      • TMAH/IPA/Pyrazine 수용액에서의 전기화학적 식각정지법에 관한 연구

        This paper presentee the characteristics of Si anisotropic etching and electrochemical etch-stop in aqueous TMAH/IPA/Pyrazine solution. (100) Si etching rate of 0.747 μm/min which faster 86 % than TMAH 25 wt.%/IPA 17 vol.% solution was obtained using best etching condition at TMAH 25 wt.%/IPA 17 vol.%/pyrazine 0.1 g and the etching rate of (100) Si was decreased with more additive quantity of pyrazine. I-V curve of p-type Si in TMAH/IPA/Pyrazine was obtained. OCP and PP were -2 V and -0.9 V, respectively. Si diaphragm was obtained by electrochemical etch-stop in aqueous TMAH/IPA/Pyrazine solution.

      • Orthoralix SD 파노라마 방사선 사진 촬영시 像層과 像層中心面의 형태 및 확대율의 평가

        The purpose of this experiment was to evaluate the image layer and plane-in-focus in Orthoralix SD panoramic radiography. A series of 84 radiographs were taken with metal balls placed in the holes of 3 plastic phantom plates located at different levels of Humanoid head and neck phantom, respectively the levels of mandibular border, occlusal plane, and the apices of upper teeth. And the author caluated the vertical and horizontal magnification ratios in the plane-in focus determined experimentally. The results were as follows; Image layer was shown U-shaped at the anterior and the posterior regions, but divergent externally at the ramus region. And as the vertical height of image layer increased, dimension of image layer was markedly reduced at the transitional area from the posterior to the ramus region. Plane-in-focus was located on the central portion of image layer at the anterior and the posterior regions, but there was impossible to evaluate at the transitional area from the posterior to the ramus region.

        Plasma levels of cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride(TG) physiologically increase during pregnancy. The lipid increment is 23-53% above the pregravidic level for TC and 2- to 3-fold of the prepregnancy level for TG. If the TC and TG are higher than normal values in pregnancy, the patient must be carefully monitored. Acute pancreatitis is the main consequence of hyperlipidemia and occurs either during pregnancy, in the third trimester, or in the puerperium. Mortality is high both for the mother (21%) and the fetus (20%). We report a case of 28 year-old pregnant woman at 29 weeks gestation with hypercholesterolemia (TC = 357 ㎎/dl) and severe hypertriglyceridemia (TG = 1300 ㎎/dl). The patient was admitted to the hospital because of severe epigastric pain, nausea and vomiting. Total serum cholesterol was increased and trigyleride was markedly increased. The electroporesis pattern of serum lipoprotein showed increase in pre-beta lipoprotein fraction, suggesting IV hypertriglyceridemia pattern. According to a review of the literature, the incidence of pancreatitis during pregnancy is 1 in 1000 to 3000 pregnancies. Severe hypertriglyceridemia in pregnancy should be treated with a careful restriction of calories and fat: for preventing acute pancreatitis, hospitalization for intravenous fluid therapy and plasma exchange must be required.

      • TMAH/IPA/Pyrazine 용액에서 전기화학적 식각정지법에 의해 제작된 압력센서의 특성

        This paper presents the characteristics of pressure sensors fabricated by electrochemical etch-stop method in TMAH/IPA/pyrazine solution. Addition of pyrazine to TMAH etchants increases the etch rates of (100) Si, thus the elapsed time for etch-stop was shortened. I-V curves of n and p-type Si in TMAH/IPA/pyrazine solution were obtained. Diaphragms having 20 μm thick were fabricated in 5-inch wafer. The thicknesses of diaphragms were measured and thickness variations were also evaluated. Piezoresistive pressure sensors using these diaphragms were fabricated by micromachining technology with a standard IC process. The diaphragm thickness is precisely controlled by electrochemical etch-stop method. The pressure sensitivity variation across a 5-inch wafer of 5 % was obtained.

      • 용접부의 표면피로균열 수명 평가에 관한 연구

        In this study, to evaluate the fatigue life of surface crack in welding material general structural rolled steel(SS400) was used and welding was performed by MIG butt process. After that, it was machined the same pattern`s initial surface flaw on each welding zone divided by welding metal zone(WM), heat affected zone(HAZ), base metal zone(BM) and boundaries. Using this specimen it could be well evaluated the fatigue life in welding zone. The result are summarized as follows: 1. In each welding zone surface fatigue crack varies from initial aspect ratio of two to semicircle shape at first, after that the aspect ratio of it is reduced gradually. Aspect ratio indicates largely in order of the boundary of HAZ and BM, BM and HAZ, the boundary of WM and HAZ and WM. 2. Surface fatigue crack growth rate is larger in surface direction compare with depth direction at first and it shows that approaches in two direction during fatigue crack propagate continuously. Fatigue crack growth rate indicates largely in order of the boundary of HAZ and BM, BM and HAZ, the boundary of WM and HAZ, and WM. 3. Fatigue life indicates largely in order of WM, the boundary of WM and HAZ, HAZ, BM and the boundary of HAZ and BM. 4. The ratio of initial life to fatigue life indicates largely in order of HAZ, the boundary of HAZ and BM, BM, the boundary of WM and HAZ, and WM. It belongs to 34% to 58% in welding zone.

      • Power Quality 向上을 위한 Wavelet Transform을 利用한 高調波 除去 技法에 관한 硏究

        In recent years, electric power quality(PQ) has become an important issue in power systems. This is due to the fact that the usage of power electronics equipments and electronic-based loads which are sensitive to power quality disturbances has been increased. and thus normal operations in industrial and commercial facilities are becoming more vulnerable to the electric power quality disturbances. For improvement of power quality, this thesis presents a new approach to cancel the harmonic of canons types of lest is power quality disturbances using discrete wavelet transforms. This method is io decompose a given disturbance signal into other signals which represent a smoothed version and a detailed version of the original signal. The decomposition is performed using multiesolution signal decomposition techniques. The result shows that the discrete wavelet transform was able to detedct the electric power quality disturbances and to remove the harmonic of electric power quality disturbances.

