병리검사 처방오류 개선 시스템 구축

문제: 조직병리검사의 처방이 복잡하고 전문화됨에 따라 오류처방이 빈번하게 발생되고 이를 해결하기위한 프로세스가 복잡하여 부서간의 갈등과 업무의 가중, 또한 병원 수입 감소가 초래되었다. 목적: 발생된 오류처방의 유형과 발생율, 오류처방을 해결하기 위한 프로세스를 파악하여 이에 대한 문제점을 개선하여 업무의 효율성과 관련부서간의 부가업무 감소와 갈등해소, 더불어 병원수익을 향상시키는 것에 목표를 두고 활동하였다. 의료기관: 서울시에 소재한 종합병원 질 향상 활동: 조직병리검사 처방의 오류처방 발생 원인과 유형, 발생율을 조사하여 원인을 파악하고 개선을 위한 프로세스를 구축하여 질 향상을 도모하였다. 개선효과: 수술실에서 의뢰한 외과 입원환자의 일반조직병리검사 오류율은 개선 전 7.8%에서 개선 후 3.5%, 동결절편조직검사 오류율은 개선 전 28.6%에서 개선 후 0%로 이전보다 모두 개선되었다. 또한 수술실 간호사의 업무 만족도는 일반조직병리검사의 처방시 95%, 동결절편조직검사 처방시 90%로 높은 만족도를 보였다. 단 병리과의 경우 업무가 증가됨에 따라 초과근무시간이 증가하였다.

This shudy is that the jumping decathlon for the effect of training had introduced by Derek Boosey was applied to relatively excellent athletes for improving the specific physical fitness of jumpers, and their record was measured, in case their materials will be compared, analyzed definitely, as follows ; 1) Jumper(Long Jumper, Triple, High Jumper, Pole Vault)in the excellent group in all the terms, especially. They are above-average in 2 hop step & jump, 2 hop 2 step & jump, 2 hop 2 step & 2 jump and so on, but they are below-average at run 4 hop & jump. Therefore, in all the items, there is p〈0.001 difference between two groups. 2) jumper, in the average athletes group, excel slightly in the 2 hop step & jump, 2 hop 2 step & jump, 2 hop 2 step & 2 jump. But they don't excel at most of all items there is p〈0.001 difference between two groups. In conclusion, our country (Korea) jumping athletes are inferior to those of the average world in the specific physical fitness. And the specific physical fitness is closely related to each item each other, because of the similarity of the specific physical fitness element. This element is very important requisite to improve the record of the jumping. In consideration of this result, if we make use of this fundamental mat on training, this materials will be helpful to improve the specific physical fitness of jumpers.

유도 지도자들의 직무만족이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

This research was done to study and analyze the effects of job satisfaction and organizational commitment of judo directors. Also, to see what kind of characteristics show according to demographic properties. Furthermore, develop a academic basis for enhancing the quality of welfare, improving the effectiveness of teaching and strengthening organizational potency of judo instructors. In order to meet the purpose of this study, 192 subjects were analyzed. These subjects were chosen from private gyms, school judo teams and corporate judo teams having a minimum of 3 years experience in judo coaching.『Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire: MSQ』co-developed by Weiss, Dawis, England & Lofguist(1967) and 'three-component model of organizational commitment(emotional commitment, preserved commitment, normative commitment)' made by Meyer & Allen(1997) were customized to use as a tools to gather data. The retrieved data was computed by a statistical program called SPSS window 12.0 and was statistically analyzed by the purpose of the research. A one-way ANOVA was performed to verify the differences in job satisfaction and organizational commitment with age, education, pay among judo directors. Also, to compare the differences, Scheffe's method was used. Multiple recurrence analysis has been used to figure judo instructors' job satisfaction and causal relationship of organizational commitment. From the obtained research results a conclusion has been made based upon a few significant theoretical factors. First, noticeable difference in internal content was shown statistically, regarding the age of the judo director compared to the duty satisfaction. Second, appreciable variance in both factors, internal and external content, was shown statistically between judo directors experience in coaching and their job satisfaction. Third, noticeable variance was statistically spotted in the comparison between emotional commitment and experience of judo instructors. Forth, a statistical difference was noticeable in the pay of judo directors matching with internal content in job satisfaction.

CFRP 적층판의 초음파 특성평가

Ultrasonic NDE of composite laminates is usually analyzed on the backwall echoes of the specimen. In the inspection of actual composite structures, the back surface of the part was curved or contained complex geometry and did not provide a usable backwall echo. In this work, a one-sided pitch-catch setup was used in the detection and evaluation of flaws and material anomalies in solid composite laminates. Two miniature potted Rayleigh wave transducers (for generating surface waves in contact mode on steel) were joined head-to-head and used in the pitch-catch mode on the surface of composites. The pitch-catch signal was found to be more sensitive than normal incidence backwall echo of longitudinal wave to fiber orientation of the CFRP composites, including low level porosity, ply waviness, and cracks.

The objective of this study is structural analysis of rope brake for elevator. The finite element model was developed to compute the stress, strain and friction force for rope brake. The ANSYS code was used for this analysis. In order to structural analysis of rope brake, many variables such as internal pressure, boundary condition, load condition and constraints were considered.

