the kinematic point of view. 5) In running, the walking racers and the runners were shown to have stronger vastus loteralis, while the lay students, stronger vastus medialis.

        This study was designed to analyze a total of 9 laps time of 75 leading marathoners who ran the whole distance at the various international marathon races within 2 hours and 9 minutes in 2000 to 2003. The subjects included 3 Korean marathoners(A group), 20 Japanese marathoners(B group) and 52 Multination marathoners(C group). The results of the study were as the follows: 1.         줄넘기 인증 프로그램을 활용한 학교스포츠클럽활동이 초등학생의 신체적 자기개념과 건강체력 변화에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 초등학생을 대상으로 줄넘기 인증 프로그램을 활용한 학교스포츠클럽활동을 운영했을 때 초등학생들의 신체적 자기개념변화와 건강체력향상에 미치는 효과를 규명하고 이를 바탕으로 줄넘기 운동의 효과성을 파악하여 초등학생들의 줄넘기 지도를 위해 도움을 주는 방향을 제시하며, 학교스포츠클럽활동 활성화의 기초를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 울산광역시에 소재하고 있는 M초등학교를 모집단으로 설정하고 학교스포츠클럽 줄넘기부 활동에 참여하고 있는 실험반과 비교반 학생들을 대상으로 신체적 자기개념에 대한 설문조사와 건강체력을 측정하여 사전·사후검사 결과를 비교하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS 13.0을 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, t-검정을 실시하였 고, 줄넘기 인증 프로그램을 통해 초등학교 현장에 학교스포츠클럽활동의 적용실태를 파악하였으며, 이를 토대로 줄넘기를 활용하여 학교스포츠클럽활동을 활성화할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다. 학교스포츠클럽활동 프로그램의 적용을 통해 초등학생의 신체적 자기개념과 건강체력 변화에 대한 효과를 분석하고 초등학교 체육교과 수업 및 학교스포츠클럽활동에 체계적이고 효과적으로 줄넘기를 활용하기 위한 교수전략을 제공하기 위해 10개월 동안 연구한 결론은 다음과 같다. 1) 줄넘기 인증 프로그램을 통해 학생들의 줄넘기 운동에 대한 관심이 높아졌으며, 신체적 자기개념 변화가 나타난 것은 연간지도계획 수립 및 초등학생 특성에 맞는 줄넘기 프로그램의 개발과 같이 학생들의 관심을 유도할 수 있도록 학생, 학부모, 지도교사 모든 교육주체가 관심을 가지고 노력을 했으며, 수요자인 학생들의 요구를 받아들여 지속적으로 운동에 참가할 의지를 갖도록 동기를 부여해 줄 수 있었기 때문인 것으로 나타났다. 2) 줄넘기 인증 프로그램을 활용한 학교스포츠클럽활동 줄넘기부 활동에 참여한 실험반 학생들의 건강체력에 변화가 나타난 것은 10단계로 구분되어 있는 줄넘기 인증 프로그램을 통해 자신의 운동능력을 파악하여 줄넘기활동을 수행한 결과 자신의 체력 변화정도와 결과를 바로 알 수 있었던 점과 단계에 따른 체력인증서 수여와 같은 피드백 활동 때문인 것으로 나타났다. The intention of this research is to get a line on elementary school students' changing physical self description, and their improving physical strength. This is based on understanding the effects of using the jump-roping approval program, providing the direction for the children's rope-jumping, offering the basis of the activation in a school sports club activity. I compare the results of a preliminary inspection and a post facto inspection through the measuring of a questionnaire in physical perception and of physical strength as the object of the study in students participating in an experimental class and a comparison class. The analysis of the survey used a primary factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-official approval using SPSS 13.0, and grasped the actual application condition through the program testimony of jump-roping in an actual elementary school. Based on this, I was achieved a program of activation in school sports club activity using jump-roping. Through the application of a school sports club activity, analyzing the students' physical self description changes, improving their physical strength, providing a teaching strategy using jump-roping, I come to a conclusion about physical exercise subject lessons and school sports club activities more systematically and effectively for this research of 10 months. 1) Using the approval of jump-roping program, students are concerned about the exercise of jump-roping, changing students' physical self description, changing everyone who helps the students, parents of students, teachers interested in leading the interests of the students like founding an annual guidance plan and developing a jump-roping program making the most of students' characteristics, accepting the requests of students and motivating the purpose of participation in exercise continuously. 2) The change of physical strength among the students of the experimental class joining in school sports club activity of jump-roping, using the jump-roping approval program, can be learned by knowing the outcome in their strength change. Feedback activity, like giving a strength approval certificate according to the stages, and carrying out the understanding of their own exercising ability through the 10 stages of the jump-roping approval program is also very helpful. The purpose of this study is to analyze the condition of application of learning through play which is used for instruction in elementary and secondary schools. Play could be one of the most efficient learning ways to have the students motivated for science and for them to study actively.

        The purpose of this research is to prescribe the effect of leadership behavior on the satisfaction of team member. Subject consist of 357 players in 9 kind of sports belonging to highschool in Pusan. After those analyses of the data, the following conclusion could be drawn: 1. The leadership behavior significantly affect on satisfaction of team member is social support. 2. In case of female players, social support of leadership behavior significantly affect on satisfaction of team member. 3. In case of female players, training and instruction significantly affect on satisfaction of team member. 4. In case of individual sports players, social support significantly affect on satisfaction of team member. 5. In case of team sports players, democratic behavior significantly affect on satisfaction of team member.
