본 연구는 학교에서 일반적으로 쉽게 행할 수 있는 성취도 검사로 학습내용의 논리구조가 학습자의 마음속에 발달되어 가는 과정의 심리적 측면의 이해와 수업설계에 도움이 되는 정보를 얻고자 실시하였다. 물리를 이수하는 고등학교 자연과정 남학생들(388명)을 대상으로 하였다. 축소판 GALT(group assessment of logical thinking)로 논리 사고 수준을 조사하였다. 그리고 “힘과 운동” 단원에서 선정한 6개의 개념(변위, 평균속도, 가속도, 힘, 운동량 및 충격량)에 대해 문제 맥락(직선상에서 방향 일정, 직선상에서 방향 변함, 평면상의 운동)에 따라 문항을 작성하고 논리 사고 수준별(구체적 조작기, 과도기, 형식적 조작기)로 개념의 위계구조가 어떠한 모습으로 나타나는가를 비교하였다. The purpose of this study was to find the aspects of the learner's mind, and to provide meaningful information for planning a lesson. In this study, the logical thinking of high school boys at eleventh grade was measured, and the hierarchical structures of physics concepts(displacement, average velocity, acceleration, force, momentum, and impulse) were investigated by logical thinking levels(concret operational stage, transitional, formal operational stage) in each problem context with the method of achievement test. GALT was administered before instruction, concepts understanding test after instruction. Hierarchies were determined by the level of more than 0.7(Alpha-cut) with the hierarchical coefficient on the basis of the fuzzy theory.

The prevalence of PPNG among pretreated gonorrhea cases isolated at the STD clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul has been studied and reported annually since 1981. In 1991, 123 strains of N.gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 58(47.1%) were PPNG. In 1992, 98 starains of N.gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 51(52.0%) were PPNG. In all, 109(49.3%) strains were found to be PPNG among 221 strains isolated between 1991-1992. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul showed increased tendency till 1989, thereafter, it has been stationary or slightly decreasing.
유전알고리즘을 이용한 오피스 건물의 피크전력 감소를 위한 일일 예냉설정온도 최적화 연구

In this paper, the peak electric power of an office building was reduced with a precooling strategy. Precooling was conducted two hours before work time. Set-point temperatures for precooling were optimized using a genetic algorithm to minimize daily peak electric power. Searching for optimized set-point temperature was conducted with an objective function that was developed with a multiple regression model. The regression model used dry-bulb temperature, relative humidity, and the set-point temperature as the input parameters, and set daily peak power of the building as the output parameter. Model data were collected from ‘EnergyPlus’, a building energy simulation program. The applied building was ‘Medium Office’ provided by EnergyPlus. Based on our results, there was a 0.71~5.64% reduction in daily building peak power with the application of the optimized precooling setpoint temperature. In addition, the reduction of electricity cost due to the reduction of peak electric power was observed.
활용 가능 기상 예보 인자를 이용한 건물 소비 전력 예측 모델 개발

In this study, building energy prediction models were constructed using kriging model. 12 prediction models were constructed by monthly, and each model predicting daily building energy hourly. Kriging model was used for building energy modeling. Building energy model data were accumulated by EnergyPlus. As design variables, available weather forecasting factors from KMA were used. To obtain accurate building energy prediction value, this study used variogram to analyze correlation between building energy data. As the result of variogram analysis, a proper kriging correlation function was selected. Each model showed predictability of MBE 1~5%.
위암조직에서 p53 유전자의 돌연변이와 p53 단백질 발현

Purpose: Variable changes occur in the progression from normal gastric epithelium to cancer, including many tumor, tumor suppressor and DNA repair genes, as well as growth factor and its receptors. The mutation and protein expression of the p53 gene may be useful prognostic factors, but their significance is still uncertain. Methods: Specimens from 296 gastric cancer patients, treated by a curative gastrectomy, between March 1999 and April 2001, at Kyungpook National University Hospital, were used. The p53 gene mutation was assessed using a polymerase chain reaction - single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR-SSCP) analysis, and the overexpression of tumor p53 protein using immunohistochemistry. The correlation between the results and clinicopathological parameters were then analyzed. Results: The mutation and protein overexpression of the p53 gene were shown in 61 (20.6%) and 124 (41.9%) tumors, respectively. Of the 61 cases with a p53 mutation, 43 (70.5%) showed overexpression of the p53 protein, and of the 235 without mutation of the p53 gene, 81 (34.5%) had no overexpression of the p53 protein, and also showed statistical significance (P<0.001). The mutation and protein overexpression of the p53 gene showed no significant differences according to age, gender, stage, location and gross type, but of the 138 intestinal and 128 of the diffuse types, 33 (23.9%) and 18 (14.1%) cases, respectively, showed p53 mutation (P=0.027); whereas, of the 150 well differentiated and 142 poorly differentiated tumors, 75 (50%) and 18 (33.8%), respectively, showed overexpression of the p53 protein. Also, of the 138 intestinal and 128 diffuse types, 71 (51.4%) and 43 (33.6%) showed overexpression of the p53 protein. There were no significant differences in the 5 year survival according to the mutation and protein overexpression of the p53 gene. Conclusion: The mutation and protein overexpression of the p53 gene, as assessed by PCR-SSCP and immunohistochemistry, respectively, showed a statistically significant correlation, but had little value as prognostic factors following a curative gastrectomy.
수술 후 조기 복강 내 화학요법을 시행받은 위암환자에서 p53 단백질 과발현과 생존율과의 관계