      • 樹木園 所藏標本을 中心으로 한 國內 木本 植物의 分布地와 識別에 대해서(Ⅹ) : 노박덩굴과에 대해서 Celastraceae

        樹友표본관(SNUA)에 소장된 표본을 중심으로 정리한 결과 국내 자생하는 노박덩굴과는 3속(노박덩굴속, 사철나무속, 미역줄나무속) 12종이 확인되었다. 섬회나무와 푼지나무는 채집된 표본이 없어 국내 분포에 대해서 확인할 수 없었다. 반면 줄사철나무는 잎의 형태와 동아의 모양이 중국에 분포하는 E. fortunei와 상당한 차이를 보여 변종보다는 독립된 종으로 처리하는 것이 적절하다고 판단된다. 또한, 버들회나무, 좀참빗살나무는 참빗살나무 혹은 좁은잎참빗살나무의 이명으로 판단된다. 본 연구 결과 서해안 경기도 옹진군 대청도와 전남 목포시 유달산에서 채집된 개체는 중국 남부에 분표하는 C. aculeatus Merr.와 매우 유사하여 이종이 국내에 분포하는 것으로 판단되며 이에 대한 자세한 조사를 통해 학명상 문제점이 해결되어야 한다고 판단된다. 본 연구 결과를 중심으로 2속에 대한 검색표와 각 종의 분포도를 제시하였다. To clarify the taxonomy of Celastraceae, herbarium specimens collected from South Korea past fifty years were examined on the basis of leaf, flower, and fruit morphology. The morphological characters showed that three genera (Euonymus, Celastrus, and Tripterigium) with 12 taxa could be recognized. The current study could not confirm the existence of E. chibae Makino, C. flagellaris Rupr. in south Korea due to the absence of specimen at SNUA. On the other hand, E. fortunei var. radicans justified species status as E. radicans Siebold ex Miq. due to the distinctive bud shape and leaf form. Also, a plausible suggestion was that E. trichocarpus, and E. bungiana be recognized as synonyms of E. sieboldianus or E. maackii in Korea. Results from this current study also showed that C. aculeatus Merr. in southern China may be present in western island of Korea. Systematic redicans, E. verucosus and E. pauciflorus as nomenclatural problems should radicans, E. verucosus and E. pauciflorus as well as nomenclatural problems should be clarified and solved. Finally using a key and a limited sample of the T. B. Lee herbarium specimens (SNUA) to all taxa, the distribution maps were provided here.

      • 한국인의 우쭐심리에 대한 문화심리학적 접근

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the nature of Korean's Uzzul(boasting) mind and behavior from a cultural psychological perspective. The psychological aspect of Uzzul was examined by adopting the historical, contextual, and representational analyses. First, the historical analysis assessed the concept of Uzzul as recorded in the ancient Korean literature. In addition, the origin of Uzzul and the changes were examined from the topographical, ideological, and psychological perspective. Secondly this study focused on the we-ness relationship to assess the situational contextual analysis. Finally, an open-ended questionnaire was administered to examine the representational analysis. Ninety-one undergraduate students participated in this study. The data were analyzed by the content analysis and the major categories of responses were extracted.

      • 慶尙北道 尙州 지역의 植物相

        상주 소권역내 중점조사지역(노음산, 지장산, 385고지)의 일반식물상 및 특정식물 분포를 2005년 5월부터 9월까지 각각 3회 조사하였는데 본 소권역에서 채집된 식물은 총 71과 139속 186분류군이었다. 또한 본 소권역에 분포하는 특정식물종은 5등급은 확인되지 않았으며, 4등급 2분류군, 3등급 9분류군, 2등급 4분류군, 1등급 9분류군으로 모두 24개 분류군이 확인되었다. 각 지역에서 확인된 특정식물 종을 등급별로 나누어 등급별 종수와 등급별 평가점수를 곱하여 합산한 산지별 평가점수는 총점이 106점이고 노음산이 64점으로 가장 높았으며, 지장산 34점, 385고지 18점 순으로 나타났다. 노음산의 일부 지역은 산불의 피해와 인간의 간섭에 의한 산림식생의 변화가 매우 확연하게 나타나고 있으며, 385고지는 대부분 과수원과 농경지로 이용되고 있어 식생이 많이 파괴되었다. 조사 권역에서 발견된 특정식물종 중 4등급에 해당되는 갈사초와 청포아풀은 모두 노음산 동쪽 사면의 해발고도 약 200m 부근의 지장지 주변에서 발견되었으며, 등산로가 대부분 완성되어 있지만 많은 사람들이 이용하고 있지는 않아 위협정도가 높지는 않은 것으로 생각된다. This study was carried out to investigate the flora of major mountains (Noeumsan, Jijangsan, and 385 height) located in Sangju, Gyeongsangbuk-do. Field collections were conducted three times from April to September in 2005. From the exploration, total of 71 families, 139 genera, and 186 taxa were collected. The flora of surveyed area included 24 taxa as the endangered species. Investigated sites were scored by the number of taxa multiplied by their conservation priority grade. The total scored points of the surveyed area were 106 points. The scored points were listed as follows; Noeumsan (64 points), and Jijangsan (34), and 385 height (18). Carex ligulata var. austrokoreensis and Poa viridula which are the 4th conservation priority graded species, were found at Noeumsan, but these taxa currently seemed no apparent threat.
