        현 경제위기는 1997년말의 외환위기로 촉발되었으나 보다 근본적인 원인은 경제과정이 복잡화되고 세계경제가 글로벌화되어 가고 있는 데도 불구하고 종래 관주도 경제가 청산되지 못하고 시장규율이 부재한 데서 찾아볼 수 있을 것이다. 우리 경제는 작년 11월 외환위기가 발생한 이후 지난해 12월 IMF의 구제금융 등에 힘입어 국가적인 부도위기를 일시적으로 극복하고, 이후 경제개혁을 위한 기초여건을 정비하여 오고 있다. 그러나 실질적인 경제구조조정은 속도와 범위면에서 여전히 미흡한 실정이다. 첫째, 정치 및 노사관계가 불안하여 대외신인도의 회복이 지연되고 있다. 둘째, 금융기관의 부실채권이 누적되어 자금흐름이 왜곡되고 금융불안이 지속된다. 셋째, 일부 대규모 부도기업의 정리가 지연되고 있으며 기업부실이 심화되고 있다. 넷째, 각종 이익집단의 저항으로 시장규율을 확립하고자 하는 개혁이 지체되고 있다. 경제위기의 심화를 방지하기 위한 핵심 당면과제는 금음부실과 기업부실의 악순환의 고리를 단절하는 것이다. 정책당국은 금융 및 기업부문의 구조조정을 주축으로 하는 종합 정책패키지를 마련하고 이를 건전한 재정부문의 지원아래 신속히 추진하는 것이 바람직하다. 먼저 금융·기업부문의 구조조정이 여타 부문의 구조조정을 선도하도록 하며, 부문간 상호연계성을 중시하는 종합 정책패키지를 수립하여야 할 것이다. 정부는 구조조정과정에서 발생하는 실업자와 빈곤층 등을 위한 사회안전망을 단계적으로 확충함으로써 구조조정에 대한 사회적 불안감을 최소화해야 할 것이다. 또한 구조조정과정에서 시장경제원칙을 준수하고 정부의 인위적 개입이나 직접적인 지시는 최소화되어야 할 것이다. Although the current economic crisis takes the form of a currency crisis at a glance, there exist fundamental and deeply rooted structural defects that are far more serious in nature. The government-led development strategy of the past 30 years allowed the Korean government to intervene in the private sector, which prevented the development of market disciplines. The only viable remedy for the crisis is to establish a new order based on market principles. The successful recovery will necessarily require painful structural reforms across the board. There remain a great deal of uncertainties and challenges. Given the vulnerable financial status of conglomerates and the massive amount of non-performing loans outstanding in the financial sector, the Korean economy cannot delay structural adjustments any longer. Today, the sincere leadership of the government is needed more than ever. Drastic reforms are bound to face resistance from various interest groups, and only a government with a clear vision can overcome these obstacles. Swift financial sector restructuring will be conducive to preventing viable but illiquid firms from collapsing and to arresting the upsurge in the number of unemployed workers in coming years of economic restructuring. In order to maximize effects of financial sector restructuring, it should be implemented at the lowest cost under a clear guideline. Also, structural reforms should be achieved in accordance with the market principles and internationally practiced standards.

      • Sr·페라이트 플라스틱자석의 제조에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we mention he fabrication of Sr ferrite plastic magnet. In order to compose Sr ferrite, first, a little CaO, SiO₂, Na₂SiO₃, and Al₂O₃ are added to SrO5.9Fe₂O₃. Then, the composition is calcinated at 1225℃ under N₂ enviroment for 1 hourwith addition of PVA 5wt% solution. The carbon coating method increase grinding effect on powder fabrication. To fabricate anisotropic Sr ferrite plastic magnet, 80-89wt% of Sr ferrite and polyamide6 are kneaded and then 0-12kOe of magnetic field is applied. On magnet fabrication, an optimal condition of injection mold is obtained under the injection temperature 270℃, the injection pressure 120㎏/㎠, the magnetic field 8kOe and magnetic field applied time 8sec. As the result of experiments, we obtain (BH)max = 2.09MGOe property on anisotropic plastic magnet which is fabricated by using injection mold method in magnetic field.

      • 돼지설사 원인균 E. coli의 생육저해에 대한 유산균의 효과

        E. coli A_2 diarrhea causing bacteria of pigs was anaerobically inoculated with 10^5/ml into prereduced YS medium (10% reconstituted skim milk+0.1% yeast extract), and then lactic acid bacteria were inoculated with 10^5/ml and 10^7ml into previous inoculated samples of E. coli A_2. Inoculated samples cultured at 37℃, were tested to determine changes in viable numbers of organisms and pH. The experimental results are summerized as follows: 1. In the mixed culture medium of 10^5/ml E. coli A_2 and L. casei YIT9018, E. coli A_2 decreased after 36 hours from incubation. 2. In the mixed culture medium of 10^5/ml E. coli A_2 and L. acidophilus, E. coli A_2 drastically decreased after 24 hours from incubation and was almost disappeared after 72 hours from incubation. 3. In the mixed culture medium of 10^5/ml E. coli A_2 and L. bulgaricus, E. coif A_2 drastically decreased after 24 hours from incubation and was almost disappeared after 72 hours from incubation. 4. In the mixed culture medium of 10^5/ml E. coli A_2 and Str. thermophilus, E. coli A_2 decreased after 12 hours from incubation. 5. When the pH value of the mixed culture, was, 4. 5 below, E. coli A_2 decreased.

