Objective: The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of Dong-si acupuncture therapy and General acupuncture therapy for the patients with acute ankle sprain. Methods : This study has been carried out for 60 cases of ankle sprain patients who have visited Dong-Seo Oriental medical Hospital from May 1, 2002 to September 30, 2002. We have treated 30 cases of them by Dong-si acupuncture therapy and the other 30 cases by General acupuncture therapy. And we have compared those two group. Results : 1. There was no significant difference at the treatment period and the number of treatment times in comparing two groups. 2. The number of treatment times for good effect is that : Dong-si took $1.57{\pm}0.85$ times and General acupuncture therapy took $2.15{\pm}0.96$ times. And we have found that the effect of Dong-si acupuncture therapy is faster than the other.

GC/NPD를 이용한 다성분 잔류농약의 동시분석

Pesticides were extracted from samples with 70% acetone and methylene chloride in order, and then cleaned up via open-column chromatography apparatus packed with fiorisil, and finally analyzed simultaneously the organophosphorus pesticides using GC/NPD, Ultra-2 and Ultra-1 fused silica capillary columns were used to separate and identify the products. Recovery of most analytes from soybean sample, taken from pesticide residues well, was greater than(80%) for all except(6) analytes. This method can simultaneously determine multiple pesticides with a high degree of accuracy and precision.

A study on the indirect fluorescent antibody test(IFAT) using the sectioned egg antigen in the liver of white rats was performed. The antigen used was prepared in 6~8㎛ thickness by frozen section at -20℃ of nonembryonated C. hepatica eggs deposited in the liver tissue after 6 weeks of infection. Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) conjugated anti-rat IgG (Goat) was diluted by 64 fold in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.2) and counterstaining with a 1/10,000 solution of Evans blue was effected while the fluorescent conjugate is acting by diluting the labelled antiglobulin in the Evans blue solution instead of in the PBS. A total of 22 white rats (B.W. 150g) was divided into 2 groups (A, B) and 200 and 2,000 embryonated eggs were infected orally. All rats were bled by retro-orbital puncture prior to infection and weeks of 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 13 after infection. As negative control sera, 60 normal rats were used. Eggs for infection were cultured at room temparature for 4~5 weeks in 0.5% formalin. IFAT was processed by the modified method of Wilson et al. (1974). The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. The localization of antigens in frozen section of non-embryonated eggs of C. hepatica detected by IFAT was seen on the inner membrane of egg shell. 2. IgG titers detected by IFAT rapidly increased in 3 weeks after infection, thereafter the titers were kept until 5 weeks and gradually decreased in 7 weeks to 9 weeks, then converted into normal by 13 weeks. 3. IgG titers distributed from 16 to 1,024 and showed highest titers in 3 and 5 weeks. 4. Mean titers of 3, 5, 7, 9 weeks after infection were higher in group B than in group A.

Im Max Frischs Theaterstuck 'Graf Oderland', eine Moritat, wird die Spaltung des Menschen in einen Gefangenen des taglichen Lebens und ein freies Traum-ich dargestellt. In dem Stuck wird die gesellschaftliche Fixierung untersucht : Entfremdung in einer erstarren, einer etablierten Gesellschaft. Die Entfremdung des Menschen wird als ein Gefangensein in einem starren Ordnungssystem dargestellt. Kennzeichnend fur die moderne Zivilisation ist die totale Burokratisierung des Menschen. Das Sicherheitssystem, das sich als ein Schutz der Freiheit versteht, ist in Wirklichkeit ein Gefangnis, weil es den Menschen seiner existentiellen Freiheit, der eignen Verantwortung beraubt und ihn in einen Mechanismus eingliedert, der ihm jeglichen Entfaltungsmoglichkeit nimmt. Der Bankangestellte erfahrt in diesem entfremdeten Zustand der Hoffnungslosigkeit die Absurditat des Daseins. Damit verbunden ist die Einsicht, daβ das Leben sich nicht in ein Ordnungssystem einfangen laβt, sondernvom einzelnen gefunden werden muβ. Da gerade die Ordnung eine Suche nach unmittelbarem Leben behindert, entsteht aus der Angst der Wunsch, Sie zu zerstoren. Der Bankangestellte greift zur Axt und erschlagt den Hausdiener der Bank. Der Staatsanwalt, der andere Protagonist, erkennt, daβ die Revolte nur dann einen Sinn haben kann, wenn aus der Anklage gegen die Gesellschaft eine Selbstbefreiung entsteht. Er verbrennt seine Aktenbundel als Zeichen der Auflehnung gegen die Burokratie und erschlagt mit einer Axt jeden Polizisten, der ihm die Grenzen und Gesetze des Staates vor Augen halt. Aus dem Staatsanwalt wird der 'Graf Oderland', eine Gestalt, die das bis dahin gewaltsam zuruckgehaltene Streben nach Freiheit verkorpert. Sie stammt aus dem irrationalen Bereich des Unterbewuβtseins. Santorin, das Ziel des Grafen Oderland ist die Idee des Lebens, ein Allgegenwart des Moglichen. Der irrationale, grenzenlose Trieb nach Freiheit ist mit einem Willenzur Macht verbunden. Der Machtwille des Menschen steigert die Revolte eines einzelnen zur Revolution gegen die Gesellschaft. Graf Oderland wird gegen seinenWillen zum Anfuhrer einer Revolution. Die Mordtat der beiden Helden scheint angeblich sinnlos zu sein. Deswegen miβverstand die Knitik das Stuck als Hilter-Parabel. Die wahre schriftstellerische Absicht ist es sicher, daβ der Mensch von heute, der in einem Entfremdungszustand ist, nicht durch unbewuβte, irrationale, triebhafteKrafte, sondem durch bewuβte, rationale, ethische Krafte ihn aufzuheben versuchen soll.

