      • 인라인 스케이트 T300m 출발동작시 신체중심과 하지관절의 속도 분석

        This study is to present more effective starting skills through analysis of kinematic characteristics of starting motions in 300m Time Trials of Inline Skating. To achieve the goal, 6 athletes, 3 in the national team and 3 in business teams were chosen and their starting motions were examined with three-dimensional image analyses. The results of analyses in regard of speed of the body center and linear velocity of articulations of lower limbs by sections of starting motions are as follows: 1) Acceleration in the starting section is determined by the speed and the position of bodily center at the moment of leaving the ground not by the aerial movements. In case of the central position, though it is effective to reduce the air resistance by lowering the upper part of the body maximumly, it is reasonable to accelerate by raising the upper part of the body to some degree for the running posture at the lower speed in the starting section. At the lower speed in the starting section, since the push-off motions are made with the front part of skates at a point, not while gliding, the angle in the articulations of lower limbs is bigger. This shows that the faster changes from the running posture to the gliding skills is made, the more effective motions can be made. 2) At the moment of starting, acceleration by reducing the angles of knees to increase safety on the ground is reasonable, but wheels should touch more with the ground to minimize the impact and friction of skates. In the starting section, it is efficient to minimize the period of time in touching the ground. For this, it is necessary to train for taking motions without slippage while touching the ground. 3) While 3 athletes in business teams kicked the ground as running right after the starting, the others in the national team slid on the ground. As the number of steps increased, the movable speed changed quickly. Thus the movable speed of athletes in the national team indicated big differences in two to three steps. If these factors are well supported, the push-away starting method might be better than the running starting method in terms of improvement of records.

        라인댄스와 근력운동을 이용한 복합트레이닝이 고령자의 P300에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of a combined exercise training of line dance and weight training on the behavioral control functions of older adults. To fulfill the purpose of the study, this study conducted an experiments with 10 elderly people in good health. The elderly people participated 12-week period of a combination exercise while the college students did not participate in any combined exercise). After 12-week of training, both groups were tested with P300 which reflects cognitive functions as psycho-physiological index. The participants of this study were voluntarily participating in the exercise program provided by a university "S" located in the City of "B". For the data analysis, this study used descriptive statistics of each factor and repeated ANOVA with using a statistics program which is WIN SPSS-22.0. The results of the study were as the followings. First, the comparison of the peak values of P300 of the brain waves between the elderly group and the student group showed that the general college students were higher in every domain than the elderly group except for the area of Cz. Second, the average response time of the brain wave between the two groups showed that the time of the elderly group was higher. Therefore, it is suggested that the electro-myographic response time of the elderly people that reflects the pivotal factor of potential P300 which reflects the information processing in the brain showed a delay, and therefore their experience of exercise play a part in improving brain functions of older adults. In conclusion, the combination exercise for the elderly people affected significantly on the electro-myographic response time, and the time even exceed the young people’s response time.

        This study has executed the precedent and example research to emphasize our recognition on the importance of dance production. In the precedent research, it has analyzed effects, on the basis of composition, picturization, movement(Korea Culture Arts Promotion, 1987), rhythm(Woi-sun, Pak) of the performance from a piece of work, Giselle, as well as the application for producing methods. It is considered that the productions much easily understood by the audience are even more important than the dancing itself by a dancer. However, it has become less professional since the dancer should perform dancing and producing at the same time, taking into consideration of a domestic circumstance and study hasn't been made esp. in drama dances or creation dances as much as it is required. In the long run, it will become a turning point rapidly to improve the domestic dancing world if it begins to train not only professional dancers for production but dancers and choreographers.

