수학적 증명의 탐색에 대한 고찰

Mathematicians always try new pursuance for new discoveries and are willing to prove the discovered truth, for the written mathematics already known to us displays a very little portion on the sea level and the fact to be sought as well as its proof remains still unknown under the sea level. Therefore, the mathematics in the secondary school education emphasizes the proofs through the in-class mathematics, however only reveal the proofs made use of already-known proofs. The mathematical activities for creative thoughts are seldom to be found in reality. The purpose of this paper is to classify the formal types of the proofs to be proved, to introduce the meaning together with the formality of the proofs for each type, to obtain an idea for the proofs, and to seek and explore methods of the proofs guaranteeing the certainty by logical developments. For the methods of exploration of proof, this paper considered the understanding the theorem. recollection of the already learning proofs. forward and backward processes. The cultivation of the though power was emphasized through the analysis of the proofs in order to develop improved learning after proof learning.

This study is carried out to investigate the water quality changes in Busan Metropolitan streams. The results are as follows. In Busan Metropolitan streams, the loading rates of contaminants are greater in industrial waste water streams than domestic waste water streams. Some sampling points show a little high loading in autumn, but this needs more investigation to make clear the causes. The level of organic contaminants(BOD_(5) and COD_(MN)) is found to be low and does not show seasonal variation in domestic waste water streams. But, the level of organic contaminants in industrial waste water streams is relatively high and seems to be seasonally variable, which is affected by other factors. The nutrient materials, such as nitrogen(as T-N, about 20mg/L) and phosphorus(as T-P, about 2.0mg/L), are abundant than Nak Dong River and the general trends of contaminants level are similar to those of organic contaminants.

A "pseudolabyrinthine" syndrome caused by acute infarction in the territory of the medial branch of the posterior inferior cerebellar artery (mPICA) has rarely been reported. The infarct also involved the lateral and dorsal medulla when the mPICA supplied all or part of these regions. A 53-year-old man of mPICA infarction developed with vertigo, nausea, vomiting, and imbalance. On examination, they fell to the lesion side on attempts to stand with eyes open. He had not nystagmus, limb ataxia, opthalmoparesis, visual tilting of the environment, and other abnormal neurologic signs. MRI showed a recent infarct involving medial part of inferior cerebellum. Vertgio, nausea, and vomiting resolved within 1-2 days. But, imbalance improved within 1-2 weeks. We report a case of mPICA infarction mimicking clinical sings of APV. So, we suggest that absent nystagmus and longstanding imbalance were point of differential diagnosis from APV.

The human proteomics-based approaches, which examine the expressed proteins of a tissue or cell type, are increasingly being used. Venous occlusion is commonly employed for stimulating tissue-plasminogen activator (t-PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-l) release from venous endothelial cells, and this has been regarded as a parameter of the individual fibrinolytic capacity of plasma. The present work involved a detailed investigation of the plasma proteome and fibrinolytic activity in normal subjects, with the aim of determining whether correlations exist between various parameters of the fibhnolytic system before and after venous occlusion. We analyzed fibhnolytic parameters and plasma proteome before and after 15-min periods of venous occlusion in the forearm in 10 healthy 3rd-decade volunteers. Proteome analysis was performed using two-dimensional gels. The tryptic digests of some proteins were confirmed by MALDI-TOF and the MS-Fit algorithm. The fibrinolytic response as measured by the absolute amount of t-PA after venous occlusion was increased by venous occlusion (5.5 vs 9.6 ng/㎗, p<0.05), as was PAI-l (46.8 vs 56.1 ng/㎗, p<0.05). However, two-dimensional electrophoresis finding was virtually nonspecific and inconsistent after venous occlusion in healthy male subjects. Venous occlusion does not influence plasma proteome in healthy males. Although the fibhnolytic response to venous occlusion is attributed to an increase in free tUPA antigen, this change is not correlated with plasma proteome.

The basic ideas of the new community movement were based on the autonomous and voluntary participation of local residents. Since the beginning of the Saemaul Undong in the early 1970, Korean government has been played a major role in igniting and pushing ahead with the new community movement. From intellectual, economic, social, cultural points of view, the new community movement with strong administrative guidlines has attained a lot of achievements during the past 10 years. What is more important, the voluntary participation of local people rather than the administrative directions are urgently needed to activate the rich and affluent villages in the new community movement of the '80. The directions of the desirable administrative guildines in the eighties are as follows; o To convert the directive points into the assistant one in planning functions of local development. o To formulate the group cooperation system in the decision making of local people. o To develop the inventive and suggestive systems of local residents on the new community movement. o To improve the understanding of the mass to make both the national and local development planning together. o To make a suggestion and publish the blue-print of long time development planning.

급성 전방 십자 인대 손상의 관절경적 치료

The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) of the knee is a primary anterior stabilizer and secondary rotatory stabilizer of this joint. Anterior cruciate ligament insufficiency can lead to degenerative arthritis and functional instability, and is also associated with a high incidence of meniscal tears. The relatively poor results generally obtained with conservative treatment of torn ACLs have led orthopaedic surgeons to either primary repair or reconstruction of this joint. The treatment of acutely torn anterior cruciate ligament remains a controversial subject. The purpose of this study is to compare the result of primary repair and arthroscopic reconstruction. Authors compared the results of 20 primary repairs(Group I) and 20 arthroscopic reconstructions(Group II) that were treated from January 1988 to December 1994. The results were as follows : 1. 34 males and 6 female ; the average age was 33 years. 2. Most common injury mechanisms were traffic acident(28 case) and sports injury(10 case). 3. Most common associated injury was medial collateral ligament rupture. 4. Group I showed postoperatively 12 negative anterior drawer test, 11 negative Lachman test and 11 negative pivot shift test and Group II showed postoperatively 17 negative anterior drawer test, 16 negative Lachman test and 17 negative pivot shift test. 5. In postoperative Lysholm knee scoring scale, group I showed 82 points and Group II showed 94 points. 6. In postoperative KT-20001 arthrometer, 12 cases in Group I and 17 cases in Group II showed less than 3mm in 20-D. 7. In postoperative KT-2000 arthrometer, 11 cases in Group I and 16 cases in Group II showed less than 3mm in MMD.

기능성 두부 제조에 관한 연구

We added complex functional ingredients that were derived from the fermented product of Ang-Khak into a well-nutritive soybean curd in order to evaluate the function of Ang-Khak and soybean efficiently. In the production process of red soybean curd(RS) according to Ang-Khak concentration, as we compared it with a common soybean curd(CS), there were no obvious differences in the composition and yield. In the color, L- value tended to be reduced, in order of CS>RS1>RS2> RS3>RS4>RS5, as additional concentration of red rice extract increased(P<0.05). a-value tended to be the opposite way of the L-value, in order of RS5>RS4>RS3>RS2>RS1>CS(P<0.05) and b-value appeared lower than CS value overall(P<0.05). The properties of the red soybean curd's texture showed the differences in only hardness and adhesiveness(P<0.05), not in cohesiveness, springiness and gumminess. In overall sensory evaluation, the color of RS appeared red(P<0.05) and the odor(roasty) and texture(hardness) had no differences. RS was almost same value as CS in the taste, but was not as favor as much than CS in overall preference(P<0.05).