과수 조류피해 방지에 관한 연구

새로운 저비용 고효율 조류 피해 방지법의 개발을 위한 기초자료를 얻기 위하여, 현재 사과, 배 과수원에서 사용되고 있는 조류피해 방지 방법들의 정확한 효과를 서로 비교 검토하고, 아울러 충북지역 과수 재배 농가들을 대상으로 유해조류에 의한 피해 실태와 경제성 있는 조류 피해방지 방법에 대한 설문조사를 병행 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 조류피해는 방조망 설치에 의해서만 완전히 방지할 수 있었으며, 조류 피해율별 손익계산 결과를 참고하여 이익이 있을 때는 표준방조망을 설치하고, 그렇지 않을 경우에는 설치비가 저렴하며 농가에서 간단히 시공할 수 있는 간이방조망 설치가 더 경제적인 것으로 판단되었다. 도내 과수 농가의 조류피해는 지역 간에 큰 차이가 있었으며, 음향적 방제인 버드가드와 보호봉지인 망사봉지에 의한 방제가 가장 효과적이었다. 그러나 버드가드는 높은 설치비용이 문제되므로, 퇴치 효과가 비슷하거나 더 우수하면서 저렴한 한국식 음향 기구를 개발할 필요가 있는 것으로 판단되었다. 보호봉지인 UV 봉지와 플라스틱 보호캡 및 망사봉지 처리는 품종에 관계없이 피해를 현저하게 감소시켰으나, 과실의 착색 등 품질에 미치는 영향에 대해서 추가적인 연구와 검토가 필요한 것으로 생각되었다. To obtain basic data for low cost-high efficiency control methods for bird damage, the available control methods currently in use mostly in Chungbuk Province were tested on site, and the control efficiency was compared. Also, a comprehensive survey of actual bird damage and the control methods on model apple and pear growers in Chungbuk Province was conducted. The results are summarized as follows. The perfect control for bird damage was possible only through bird net, it was recommended that profit-and loss account must be considered before installing bird net, and when the 'standard bird net' does not come up to break-even point, more economic and convenient 'simplified bird net' should be a alternative. Actual extent of bird damage varied according to the locality, and imported acoustic apparatus BirdGard^R, development of our own system with superior or same quality and reasonable price is necessary. Fruit bags such as UV bags, plastic protective caps, and net bags were highly effective for bird damage control, irrespective of fruit species and cultivar, but further study to resolve some problems such as poor coloration caused by bagging is necessary.

