        Electrolytic In-process Dressing (ELID) technique for metal bonded diamond grinding wheel has been developed for mirror surface grinding of hard and brittle materials. This study process optical glass in using Electrolytic In-process Dressing. In using to main variable wheel speed(400 rpm ~ 2000 rpm), feed rate(5 μm/min ~ 25 μm/min), depth of cut (3 μm - 15 μm), dressing and spray. we measured surface roughness by Form Talysurf series2. we finded optimum grinding condition to obtain confident surface roughness in representative brittle materials.

        In this thesis, the message transmission delay on a server system using HGCMP for group communication protocol was analyzed. The queue model of a server system was modeled by queueing theoretic approach. As the feedback structure was imbedded in the queue model, it is difficult to analyze the delay. To solve this problem, the simplification of the queue model was performed. After the simplification process, the queue model was modeled M/M/1. The transmission delay of a server system is calculated using average waiting time and service time in a server system.

      • Er:YAG laser 조사에 의한 치은연하치석 제거효과

        The purpose of this in vitro study was to evaluate the efficiency of Er:YAG laser on calculus removal and the morphologic changes and hardness of the irradiated surface at different power settings. This experiment used human teeth which were extracted due to periodontal disease and had a band of calculus. Forty root slabs (5x5mm^2) were made and divided into control group and irradiated groups. Experimental groups were as follows;Control group (root planing), Group 1 (irradiated with laser at 30mj), Group 2(irradiated with laser at 60mJ). and Group 3(irradiated with laser at 100mJ). Twelve root slabs embedded in resin block were used in each group. Er:YAG laser was applied under water irrigation with the tip held perpendicular to the root surface in contact mode. The treatment time was measured until the calculus was removed completely under naked eyes. The efficiency of calculus removal was evaluated by the time for removal. Morphological changes of laser irradiated site were observed under SEM and the surface hardness was measured using a VH tester. The results were as follows; 1. The efficiency of laser scaling was increased with increasing the energy level of irradiation. (p<0.05) 2. The morphological changes such as carbonization, crater and scale-like defects in the irradiated root surface were frequently observed with increasing the energy level. 3. The surface hardness tended to increase at 60mJ and 100mJ irradiated groups than that of control group. From the results evaluting on the efficiency, morphological change, and surface hardness, lower energy level was suggested f'or the clinical application of the Er:YAG laser in scaling.

        Renca 마우스 종양모델에서 지구성운동이 종양형성에 미치는 영향

        Subcutaneous injection of cells from renal adenocarcinoma line, renca, into Balb/c mice induces fast growing solid tumors. This method has been used to speculate the efficacy of cytokine treatment for tumor regression. The present study was designed to investigate the effect of treadmill exercise on tumor growth using renca mouse tumor model. We also examined the expression pattern of several genes related to immune response after exercise training for 4 weeks. Exercise training reduced the size of tumor mass compared to that of non-exercised group in tumor cell recipient mice. Natural killer(NK) cell activity showed no significant difference between exercised and non-exercised groups in tumor cell non-recipient mice. Although NK cell activity of non-recipients was higher than tumor cell recipients, NK cell activity of exercised group was significantly lower than non-exercised group among tumor cell recipients. There were no significant differences in mRNA expressions of cytokines. scavenger receptors, and neuropeptieds which are related to immune response, while mRNA expression of TGF-beta was significantly reduced both in spleen and in tumor mass by treadmill exercise. Based on the results presented in this study, endurance exercise has shown the possibility to suppress tumor formation.

      • 수림가장자리의 경관생태적 특성분석

        The aim of this research is to set improvement guidance a character analysis of woodland edge to cope with the ecological dysfunction of woodland which was caused by massive development project and thoughtless development in country areas. The summary of research result are as follows. 1) From the result of landscape ecology characteristic analysis of woodland in all seven research sites, to begin with, in proportion of appearance by vegetation layer and condition of composition, site 5 showed to be most satisfactory. 2) A width of woodland edge was revealed 7.5m as a minimum, 17.0m as a maximum, and 11.4m as a average and minimum edge was set as 10m according to integrated analysis on each example place. 3) As a result of flexibility analysis, site 1, 2 and 5 was shown high value 3, and it is thought that curve rather than linearity should be maintained in order to increase the ecological function. Also, a phenomenon of straight was prominent, and as a woodland edge, green network and buffering system showed to be somewhat unsatisfactory. 4) Based on the result of character analysis of landscape ecology, main guidelines for improvement of woodland edge were categorized into five in parallel structure and three in vertical structure respectively. The guidelines for improvement of woodland edge suggested by the research has a deep meaning in that it is used as a basic material to induce for controling more systematically or landscape-friendly the defamed forest problems caused by road construction, various development projects, and enlargement of agricultural lands.