        접착성(接着性) 레진 세멘트가 가견치수조직(家犬齒髓組織)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the pulpal responses of dental adhesive resins. A total of 40 cavities of the permanent healthy teeth from 4 dogs were prepared. In the experimental group, the cavities were etched for 1 minute with citric acid and filled with experimental resins (ie. Super-Bond C & B$^{(R)}$). In the control group, the cavities were filled with calcium hydroxide base materials (ie. Dycal$^{(R)}$) without etching. The dogs were sacrificed at one, two, three and four weeks after the time of filling and the specimens were routinely prepared and stained with Hematoxylin-Eosin. The microscopic findings were as follows: Infiltration of inflammatory cells was not observed in both experimental and control groups. Change in the odontoblastic layer was not observed in all control groups but severe swelling was observed in deep dental pulp tissue of the control two and three week cases. Pulp tissue was recovered with plenty of fibrous component in the control four week case and reparative dentin formation was not occurred in all cases. Slight changes of the odontoblastic layer beneath the cavity were observed in the experimental one week case. In experimental two and three week cases, swelling of deep pulp tissue was increased and localized reparative dentin formation was observed. In the experimental four week case, odontoblastic layer was recovered with regular appearance and fibrous component of the pulp was increased, but reparative dentin formation was not evident.

        This research gropes for efficient teaching and studying method of physical education training courses to achieve the revised 7th physical education training courses successfully, and the summarized conclusions that studied on the basis of the 7th training courses contents are as follows. 1. The 7th training courses were enforced by choosing method of 'Part correction' which is remaining advantages of the 6th training courses. 2. Described of general 'Character' part of physical education subkect so that can be understood more clearly. 3. 'Target' were composed to set the standard suitable for characteristic of a physical education subject(which is applied to the period of people commonness basic education) and a physical health subject (which is general option subject of high school 2 or 3 grade) to reflect the aspects of function, knowledge and attitude evenly. 4. 'Contents' part could rekindle root meaning of country level training courses, and can reflect the property of community teacher, student choosing smallest essential commonness contents according to grade by selecting the concept of essential and option. 5. 'Teaching and studying way and rating' part were described as definite and specific and systematical as possible, dividing tiems into 8 area that should be considered in progress of effective class.

        복합운동이 대학생들의 신체조성과 건강관련체력에 미치는 영향

        This study was intended to investigate the effects of combined training on health-related fitness in college students. For this purpose, the healthy young male volunteers having no regular exercise training completed eight-weeks' combined training (jogging + weight training). The results were described as follows; 1) Body weight was 1.10㎏ lower than baseline. Body fat mass 3.15㎏ lower than baseline. Percent body fat and body mass index decreased significantly by 4.21%, 0.48% respectively(p<.05). Lean body mass and percent lean body mass were 2.05㎏, 2.01% higher than baseline respectively. But, there were no statistically significant changes. 2) O2max 0.10ℓ/min higher than baseline. O2max/㎏/min increased significantly(p<.05) by 3.50㎖/㎏/min, and then with the increases of back muscle strength-8.46㎏, grasping power-3.03㎏, trunk flexion-3.26㎝, trunk extension backward-4.47㎝, and situp-8.43times(p<.05, p<.05, p<.01, p<.01), it might be thought that health-related fitness improved. In conclusion, it might be thought that combined exercise training composed of jogging and weight training improved the levels of body composition and health-related fitness in male college subjects.

        노쇠진행예방을 위한 운동효과분석

        PURPOSE: Frailty is a condition of weakness that includes an enhanced hazards of drawback and disability in elderly people. It is featured by reduced physical fitness, and also recognized as reduced psycho·physiological and immunological functions. Therefore, we need to develop more efficient methods to detect frailty and also needs to prevent and treat frailty. METHODS: PubMed database was searched from January to April 2019 using predefined search terms “elderly and frailty”, “elderly and exercise”. Based on reference search, 89 articles were identified whereas 40 papers (22 references) met the inclusion criteria and were well connected with frailty and exercise. We analyzed the connections between exercise and frailty with many variables, and dealt with frailty-prevention exercise programs in the main text. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: With aging, decreased skeletal muscle power, malnutrition, feeling of loneliness, fall, and osteoporosis were identified with an important factors to frailty. Among these, osteoporosis and related frailty fractures are a serious health problem in the elderly frailty. Osteoporosis is the most prevalent and major bone disorder, which is featured by progressive bone weakening and an increased risk of frailty fractures especially in the frail elderly. And also, physiotherapy can play a vital role in the management and intervention following frailty fractures. Osteoanabolic exercise (aerobic, resistance, and combined) also recommended to prevent, management and treatment of bone mineral density of osteoporotic females and frail elderly. More studies are urgently needed to determine which mode and duration exercises were best suited and effective for frail elderly.