Max Frisch의「Biografie : Ein Spiel」硏究 : 自己選擇의 문제를 중심으로

Mac Frisch hat sich mit Seinem Buhenstuck "Biografie : Ein Spiel" von dem politischem Parabeltheater auf private probleme zuruckgezogen, Der radikale Ruckzug entspringt bei Frisch dem Bewuβtsein, daβ das menschliche Leben am einzelnen Ich sich vollzieht oder verfehlt. Indem der Dichter sich erneut dem privaten Einzelwesen zuwendet, stellt er die Frage wieder, or es dem Menschen uberhaput moglich sei, sich selbst zu wahlen. Das Stuckist ein Ecperiment, in dem es darum geht, die Moglichkeit der Selbstwahl zu uberprufen. Zu diesem Experiment wendet Frisch "die Dramaturgie der Varianten" d.h. die Form der Theaterproble an, die alle Wahlmoglichkeiten gestattet. Die Testperson ist Kurmann(der Wahlmann), ein Intellektueller, der den Wunsch hat, der Zwangslaufigkeit der eigenen Biographie zu entgehen, eine endere neue Biographie ausprobieren, Durch die Wiederholung entscheidender Szenen seines Lebens darf er alles Zufalliges seines Lebens ausschalten und mochte eine bessere Biographie wahlen, indem er sich von seiner Selbsterfahrung letet laβt. Doch das Experiment verlauft negativ. Obwohl er weiter zuruck in seinem Leben geht, vermag sich aber zu keiner Anderung zu entschlieβen. er kann nur unwesentliche Details seines Lebens andern, weil er selbst der gleiche bleibt. Kurmann erlebt die Selbsterfahrung als eine Fixierung seiner selbst, die eine Whal ausschileβt. Seine Vorstellung, durch die Erfahrung alles bereits zu kennen, verhindert jede Entfaltung seiner selbst. Zwangslaufig entwickelt sich seine Biografie immer den Zufallen entsprechend, ohne jedoch ein gultiger Ausdruck seines Wesens zu sein. Das Erlebnismuster hat sich im Bildklischee von einem bestimmten Vorgang verfestigt und realisier sich num immer in derselben Geschichte : Kurmann ist der Gefangene des selbstgemachten, fertigen Bildnisses, von dem er sich trotz den gunstigsten Voraussetzungen niht zu befreien vermag. Im Gegensatz zu Kurmann wahlt Antoinette ein anderses Leben. Dadurch, daβ sie auf Grund ihrer Selbsterfahrung Entwurfe zu einem Ich macht und Projekte fur die Zufunft aufbaut, verhalt sie sich zu sich selbst und verhindert eine Fixierung. " Ich have es als Komodie gemeint" sagt Max Frisch am Schluβ seiner Anmerkungen zum Stuck, " Andorra" ist die Tragodie des vom fremden Bildnis gefesselten Menschen, "Biografie" ist die Komodie des Menschen, der trotz groβter auβerer Freiheit nichtvom selbstgemachten Bildmis loskommt. Sein Leben Kann niemand zweimal leben. So geht es eben letzlich auch in der Biografie um das alte Problem. welches Frisch immer neu beunruhigt : um das einmalige, wirkliche und unwiederholbare individuelle Leben, welches das Ich selber wahlen muβ und das ihm miβlingen kann. Mac Frisch, der die sittliche Verantwortung des einzelnen aus der Moglichkeit seiner Selbstwahl ableitet, versucht die Mitmenschen aufzurutteln, auf Grund ihrer Existenzer fahrung durch die Whal und die Entscheidung zur Selbstverwirklichung zu gelangen, indem er dem Zuschauer die Fixierung und die Unveranderbarkeit des Zeitgenossen aufzeigt.

칼슘이 캠벨어얼리 葡萄나무의 揷木에 미치는 影響

Effects of kind [Ca(OH)2 and Ca(NO3) 2] and concentration (0.15 and 1.0% ) of Ca and tap water treated for various time (1,2, and 4 days) to Campbell Early (Vitis labruscana B.) cuttings on bud-break, shoot growth, rooting, and respiratory activity were studied. 1.Percent budbreak increased by Ca for 2 days and tap water for 1 day treatments. 2.Prolonged soaking with Ca and water increased shoot growth at early stage. 3.Percent rooting and percent of well rooted cuttings at early stage were increased by various soaking treatments, but the effect was diminished as the application time prolonged. 4.Soaking treatments markedly increased the respiratory activity of the cuttings. Respiratory ac-tivity showed a proportional increase by tap water treatment, while with Ca, respiratory activity increased from 1 to 2 day's treatment regardless of the kind of Ca, and whether remained steady [Ca(NO3) 2] or decreased [Ca(OH) 2], thereafter. 5. Respiratory activity and final percent rooting correlated significantly, and correlation coefficients between respiratory activity and percent budbreak after 8 weeks and shoot length after 2 weeks were highly significant