      • 장기간 댄스스포츠가 호흡순환 기능 및 심폐지구력에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects in respire-circulatory function and cadio-pulmonary endurance capacity. Twelve females(trained 6, untrained 6) participated in dancesport program that is 90min/day, 2day/week for 20weeks. The results were obtained as follow : 1. No significant difference was found in heart rate, ventilation and respiration rate among pretest, after 10 weeks and 20 weeks of dance program and between trained and untrained group. 2. Significant differenced was found in VCO₂between pretest and 20Weeks later in untrained group. 3. There was significantly increased VO₂max in 20 weeks dance program later compared with pretest and significant difference between groups. 4. There was no significant difference in ventilatory threshold and exercise time was not significant difference among trials and between groups. Conclusively, respiro-circulatory function and cardio-pulmonary endurance capacity were not changed at submaximal stage of excise test but those were significantly increased at maximal of exercise test during 20 weeks. Therefore, it is suggested that long term dancesport exercise program is expected more effective on the repiro-circulation function and cardio-pulmonary endurance capacity.

      • 초등학교 고학년과 중학년의 주행변인 비교분석

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the kinematical analysis on the running motion of elementary students. The subject of this study was 12 healthy elementary students. A scholastic year were divided into 2 group : high group[6 grade], middle group[3 grade]. The following findings are obtained: It's appear that time ratio of the stance and swing in running motion about high group was 56% vs 44%, and this result was effected to wide step and stride length. Also, it's appear that displacement of center of gravity about high group was larger than middle group, and this result was effected to the horizontal velocity of center of gravity. Trunk angle was slanted to the running direction and upper arm rotation in shoulder angle was larger than middle group. And then this result was effected to the lower extremity movement. It's appear that time ratio of the stance and swing in running motion about middle group was 61% vs 39%, and this result was positively effected to narrow step and stride length. Also, it's appear that displacement of center of gravity about middle group was less than high group, and this result was effected to the low horizontal velocity of center of gravity. Trunk angle was slanted to the running direction and upper arm rotation in shoulder angle was less than high group. And then this result was negatively effected to the lower extremity movement.

      • 경작지 내 소규모 수림의 경관생태적 특성 분석

        This research put most emphasis on setting the guidelines for improvement through character analysis of landscape ecology to cope with ecological malfunction of the woodland surrounded in cultivated areas. The results are as follows. 1) As a result of character analysis of the woodland in cultivated area in point of landscape ecology in five case sites, the size of case site 3 is the largest as 3,000㎡ and it is shown that a colony of pine trees which is valuable in terms of ecological, scientific, historic and cultural senses. 2) As a result of analysis on expansibility of woodland in cultivated area, case site 1 is 0.25, the lowest, flexibility is 4, the highest, In order to improve ecological function in woodland, it is regarded that maintaining curve form rather than straight one. 3) As a result of analysis of morphological diversity , case site 5 shows 1.3, the highest. However, the condition of vegetation and emergence frequency of species indicates low value degree. 4) Based on the result of analysis of landscape ecological character like above, the number of guidelines for the woodland in cultivated area is three and vegetation is four.

        가정학 정의의 도식적 접근

        본 연구의 목적은 바람직한 가정학의 정의를 내리기 위한 것이다. 먼저 정의의 논리학적인 진술 형식에 관해서 알아보고, 진술형식들을 도식화하여 이 형식에 따른 정의를 내릴 때의 준수 사항들을 제시하였다. 다음으로 선행 학자들이 내린 정의들이 거의 설명적 진술 형식을 취하고 있으므로 이 두 진술 양식을 비교해 보고, 앞으로의 가정학의 발전을 위해 그 정의에 관한 문제들을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 두 가지 정의의 진술 형식을 바탕으로 한 새로운 가정학의 정의를 내려보았다. The purpose of this paper is to make a desirable definition of home economics, For this purpose, the study has surveyed the two modes of statement about the definition of home economics: explanatory and logical. The literary survey has shown that most preceding scholars of home economics used the mode of explanatory statement in defining home economics. So it has diagrammed the way of logical statement and presented articles of observance in making a definition of home economics. Next the two modes of statement have been compared with each other. And some problems of defining home economics have been found out Finally, based on the mode of logical statement, some new definitions of home economics have been suggested for future growth of home economics.