Purpose: In spite of curative surgery and early postoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy, the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer involving the serosal surface is poor. The aim of this study was to analyze p53 protein overexpression in these patients and to clarify the usefulness of p53 mutation as a prognostic indicator. Methods: p53 protein overexpression was assessed by immunohistochemistry in 123 gastric cancer specimens. The correlation between p53 protein overexpression and clinicopathologic parameters and prognosis of the patients were analyzed. Results: Overexpression of p53 protein was identified in 67 (54.5%) tumors and was more frequent in differentiated tumors than in undifferentiated tumors (67.4% vs. 46.8%; P=0.026). However, there were no statistically significant differences in the frequency of p53 protein overexpression according to age, sex, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, pathologic stage, and Lauren classification. There was no statistically significant difference in 5-year survival rate according to the p53 protein overexpression (P=0.565). Conclusion: Overexpression of p53 protein could not predict the effectiveness of early postoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy. Therefore, it could not be used as a prognostic indicator in patients with advanced gastric cancer who underwent gastrectomy and early postoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy.

Energy Storage System (ESS) attracts a lot of attentions as one of building energy management systems. There are many applications of ESS. One of them is to decrease the energy consumption in peak time using ESS to prevent from blackout. In this study, an optimized ESS operation system using genetic algorithm (GA) is developed to decrease the cost of electricity. Hourly uses of energy(electricity) in a building is estimated by using EnergyPlus simulation and optimum charging and discharging schedule is determined using Genetic algorithm. To obtain optimum ESS capacity of given building, ROI and maximum profit in expectancy life were calculated by varying ESS capacity.
서포트 벡터 머신과 공정능력분석을 이용한 군 통신 쉘터의 EMI 차폐효과 안정 포인트 탐색 연구

군 통신 쉘터는 내부에 통신 및 환경장비를 탑재하여, 네트워크 중심전에서 다양한 무기체계들의 통합적인 전투력 발휘를 위해 요구되는 정보의 송/수신 기능을 실시간 보장하고 전술환경의 생존성을 극대화시키는 장비이다. 쉘터 내부에 다양한 통신용 장비가 탑재되기 때문에 외부로부터의 전자기 공격에 대한 차페 성능을 반드시 보장해야한다. 본 연구에서는 데이터 마이닝 기법(서포트 벡터 머신)과 통계적 품질관리 기법(공정능력분석)을 이용하여 군 통신용 쉘터에서 차폐성능이 안정된 지점을 탐색하는 연구를 진행하였다. 안정된 지점의 탐색을 위하여 45대 쉘터의 EMI 차폐효과 측정데이터를 활용하였다. 먼저, 차폐효과가 안정되었다고 판단할 수 있는 기준을 세우고 서포트 벡터 머신으로 해당 기준에 부합하는 측정 포인트 집단과 그 외의 집단을 분리, 이 두 집단을 분류할 수 있는 분류 하이퍼플레인을 작성하였다. 그리고 공정능력분석을 이용하여 차폐효과 측정 데이터를 분석, 공정능력지수가 높은 측정 포인트와 서포트 벡터 머신의 하이퍼플레인으로 분류한 측정 포인트를 상호 비교함으로써 분류된 측정 포인트의 타당성과 차폐효과가 안정된 정도를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 24개의 측정 포인트에서 안정된 차폐 성능을 보유하고 있음을 확인하였다. A military shelter for communication and information is necessary to optimize the integrated combat ability of weapon systems in the network centric warfare. Therefore, the military shelter is required for EMI shielding performance. This study examines the stable measurement points for EMI shielding effectiveness of a military shelter for communication and information. The measurement points were found by analyzing the EMI shielding effectiveness measurement data with data mining technique and process capability analysis. First, a support vector machine was used to separate the measurement point that has stable EMI shielding effectiveness according to set condition. Second, this process was conducted with process capability analysis. Finally, the results of data mining technique were compared with those of process capability analysis. As a result, 24 measurement points with stable EMI shielding effectiveness were found.