        레이저와 2차원 배열의 광전검출기를 이용한 구조물의 변위측정 시스템의 개발에 관한 연구

        일반적으로 구조물은 외부의 정적 및 동적 하중과 외부환경으로 인하여 피로균열과 부식이 발생하며, 이것은 구조물의 변형을 유발하여 결국 파단으로 이어지기 때문에 균열과 부식의 검출 및 평가와 함께 구조물의 변형에 의한 진동, 변위 기울기와 같은 거동을 감시하는 것도 매우 중요하다. 이에 레이저 센서 시스템을 이용하여 이러한 거동을 측정하여 이상 유무를 모니터링할 수 있는 구조물 안전감시 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 2차원으로 배열한 광전센서를 이용하여 구조물의 변형에 의해 유발된 광궤적의 변화를 감시하며 또한 데이터를 취득하고 신호처리 할 수 있는 운용 프로그램도 갖추고 있다. 본 연구에서는 개발한 안전 진단 시스템의 필드 적용에 앞서 실험실에서의 몇 가지 실험을 통하여 그 효용성을 검증하였다. A Safety Monitoring System using a laser and 2-D arrayed photo sensors is developed. To monitor of the deformation and small rotation of structure the developed optical system using 2-D photo sensor array was used to detect the variation of optical orbit of laser which was induced by deformation of the structure. Also, an operating program to manage the system and an algorithm for the data acquisition and the database are introduced. In this study, we demonstrated the capabilities of this system by laboratory experiments before applying the system to the field.

      • 白毛藤엑기스가 白鼠의 實驗的 肝臟障碍에 미치는 影響

        In order to study the effect of extracts of Solanum lyratum Thunberg on the liver damage of the rats intoxicated with CCl^4, the activities of GPT, GOT, Al.P, LDH and the levels of total cholesterol, total bilirubin in serum were measured. The results were as follow: The extracts (M-Ex, W-Ex.) wee showed to be significanfty decrease in the activities of GPT and GOT in serum rats intoxicated by CCl_4. The Al.p activity was significantly decreased on the 2nd day after administration of the extracts. The LDH acticity was significantly decreased in all sample groups, but W-Ex was more decreased than M-Ex. The level of total cholesterol and total bilirubin was showed to be signicantly decreased on the 2nd and 4th days after administration of M-Ex., but W-Ex. was not influenced, when copared with control group. Acording to the above results, it is thought that the extract of Solanum lyratum improves the hepatic function in the CCl_4-infoxicated rats.

      • 畓裏作 麥類 機械收穫方法 確立에 關한 硏究 : Ⅲ. 團地條件에 따른 콤바인 作業精度와 收穫粒의 品位에 關하여 Ⅲ. Combine Harvesting Workability and Grain Quality under Different Harvesting Field Conditions

        올밀의 栽培圃場에서 콤바인收穫當時의 栽培條件을 달리하여 作業能率, 損失量, 穀粒品位등을 檢討하였던바 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 콤바인을 利用할 경우 出穗後 44日頃이 收穫適期에 해당되나 乾燥劑를 處理하면 慣行區의 收穫適期(40日)까지 앞당길 수 있었다. 2. 콤바인收穫區는 慣行收穫區에 비하여 收穫作業時間이 85%절감되었으나 收穫損失率은 4.2%(26-31kg/10a)를 보여 4倍까지 增加되었다. 특히 雜草放任區와 아침刈取區에서 損失量이 현저하였다. 3. 콤바인收穫區는 慣行收穫區에 비하여 5%程度, 倒伏區, 아침刈取區, 乾燥劑處理區는 各各의 對照區에 비하여 2∼4% 減收되는 경향이었다. 4. 미탈부율은 콤바인 收穫區에서 2%미만을 보여 慣行收穫區의 5.7%보다 양호하였으며 특히 雜草放任區(3.8%)와 아침刈取區(4.5%)에서 높아 穀粒의 品位가 低下되었다. 5. 雜草放任區의 減收率은 12%로서 生育初期의 둑새풀(9%)과 生育後期의 갈퀴덩굴(3%)에 起因하는 것으로 분석되었다. This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of different harvesting field conditions on the working ability of Combine and the loss and quality of wheat grain. Harvesting working time by Combine required for only 15 percentage of conventional conduct, but grain loss marked 26-31 kg/10a and it was as much as forth times against conventional conduct. However grain yield by Combine harvesting only reduced by 5% as compared to conventional, but there was no statistical significant. And grain quality was good because the fine grain degree has over 98%.