혼합형 자가면역성 용혈성 빈혈을 동반한 전신성 홍반성 루푸스 1예

A 17-year-women developed mixed warm and cold antibody type autoimmune hemolytic anemia associated with systemic lupus erythematosus. The patients was admitted to our hospital for syncope. Jaundice was observed. Urinalysis revealed protein and hemoglobin. Her hemoglobin was 4.6g/dl and reticulocytes were 10%. Total bilirubin was elevated, while haptoglobin and complement were abnormally reduced. ANA and mitochondrial Ab were detected. The direct and indirect Coombs test were positive. The direct antiglobulin test was positive ; IgG and C3d were detected on the red cell surface. The cold agglutinin(CA) titer was 128. The patients was initially treated with high dose steroid therapy. However the patients did not responded to high dose steroid therapy. We treated the patients with plasmapheresis and synchronized cyclophosphamide therapy. Clinical remission of hematologic complications was achieved in this patients. We report a case of mixed type autoimmune hemolytic anemia with SLE that responded plasma pheresis and synchronized cyclophosphamide therapy.

요 약본 연구는 정보기술과 기업전략에 관한 최고경영자의 인식을 알기위해 기업의 연차보고서와 사보에 나타난 최고경영자의 인사말을 분석하여 산업간, 그리고 시간의 변화에 따라 정보기술의 인식에 차이가 있는지를 살펴보았다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정보기술에 대한 인식은 정보통신, 금융, 제조업의 순서로 언급된 수나 내용에 있어 차이를 명확히 보여 산업간에 차이가 있음을 검증할 수 있었다. 둘째, 시간별 차이에 대한 분석 또한 정보기술의 전략적 활용과 중요성에 대한 인식이 기업 내부의 정보화 또는 한국의 전략정보시스템의 열풍이 불어닥친 1990년대 이후를 중심으로 하여 변화되었음을 검증할 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 정보기술의 도입과 활용의 임무를 가진 최고경영자에게 있어 앞으로 정보기술전략과 기업전략의 연계화, 경쟁우위의 증진을 위한 정보기술의 전략적 활용과 관리를 위한 의사결정에 도움이 될 수 있다는 측면에서 나름대로 기여하였다고 본다.

카드뮴폭로후 고환, 신장 및 간장내 카드뮴축적량과 조직손상의 변화

To assess the changes of cadmium deposit and histopathologic finding of testis, liver and kidney, different dose of cadmium (Cd) was administerd into male Sprague-Dawley rat(purchased from KIST, Korea Institute of Science and technology) by single intravenous injection. At 12, 24, 48, 168 and 672 hours after Cd injection, tissue cadmium concentration and histopathological change were examined. Cd exposed group showed lesser weight gain than the control. Renal Cd content tended to increase in time-dependent pattern, while hepatic and testicular Cd content tended to decrease. Mean of renal Cd content to hepatic Cd content (Cd K/Cd L) also progressively increased. These results suggest that Cd might be gradually transported to kidney from other organs. In testis and liver, degenerative changes appeared relatively in acute phase. These changes became more pronounced in testis, while less prominent in liver. In kidney, swelling of proximal tubluar cells and thickening of glomerular basement membrane appeared relatively later and these changes were progressively aggravated.

With the rapid growth of disposable income and ever more complicated Life-style in Korea, lots of Women have over-weight and stress problems nowadays. They are trying to find various methods to solve, these problems, and one of them is Aerobics Dance. The main purpose of this thesis is to provide the relationship between practicing Aerobics Dance and body weight control and stress management, to find out way of the healthier life style of Korean Women. The data collected are based on the sample size of 160 Women in the area of Chin-Ju City, Kyung Nam province. Questionaries are collected from the 40 Women of each age group of 20's, 30's, 40's, and 50's. The results are as follow : 1. The younger She is, the better chance of losing Weight She has. 2. Only after 7 to 12 months of practicing Aerobics Dance, it starts to show the meaningful effect of losing weight. 3. Regardless of her age and the length of practice history, average Weight was reduced with the practice of Aerobics Dance. 4. 85% of interviewees answered Aerobics Dance helped them to manage stresses. 5. The older she is, the more help the Aerobics Dance is to reduce stress level. 6. The longer the history of practicing Aerobics Dance is, the higher the rate of stress reduction is.

코일과 클립을 선택적으로 적용해서 성공적으로 치료했던 다발성뇌동맥류 1례 : A case report

The author report a case of multiple cerebral aneurysm successfully treated with an appropricate selection of surgical clipping and coil embolization. A 64 years old female patient was admitted with stuporous consciousness. Initial 3D CT angiography showed diffuse subrarachnoid hemorrhage on the basal cisterns, saccular aneurysms on the terminal basilar artery and right middle cerebral artery(MCA). Converntional angiography confirmed the ruptured aneurysm was basilar one. Coil embolization was perfromed on the basilar aneurysm with 6 Guglielmi detachable coils(GDC) on the 3 days after ictus. Sugical clipping was done on the unruptured right MCA aneurysm on 10 days after ictus without any morbidity. Each treatment modalities can be appropriate indicated for the coiling or clipping aneurysms.