      • 방사선 조사에 의한 흰주 난포의 퇴축과 난포세포의 방사선 감수성

        The aim of this study were to investigate radiation-induced atresia and radiation susceptibility in the rat ovary morphologically. Female rats (Sprague Dawley strain) of 4 weeks old were irradiated with dose of 4 Gy and 8 Gy, and sacrificed at hour 6, 12, and 24 after radiation. The H & E stain, the TUNEL method (ApopTag kit) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used. In light microscopic observation, the number of atresia of ovarian follicles were increased significantly at 6h after irradiation (p<0.01). There was no significant difference between 4 Gy and 8 Gy irradiated groups. In TEM observation, granulosa cells in radio-sensitive follicles were characterized by several structural features including condensation of nuclear chromatin granules, nuclear fragmentation and apoptotic body formation. An apoptotic cell is observed to have been phagocytosed by a normal granulosa cell. Granulosa cells in radio-resistant follicles were characterized by several structural features including nuclear indentation, partial condensation of chromatin granules, mitochondrial swelling, dilatation of RER cisterns, accumulation of dense irregular masses, accumulation of lipid droplets, and increased lysosomal bodies. Number of gap junctions between granulosa cells were decreased, and intercellular space were widen than that of control animals. These findings were prominent at 6h after irradiation and were diminished at 12h and 24h after irradiation. With these results, it was concluded that radiation-induced follicular cell apoptosis and ovarian follicular atresia in rat ovary increased considerably at 6h after irradiation. Further studies are needed to reveal the more extensive differences between radiosensitive and radioresistant follicular granulosa cells.

        Effects of dietary supplementation with probiotic CS-A on performance in broiler chickens

        Probiotics, enzymes, organic acids, oligosaccharides, antioxidants, and other functional materials are actively being explored as alternatives to antibiotics. Probiotics include live beneficial microorganisms that colonize the intestinal tract and competitively inhibit attachment and growth of harmful microbes. Probiotics also increase feed efficiency by assisting in nutrient absorption and digestion. The current study was conducted in order to evaluate the effect of a new probiotic, CS-A, as a dietary supplement of a fermented product on growth performance, feed intake, and feed conversion efficiency in broiler chickens, and to evaluate its value as an alternative for antibiotics used as a feed additive. Antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects of CS-A were investigated in vitro and the in vivo effects of a constant concentration of supplemented CS-A on growth rate and feed efficiency were evaluated. In addition, the safety of CS-A was assessed by examination of common symptoms and mortality. Determination of minimal inhibitory concentration revealed an excellent antibacterial effect of CS-A. Cytotoxicity was low and anti-inflammatory effects were achieved at the effective concentration of CS-A. Supplementation with 0.1% CS-A resulted in a feed efficiency score of 1.84 in broilers, compared to 2.00 in the control group. There were no adverse clinical findings, necropsy findings, hematology, and altered serum biochemistry parameters, and no mortality. Thus, it is concluded that CS-A is safe and effective as a feed additive.

        가토에서 관절원판을 전방변위시킨 후 두개하악관절의 조직병리학적 변화

        To investigate the histopathologic changes of the rabbit craniomandibular joint (CMJ), anterior disc displacement (ADD) was surgically induced. Of 15 rabbits, 9 were classified as experimental group, 3 as control of group, and 3 as sham-operation group, respectively The experimental group (9 rabbit) was subdivided into 6 weeks, 12 weeks, and 20 weeks group, respectively 3 rabbits. In experimental group, the disc was displaced anteriorly at the right side(operation side) and left CMJ was not operated(non-operation side). Both CMJs were harvested at 6, 12, and 20 weeks following surgery in experimental group. The CMJ was harvested at 6 weeks following surgery in sham-operation group. The specimens were examined under light microscope after hematoxylineosin and verhoeff staining. The obtained results were as follows: 1.In midsagittal view of control and sham-operation group, there were no degenerative and hyperplastic changes in the CMJ including articular disc, mandibular condyle, and temporal fossa. 2.Disc was shortened anterior-posteriorly and deformed of biconcave shape in all experimental group. In 20 week experimental group, intermediate zone of disc width was almost same as the width of posterior band of disc. 3.Soft tissue hyperplasia at the posterior attachment area of the disc and condylar hyperplasia were seen in the all experimental groups, but the degree of the hyperplasia was greater at 12, 20 weeks than at 6 weeks. 4.The number of elastic fiber in the disc proper was decreased and the direction and morphology was chanced in all experimental groups compared with those of control of groups. 5.Fatty degeneration was shown in non-operation side of 20 weeks experimental group. These results suggest that induced ADD in craniomandibular joint of rabbits could lead to a reparative and degenerative changes of the affected joint similar to those described for osteoarthrosis and osteoarthritis in human.
